Waching daily Jun 5 2017

hi I'm Corrina Gordon-Barnes here to help you feel more peaceful and connected

with the ones that you love today we're looking at why relationship can feel so

exhausting why do we feel so drained and depleted in certain relationships so

maybe you're thinking of a family relationship or a relationship with a

friend or with your partner and in the movie version of relationships

relationships energize us they fuel us they recharge us

they're like havens that we can go back to and just plug in and

recharge our energy but the opposite is often true so today we're looking at

why that is and what we can do about that so you can come back into your

full energy so picture a play okay we're going to use this analogy picture a play

so it's on a stage and if it's a well-written play then each of the

characters they have their own part okay they have their role they have their

script. Like Shakespeare said, "All the world's a stage" and everyone has their

part they know what to say they know when to come in they know when

to leave and it all just works really smoothly and entertaining and it's fun

and it's engaging because everyone's playing their part

now that's when there are adults who are the actors in a play; when it's

children it can look very different right if you think about a children's

nativity play you can probably imagine there's little Mary and she's totally

come out of her role she's totally come out of her part and she's bossing the

shepherds around and she's telling them what to do, maybe she's pulling them

and doing all this – and we do something like that as adults, in our life we

actually come out of our role we come out of our part and we try to play other

parts and we try to play the director so we think we know what others should and

shouldn't be doing or saying and we come out of our part and that's what gets

really exhausting. So let's look at this with an example let's imagine Jackie is

with her mother-in-law and she's at her mother-in-law's for tea

with her children and her dream is that her mother-in-law is really engaging with

the children and chatting and interested in their day at school they're having

this wonderful energizing encounter but what's actually

happening in reality is her mother-in-law has picked up a magazine

she's not really that interested in the children, she's reading her magazine kind

of tolerating the children being there until it's time to go home and Jackie's

really annoyed and she exhausts herself by coming out of her part and thinking

about what she thinks her mother-in-law should be doing instead, so she keeps

trying to bring her mother-in-law's attention to the children like "Ooh look what they did"

and "Ooh tell Grandma about what you did at school" and she's

just exhausted by the end of the day because she's been out of her part all

day; she's been out of her role the whole time and that is what has

exhausted her it's not what her mother-in-law was doing that has

exhausted her although she could definitely tell that story it was her

coming out of her role that was what depleted her and drained her so this is

your challenge this week is any time you're exhausted in any relationship

whether it's with your partner, family member or friend is ask yourself: "Whose

part am i trying to play here?" whose part am i trying to play and just notice if

you're completely in someone else's part just trying to kind of be in their role

or be the director or are you fully in your own role in your own part. If you're

not then that's the challenge: to notice and then bring all of your energy back

completely to your own role, your own part, 100% of your energy is

now yours to live your life and to play your part to the very best of your

ability and that's going to be what makes you feel satisfied and

energized and it's what's going to create really healthy happy

relationships. So that's the challenge for you and if you like this challenge,

you think this is going to be a good one and you want more relationship

challenges to have happier healthier relationships then come over to

MONSTER What Kathy Griffin Threatened to do to Barron Trump is UNFORGIVABLE - Duration: 16:03.

MONSTER What Kathy Griffin Threatened to do to Barron Trump is UNFORGIVABLE

As we all have heard by now, "comedian" Kathy Griffin posted disturbing images of

herself pretending to behead the president.

President Trump rightly called her out on Twitter, saying the ISIS-like imagery disturbed

his 11-year-old son, Barron.

Now we have more evidence of her deranged sense of "humor."

In 2016 she said that she would be using her platform to go after Barron Trump during an

interview with Vulture, saying:

"I'll go direct for Barron."

The full quote was,

"So I'm happy to deliver beat down to Donald Trump — and also to Barron.

You know a lot of comics are going to go hard for Donald, my edge is that I'll go direct

for Barron.

I'm going to get in ahead of the game."

Disgusting!

There is something seriously wrong with anyone who attacks an 11 year-old.

Donald Trump Jr.'s children were also disturbed to see imagery of their grandfather beheaded

by Kathy Griffin:

Because admitting her wrongdoing and slinking away would be too dignifying for Kathy Griffin,

she decided to double down today during a press conference and say that SHE is the victim,

not President Trump or Barron.

Her exact words were "It's hurtful to me.

There's a bunch of old white guys trying to silence me and I'm just here to say it's

wrong."

I don't know what's more sick, the images themselves or her lack of apology.

Kathy Griffin ended her pathetic and weird press conference with "I would never want

to hurt anyone, especially a child."

Now we all know that definitely isn't true.

Virtus.pro is not a team, it's a dream.

Sleeping. – Sleeping. – Sleeping. – Dota. – Playing Dota. – Playing Dota, of course.

Playing Dota in my sleep.

Lesha and I have good chemistry, connection, the supports thing.

My coach. We just spend a lot of time together, talk to each other and so on.

And Roma, because I do not snore that much, but the rest do.

It is very important for Roma that no one snores.

I would change anyone for Romka.

With everyone, except for the kid. It's been a while since we last shared a room,

because I snore sometimes. Well, almost always.

I would usually live with Ilyuha (Ilya) or Yan, our analyst, because they don't snore.

I don't have any friends. I'm essentially my own best friend. Hi, me.

I have friends. Their names are Max and Nikita. Hello, my dear friends.

Well, I have a lot of friends. Hello to them.

I'd like to say hi to twitch.tv/mervingtv.

Hi, Temych. – Danya, my good friend Dendi, Roma "Ramzes", and Andrey "fly" Bondarenko.

I've got four close friends; I can't pick someone out among them, as they're all dear to me.

Artem, Roman, Erik and TImur, hi there, bros.

On my parents. – I'd make my life comfortable. – I'd probably invest the money.

Same as usual—on charity, my parents, an investment into the future, and myself.

If we're talking about flashy buys, I'd probably get a BMW i8.

I'd definitely invest half the money somewhere, and spend the other half.

I'm not going to win a million dollars, so why even think about it.

I'd give my new apartment a good makeover, I'd probably buy a car and finally get a driver's license.

I'd open a place in Moscow.

I'd spend some of it on charity; I already help dogs, so I guess I'd help a little more.

Thing is, I don't have that million dollars. If I did, my brain would be on it.

Thank you.

Bravo!

The hybrid operating room will save precious minutes when a life is on the line - Duration: 3:45.

Time and the timing of the diagnosis and the treatment is absolutely critical

because we know that if we can get to patients and get them treated and stop

the hemorrhage within one hour we can almost save all lives.

A patient with a bad brain injury needs a CT scan before we could do any

intervention. A CT scan is done in the emergency department. Sometimes they have

internal bleeding that requires an urgent operation, that's done in the

operating room. Occasionally patients have a type of bleeding that isn't well

managed in the operating room and requires the expertise of our

radiologists, which is done in M ground. So now we have three different areas

that need to come together in some way to provide care for a patient when

minutes matter and making those decisions about where they go first is

often the difference between life and death.

Just imagine multiple in-hospital services like trauma unit, emergency

department, radiology, catheterization laboratory, an operating theater where

you can do multiple different surgical procedures. Bring them all together in one

physical facility and then bring the patient to that room rather than taking

the patient to multiple different areas. A hybrid OR is probably about twice the

size of a regular operating room. In addition to the usual operating room

stretcher and the anaesthetic machine it also includes advanced imaging

technologies. In our case we're going to bring into the operating room single

plane angiography, which allows us to look inside blood vessels and perform

interventions that currently can't be done in the operating room. As well as

intraoperative CT scans, which allows us to do cross-sectional imaging from head

to toe as required. In a hybrid or we can also utilize all of the different

specialties we have at Sunnybrook and we can have multiple teams of doctors

working on the patient at the same place at the same time. This is the future.

The future is personalized medicine, which is what this allows us to provide and

patient-centered care. The Hybrid OR is the next step in the

evolution of surgery. What we're able to provide is more and more care with less

and less. Less incisions, less downtime, less pain, less suffering, faster

recovery. That's the future of surgery in this province and globally. Sunnybrook is

the largest trauma unit in the country. It has one of the most advanced cardiovascular

sections in the country and the mission of Sunnybrook has historically been

transformative. So if we're going to continue being at the leading edge of

transformation of health care and in this particular case surgical care, it

belongs here. The Hybrid OR has the potential to impact so many lives in so many

different ways. It's so important to move forward as quickly as possible. Time

is of the essence in saving lives. If you're going to raise money, raise money to make

a difference and make a difference now. Not tomorrow, make a difference now. So

the reason we need to get this built, this Hybrid OR built, and built

today rather than tomorrow, is because it really translates to lives saved and what

is the value of a young person's life when we can save it by having this

infrastructure in place.

What is Christianity & What do Christians believe? | Christianity Defined | GotQuestions.org - Duration: 3:22.

Question: "What is Christianity and what do Christians believe?"

In this video, I'll answer those questions from a biblical perspective, and afterwards,

I'll point you to some helpful resources, so stick around until the end.

The core beliefs of Christianity are summarized in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.

Jesus died for our sins, was buried, was resurrected, and thereby offers salvation to all who will

receive Him in faith.

Unique among all other faiths, Christianity is more about a relationship

than religious practices.

Instead of adhering to a list of "do's and don'ts," the goal of a Christian is

to cultivate a close walk with God.

That relationship is made possible because of the work of Jesus Christ and the ministry

of the Holy Spirit.

Beyond these core beliefs, there are many other items that are, or at least should be,

indicative of what Christianity is and what Christianity believes.

Christians believe that the Bible is the inspired, "God-breathed" Word of God and that its

teaching is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

Christians believe in one God that exists in three persons—the Father, the Son

(Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.

Christians believe that mankind was created specifically to have a relationship with God,

but sin separates all men from God.

Christianity teaches that Jesus Christ walked this earth, fully God, and yet fully man,

and died on the cross.

Christians believe that after His death, Christ was buried, He rose again, and now lives at

the right hand of the Father, making intercession for the believers forever.

Christianity proclaims that Jesus' death on the cross was sufficient to completely

pay the sin debt owed by all men and this is what restores the broken relationship between

God and man.

Christianity teaches that in order to be saved and be granted entrance into heaven after

death, one must place one's faith entirely in the finished work of Christ on the cross.

If we believe that Christ died in our place and paid the price of our own sins, and rose

again, then we are saved.

There is nothing that anyone can do to earn salvation.

We cannot be "good enough" to please God on our own, because we are all sinners.

There is nothing more to be done, because Christ has done all the work!

When He was on the cross, Jesus said, "It is finished", meaning that the work of redemption

was completed.

According to Christianity, salvation is freedom from the old sin nature and freedom to pursue

a right relationship with God.

Where we were once slaves to sin, we are now slaves to Christ.

As long as believers live on this earth in their sinful bodies, they will engage in a

constant struggle with sin.

However, Christians can have victory in the struggle with sin by studying and applying

God's Word in their lives and being controlled by the Holy Spirit—that is, submitting to

the Spirit's leading in everyday circumstances.

So, while many religious systems require that a person do or not do certain things, Christianity

is about believing that Christ died on the cross as payment for our own sins

and rose again.

Our sin debt is paid and we can have fellowship with God.

We can have victory over our sin nature and walk in fellowship and obedience with God.

That is true biblical Christianity.
