Hey, everybody! Thank you so much for the alfalfa!

This is such an important thing for our animals, especially elderly animals or those

that need to put on weight. It's got great nutrition, high-calorie density. So right now,

we're going to go surprise a few of the animals with this special little treat,

because to them, this tastes like chocolate cake.

Oh boy! Look what these wonderful people bought for you, look what these wonderful people bought for you!

Do you smell the alfalfa already? Look, Ragey, hi!

Ooh! Ooh, my favorite!

These are elderly boys, and they certainly need a little extra nutrients that they get from the alfalfa.

Little old Sadie lady. Sadie, who is 26 years old really can do with the extra nutrients of the alfalfa.

Of course, we're dealing with the issue of some little Blossom and Benjamin trying to steal it.

Excuse me!

For more than 130 years, we have contributed to the success of our state's food sector. - Duration: 3:28.

South Australia is world-renowned for its food and wine.

Eighty percent of the premium wines exported from Australia,

come from South Australia.

Of all of the state's national and international exports,

more than fifty percent are agricultural products.

For more than 130 years, the University of Adelaide has contributed

to the success of our state's food, wine and agricultural sectors.

This expertise is now more important than ever

as we are in the midst of the biggest change in food production

and processing since the industrial revolution.

Hundreds of our top researchers are applying the latest technologies

and developments to improve food production, processing and supply chains.

We're using genomics, robotics, epigenetics and glycomics

to improve plant and animal production,

and machine learning and lasers to improve harvesting and food processing.

We are also conducting projects to secure supply chains by exploring new markets.

At the University of Adelaide, we are well placed to lead the next wave of innovation required by the sector.

Our Consumers and markets are demanding wines of lower alcohol content

- quite a challenge in our climate.

We're investigating several strategies like the effects of staged harvest regimes,

water addition and novel fermentation yeasts

to test their impact on wine quality and effectiveness in tailoring wine alcohol content.

The native food industry in Australia has been developing over the last 40 years.

Our research team is studying bush foods, which have grown wild in Australia for thousands of years,

to see if they are commercially viable, and could eventually end up at our local supermarkets.

We're using next generation light-based sensors and fibre optics

to understand more about milk through measuring protein, fat and other factors in real time.

Excitingly, our technology will allow farmers to optimise the health of their herd

and increase milk quality over time.

Our research team has recently established Adelaide Glycomics,

one of the most comprehensive carbohydrates analytical Centres in the world.

Our research will help recycle and convert carbohydrates from waste or low-grade crops,

for instance downgraded potatoes,

into new products with a higher value, like functional foods with improved health benefits.

The Research we do in the Centre for Global Food and Resources

covers economic and social issues right across the food system.

For example, we're working to better understand the needs of small farmers in Vanuatu

who are producing cocoa in order to improve the taste and thus the value of the chocolate.

And we're working with industry and policy makers in Vietnam

to improve vegetable farmer welfare and reduce poverty.

Across all that we do, we are working closely with key food industry and government groups

to bridge the gap between new innovation developed by our experts

and the take up of new practices by food producers.

We are also training the next generation of leaders in food, wine and agriculture

to tackle the biggest challenges of our time,

through our broad range of food-related degrees and courses.

Food will taste better, become more accessible, be better for us

and more cost effective because of our world-class food research and education.

Raheem Sterling leads Manchester City players out for dinner as they celebrate his winner over Bournemouth

RAHEEM STERLING led Manchester City players out for dinner to celebrate his winner over Bournemouth – even though the England winger was later sent off. Sterling netted in the 97th-minute to crush Eddie Howes Cherries on their home turf yesterday.

Raheem Sterling enjoys a night out with his Manchester City team-mates.

The England winner scored the winner but was then sent off at the Vitality. But he was then shown a controversial red card – a second yellow – for celebrating with the travelling Citizens as stewards clashed with jubilant fans.

Charlie Daniels had put Bournemouth in front with an early contender for goal of the season. But the sending off looked far from Sterlings mind on a night out with team-mates at Rosso restaurant in Manchester last night.

Sterling, dressed all in black and wearing a grey baseball cap, was joined by the likes of Leroy Sane and new summer signing Benjamin Mendy.

Yet there was no sign of Sergio Aguero, who was eventually cleared of any involvement in a scuffle with a steward at the Vitality.

Sane wore an eye-catching pair of red trousers which were ripped at the knee and a long sleeve black top.   Raheem Sterling scores a last minute winner for Manchester City at Bournemouth and then gets sent off for celebrating.

Leroy Sane wore some red trousers for the team outing.

The Man City star wore a huge necklace with the number 19 hanging from the middle of it.

Raheem Sterling had ecstasy followed by agony at the Vitality with his goal and sending off.

City new boy Benjamin Mendy socialised with team-mates.   Charlie Daniels scores one of the goals of the season for Bournemouth against Manchester City.

He also sported a gold necklace with the number 19 - his sqauad number - hanging down from the centre. Mendy - a £49. 3million signing from Monaco this summer - opted for an all white ensemble.

He wore bright white trainers and matched them with trainers and a white T-shirt with Pacific written across it. Pep Guardiolas City side return to action on September 9 against Liverpool at the Etihad.

Bournemouth 1-2 Manchester City: Raheem Sterling grabs winner two minutes after injury time is due to finish and is SENT OFF by Mike Dean for celebrating his controversial winner.

Right After Pardoning Joe Arpaio, Trump Just Did Something HUGE For Sheriff David Clarke - Duration: 1:37.

Donald Trump may be President now and working hard to try and put our country back together

with his time in office, but that does NOT mean he forgets the people who got him there.

Just last week the President issued a Pardon to Joe Arpaio, a retired Sheriff accused of

violating a court order.

Today, he gave a special gift to another cop buddy of his, Sheriff David Clarke…

President Trump told everyone how good Sheriff Clarke's new book "Cop Under Fire: Moving

Beyond Hashtags of Race, Crime, and Politics for a Better America"

The President Tweeted,

"A great book by a great guy, highly recommend."

Lefties HATE Sheriff Clarke, mainly because he is a conservative black cop.

He also has driven them crazy by going after BLM, Antifa, and other leftists hate organizations.

If you were not already aware, Clarke also was one of the FIRST people to defend Trump's

response to Charlottesville.

He saw it for what it really was: a declaration that our country will not tolerate hate on

either side.

Sheriff Clarke is a man who simply has dedicated his life to upholding law and order and there

is nothing wrong with supporting a hero like this.

Help the good man out by sharing this out and, if you are a reader, buy his new book.

It comes highly recommended by the President of the United States, after all.
