And in this video, we're going look at what to do with fake friends, negative people,
just in general.

Firstly, when dealing with supposed fake friends, you want ot figure out if they're actually
a fake friend.
You don't want to lose someone who genuinely cares for you.
So you should ask questions of this person.
How do they treat you?
Do they belittle you?
And if they do, is it in a friendly way?
How do they talk to you?
Do they value your input?
Ask these questions and similar to questions to find if they're a positive or a negative
influence in your life.
If they're a positive influence in your life, then you've learned a couple of things.
You've learned how to appreciate your friends and how to appreciate yourself and how to
deal with a situation like this.
If they are a negative influence, however, then you should leave.
No one needs negativity in their life and you're better off eliminating that negativity
so that you can grow and inspire people through your growth.
And I realize this does sound harsh to some people, but the truth is staying in the friendship
is no going to help your supposed friend, it doesn't help them either, you're both in
this negative relationship, this negative friendship that doesn't help either of you
and you're actually performing a disservice to it by staying in that relationship because
they're not learning from their mistakes, they're not growing and inspiring the people
around them through their growth.
Plus, when you do leave and then grow and inspire the people through your growth then
maybe, at some point down the track you can get together and you're both at a better place
so that you can figure things out.
Now, there's either going to be one of a few initial reactions from when you leave.
The first one, is they might dislike you, which really is just another reason for why
you should leave in the first place.
Two, is that they might be encouraged to change themselves so that they can grow and inspire
people, which is exactly what you want for your friend.
It's important to note that with friendships and with all relationships, that leaving a
friendship doesn't mean the end of it.
There's always potential down the track to come back together, especially when you want
to come back together at better places in your lives.
Now to recap: Number 1, Listen.
Make sure that this person is actually a fake friend and not someone who genuinely care
about you.
Two, if they are a fake friend, then leave.
And it is better for you and for them.
Three, is to grow.
Inspire people through your growth.
