Waching daily Aug 29 2018

hey guys so let's talk about the miracle hormone vitamin D and yes vitamin D is

actually a hormone it's not really a vitamin so

sunlight it's incredibly important for health and people see all these things

they see vitamin A and B and C and D and they think okay all vitamins are equal

in their importance vitamin D is extremely important for human health if

you are not getting enough vitamin D chances are you're going to be depressed

your brain isn't going to work as well you're not going to be producing

testosterone as much your libido is going to be done you're gonna be feeling

like shit your bone health isn't gonna be as good so you know as a society over

the last 10 20 years we're increasingly increasingly becoming more sedentary due

to the increase and the development of Technology we're all inside all day I'm

especially guilty of this my entire life I mean when I was younger when I was a

teenager I was a gamer so it was on my computer all the time never went outside

you know sometimes in the summer and now I'm making YouTube videos working online

as an entrepreneur so I'm still inside so this is something that's really

personally affected me so I can speak from experience that when I don't get

enough Sun I truly feel like shit so maybe it's the same for you let me

know in the comments section down below ah I'd be curious to know so vitamin D

in general is an in huge amounts and food that we eat but we can get quite a

lot of it from from animal products like eggs milk so these sorts of foods tend

to be decent and vitamin D of salmon is another example so you can get it from

foods you can get it from fortified foods but generally the best source of

the vitamin D is going to be from the Sun because you're going to get much

more of it much quicker all from a supplement which we're going to speak

about at the end of this video so there are two forms of vitamin D vitamin d3

which are probably heard of its called kool calcitriol and vitamin d2 which is

called ogo costs health Cicero whoa just like studded there that was weird

so out of these two forms vitamin d3 is what you want this is what your body

wants there there have been a lot of benefits proven from consuming enough

vitamin D but these benefits don't really apply it to vitamin d2 so vitamin

d3 is what you want alright so now we can briefly touch on testosterone so

testosterone as you probably know is the male dominant hormone women have it too

but they have more estrogen while males have more testosterone and less estrogen

testosterone for us guys is so damn important for our health seriously it's

good for our physical health it really determines how much fat mass you're

gonna have muscle mass to a certain extent that's a complicated issue but

mental health it's another thing if you don't have enough testosterone if you

don't have it within normal ranges you're gonna experience emotional

problems as well as physical weakness and many other symptoms so testosterone

really is like rocket fuel for men it's the reason we are guys so vitamin D in

many studies has actually had a very close correlation with testosterone

there are actually quite a few randomized controlled trials that have

shown that when men deficient in vitamin D a given vitamin D that testosterone

goes up their cortisol the stress hormone and the arch-nemesis of

testosterone goes down so they've also found that older men who have low levels

of vitamin D have lower testosterone levels so that there's definitely a

strong connection there but here's the kicker men with normal testosterone

levels in one study in one randomized controlled trial were given an excess of

vitamin D that was supplemented with it and there were no one changes so what

this basically means is that if you're not deficient in vitamin D then

consuming more is probably not going to increase your testosterone levels

they're having some studies showing a slight increase but generally there's

going to be no significant increase in your testosterone levels if you're not

deficient in the first place and this tends to be the same by the way for many

other minerals like zinc magnesium and and other vitamins and minerals

which tend to be argued to be good for testosterone so generally that's a good

thing to keep in mind and it can save you a lot of time when you think about

all these supplements like zinc magnesium vitamin D they are only going

to help increase your testosterone if you were deficient in it in the first

place now there are some studies that that show that giving excessive amounts

of it may help to increase it a little bit but the difference really isn't

enough to warrant going and buying a shitload easing or a ton of magnesium or

vitamin D but the problem is most of us are deficient in vitamin D because we're

inside all day we're not out in the Sun so it's definitely something to consider

now there are a number of other factors as well which will determine whether

you're going to be absorbing the vitamin D from the Sun like a skin color for

example your weight your age the latitude that you live in whether you

live in Latvia or whether you live in Thailand so these factors all have

strong influences on whether you want to be absorbing a well whether you're going

to be deficient or not based on how much sunlight you're getting so it's

definitely worth getting the levels tested but I do understand that that's

not always a reasonable possibility so just use your common sense and think

about it if it's wintertime especially or in general if you're inside a lot and

especially if it's winter and you're inside a lot then chances are you're

probably not getting enough vitamin D and the amount you're getting from foods

like salmon probably isn't sufficient enough to prevent a deficiency so in

these sorts of circumstances it may be a good idea to go and get a vitamin d3

supplement not d2 remember d3 now based on the research I've seen generally a

good dose and again that dose is gonna depend so much on how much Sun you're

getting and all these different factors but in general supplements are going to

come in a 1000 IU dose IU on vitamin D supplements means international units

it's just a form of measurement so they'll come between one thousand

sometimes two thousand three thousand five thousand you'll also get ten

thousand and generally you're not going to see any more than that so if it's

something like winter you're inside a lot then taking ten thousand per day may

be a good idea maybe a bit less than that if it's summertime but you just

feel like you're on your computer a bit much then you're not getting enough Sun

in post take 1,000 a day 2,000 a day and now the

limits and many official recommendations tend to be a bit lower than they should

be and many scientists and studies have actually made this quite clear that the

the amount that organizations are recommending generally don't tend to be

enough and that could be down to the fact that every year more and more we're

inside more and more and more so yeah between 1,000 to 5,000 is gonna be a

good dose for many of you but if you're really deficient up to 10,000 as you go

higher than this although it's safe to take something like 20,000 maybe even

30,000 if you stay at this amount will go above this of course for a prolonged

period of time you do risk building up too much calcium in your blood which can

be really dangerous so more is not better you shouldn't take this

correlation between testosterone and vitamin D and think that vitamin D is

like a steroid and if I can take as much as I can

then my testosterone is gonna increase the body doesn't work like that so more

isn't better just take the dose every day based on your circumstances and that

should be fine if you haven't already I highly recommend you enroll and the rip

dude program if you're a guy which you probably are through at this point of

the video or if you just go in the lean goal program if you've watched this

particular video up till now I highly recommend you enroll in these programs

because they are working for a ton of people right if you want to get lean if

you want to get that body you want and you want to skip all the crap you'll see

you sick of the BS and you just want something that works you know something

that isn't gonna bust your pocket something that is actually based on

science and is getting people results then I highly recommend you check out

the rip dude and Lingle program down below alright guys until next time have

a great day and I'll catch you in the next video peace all

you

Why Liverpool's Alexander-Arnold must tread disciplinary tightrope for SIXTEEN matches ? | LFC News - Duration: 2:10.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is facing a ban .... already.

Trent Alexander-Arnold must tread a disciplinary tightrope for Liverpool's next SIXTEEN Premier

League matches - after picking up yellow cards in the Reds' first three Premier League matches

of the season.

The young full-back was so determined not to miss the start of the season after his

World Cup experience with England in the summer that he returned to training a week early

and he was picked ahead of Nathaniel Clyne for the 4-0 thrashing of West Ham.

However, he was booked in that 4-0 stroll for pushing Felipe Anderson , picked up another

yellow in the 2-0 win at Crystal Palace for what the BBC described as a "bad foul" then

collected a 77th minute caution on Saturday night for a cynical tug back on the halfway

line.

He is the only Liverpool player who has found his way into a referee's notebook this season,

but has done so three times already.

According to FA rules this season suspensions are "competition specific" - meaning that

cautions only count in the specific competitions they are awarded.

Players collecting five yellow cards up to and including the 19th Premier League match

of the season will be banned for one match.

After 19 Premier League matches the cut-off mark extends to 32 matches, then only players

who collect 15 yellow cards before the end of the season will incur a three-match ban.

So Alexander-Arnold has only two more cautions to play with up to and including the home

match against Newcastle United on Boxing Day in order to escape a ban.

In the Carabao Cup and FA Cup competitions players who receive two yellow cards will

be banned for one match.

MNF Extra: Why Mohamed Salah will expect to keep scoring for Liverpool - Duration: 13:04.

MNF Extra: Why Mohamed Salah will expect to keep scoring for Liverpool

Mohamed Salah enjoyed a record-breaking season for Liverpool but how will he fare in 2018/19? With the help of Jamie Carragher, MNF Extra explores the underlying numbers that suggest Salah can show his debut campaign was no flash in the pan.

After scoring 15 league goals for Roma in the season prior to his arrival at Anfield, there was plenty of optimism about what Mohamed Salah might be able to do in a Liverpool shirt.

Few expected what followed.

Salah was a 66/1 shot to win the Golden Boot before a ball was kicked but he became the first player to score 32 goals in a 38-game Premier League season.

It will not be quite such a shock if Salah goes on another scoring spree this time around but as with Harry Kane before him there seems to be a lingering suspicion that this might have been some sort of freak season, never to be repeated.

Salah is not even an out-and-out striker, after all.

But this argument is flawed.

All evidence suggests his scoring is repeatable.

It did not take long to see that Salah was going to score goals for Liverpool - and lots of them.

"I remember his first game against Watford," Jamie Carragher tells MNF Extra.

"It finished 3-3 and he scored but he had so many other chances and with the positions that he took up I think I said on the next Monday Night Football that he was going to score 25 goals.".

The reason for such conviction was not that Salah did the spectacular, although the long-distance lob in the 4-3 win over Manchester City certainly came under that category.

What was really impressive was that he found himself in dangerous positions time and time again.

It is the curious thing about Salah - he actually misses a lot of good chances.

Chances were missed.

Opta defines a big chance as a situation where a player should reasonably be expected to score, usually in a one-on-one scenario or from very close range.

It is perhaps no surprise Christian Benteke was high on the list with 20 big chances missed last season but there was one man with more.

Salah missed 23.

He could have scored even more goals.

Crucially, despite missing the most clear-cut chances of any Premier League player, Salah still boasted a conversion rate that was almost identical to that of Manchester City's Sergio Aguero last season.

It was not that his finishing was poor, it was just that Salah managed to find himself on the end of an unusual number of opportunities to score goals.

Shot volume matters.

Salah had 144 shots last season, second only to Kane.

While the England captain had 40 more in total, almost all of that difference could be explained by shots from outside the penalty box.

In fact, Kane had exactly twice as many shots from outside the area - 62 to 31.

Salah, meanwhile, had more touches of the ball than anyone else inside the penalty box.

Opta's expected-goals model factors in the quality of chances as well as the volume of them.

Those numbers indicate that Salah was expected to score 23 goals last season.

In other words, although Salah did find the net more than might have been predicted, even if he had been finishing his chances as expected he would still have outscored everyone except Kane.

"The numbers for expected goals and touches in the box just prove that it is the positions that he takes up and the runs that he makes," says Carragher.

"It is not set in stone who should be picking him up.

Is it the full-back or the centre-back? Teams have played three at the back against Liverpool and not had much success.

It's just not easy with his positioning.".

He cannot be stopped.

Any suggestion that Salah could be stifled by the special attention from opponents after last season's heroics does not really stand up to scrutiny anyway.

Premier League defences were well aware of his potency during the second half of the campaign but Salah's numbers actually went up across the board.

Seventeen of his 32 goals came after Christmas.

While the opposition knew about the threat, they could not stop it.

Salah averaged more shots per 90 minutes during the second half of the season and had more touches in the opposition box too.

He even provided more assists for his team-mates.

The way he cut inside to slot home the winner against Brighton suggests there is more of the same to come.

"You can talk about stopping players but the one thing that you cannot stop a player doing is running," explains Carragher.

"He makes great diagonal runs in that left channel between the centre-back and left-back and he's quicker than most defenders.

He is not wide, he is very narrow and it ensures that he is always in position to score.

It is no flash in the pan.".

Already delivering again.

While the Premier League table might take some time to sort itself out, the striking thing about Salah's statistics is that he has already taken up residency at the top of many of the same lists as last season.

As well as his two goals in the first three games, nobody has had more shots this season and no player has had as many touches in the opposition box.

The result is that Salah's expected-goals tally is higher than anybody else yet again this season - just clear of Aguero.

Salah's confidence is high, he is settled and he is adored by the Liverpool supporters.

While his opponents know about him, so do his team-mates.

There are some new ones to play with who could help him to score even more too.

Naby Keita's brilliant bit of skill that saw him split the Crystal Palace defence might have brought Salah a goal had he not chipped the ball over the bar.

But it was an encouraging sign nonetheless.

"Keita played that fantastic ball against Crystal Palace but think of the position of Salah," says Carragher.

"He was not out wide, he was in that central position.".

System set up for him.

While Jurgen Klopp is famous for the work ethic he demands of his players, even he appears willing to tweak the system in order to indulge Salah.

Speaking to reporters earlier this month, Klopp acknowledged that hard-working striker Roberto Firmino is almost a midfielder in this setup.

So too is Sadio Mane.

It is Salah who is the real striker.

"We have a very strange 4-5-1 formation with Sadio as a midfielder, Bobby being a midfielder, more or less, and Mo being a striker, even though he plays in a little different position," said Klopp.

The average position data supports that claim - Salah is Liverpool's most advanced player.

"It was a really interesting thing for Klopp to say," adds Carragher.

"I think he allows Salah to be the one man in his team who does not have to come back constantly.

Firmino and Mane come back, but Klopp gives Salah the leeway because he is scoring 30 or 40 goals a season.

He knows what he can do on the counter-attack when there is a turnover in possession.

He is not playing as a winger, he is sort of a wide striker.".

So what happens next?.

But every single one still scored at least 14 goals.

It is an indication of the level at which Salah is operating.

The more likely scenario is that Liverpool's 'wide striker' is up there among the top scorers again.

"I think he is a player who will consistently score 25 or more goals in a season," says Carragher.

HOW TO GET READY FOR SCHOOL IN 15 MINUTES || outfit, hairstyle, makeup, and vegan breakfast - Duration: 10:27.

hi girls and boys because we don't

discriminate here um so my name is Bethzy

for all of you guys that don't know my

name

because the other day as I was going

through all of my videos I noticed that

I've never said my name on camera and

maybe y'all are confused because many

people have called me Bethany and that's

not my name and also many people have

confused my name by calling me Betty

which is also not my name so hear me out

my name is Bethzy I'm sorry because I

haven't been uploading a videos but

school started and believe me even

though I have five periods it's still

hectic as f--ck so today as you see on the

title of this video we're gonna do

something really quick because we like

to sleep in and this video is for all of

you that still want to look good for

school but don't have that much time so

first you do your skincare routine as

usual even if you just have time to wash

your face it's better just washing your

face and don't doing anything so we're

gonna have me applying moisturizer and

also we're gonna be a applying some

sunscreen because it's really important

and for me especially because I live in

a place where it's always hot in the

summer and like believe me it's really

really hot and I'm not used to it while

I'm doing my makeup I wanted to mention

something guys and there's going to be a

change on my channel and I was thinking

on doing maybe at least one video in

Spanish every month and the reason why

is because I've discovered that there's

20% of my subscribers that speak Spanish

and yeah I want to like have a variety

here so in that video I'm gonna include

English subtitles like I do with my

English videos because I want everybody

to understand me and this kind of videos

that I'm going to be doing in Spanish

I'm going to be a little bit different

so I hope you guys online and it's

basically just going to be maybe one

video a month so don't worry

everything's gonna be fine because I'm

still gonna be doing videos in English

and yeah so we apply moisturizer and

sunscreen we're gonna do or eyebrows and

if you have thick eyebrows you can just

use these make my brow buy the brand

essence and just basically is like a gel

and it has a little bit of a tint on it

so it's easy to just like put it on but

if you don't have as much of a bushy

brow or you just want to look a little

bit extra then you can just use the elf

brow pencil and just like try to fill in

all of these Paris areas on your brows

and basically what I do is that I do it

really quickly and I just underline the

bottom part of my eyebrow and a little

bit of the upper part of my eyebrow and

I do it really quickly then I just brush

my eyebrows really quickly now I go

really quick with my make my brow buy

the brand essence and I just basically

do this and believe me it's gonna be a

little bit messy if you do it really

quick like me but you can just literally

pass your finger through the areas that

have a lot of the product and it

literally goes away also excuse my news

because they are really ugly right now

until then after we do my brows we're

gonna go with your eyes and basically we

just take our bronzer I don't care which

ever you have whichever you like you

just put your bronzer as an eyeshadow so

then after we add the bronzer

I'm going to go for her lashes so after

I curl my eyelashes I just apply mascara

and I'm using a waterproof mascara by

covergirl and I haven't found any

cruelty free s carrots that are similar

to this one so if you know they're

really good too for this one and that

it's cruelty free let me know because

I've been trying to find something that

is similar to this cuz I love this

mascara so much now I'm gonna apply

mascara to my bottom lashes so then

after we apply mascara

we're gonna go for lips and this is

basically a real quick I just take some

chapstick and then what I do is apply

twenty Beauty plus but if you can't

afford this honestly just use the plus

lips this one is just like two bucks or

something like that so it's really cheap

and basically that's our makeup and I

was using a stopwatch to like know how

much time I'm spending on my makeup and

it's basically five minutes with 34

seconds so here you go a really simple

makeup now we're gonna go with the hair

stuff now for hair cell I have two

options so if you don't know how to do a

Dutch braid then just roll your hair

backwards like this so you can put some

bobby pins on the back of your hair and

then do the same thing for the front

side and basically that's they're still

pretty bobby pin to the other side

basically that's the hairstyle all

simple it looks like this right but

really and basically you can just leave

it as is or you can just do it into a

ponytail like this and in my opinion it

looks much better in a ponytail it took

me two minutes to go but if you want to

be a little bit extra to just like

basically to like boxer braids

so our Dutch braids I don't know what

you guys call it but you do it backwards

so basically you take one piece of your

hair put it down and then the other

piece and down then this piece goes down

also each time you do that you cannot

grab a little bit of hair that you're

not holding I'm gonna explain how to do

hairstyles that's why my youtube channel

is not about hair cells then you tie it

up with your lead out with your I don't

know what you'd call a they forgot the

name you have to stop like at this part

of your head and then you just continue

doing the little things eat our bread

whatever and you continue doing it until

your desired length and tie it up and

you do the same to the other side you

can just leave them like this if you

don't have any time but I recommend you

tying them up like backwards and leaving

your hair down if you don't want to do

that then you can just do it into a

ponytail - yeah basically that's a

hairstyle

took me three minutes to do this now

we're moving on to the outfit and then

after that we are going into the

breakfast I had to include a billion

breakfast in this because I don't want

y'all going to school without eating

breakfast like believe me if I don't eat

breakfast before I go to school I get so

mad Hey so this is what we are going to

be needing and for this breakfast is

really simple and really easy and you're

not gonna get hungry for a couple of

hours so we're gonna be needing some

oats but they have to be quick oats and

then your little bow and some chia seeds

if you are extra like me but if you

don't want to do that then don't do it

and if you want you can add a little bit

of sugar or maple syrup but if you don't

want to do that then just add vegan

protein powder believe me I love this

parting powder so if you want to try it

out then just go to sprouts and yeah

this is basically my favorite vegan

protein powder at the moment and some

almond milk in this case I just have

almond / coconut milk and basically you

just roll all of that into a bowl and

that's your breakfast basically we have

three quarters of a cup of oats one

tablespoon of the protein powder and one

tablespoon of chia seeds but you can

just imagine like and then just add the

milk you have to cover all of the oats

so add as much milk as you want

it basically looks like this but just

give it a couple of minutes while you're

doing your makeup or something like that

and basically you have your healthy

carbohydrates your protein and also your

healthy fats so

is a really complete breakfast you can

add a bunch of fruit if you like but if

you don't have time then you can just

eat it as is because it really tastes so

good like I promise

so basically that's it for today's video

and I hope you guys liked it and if you

did then subscribe to my channel leave a

comment down below and give this video a

thumbs up and yeah that's it for me for

today so I'll see you guys

yes

Library Resources and Support Services for DNP Students - Duration: 6:20.

Hello and welcome to this quick video

orientation for the UIC library for the

doctorate of Nursing Practice students

of the UIC College of Nursing. I am Emily

Johnson, one of the UIC Nursing Liaison

Librarians and I will guide you through

a quick introduction to library

resources and support for your DNP

program so let's get started. Here is the

UIC Library homepage. This website will

help you find research materials as well

as support services from the librarians.

This is a place to start your quick

search with our main search box and find

out about the library services and

locations. While the library homepage

will get you started in your search for

information, the Nursing Liaisons have

created specific guides for you to seek

out clinical and research information

for the nursing discipline. Let's

navigate to the Nursing guide by

clicking on subject and course guides

underneath the search box. From the

subject and course guide, you can scroll

down to click on the Nursing subject.

This will reveal several guides focused

in on Nursing. You should explore some of

these guides that are highlighted to

find appropriate resources for your

coursework but for now, let's select the

Nursing guide. The nursing liaisons have

curated this website of resources

specifically for Nurses. Scrolling down

the front page consists of quick links

to information resources and the support

services that are available to you. One

of the main support services are the

Nursing Library Liaisons. These

librarians are experts in the scholarly

needs of the DNP program and want to

support your information needs

during this program. We are willing to

meet with you individually or in a group

to help you find this information. Please

schedule an appointment with us to help

you form and revise search strategy,

search appropriate information resources,

and evaluate resources for their

appropriateness for your project. These

consultations can be done in person, over

the phone, or online; whichever is your

preference. The College of Nursing has

four Library Liaison to support all six

College of Nursing campuses. You can see

our contact information listed here.

The Nursing Liaisons designed this guide so

you can easily access key resources in

Nursing. As we see across the top of the

page check out additional information

resources, evidence-based practice and

practice based information, citation

creation and tutorials to support you.

Let's review the "Where to Find..." menu for

your DNP project. You will most likely

need a range of information sources, such

as scholarly journals, books, images, and

statistical resources. Let's click on the

database for articles link. This

page displays the major databases to

find supporting evidence for your DNP

project. The Nursing Liaisons recommend

the following to use for your project:

CINAHLPlus and MEDLINE via PubMed at

UIC to find applicable articles. You can

access these databases from anywhere

when you link from the UIC library pages

and authenticate with your UIC NetID

and password. If you are struggling to use

these databases, check out the link to

tutorials across the top of the page to

find more helpful hints. The tutorials

page is designed to support you at the

point of information need. Many of these

tutorials help you navigate the features

of the databases or support you in

thinking about search strategy

independent of the database. We hope that

this curated list will give you a

starting point for seeking out

information. Finally, in the menu the last

area to feature are the course guide

links. Again, the Nursing Library Liaisons

tried to curate specific databases and

ebook resources for your coursework for

the Nursing degree programs. We invite

you to investigate the course guides

including the NURS 515 and 516 guide to

find specific resources for that course.

Thank you for taking the time to view

this brief video to learn a little bit

more about the Library support of the

DNP program. The Nursing Liaison

Librarians know that the use and

navigation of these resources to find

the information that you need can be

challenging so feel free to contact us

at any point in your program. We are

happy to support you throughout your

program and want you to be successful in

finding the evidence you need. Here is

our contact information again so we look

Moeen Ali and Sam Curran return for England in fourth Test vs India - Duration: 4:14.

Moeen Ali and Sam Curran return for England in fourth Test vs India

Moeen Ali and Sam Curran have been recalled to the England XI for the fourth Test against India at the Ageas Bowl, with Ollie Pope and Chris Woakes missing out.

Jonny Bairstow will play as a specialist batsman and move up to No 4, meaning Jos Buttler will take over behind the stumps.

Ali, playing his first Test of the summer, will provide a second spin option and is expected to bat at No 7, while Curran replaces Woakes, who has been ruled out due to a thigh issue.

Joe Root praised Ali's recent form for Worcestershire and believes the all-rounder has provided an example to any England player on how to respond to being dropped.

"Chris Woakes is not fit to play this week and Ben Stokes has a slight issue so, for the balance of the side, Moeen Ali comes in for Ollie Pope.

[Moeen] is in fine form, isn't he?" Root said.

"He's gone back to his county and what you want from international players is for them to go back and prove a point and really stand out, that's exactly what Moeen has done.

"He seems in a really good place and that's a good sign for England moving forward.

I'm really pleased for him because he's obviously gone away and worked really hard at his game.".

The England captain also confirmed that the decision to take the gloves from Bairstow was purely medical, although he refused to guarantee that his fellow Yorkshireman would be assured of returning to wicketkeeping duties once his fractured finger is healed.

"It was a medical call.

He didn't seem fit to keep at 100 per cent in a Test match for five days, and that was the call that was made," he added.

"He will be disappointed but ultimately, we've got to do the best thing for this team to win this game.

"There are no guarantees in international sport and it has opened the door for someone else.

Jos has got an opportunity for this game and, potentially, the rest of this series, we'll have to wait and see and I think that is a good thing in terms of development for this group.".

The changes come as England look to get back to winning ways after defeat in the third Test at Trent Bridge cut their lead in the five-match series to 2-1, with two Test to play.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli confirmed that Ravichandran Ashwin has fully recovered from the hip injury that plagued him during the third Test and could be set to name an unchanged side for the first time since taking over as India captain in January 2015.

England team to play fourth Test: Cook, Jennings, Root (c), Bairstow, Stokes, Buttler (wk), Ali, Curran, Rashid, Broad, Anderson.

Heather Storm Talks Going Under The Hood For Another Inspirational Season Of 'Garage Squad' - Daily - Duration: 3:41.

Heather Storm isn't afraid to get her hands dirty! The TV host of 'Garage Squad' prepares to kick off another inspiring season & talks to HollywoodLife about her love of cars & travel

This badass blonde is not only a star behind the wheel, but also under the hood! Heather Storm returns to TV for another season as the host of Velocity's Garage Squad! Kicking off it's fifth season tonight, Aug

29, at 9 PM ET, Heather is joined by world champion driver Bruno Massel and lead mechanic Joe Zolper to literally pimp the rides of some amateur car owners

"There's so many different variables, and pieces, and problem solving that goes in to fixing these cars," Heather explained to HollywoodLife

com in an EXCLUSIVE interview. "To be able to work with a group of people, and problem solve, and then see the end result in this incredible transformation is empowering in and of itself

" This season, Heather teased, we'll see the gang not only help people who aren't able to get their vintage cars ready for a joyride, but also car owners who may have endured a tragic event, and need a pick-me-up

"Sometimes we're helping these people through processes, or traumatic events that have happened in their life where the car was a symbol of that

Once they're able to get it up and going, they're able to move forward a little bit," the "Drive Yourself Local" host revealed

"It's a whole process. It's not just fixing the car, but getting to know the people, and helping them through a transition period that they're going through, too, which is really cool

" In the first episode of the season, heather, Bruno and Joe find themselves traveling to answer the prayers of Oswego pastor, Rich Wooten, a man who gives so much to his community and expects nothing in return

The trio goes to help him reboot his 1974 Ford Bronco that he had always wanted to fix up, but put it aside for years

"Pastor Rich was such a personable guy. He was just really fun to work with in general," Heather said ahead of the premiere episode

"What was fun about this episode, was that he clearly doesn't do anything for himself

He's just a giver, no matter what type of work. He traveled all over the world doing missions, and helping people out, and that just so wonderful

It's really nice to be able to give back to somebody, and that excitement is contagious

"  Heather, a proid owner of a '65 Mustang, herself, spends her "off" time driving cross-country, giving her followers what she calls "slices of local America

" "What I love about meeting people in small towns, is that people are people no matter where you're from," she explained

"There's nice people and there's not so nice people. You meet the nice people and you have a little more faith in humanity just checking out there

" You can follow her adventures on her website by clicking here! Be sure to tune in tonight, Aug

29th, and every Wednesday at 9 PM, to Garage Squad on Velocity!
