[WINE POURING]

Hey, everybody out there.

Coach Dan Long with Get Lean In 12.

And yes, you caught me, red wine, love wine.

If you love wine and you want the dream body that you desire,

then you got to listen up, because I

have specific movements that I'm going

to perform right here in my living room

while we have a glass of wine together.

And these are going to help you get the lower belly

fat to disappear.

So you're going to get the body that you desire by drinking

wine and using a system that I have for you that's

going to be up at this link.

Don't click it just yet though, OK?

Because we got to go over these exercises,

because if you want this, you've got

to combat it with something that's

going to help you continue to burn those calories.

And I have the exact system for you.

And I'm going to show you 2 exercises right now

that you too can do to help you get that dream

body in your living room, OK?

So I'm going to put this over to the side real quick.

So now with that, I'm going to back up so you can see me, OK?

I'm in my living room right now.

And I'm going to perform these exercises by using

just my couch and the ground.

That's it.

That's all you need.

You don't need any equipment.

You don't need anything.

So don't let anyone tell you, oh wait, wait.

There is 1 thing you need.

You only need 12 minutes.

But not right now, you're going to need only 12 minutes to get

that dream body but hold on OK?

So let's first, let's start.

You're going to put your foot up on a couch, just like so,

your left foot.

Right foot out far enough so that

when you bend down into a lunge, OK?

But you're elevating it now.

So what are we doing?

We're raising the glute, which raises the bar for all

that wine that you drink.

So that foot needs to be on here so that when you go down,

your foot is at 90 degrees.

I mean, your leg is at 90 degrees.

Want to make sure this is at 90 degrees.

So foot is up on there.

Your right foot needs to be out in front of you,

so your knee doesn't get bent to a point

where it's actually putting pressure on your kneecap.

Put your hands in your chest just like so.

Down, knee almost to the ground, back up.

Squeeze that glute.

Down, back up, squeeze that glute.

Now you're going to get 15% to 20% more blood pumping

into the glute to raise that glute by just squeezing it

at the end of the rep.

You're going to do that for 12 reps on the left.

Now we're going to switch sides, OK?

So now I'm going to go on the right.

OK, foot just up on there.

You need to take your shoes off by the way.

I'm just doing this with some shoes on right now.

And then, hands on the chest, down, back up,

squeeze the glute nice and tight.

Down, back up, squeeze the glute nice and tight.

Keep that chest up, chin up.

And that is an elevated lunge right off of your couch

that you can do off of a bench, you can do it off

of a box crate, you can do it off anything

you want, your steps, anything you got around your house.

Now second exercise, now again, these exercises

are specifically designed for people

that are over the age of 35, because they're

simple movements and they help you shred calories

from things like wine.

Hands at the chest just like so.

Separate your feet, point your toes out

to keep the pressure off your kneecaps.

You're going to come, let's do it sideways.

You're going to come down into a squat, right back up.

Now down into the squat, squat, lunge.

Squat, lunge, opposite side, again, squat, lunge,

so now you're used to a mountain climber.

This is completely different.

You're now doing a squat, engaging all of this.

Engaging all of this, burning like you never

even knew that you could burn.

Then, going into a jump lunge.

Then you stop, back into the other side.

Stop, back in the other side.

Incorporate that movement.

Now do you do those for 12 rounds on each leg.

So I'm sorry, 12 reps each leg, but only for 3 rounds.

You don't need any more 3 rounds.

These exercises specifically designed,

I'm already out of breath.

And I'm already, can you see this?

Look at this.

I'm already starting to sweat.

I'm already starting to sweat.

Exactly, activating longated muscles, multiple muscle

groups, all at 1 time combatting the wine

that we know we love to drink.

OK?

There's nothing wrong with red wine, obviously in moderation.

This is heart healthy and this is good for you,

but let's face it.

You have to face the facts.

The facts are you have to have a system

to help you get the protocols that you need,

to help you get the exercises that you need, to teach you

the movements that no 1 else knows except someone

like myself or my great friend and fitness professional Shaun

Hatswell that have been in the industry for over 20 years.

So if you want to drink your wine

and you want that flat belly too, yes, you can do it.

This link up above, it'll take you

to a system called the Over 40, I'm so out of breath, already

from just that.

Over 40 Ab and Flat Belly Solution

that will give you your dream body in only 12 minutes.

It only takes 12 minutes.

So drinking wine can be a success

to getting a flat belly.

Yes, you can have wine.

Yes, you can have a flat stomach if you've got 12 minutes a day.

Now when you also go to this page,

you're going to see our wives.

My wife is 41 years old.

We have 3 beautiful kids, and she has her dream body.

And also Karen, which is Shaun's wife, 57 years old,

combatted colon cancer and has shocked doctors

across the globe using this exact system.

So if you love wine like we do, and you want that dream body,

and you want a flat stomach or that 6 pack of abs,

all you need is this system up above.

Click the link right now.

It'll take you to it.

And if this information helped you

and those exercises are something that you know

that you'll use, do me a favor.

In the comments below, put a big yes with exclamation marks.

Hit a like.

Hit a heart.

Hit a share.

Share the love.

Share it with your friends and family and coworkers,

and please get the message out there, because the Over 40

Ab Solution that's at this link is

going to give you that dream body

that you need and you want and you desired all

your life for just 12 minutes.

12 minutes to your dream body.

Keep drinking that wine.

I'll have this tonight after dinner.

I can't have this right now, it's too early in the day.

But keep drinking that wine, use this system.

Please let us know.

Don't forget to hit that like, heart, or that share,

and keep going strong.

Is the $400 Surface Go Worth It? - Duration: 6:19.

- Hey guys, this is Austin.

This is the brand new, smaller, and cheaper Surface Go.

But at $400 the question is,

is it worth it?

So Microsoft just sent this over.

Today is the launch of the Surface Go,

so you can pre-order it and all that kind of stuff.

But the general idea here is that

this feels much more like a competitor

to the iPad than a lot of the higher end Surface models.

So there are only going to be a couple models

of the Surface Go.

So this is the higher end config with the Pentium Gold,

which is standard across the board.

But with the upgrade, eight gigs of RAM

and 128 gigs of storage.

And this one is going to cost $550.

Alright, so inside we get the actual tablet itself.

That feels like an iPad.

That is much, much smaller than any of the normal Surfaces,

but we're still going to be getting a lot

of the nice features including,

when I get the plastic wrap off,

we've got the nice, fully adjustable kickstand.

Dude, this is really light, wow.

It's funny, I mean the normal Surfaces

are hardly heavy or huge,

but this just feels so much more portable.

I mean, that is nothing.

While phones are going completely away from bezels,

I actually don't mind the slightly larger

bezels on the Surface Go.

It gives you a nice sort of place to set your fingers

and use it without accidentally touching

the screen all the time.

So we've got a power cable,

so this one's going to be,

oh I have to do math.

23 watts, right?

24 watts, damn I was close.

My math skills, super sharp.

But we've got the standard Surface charger.

And this is going to be using the Surface connector.

So something that's going to be a little bit different

with this, as opposed to something like

the actual bigger Surface Pro,

is the port situation.

So we still do have the Surface connector,

but this guy's also going to have a full USB-C port.

Beyond that, it looks like we're just going to be

getting a little bit of paperwork in the box.

So, like its bigger brothers, you can pick it up

with the keyboard, as well as a stylus,

but both of those are going to cost extra.

So this is the Alcantara type cover.

Now that's going to actually run you a full $130.

You can pick up the non-Alcantara version for 100.

But don't be fooled by that $400 price tag

on the Surface Go.

It can get much more expensive very quickly.

The Surface Go is in an interesting position.

So it slots right in between the $330 base iPad,

as well as the $650 iPad Pro.

Now it is going to be both thicker,

as well as have a smaller screen than the Pro.

But you're also going to be getting

some much more PC-focused features.

Like, you know, an actual USB-C port,

and the ability to use a trackpad,

which is kinda helpful for the thing

that tries to replace your laptop.

Now the keyboards are actually going to be

a pretty similar size.

So both on the iPad as well as the Surface,

they're going to be about 85% of a standard laptop keyboard.

But the Surface definitely does have the advantage

with not only that touchpad,

but it also has a much nicer chiclet design

with some full backlighting.

Then there's the kickstand.

So this is a bit of a Surface signature at this point.

And the good thing is the Go does have

a fully flexible kickstand that's going

to be just like its bigger brothers.

You can adjust it up, down,

and pretty much stop at anywhere along the way.

Now it isn't out yet, but there will be

a little bit later this year,

a version of the Surface Go available with LTE.

Maybe not the most important thing in the world,

but just like an iPad, it can be very helpful

to have built into the device.

The iPad has made some major strides recently

to be much closer to a full laptop replacement device.

However, if you take one look at the Surface Go,

you're going to find a lot here

that's going to make your life a lot easier

if you actually do want to use it as a laptop.

And if you do want to take advantage of it

as an actual laptop,

you're probably going to want to use the microSD card slot.

With only 64 or 128 gigs of storage,

it's going to run out quick as soon

as you start doing anything more intensive.

And at least being able to throw in a 64 or 128 gig card

can make a big difference for only a few bucks.

Beyond just the difference in capacity,

there's also going to be a big difference in speed.

So while the 64 gigabyte version

of the Surface Go has slower eMMC flash,

this guy, with the 128 gigs of storage, has a full SSD.

While it's not going to be crazy fast,

it's really right on par with a lot of lower end laptops,

and especially pretty impressive for less than $600.

Where the Surface Go is kind of far off

is in pure performance.

Inside that Pentium Gold processor, well,

it's just not going to be that fast.

Now don't get me wrong.

It's still going to be faster than

the Atom-based cores inside the Surface 3,

but what you're getting here is a pair

of Skylake-based cores, which do

at least have hyperthreading,

but they're going to be kinda similar

to a last-gen core i3, except clocked much, much slower.

Mind you, we are looking at a fanless 10-inch tablet

with a 6 watt TDP,

and a max clock speed of only 1.6 gigahertz.

Now without any kind of boost, it does mean

it's going to suffer in the benchmarks.

But in real world use,

the Surface Go actually isn't too bad.

With 8 gigs of RAM, and that pretty speedy SSD,

it does hold up pretty well in normal use.

Now of course you have to temper your expectations,

you're probably not going to want

to edit 4K video on this guy,

but that Skylake-based core processor does make

a big difference to day-to-day use.

You're also getting decent graphics performance.

The Intel HD 615 inside is going to be fine

for some very light gaming,

although you really shouldn't turn this into a gaming PC,

but importantly it is going to allow you

to, say, run a couple of 1080p monitors,

or even a 4K display off of it.

Even without the keyboard,

you're also getting some other nice features.

So this is going to be full Windows Hello support,

so all you need to do is turn it on,

and very quickly it will recognize you and log in.

This is something that will be coming

to iPad soon with Face ID,

but Microsoft already has a great implementation,

and it's here on a $400 tablet today.

The screen isn't too bad.

So you're getting a 10-inch, 1800 by 1200 display,

which of course does support touch.

And while it's not going to be

the highest quality panel in the world,

it gets pretty bright, but the color accuracy

is going to be a little bit off,

and it's not going to be the most

contrasty thing in the world.

But generally speaking, for a $400 tablet,

I'm definitely not complaining.

So you are going to be getting front-firing speakers,

but they just don't really sound all that impressive.

They're a little bit on the tinny side,

and while they do get pretty loud,

the issue is there's no real bass

and they just kinda sound whatever.

I guess it's a $400 laptop, tablet, thing.

(Hit That Jive Jack by Gramatik plays)

Yeah, that's so much better.

So with the iPad, what you're getting

is something that is going to have not only quad speakers,

there's going to be one on all four corners,

but just sounds much richer, much deeper.

To be fair, the iPad Pro is also going

to be a fair bit more expensive, but no-brainer.

It's way, way better.

The cameras on the Surface Go are surprisingly good.

Not only is the webcam nicely detailed and very rich,

but even the rear-facing camera doesn't look too bad.

So, is the Surface Go worth it?

Well they've hit a good price point,

and a lot of the compromises

from the bigger Surface Pro are very understandable.

Now for most people, especially if you just want it

for basic use, I think the standard $400 version

is going to be fine.

However, if you want to actually use this

as a laptop replacement,

I would really say that you should upgrade

to the higher-end model and pick up a keyboard.

It is going to make a big difference.

Now all that being said, I'm curious.

Would you want to pick up a Surface Go,

or would you rather prefer to use something like an iPad?

Let me know in the comments below,

and I will catch you in the next one.

Is "Underpainting" Worth it? - Duration: 6:50.

hey guys. today I'm going to experiment with under painting. under painting is

something that you would normally do with oil painting or acrylic painting

which is where you would prepare your canvas with a layer of paint that sort

of sets out your shapes and tones. sometimes instead of just drawing on

what you're painting, you would just take a neutral colored paint like brown and

gray or something, and just block out shapes and that helps you work

on your composition before you actually go into the details and have to undo a

whole bunch of stuff. some people take this even further and do the entire

painting in greyscale and then just glaze color overtop of it. that's a

really interesting technique. and I love the way that that looks especially with

things like water and skin tones and stuff like that. and if you want to have

a whole lot of fun with color you would paint out blocks of your painting in

completely different bright colors so when you put the layers on afterward, a

little bit of that color will show through in the texture and it's very

interesting. there are a lot of different ways to do this. I'm doing

these three little pictures of succulents. I did go ahead and sketch

them out and on the first card I'm trying a "warm" under painting. so I'm

doing lots of yellows and colors analogous to yellow. in the second one

I'm using a "cool" under painting. so I'm doing lots of Blues. the third one, I

think what i did is that i decided to do a complementary under painting.

we're gonna see if this actually makes a difference. now i'm kind of limited to my

own ability to try to use the same colors again. it's incredibly hot today

so my paint is drying up really fast. so

there will be some variation in the final picture just because I may not be

able to create the exact same color every time. I also spent a lot more time

on the very first picture compared to the second ones so that might make a

difference too. now this technique is useful for people who don't want to use

too much time building up color and things. if you ever have that blank

canvas "syndrome" where you take forever to start because the canvas is

just so big and empty and you don't know how to fill it all up? under painting

also works to fill in the tiny little the holes in the canvas so that you

don't have to worry so much about mixing enough color to get multiple layers you

know what I mean? because sometimes you'll paint something

you spend a whole lot of time on it and then you realize that you can kind of

see through it! especially if you hold it up to light you know I mean? so the under

painting helps you by starting an initial layer to kind of get that part

out of the way. it makes a nice smooth useful surface for the good stuff. so now

I'm done my little succulents and I do notice that they look extremely

different from each other. I know that I kind of played it light and went through

it as quickly as reasonably possible so there's gonna be some differences anyway

but my favorite part about those paintings though, is that in the scratchy

bit you can see the underlying colors through it and personally I think that

kind of gives it more dimension and makes it more interesting to look at.

the real question is: can you do under paintings for watercolor? under painting

for watercolor would be a lot more restrictive because it is transparent.

technically all watercolor paintings are "under painted". regardless, I did three

really quick and simple studies starting with different layers. I'm doing

one in greyscale which is a traditional technique actually with watercolor. the

technique is called grisaille. it's when you paint the whole painting in

greyscale beginning to end .you have a completed painting, pretty much. and then

you just add layers of color over top of it. the first layer establishes your

tones: your lights and darks. and then you just tint those. the second study I am

trying to do the whole thing just using primary colors. everything in that little

square is going to be painted with red yellow and blue

I'm not going to premix any colors. I'm not going to try to mix the colors on

the paper. I'm just going to add layers of flat primary color and when the light

goes through the different layers, the light will mix the colors itself and it

will appear like they are mix colors. very exciting. and in the third one I'm

just painting normally as a 'constant' because I want to know if doing these

different steps actually makes a difference? makes it better? if it's worth

the planning of doing it? so let's find out. these studies were actually really

challenging because I'm using this experimental paper with a sample I

got: it's called Coventry rag vellum and it's not particularly heavyweight. and I

do notice right away that it doesn't mix very well on the paper. I really didn't

need that extra challenge during this and that's gonna be why the yellow in

the flowers doesn't fade very well into the purple. that's annoying. so after

these are done I noticed that they are each very very different and they're

actually a little bit dull because I think the yellow I'm using is not

terribly transparent. and the second one, the blue really lifted as I was painting

over it so maybe that was the wrong blue to use? I can't tell you which blue it

was but yeah, that completely ruined the yellow of the flowers. I still kind of

like it though. I'm pretty happy with how well the colors turned out in the end.

the second one, there is a bit of a richness to them. I didn't really see a

huge advantage to any of these other methods but I wouldn't mind working a

little bit more on mixing with layers of primary colors. of course all of these

little cards are available for purchase in the shop. there's a link in the

description... and let me know which method was your favorite? or if you have a

completely different method that you really like to use? maybe it's a secret.

thanks so much for watching I'll see you next time

Is This the Tracklist for Travis Scott's New Album? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:36.

Is This the Tracklist for Travis Scott's New Album? | Heavy.com

Travis Scott's third studio album, Astroworld, is scheduled to come out on Friday.

The rapper unveiled the album cover on Tuesday, as well as a video trailer that included a snippet of the song "Stargazing." Outside of "Stargazing," however, Scott has stayed quiet when it comes to rumored song titles and guest features.

It's unclear whether he will officially reveal them before the album's release, but a tracklist has reportedly been leaked online.

The tracklist in question lists eleven tracks, with no listed features.

Check it out below. "Stargazing".

"Chain Sex". "Caesar".

"Ambition (Interlude)". "Family".

"Watch". "Skyscreamer".

"Drugs II". "Trust".

"Peyote". "Bissonet".

Many of the song titles align with what we've heard so far.

The aforementioned "Stargazing" makes sense as a leadoff track, given its use for the album trailer, and a song tentatively titled "Cryogenic" has been making the rounds on Soundcloud over the past few months and has the refrain "Chain Sex" throughout.

Its very plausible that "Cryogenic" is actually the second track.

Check out the original version below.

Its unclear whether Scott will have guest features, but he has assembled an impressive list of producers.

Mike Dean, a longtime Kanye West collaborator, said that he's been working on the album, as well as Sonny Digital, WondaGurl, Wheezy, NAV, Frank Dukes and Sheck Wes.

Allen Ritter, who often works with Drake and Rihanna, reportedly went to Hawaii last month to put the finishing touches on the album.

The fifth track, "Family," also has precedence.

Scott previewed a song that's believed to have the same name on Snapchat a few years back.

Given how long the rapper has been working on Astroworld, it would make sense that "Family" would be a relatively old track.

Conversely, there are several reasons to question the validity of this tracklist.

Neither Scott nor any of his camp has confirmed the the tracklist as legitimate, and a recent Twitter theory suggests that Astroworld will actually be a double album, in the vein of Drake's recent Scorpion.

In an interview with Beats 1 Radio, Scott said that Astroworld was a culmination of what he started with his 2015 debut Rodeo.

"Astroworld's been set in stone since Rodeo," he said.

"My whole idea was if you locked in to Rodeo, you definitely locked into Astroworld.

I'm just finishing the saga I started on my first album.

This is supposed to be my second album.

I had to go quick, because like I said, I had all these ideas, I just had to get off real quick, but now I'm finally back home with Astroworld.".

Scott also alluded to the fact that he has lots of tracks lined up for the album.

"I'm at that point where it's time to unleash anything I was working on, or any feel, anything inspired me for the album," he said.

"It's about to be a vibe.".
