maybe once, twice a week once we got back

so that we could kind of like be together.

- And as much as we think that can be a distraction,

it's part of the job

is your mental health.

- Namaste, part of your job as a creator,

co-creator, entrepreneur, designer

is your mental health.

And if you don't have your mental health

it's like if you don't have your health.

- You have a duty to yourself,

to your investors, to your team

and part of that is understanding the responsibility

of being in shape.

So you can be the person who goes out

and pitches, and story tells,

and gets others excited about your venture.

I think it's crucial.

- It's so important and it's under-talked about.

I think we're seeing the research on creativity

and there's now research about the gamma,

the alpha, and the beta but you have to have

the reflection and the downtime

because that's the activator for the

creative idea or the action.

And a life of all action actually goes against

all the research on creativity

and it makes sense 'cause it's not in our nature

to be always in the active mode right?
