hey guys i'm nisa homey and the welcome back to my channel today i am sharing a
chocolate brownie which is oil-free low-calorie and healthy this chocolate
brownie is a guilt-free indulgence for chocolate lovers
especially if you're on a weight-loss journey so without much adeiu let's get
started with the recipe to make this brownie and using a glass cake pan and I
am lightly greasing the pan with two to three drops of virgin coconut oil.
greasing the pan makes sure that the brownies does not get stick to the pan
now once it is nicely greased place a butter paper over it and make sure you
leave around one inch on the sides as it will help to pull out the brownies once
it is baked. the next step is to preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. To mix the
batter I am using a small food processor as it is much easier to blend all the
ingredients but you can also use a blender instead. Into the food processor
I am adding in 3/4 cup low fat curd. I have already shared a video on how to
make low fat curd please do check the video the links will be updated in the
description box below. Add in 1/2 cup rolled oats, please note that I am using
rolled oats and not instant oats rolled oats a whole grain and less refined.
Add in 1/2 cup cocoa powder and for sweetness I am adding in 1/2 cup coconut sugar
coconut sugar is a natural plant-based sugar and I have already
shared a video on the health benefits of coconut sugar the links will be updated
in the description box below so please do check it out. Add in 2 to 3 drops of
vanilla essence. add in 1/4 cup skimmed milk if you watch my video on how to
make curd you can get an idea on how to skim milk, add in a fat pinch of pink
Himalayan salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 whole egg, 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
powder now I like to add instant coffee powder because it enhances the chocolate
flavor but it is entirely optional now blend all the ingredients in the food
processor for about a minute like I mentioned you can also do this in a
normal blender. and pour the blended brownie into the
prepared cake pan and bake the brownie in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
remember that brownies should be a little undercooked to get that moist
texture so try not to bake it more than 15 minutes. once it has cooled down
remove it from the cake pan and then cut it into your desired shape and my
guilt-free chocolate brownies are ready to serve. This oil-free brownie has
roughly around the 30 to 35 calories and they taste super yummy and a perfect
healthy and guilt free treat if you are on a weight-loss journey so do try this
