Nigel Farage, British politician and fervent supporter of President Trump, is now reportedly

part of the FBI's probe into Russian electoral interference.

Farage isn't accused or suspected of any wrongdoing.

But investigators apparently think his contacts with other parts of the Russia probe could

warrant further scrutiny in the investigation.

The Russian investigation is looking at three things: Russia's alleged hacking of Democratic

emails, the publication of those emails on WikiLeaks and the Trump campaign's political

benefit from the fallout.

An unnamed source told The Guardian that Farage has ties to all three of those elements — he's

been featured on Russian state-sponsored TV, he's visited the Ecuadorian Embassy to meet

with WikiLeaks head Julian Assange and he's acted as a surrogate for the Trump campaign.

For his part, Farage is denying everything.

Farage told Fox Business' Steve Varney, "If ever I've seen an example of fake news, it's

this."

During a recent interview, Farage stated he's never been financially compensated by Russia

and has never visited the country.

He's also maintained that he only visited Assange to set up an interview for his radio

program.

What Is China Uncensored? - Duration: 0:31.

Viewers have described China Uncensored

like the Daily Show,

but about China.

Well, at the beginning I was super excited

when I got 500 views,

and now the show's grown to about

half a million subscribers on YouTube.

One episode reached 7.9 million people.

I am a little freaked out that that many people

have seen my face.

In five years I see China Uncensored as the sole

source of edutainment worldwide.

The U.S. Is on Collision Course with Iran and Russia, but Nobo - politics - Duration: 4:30.

The U.S.

Is on Collision Course with Iran (and Russia), but Nobodys Talking About It

While celebrities are vehemently criticizing Donald Trumps recent lack of manners on

his first foreign policy trip as president, the mainstream media and our beloved celebrities

appear to be completely oblivious of the warpath the Trump administration is taking America

down.

This time, that warpath is set against another Russian ally: Iran.

As Foreign Policy aptly asked last week, Are the U.S. and Iran on a collision course in

Syria? The answer to this question appears to be far worse than the media is letting

on.

As Anti-Media has previously explained, Iranian-aligned troops who were operating under the banner

of the Syrian Arab Army have been advancing toward a U.S. training base in Syria.

These troops have subsequently been struck by the U.S.-led coalition.

The proposed aim of these Syrian-Iranian-aligned troops is to open up the al-Tanf border crossing

to be positioned under the control of the Syrian government in order to open up direct

routes to Iraq and Iran (for supplies, reinforcements and the like.)

Not to mention, as one U.S. defense official told Foreign Policy, the Syrian government

maintains a military outpost in Deir Ezzor, another strategic area where Syrian forces

are battling one of the last major remnants of ISIS.

This outpost is isolated, making complete control of the area is almost meaningless

without the opening of the al-Tanf region, as Foreign Policy explains:

The base has long been cut off from other areas of regime control and can only be resupplied

by airdrops, but it was recently reinforced by about 1,000 Syrian soldiers, giving the

regime in Damascus some fighting power in the area.

The reclaiming of this territory by the Syrian army and its associated forces is a deal-breaker

for Washington.

Last Tuesday, Pentagon spokesman Capt. Jeff Davis told reporters that if the Iranian-backed

militia continues its advances, the coalition will continue to defend itself, as reported

by Foreign Policy.

Foreign Policy also reported that the U.S.-led coalition is tracking their movements carefully

in their advance towards Deir Ezzor.

If the U.S.-led coalition is, indeed, tracking these troops movements towards Deir Ezzor,

the U.S. should be well aware of the photographs produced by regional outlet al-Masdar, which

show that the Russian air force is currently deploying air power to cover these advances.

The Telegraph, too, confirmed that Russian jets provide air cover for these Iranian-backed

militias.

Donald Trumps childish instinctual decision to push another official out of his way to

get to the front of a photo-op is surely worthy of our criticism, yet one has to wonder why

this behavior outrages celebrities and commentators who are hardly bothered by the thousands of

Iraqis and Syrians who are dying needlessly at the behest of the same mans foreign

policy strategy.

And what should we make of the thousands more who will be unnecessarily pummeled into rubble

by Donald Trumps decision to put America on a direct warpath with Iran and Russia?

The media wants you to believe Donald Trump is compromised by Russia when in actuality,

his administration is closer to transforming the Cold War 2.0 into World War 3 than any

other administration before him.

Meanwhile, in tandem with the mass media, Trumps administration has been sowing the

seeds for a new conflict with Iran, which may involve over 55 countries that have just

signed a military pact with the express intention of confronting Iran in Iraq and Syria.

Whatever ones thoughts on Iran, Russia, and Syria, any human rights organization should

be able to vouch for the fact that the United States military strategy cannot be a realistic

solution to the problems currently engulfing the Middle East region.

It will only bring more death and destruction and ignite a ticking time-bomb in the process.

And that is something we all need to be talking.

'Covfefe' error is proof Donald Trump is back on Twitter - Duration: 4:14.

'Covfefe' error is proof Donald Trump is back on Twitter

Covfefe (cuv-fey-fey) noun: A sure sign that President Donald Trump has regained control of his Twitter account. For more than a week, the tweets from @realDonaldTrump were, well, boring.

Throughout his first big foreign trip last week, Trumps tweets had the vibe of a garden-variety politician: statements of solidarity with world leaders, retweets of his wifes visits with students and sick children, video clips from arrival statements and formal ceremonies, photos of official dinners.

Yawn.

Photo / via Twitter. Well, Twitterverse, hes back. Starting with a wee-hours tweet that contained the mystifying nonword covfefe, Trump on Wednesday unleashed a string of tweets that showed the president was holding nothing back, on matters both trivial and consequential.

He lashed out at the governments Russia investigation as a Witch Hunt!.

He scolded celebrity Kathy Griffin for a video that showed what looked like Trumps severed head: My children, especially my 11-year-old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!.

He stoked suspense about whether hell pull the US out of an international climate change agreement: I will be announcing my decision on the Paris Accord over the next few days. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!.

But the internet flipped out over this baffling post-midnight tweet (later deleted): Despite the constant negative press covfefe. Who can figure out the true meaning of covfefe ??? Enjoy!.

With that, Trumps Twitter feed went silent for the next five and half hours. Was it tweetus incompletus? Did the tweeter-in-chief fall asleep at the keyboard?.

And what was Trump trying to say, anyway?. Was it the start of a rant against negative press coverage that somehow went awry?.

At 609 am, Trumps twitter feed came alive again with this playful challenge: Who can figure out the true meaning of covfefe ??? Enjoy!.

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer later somewhat bizarrely told reporters that the president and a small group of people know exactly what Trump meant.

That was after team Twitter already had gone into overdrive trying to fill in the blanks, floating both silly and serious scenarios.

Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!.

One user tweeted that New Yorks hottest nightclub is #Covfefe. It has everything: Russian entanglements, spray tans, creepy handshakes, surprise trade wars.. Another suggested covfefe was becoming a popular name for babies in states that voted for Trump.

Silicon Valley executive Andrew Crow went so far as to change his last name on Twitter to Covfefe. Jimmy Kimmel lamented that hell never write anything funnier than the term.

Even Hillary Clinton, Trumps 2016 presidential rival, weighed in. It was a hidden message to the Russians, she joked at a technology conference Wednesday in Los Angeles.

I will be announcing my decision on the Paris Accord over the next few days. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!.

Republican strategist Liz Mair, by contrast, saw it as a way for the White House to create a distraction from negative stories about the president.

The #covfefe stuff is funny, but everyone gets that this is one way Trump will detract from some really bad news for him last night, yes? she tweeted.

Whatever the back story, there was no disputing that with covfefe, the presidential tweeter was back in full. After all, Trump did once say he had the best words.
