Hello girls Welcome back to my channel

Today I will be doing this look

Which is colorful and Bold, something I do for the first time

If you like it keep on watching

Okay girls lets start

I will start by applying base

As usual before I apply any eye shadow you can apply primer

But I usually apply concealer

Even now I am preferring to add foundation instead of concealer on my eyes or under my eyes

I will blend it now with the concealer brush that you see

Now I will apply a light color to help me blend all the colors (Transition shade)

with a blending brush I will apply it on my crease

Now with this flat but a bit fluffy brush

I'll mix these 2 colors together, the pink and purple.

And add them on my Crease

Now with a blending brush I will blend the color really well

To avoid any harsh lines, because it is important to this look

that all the colors are blended really well to have a clean eye shadow look

Now I will take this Vibrant Blue color

With a flat brush and apply it on my eye

I will add more if I felt that I need more color

and blend add and blend

Now with a blending brush I will blend the blue and the pink together

I'll add more blue because I want the blue color to POP

As you can see I am blending them again with a blending brush

And adding a little bit of the two colors I mixed in the beganing

To help me blend all the colors easily

and to have a beautiful transition of colors

and now with this brush I will take little bit of black and add it to my outer V and the beaning of the crease just to deepen the look

Am adding more of the blue because felt that it faded little bit

Add again with a blending brush am blending everything together so that the look looks clean

Now I will be doing the eyeliner and I will make a thick one

Now I will take fake lashes from max factor

I added little more lash glue but nevermind

Until the lash glue dries a bit, I will add mascara

I took thick lashes because I wanted the look to look nice and more dramatic

to be honest I wish if I can know how to explain the way of putting fake lashes

But the only thing I can say is that add as close as possible to your lash line

If it make sense

Now I will take pencil eyeliner and run it through my upper and lower water line

Now I will take this dark blue and apply it under my lower lashes

I will take now this pink shade and apply it in my inner corner

This is the same pink that I used in the beaning but this time I didn't mix it with purple

Now I will take this green color and apply it on my outer corner of my eyes

Now you can skip putting the pink and the green

And stick with only applying the blue

But I wanted to have more colors so I added the green

To be honest I really feel that the Green goes really well with the colors I added

Girls am really sorry I forgot to show you which shimmery shade I added to highlight my inner corners

But you can use any shade that has aglitter like the one I have

Now am done with the eyes moving on to my eyebrows

Take anything you feel comfortable using to do your eyebrows

I always prefer using powders for my eyebrows

I rarely do my eyebrows anyways

Using the powder am filling my eyebrows as you can see

Thicker from outside and as natural as possible from inside

Because I am doing a colorful eye shadow

I don't want to take the attention from them and keep it to my lips

So I chose a Nude simple color for my lips

By the way this whole lopk is inspired by Patrick Star

And with that am done with my makeup

For the foundation and all these things

I will upload a separate video for it

Ken's Legislative Update for Jan 2, 2017 - Duration: 3:02.

Hey everybody.

State Representative Ken Clark here.

Happy 2017.

I hope your up-coming year is amazing, fruitful and prosperous and all those things.

We are going to have a crazy legislative session I think this year, its gonna start in about

a week, right?

The governor says he wants to take his next steps in improving education.

I don't know what that means.

None of us know yet.

But he only has $24 million more to work with out of a $9.6 billion budget.

That's what we figure more than last year.

At the same time, he always promises he is going to cut more taxes --and don't forget now that

we've cut taxes, like, 23 out of the last 24 years now.

We don't have sufficient money for schools, school infrastructure, roads and bridges,

that kind of infrastructure.

So, I don't know we are supposed to move the economy forward, and would suggest that the

23 years of tax cuts have not been good for this state in total.

I don't know how we are going to do that, but we are going to keep an eye on it.

What I want to focus on this session is elections.

You may know that I've worked in other countries in and around elections.

And if there is one thing that is true it is that the outcomes, the public policy outcomes,

the things that people want their government to do have a direct relationship to the process.

Is the election fair?

Is it transparent?

Is it accessible to the majority of people, who have a right to vote?

And we know that this legislature has made it harder for people to vote by restricting

access to how people can return their vote by mail ballots --unconstitutionally, I believe.

And that makes it very hard for people in rural Arizona, particularly.

They have opened up the doors to massive potential corruption through dark money in an unprecedented

way.

These things undermine people's faith in our system.

We cannot continue to do that.

If we want not only good public policy outcomes, but also trust in our system.

If we want to maintain this wonderful state that we have, we've got to do better when

it comes to elections.

So, I've put together a package of bills, and I think that I've tried to put together

ideas that I think both parties should be at least somewhat more favorable to, that

we can start conversations around.

And I'll be putting those out in the next couple weeks.

We need everybody in the game now.

ON the Street: Hopes for 2017 - Duration: 2:58.

2017 will be the year that I find peace

and joy in my solitude.

I think 2017 will be the year that a lot

of people are tested in their personal beliefs.

2017 would have to be the year that I make a statement.

2017 will be the year that

I hope things improve, but rather doubt it.

2017 will be the year that many divides will widen,

but also the year that I feel many marginalized groups

and many people who want more in life

will come together and really begin to fight.

My new year wish is for everybody

to kind of figure out who they are

and figure out what they want to do.

I would wish that we might reform the tax structure,

that we might resolve the Euro situation,

and that we might have some kind of a more realistic

relationship with the Middle East.

In 2017, I would hope that they worry a little bit less,

take a step back, breathe, and then just carry on.

My wish is for everyone, would be everyone

just to be happy, because there's too much.

Everyone's a bit upset and not doing too great are they?

Everyone's got a frown.

So you turn that frown upside down.

I think that whatever your definition of enough is

I hope you receive it and I hope you feel satisfied.

My personal hopes for the new year would have to be to

appreciate life more and just enjoy the time that I have.

My hopes for my family in the new year is that my

grandchildren, especially, should thrive.

I would like the people closest to me and myself to be

more focused and be more intentional

with the things that we do.

I think that in the future I want to see

more people come together.

I don't really want people to disregard their own beliefs,

but I do want people to hear out others.

Everyone to calm down a little bit that's all I want to see.

Everyone's in a bit of a huff, and no one

really knows what's going to happen.

I would like, especially Americans,

to be a little bit more open to other cultures.

I would like to see Syria resolved,

fewer people starving in Eastern Nigeria.

As someone who does not identify as Caucasian

I would say I'm slightly worried, just because of the

increase in violent incidents that have been occurring.

I feel hopeful about 2017. It's going to be good for me,

because I've just finished college now,

so I'm kind of in the adult world.

I feel hopeful, I feel people are a little bit more

awake now and they realize that if we want

things to change and get things done,

the only way you can do it is to come together.

We'll learn how to adjust to change,

and look at it from a different perspective.
