Waching daily Aug 2 2018

So you have a job interview coming up and you need advice on how to get ready

for interview day. In this video, you'll learn my top four tips to help you

prepare for the big day so that you can enter your interview with confidence and

ease and if you stay around until the end I have something special just for

you that will give you even more self

assurance when it comes to your job search. Hi there. I'm Heather Austin from

ProfessorAustin.com and #TheCareerClub on Facebook and on this channel I

provide simple solutions to help you build a business or launch a career you

love so if you're new here consider subscribing and hitting that bell

notification down below so you don't miss a thing. Now before we jump into my

top four tips to help you get ready for your job interview, remember that first

impressions are everything. Someone will make a first impression

within 30 seconds or less so when you enter your interview you want to look

capable, look alert and look interested. So let's jump into my top 4 tips. Tip

number one is to do your homework. Now I recommend this in almost every interview

video that I do, but doing your research and learning about the company before

interview day goes a long way. An interviewer loves it when a candidate

comes into an interview knowing about the position and the company. So make

sure you learn what the organization's goals are, what are their values, what is

their mission. Also find out why the company is hiring for the position that

they're hiring for. Doing this little bit of homework will help you refine your

responses to almost any interview question so that you can show the

interviewer that you will be a good fit for their company culture. Tip number two -

know your accomplishments. Before interview day, jot down two or three of

your most important career accomplishments as they relate to the

position. Make a note of the details surrounding your accomplishments and be able to

retell them in a story format. This will better paint the picture for the

interviewer of how you can help them solve their pain points. For example, let's

say that the position you are applying for requires someone that can lead and

direct a team,, so what you would do is come up with an example or a scenario of

when you managed a team and how you accomplished goals with your team. These

stories are going to be the ammunition for almost any interview question that

you are asked. Now I created a playlist just for you with some of the most

commonly asked interview questions such as "why do you want to work here?" "why

should we hire you?" or "what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?" I'll

go ahead and link that playlist up below. Tip number three, preplan. Before

interview day, you want to do as much pre-planning as you can. This includes

planning out your interview attire. Make sure you know if the company you're

interviewing with is more formal or if it's more of a casual environment. You

want to make sure you fit in with the company culture, also have your interview

outfit pressed and ready to go the night before the interview and if you need

some interview outfit ideas, I created a video about what to wear and what not to

wear to an interview so I'll go ahead and link that up below. Now the next

thing when planning for your interview is you want to give yourself enough time

to get there at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule. This will help you relax and

it will help you breathe. It will also help you take in the surroundings before

you go into the interview. Step number four is to create a set of questions

that you can ask the interviewer. This is the best way to show your interest in

the position. This will give you a chance to relax and turn the interview into a

two-sided conversation. You'll also have the opportunity to learn a little bit

more about the company and to really determine if you would be a good fit. In

fact, research shows that when you encourage

someone to talk about themselves, they're more likely to warm up to you and you'll

make a lasting first impression. You could ask questions like "what have prior

employees done in this position to succeed?" or "what do you like most about

working for this company?" Now I've got you covered with this one as well. I

created a video with five of the best questions that you can ask the

interviewer. I'll go ahead and link that video up below as well. Now to make sure

your resume is current and up-to-date, make sure you download your copy of the

six-second resume. It's a quick easy to use resume template that you can grab

today and tailor for the next position that you apply for. I'll link that up

below and if you know someone that might benefit from this video, please feel free

to share it with them. Don't forget to hit the like button below. Be sure to

subscribe and I will see you guys next time.

Gowdy for a Day Lisa Page Testifies Again Tomorrow I've Got Some Questions - Duration: 16:09.

former FBI lawyer Lisa Paige is testifying behind closed doors Friday

after she initially refused to testify in public Paige is a former lawyer with

the FBI who worked on the Hillary Clinton email investigation and special

counsels Russia probe and whose text message exchanges were the FBI's Peter

Strauss acaba then candidate Donald Trump good national attention sterzick

testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform in House Judiciary

Committee's Thursday in a vitriolic marathon joint hearing Thursday Paige

who declined to join stroszek and that hearing is meeting with representatives

from those two committees Friday afternoon the two House committees have

been looking to interview Paige all year House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep

Bob Goodlett Republican Virginia said Paige's decision to speak as long

overdue earlier this week Paige and her lawyer

Amy Jeffress delayed the original interview scheduled at first for

Wednesday because she claimed Paige had not been given access to documents she

said she needed to review before testifying the lawyer claimed the joint

committees have not followed the normal process associated with appearances of

this nature Jeff for Slater denied that Paige was trying to skirt the meeting

and said that her client made it abundantly clear that she is willing to

cooperate pages behind closed doors testimony may spare her from the

intensely critical and at times highly personal scenario star Zack faced

Thursday mr. sock who has admitted to having a romantic relationship with

Paige while they were working together was asked by GOP Rep Louie Gohmert

Republican Texas if he lied to his wife while he was seeing Paige how many times

did you look in your wife's eyes and lie to her about Lisa Paige got her declared

eliciting rebukes from rebuked from Democrats on the panel stroszek declined

to answer multiple questions about what Paige did or didn't know or her actions

during the investigation which leaves Congress plenty of questions to ask her

Friday the interview is slated for 1:30 p.m. on Capitol Hill former FBI lawyer

Lisa Paige was behind closed doors on Friday just hours

after FBI agent Peter strike had been grilled in a roguish 10-hour public

hearing and Republicans said they'd learn new information from a witness who

was able to talk more freely than sterzick Reform committees Friday July

13 2018 on Capitol Hill in Washington 611 by Alper rota published on July 15

2018 for comments Alper rota former FBI lawyer Lisa page testified behind closed

doors on Capitol Hill Friday about her role in the FBI's handling of the

Clinton and Trump investigations and of course those infamous texts with her

former paramour disgraced FBI deputy counterintelligence chief Peter stroszek

what Paige told lawmakers is unknown however Republicans are signaling she

was a far better witness than her spooky insolent snarky ex on Thursday stroszek

gave a scenery-chewing performance that made Jack Nicholson's Colonel jessep

look like Colonel Sanders he also offered a few glimpses of Nicholson in

the shining but I digress by contrast Paige was cooperative and credible

during her five hours of testimony says Rep mark meadows

she's been willing to help in the spirit of transparency in fact Meadows told

reporters she's doing her best to help us find the truth and I think in ways

she's been falsely accused of not being willing to cooperate

she offered new information Paige returns for further testimony Monday and

I have some questions if I got to play trey Gowdy for a day my enquiry would go

something like this questions for Lisa Paige look I know you

hate Trump hate Trump so much you've earned your own regular booth at red hen

so much you're boycotting the color orange but I'm not going to push into

your bias I'm curious about some other things first love the new hairdo who's

s-see leaves a meeting room where the committee is interviewing former FBI

lawyer Lisa Paige behind closed doors on Capitol

Hill in Washington Friday July 13 2018 AP photo Manuel Bal Sanada second what

in the world did you ever see in that guy stroszek seriously all the great

single guys in DC and you hook up with a married man so full of himself he lists

his mirror as his emergency contract moving on I actually have only a couple

questions about your texts and communications with sterzick first since

you were investigating candidate Hillary and candidate Trump wouldn't any mention

of them even on your private devices be work-related have you turned them over

when sterzick testified Thursday he said we'll stop it did not refer to you and

him and your small FBI /dj band who were already at work trying to derail Trump

he meant the American people would never elect Trump my question just how high a

pile of manure wished Razak shoveling you can answer in feet or yards not to

get too personal but how many times did stroszek try to tell you that something

he told you didn't mean what you clearly took it to mean that's what he spent all

day Thursday doing saying he could smell Trump voters wasn't a statement of

contempt it was an offhand irrelevant remark about political differences did

he ever tell you that saying he'd leave his wife just wind he'd depart from her

presence when driving to work just how good is that counterintelligence expert

at lying and manipulating you keep getting described as sterzick slur or

girlfriend that hides just how powerful you were you were a top FBI lawyer

offering legal counsel to the top players in the Clinton and Trump

investigations so when you advise sterzick to not go into his interview

with Hillary Clinton loaded for bear you are not speaking as a girlfriend you

were officially counseling an FBI agent to take it easy on a criminal suspect

because she would soon be President and would hold a grudge against the bureau

how is that not allowing politics to influence the investigation how is that

not discouraging a full and true investigation putting stress oxide or

you in the meeting where Andrew McCabe told associates

first we expletive deleted Flynn then expletive deleted

were you in on the decision to hold up acting on the discovery of tens of

thousands of Hillary Clinton's emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop the FBI agents

in New York found crimes against children on that laptop what in the

world are they talking about it isn't weiners interactions with a

teen girl that's listed separately why do you think the media isn't interested

in finding out help us champion truth freedom limited

government and human dignity support the stream or you in on the decision to not

pursue the intelligence community Inspector General's discovering that all

but a handful of Hillary's emails had been siphoned off by foreign entity that

was not the Russians found out Thursday that sterzick didn't act on this

explosive information why is that why do you think then Director of

National Intelligence James clapper did not order a damage assessment of the

harm caused by Hillary letting her official State Department emails bounced

around more hostile nations than Ethan Hunt it's standard operating procedure

was it because the assessment would prove Hillary's gross negligence I mean

extreme carelessness did endanger national security because damaging

national security would force a prosecution because it would expose

President Obama's statements to the contrary as a lie which gets to what I

really want to ask about Paige pays a call on the White House it's May 4th

2016 Trump secures the GOP nomination aside

from having a meltdown you and sterzick say there will be enormous pressure to

close the Hillary case from who seems you answered the question you

immediately schedule a meeting at the White House for the very next day

coincidence what exactly about the Hillary investigation was discussed what

strategy was put in place what pressure did the White House put on you funny

enough later that day the Washington Post posts a big article about the case

it quotes senior people attached to the investigation declaring no evidence had

been found that Hillary intended to endanger national security it puts into

the public area in the middle of the campaign that Hillary likely won't be

charged you're in the small group handling the investigation did you talk

to the post if not you who did your White House meeting lay at the plan for

ending the in a couple weeks earlier Obama had said

Hillary did not intend to harm national security was that White House meeting

where it was determined Obama's notion of antenna would be the hook you'd hang

your exoneration on that leaking at ASAP would help get the ball rolling ease the

pressure on Hillary during the campaign speaking of Obama or you in on the

decision to remove the reference to the president from the Hillary exoneration

memo that reference indicated Hillary had emailed Obama via her unsecured

system while in a hostile country did this decision also come out of that

White House meeting who wanted to protect Obama from the public realizing

the following a Obama communications were now in the hands of hostile foreign

agents B Obama knew all about the illicit server C he lied through his

teeth about it finally because my time is short after Trump was elected you

prepared James Comey for a briefing on the Trump Russia investigation

you told sterzick Obama wants to know everything we are doing who is the we I

assume you didn't mean the American people is it the same way whose TRADOC

said would stop drum what was the everything did that include the shady

FISA applications the months of running spies I mean assets at assorted Trump

campaign figures the extensive use of the steel dossier the use of the brucer

at justice and Nellie or at fusion GPS to keep cycling dirt paid for by Hillary

into the investigation McCabe and Sally Yates setup of Michael Flynn the curious

transition of Michael Flynn's FBI interview going from the agents not

thinking he lights a liar liar pants on fire again what exactly did you mean by

Obama wanting to know everything we are doing Obama insisted he didn't get

involved in investigations was he lying what did he know when did he know it and

what did he do to bring it about and please don't pull a stir sock and

tell me he just wanted the juicy details of our romantic weekends away two

Republican congressman reps John Radcliffe of Texas and Matt Gaetz of

Florida characterized pages closed-door testimony as more forthcoming Venstre

socks because she answered more questions about Special Counsel Robert

Mueller's investigation as well as the Hillary Clinton

robe Republican Rep mark Meadows a North Carolina Republican said they had

learned new information that has been a long time coming but he and the other

lawmakers declined to provide details there is significant new infor she has

provided Meadows said adding that he wouldn't discuss details unless

transcripts of the interviews were released like stir sock Paige said the

political views she had expressed in anti Donald Trump text messages did not

affect her work at the FBI Lowell makers from both parties said meadows called

Paige a very credible witness and said she had been falsely accused of not

wanting to cooperate with the committee a charge that had been levied by his

fellow Republicans and President Trump Republicans went so far as to even

praised Paige for her testimony after she had been threatened with contempt

earlier in the week I found Lisa page to be far more credible than stir sock

geats said we did not see the smug attitude

that we saw from Stros and in a sign that Republicans are not eager to replay

the nasty sterzick hearing GOP lawmakers signaled Friday that they were unwilling

to force Paige to testify publicly despite earlier indications that they

would I think that at this point public testimony is not on the horizon said

meadows adding that a public hearing is not something I would advocate for

Democrats seized on Friday's new Mueller indictments to charge that Republicans

were wasting time by focusing on Paige in the Clinton email investigation when

they should be investigating Russian election meddling she's an irrelevant

actor in a sideshow Rep Jamie Raskin a Maryland Democrat said of Paige

Democrats said it was notable how much more subdued friday's interview was

compared with the charged environment during Thursday's public hearing with

sterzick it's much more sedate much more calm said Rep Roger Krishnamoorthy

and Illinois Democrats he added that it was a situation where we can actually

learn what's going on and the witness can actually answer the question it's a

closed-door hearing said Rep Sheila jackson-lee

a Texas Democrat saying Thursday's had been about squaring points related 19

elements from that house hearing with Peter stroszek page appeared Friday

declining to speak to reporters as she entered the committee spaces after House

Judiciary Chairman Bob goodlet a Virginia Republican had threatened to

hold her in contempt for defying a subpoena

earlier in the week she is scheduled to return for additional questioning Monday

on Thursday stroszek testified publicly over a ten hour span during which

Republicans and Democrats got into several shouting matches including one

particularly explosive moment after Rep Louie Gohmert a Texas Republican asks

jaeseok did he look into his wife's eye and lie to her about lisa page the

comment prompted house from democrats including one who shouted you need your

medication but there were no calls for medication today Krishnamoorthy said he

said republicans were pressing Paige about the intent behind the text

messages she had exchanged with stir sock which included many anti-trump

missives as well as a message in which sterzick had said wheelstop trump

stroszek denied that his political views expressed in the text affected his

professional work on Thursday and Paige also said there was no bias affecting

her conduct according to Jackson Lee FBI agent Peter Strasser explains why he

sent anti Trump text FBI agent Peter stress explains why he sent anti Trump

text stroszek and Paige had worked on the FBI's Russia investigation and on

the early days of Mueller's special counsel team stroszek was removed from

the special counsel probe after the text messages were discovered last year while

Paige had already left several Republicans on the committee including

those who have threatened Deputy Attorney General rod Rosen Stein with

contempt or impeachment praised the indictment of the Russian officials

Friday but they argued they are doing important oversight work holding the FBI

accountable for how it handled the Clinton and Russia investigations in

2016 Meadows had said he had lots of questions for Paige as he walked into

the interview House Oversight Chairman trey Gowdy who mixed it up with sterzick

several times on Thursday would not answer questions about page or the

Mueller in Dimon when he left the interview

the South Carolina Republican later issued a statement on the latest

indictment as I have repeatedly said it is clear based on the evidence Russia

had disdain for Secretary Clinton and was motivated in whole or in part by a

desire to harm her candidacy or undermine her presidency had she

prevailed

No Bullshit Interview PLACTAL ICO, Innovative Value for Gamers!! PART2 - Duration: 18:25.

The test version you mentioned,

so in that gamers can,

through the app in their smartphones,

allow their

data to be provided

through some kind of given interface.

Then on the other end,

I'm not sure

if an actual gaming company participated,

but was the simulation done on

the whole purchasing through tokens process?

No. The ad console,

the service for the companies are set as the next stage,

and this stage now, it's the services for the gamers.

That is the primary stage.

This should run well for the businesses after that to work.

So that's why we are testing this first.

Ok.

Well, in my thoughts,

for this model to succeed,

gamers' community will be most important.

Also the analysis system of Plactal

will be very important, too.

Then, after that,

it would probably be the customers,

for many gaming companies to participate in this.

So these three factors seem to be the key, right?

Yes.

The analysis system is not out yet, is it?

Well, for that

there must be enough data collected first.

We can't change the order of steps in businesses.

It obviously can't work without the data.

So for now,

it will be crucial to make gamers around the world use our services

and to secure an user pool, that's our primary goal.

The most important aspect for this

as all this should not cause any inconvenience

to users' ordinary gaming experience,

So I mean, what I see as our strength is that

whatever game you play,

we reward with tokens. We believe this is the most important factor.

And as a service should be easy to use,

all we are focusing on right now is how to make it easy to use.

I will show you the pilot testing later on.

Well, in case of Plactal,

it'd be a nonsense to provide services only in Korea.

Oh, no. It's a global service.

Well then regrading the gaming environment,

it's hard to say they are the same globally.

Each country will have different characteristics.

In case of in-game purchase,

there are a lot of passionate gamers in Korea

who are very willing to pay for the game.

However, there could be a preference

on free gaming, let's say in Europe, for example. -Yes. There could be.

Then what do you believe will be the thoughest challenge

when you make a global service, from this perspective?

Well, we are rather

pretty curious about

which country will adopt our service quickly.

It could be Korea, it could be Thailand,

But still, no matter what, we are simply observing

and taking the data of players through the installed games.

So, it's quite different

from localisation of gaming companies.

Most of mobile games are

'free to play'.

You first play them for free,

then you could pay through in-app purchase.

Recently, most gaming companies already

create revenue through advertising

in games, while the games are free.

These are within the domain of gaming companies, and for us

for example, if someone used our service in Thailand,

the feedback, more broadly the CS aspects, these are what we should focus on.

Well. Even for paid games,

the data from Placatal will be valuable for them, too.

In case of free apps,

of course such data will be important as

they can set direction in development by figuring out what type of app they use the most,

In my opinion,

from advertising perspective, I believe targeted marketing should be done.

For effective marketing.

Of course that would be the area of advertising companies to concern,

but putting on useless ads will be pointless.

However, are you stocking the data

that could even cover such area?

That's exactly what we are on to.

The gaming ads of today,

most of them are not targeted ads.

So when an ad is not targeted, as accuracy decreases,

you happen to waste your resources.

This is why the play data is important.

The whole purpose is to

accurately, and directly approach those who play

the kind of games you want. In order to reduce cost.

That's what we are trying to work out.

Are you also planning to integrate AI into it?

Yes. Regarding data analysis,

Well, later on

when we have more gamers in this

and when the data grows,

we would seize the hegemony of this market.

When that happens, we would even be capable of receving the in-game data, too.

That is,

the gaming companies can implement

Plactal's SDK on their own, hence provide data to us.

This way, there can be a structure set, in which they provide the internal data,

receive tokens as a reward,

then use those tokens for advertising

Such virtuous cycle will happen.

So the whole concept does not rely the data solely on gamers,

but also the companies can provide it, too.

And of course, adequate tokens will be rewarded in return.

Our main goal is this.

Most gaming companies

currently have have their own in-game data.

Yet if you think about it, mobile gamers keep leaving,

searching for new games.

Once they are gone, the existing data becomes obsolete.

-Yes.

So we asked ourselves, 'how can we deal

with such problem in gaming industry?'

What we are trying here is letting everyone provide the data,

and allowing everyone to access this data.

So not in the form of 'walled garden', being exclusive to certain companies,

but,

opening up the data, and as a return, being able to access other data.

That's how we are trying to methodize it.

We believe such method is needed in order to change the overall industry.

But in that case,

once all the companies become highly dependent on Plactal,

basically they are all doing the marketing using the same data.

In the end, I mean.

Then would the gaming companies like it?

Couldn't they think that

their differentiation in marketing

got weak?

As they all use the same data.

Gamers are equally out there.

In the end,

we can help with

accurate targeted marketing

in advertising.

After that, well, that's the problem of the products.

How enjoyable can they create a game to be, that is their domain.

Not ours.

So that's that.

Our domain would rather be this.

Until now, gamers only played the role of players in gaming industry.

When they, however, gain the ownership of their data,

they first get a tool to prove their gaming career,

and the other one is that

they can even earn something of monetary value by doing so.

Ultimately gamers will want to

spend this earned money on the game of their choice.

Wouldn't they? -Yes.

So what we aim in the long run is this. Gamers, with their tokens,

can invest on games, in-game, in from of crowd-funding.

So

we believe a channel, a platform for

fundraising will be built. -How does that work?

I don't quite understand.

Let's say you developed a game. What you will obviously need is gamers and revenue.

You could probably run a CBT

on our, let's say a crowdfunding platform.

If I see the game and I like it,

I could give money to the game

with my Plactal token as an investment.

Then you could purchase items on the game on a discounted price,

since you already invested in it.

This way gaming companies could receive capital

and as the investors will play the game as initial users, you can earn both users and capital.

Therefore gamers can obtain

tokens with their data,

and with these tokens...

Think about it this way.

Let's say there are 10 million people with approximately 10$ worth of tokens.

There must be a lot of companies

that want this money.

Hence there would be channels for this sum.

But is this idea

in the current roadmap? This environment.

It's included in our vision.

How we view our Plactal tokens in long term is it becoming the common currency in gaming.

Like Bitcoin for games.

So, as I've mentioned, once games' crowdfunding becomes structured

to be gamer-centric,

naturally it could become common currency for games.

So for now. The token is called SK..?

It's PLT. -Ah, yes PLT.

So how I see PLT for now is that

it seems to be an utility token.

PLT will, one day, be pretty much stable, I suppose.

But what if

it has a high volatility?

Do you have a solution for that?

Since it's used like money.

Gaming companies could buy advertising slots with it,

and the gamers could buy items or games, right?

So for both party would

have to view this as some kind of fiat money

to make things easy.

For now, coins are quite volatile.

Since this is important. The utility function.

That's not a problem only limited to us.

That's probably an issue for all utillity tokens.
