 Prince Harry is reportedly selling his 2017 Audi RS6 Avant – just one year after he purchased the vehicle

   Meghan Markle's husband – who married the former Suits actress in May 2018 – is believed to have been listed on the car dealer company Auto Trader

   The vehicle had specific moderations, which were believed to be decided by Prince William's brother

   The alterations include heated seats and a panoramic roof, as well as cruise control, night vision and privacy glass, which is believed to have cost an additional £11,000

   Harry was spotted driving his prized possession to sister-in-law Kate Middleton's sister Pippa Middleton's wedding reception last year, with Meghan as a passenger

   Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, an Auto Trader spokesperson said: "The car has been purchased by the dealership

 "Unfortunately due to data protection the dealer cannot confirm whether they bought the vehicle directly from a representative of the royal family or an auction house

 "We believe this is the primary vehicle used by Prince Harry."  The vehicle retailed for a whopping £71,000 on Auto Trader

Who is burning Cape Town's trains?.

  #UniteBehind has requested that President Cyril Ramaphosa declare the recent arson attacks on trains in Cape Town a national disaster.

The civil society group‚ in a letter‚ has called on Ramaphosa and government to impose "unified action between the relevant authorities‚ including Passenger Railway Agency of South Africa (Prasa)‚ local and national government‚ SAPS‚ the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks) and the National Prosecuting Authority; for forensic units to find those responsible for acts of sabotage; for daily updates on progress to commuters; and a dedicated monitoring room to track incidents".

These demands were put in a letter to the President on Tuesday.

This comes after a seat was set alight in a train in Cape Town station on Tuesday morning.

A suspect has been arrested.

It was the most recent incident in several weeks.

A fire on 21 July at Cape Town station destroyed seven rail coaches.

Another on 26 July at Retreat destroyed five carriages.

In May‚ a commuter died in a train fire near Ottery station and another woman suffered severe burn wounds.

The fires have caused long delays for commuters using an already strained train service.

  In its letter‚ #UniteBehind highlighted its #FixOurTrains campaign started in 2017 to remedy "the current crisis" experienced by train commuters daily in the Western Cape.

The group believes that the arson attack have been orchestrated to cripple Cape Town's public transport system.

"These are not random acts of violence‚ but a concerted effort against Cape Town's public transport system‚ and by extension‚ our economy.

Our City and around half a million rail commuters are under attack‚" it said.

#UniteBehind said that no plan had been put forward during a stakeholder meeting with Transport Minister Blade Nzimande on 27 July.

"We were all invited to an Imbizo.

#UniteBehind refuses to believe that an Imbizo will solve the current crisis.

Leadership‚ a plan‚ and decisive action is what is needed‚" it said.

The civil society group has given Ramaphosa until Monday to respond to its demands.

However‚ a letter it sent to Ramaphosa's office in February has yet to be answered.

    On Wednesday‚ Matthew Hirsch of #UniteBehind said most of the recent train fires appear to be planned and appear to coincide with internal leadership battles at Metrorail.

"We don't believe that these are just frustrated commuters setting carriages alight.

There is a more sinister element behind these attacks‚" he said.

Metrorail regional manager Richard Walker said investigations into the fires were still "too premature to speculate" on the reasons for the attacks.

Walker added that the modus operandi for these fires was that "they were deliberately set".

He said that because train fires were classified as malicious damage to property and not arson‚ the consequences for perpetrators were not as severe.

"We need to lobby to change legislation so these incidents can be reported as arson.

It's not just a challenge for us‚ but for SAPS as well who also have challenges with prioritising policing certain areas‚" he said.

Asked about #UniteBehind's call to the President‚ Walker said‚ "We appreciate all the support‚ especially from a civic organisation who works in communities.

The more aware communities are about this‚ [the more] they can self-police the system and provide us with intelligence to help catch these perpetrators.".

Cheshta ma'am, what is the exam all about?

Don't worry,

I will tell you what is the exam all about.

The paper has three papers

Paper 1

Paper 1 is objective

the paper will have multiple choice questions

there will be 50 questions and you will be

given 2 hours to answer these questions

these questions will be based on

Indian Patent Law

so, they will be asking how

you can get patent on these inventions

what is the time how much fees you need to pay

After this you will have paper 2

this paper is subjective paper

in which you will get two types of question

one will be long answers and second will be

that you will be actually drafting patents

in which, you will be given a general invention

a very general invention, so that you can

understand like, how a windmill works

or how a particular drug is delivered in the body

a simple invention may be of one page

so your task will be

using a scientific aptitude you have to

understand the invention

and write in the format of how patent is drafted

Lastly, after that you will have paper 3

paper 3 will be your viva voice

it is like personal interview

where you will get two three peoples who will be asking you questions

about like if your background is biotechnology

so how biotechnology in IP is related?

Can you get a patent in DNA sequence?

Can you get a patent on reengineered or recombinant DNA?

or if some bacteria is used for transfering DNA

can this phenomenon be patented?

Right?!

so, all this three papers you need to qualify

each paper is of 100 marks

So, to become Patent Agent

in each paper you have to get minimum 50%

and aggregate of 60 %

This House Is More Than 300 Years Old — And It's Utterly Amazing Inside

This house on the coast of Cornwall, Great Britain,

was built in 1680.

It seems small from the outside; it's a bit gloomy and inconvenient to live in, with

low ceilings, small windows, and thick stone walls.

But a young couple bought it and turned it into a modern, cozy house where they have

all they need.

We would love to live in this nice old house, which is now up for lease.

The house itself From the outside, it looks like a typical

Cornwall 300-year-old house.

The entrance f you are tall, be careful when entering the

house.

The living room Inside, you can see a modern 'retro' interior:

the living room with a soft and cozy couch, TV, fireplace, and a reading corner.

Oh, and there's an ancient trunk serving as a table.

The fireplace The fireplace in the living room is the same

one from the original house.

However, the owners added modern fireproof walls and a door for safety purposes, but

you can still make a fire there.

The bedroom bedroom, there's a huge colonial style bed

with wooden bedside cabinets.

All of the walls in the house are painted white so that the rooms seem spacious and

bright.

The children's room Next to the bedroom you can find the children's

room, and in it, everything a kid wants.

The bathroom The bathroom with antique lamps is cozy and

spacious.

Everything you need is at hand.

The kitchen In this modern kitchen, you will find everything

you need for cooking the perfect order.

The breakfast corner You can have breakfast at a special table

that is also situated in the kitchen.

The patio can also choose to have breakfast on the patio,

fenced with a high wall to provide privacy.

And if the weather's not so good, there's also a gazebo.
