Watford back in for Arsenal star Kieran Gibbs after Arsene Wenger lowers £15million price-tag - Duration: 3:57.

Watford back in for Arsenal star Kieran Gibbs after Arsene Wenger lowers £15million price-tag

WATFORD have reignited their interest in Kieran Gibbs after Arsenal indicated that they are willing to drop their original asking price. Arsene Wenger was demanding £15million for the 27-year-old, but the huge fee put off a host of interested clubs.

Gibbs is yet to feature for Arsenal this season.

Hornets boss Marco Silva was not willing meet to the original £15m valuation for the defender. It now believed that the Gunners will accept around £7million for the full-back, who has entered the final year of his contract at the Emirates.

Gibbs is in pursuit of first-team football to reignite his career after going off the boil under Wenger. The original price tag deterred the likes of Newcastle, Brighton, West Brom, Bournemouth and Stoke – who had previously voiced interest.

The 27-year-old started 11 Premier League games for Arsenal in the last two seasons after falling down the pecking order at the Emirates.

Gibbs, who began his career at Wimbledons academy, will be second choice full-back this year following the arrival of free transfer Sead Kolisinac from Schalke.

However, as the end of the transfer window looms, the Hornets will have to act quickly if they want to secure the defenders signature this summer.

Kieran Gibbs celebrates with team-mates Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott.

Arsene Wenger is willing to sell Gibbs before the end of the transfer market. Gibbs reportedly held a meeting with Turkish club Galatasaray, with Turkish outlet Fanatik stating that he is on the verge of signing a deal.

The source claims that the deal could be worth around £3.7m. However, Gibbs has recently spoke out regarding his preference to stay in England.

The defender is yet to feature for Wengers side this season as he enters the final stages of his Emirates contract.

Gibbs celebrates after scoring the equalising goal against Tottenham in the Premier League. He has tallied 137 appearances for the North London outfit and scored two goals.

Gibbs, who currently takes home £60,000-per-week, will have to take a significant pay cut if he wants a move to Vicarage Road.   Saturday Premier League preview including Manchester United v Leicester.

Gibbs will be hoping that first-team football will revive his international career.   Sunday Premier League preview including Chelsea v Everton. Keep up to date with all the latest news, gossip, rumours and done deals in SunSports live transfer blog.

Libyan military band tries to perform British national anthem for Boris Johnson - Duration: 2:33.

Libyan military band tries to perform British national anthem for Boris Johnson - and totally 'butchers' it

Foreign secretary Boris Johnson arrived in Libya on Wednesday on a two-day trip to urge rival parties to compromise and unite the country, following the fall of Colonel Gaddafi in 2011.

He became the first senior Western politician to visit Libyan military commander Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar at his home near Benghazi.

But part of the very serious trip took a more farcical turn after a military band tried to impress him with a rendition of the UKs national anthem.

As a welcome for the foreign secretary in Benghazi, the musicians lined up to perform a version of God Save the Queen.

Unfortunately, it seems they might have needed a bit more practice, as it doesnt sound, er, exactly like our national anthem. It has to be heard to be believed.

There isnt any video of Boris reaction but we hope he kept it together and didnt get a fit of the giggles. It wouldnt be like him to make an inappropriate comment while representing Britain, of course.

Were sure Her Majesty would have appreciated the gesture, anyway. One news outlet, Middle East Eye, shared the video on Twitter, saying: This Libyan military band just butchered the British national anthem.

Johnson has pledged £9million to help Libya tackle people trafficking and terrorism at a landmark meeting in the country.

This morning, Brexit was the word back on his lips as he climbed down from his position that the EU could 'go whistle' for a divorce bill.

He hasnt backed down entirely, though, and said the government would pay "not a penny more, not a penny less" than it had to. Johnson also denounced Donald Trumps response to white supremacist violence in Charlotteville, saying the President was totally wrong.

But the Foreign Secretary confirmed the Presidents state visit to the UK is still on.

Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #4: Rolling Back to Stomach - Duration: 1:52.

Hello!

My name is Amy Sturkey.

I am a pediatric physical therapist.

I am here with my friend Myla who is being a great teacher today.

Myla is almost 6 months old.

She is beautiful, and she also has Down syndrome.

This a great opportunity for me to be able to help give ideas of things you can do with

a child who has lower tone.

So Myla is starting to roll.

I am going to facilitate rolling.

I usually start all the way down at the feet and see if I can roll the child over.

Is that right?

Alright Myla.

We are going to go!

If I am going to her right, I take her left leg, I bend it up toward her chest, and bring

it over toward the floor.

It tends to be that this arm gets caught underneath so if I pull down a little bit as I go....

Her mom says she is just starting to hold up her head a little bit here when she does

this roll.

What a great job, Myla!

There you go!

Come on back.

We'll do it one more time for the camera because that is what the fancy kids do?

Are you ready?

Yes!

Let's go.

So if she has trouble, I can come up a little bit higher...whoop there you go.

Give a little bit more help.

That is a way to work on rolling from her back to her stomach with a little bit a help.

Thanks!

Bye.

Yes!

That was so super!

You are a natural.

Yes!

The Unexpected - Metal Detecting, Always Good For A Surprise - Duration: 36:04.

HELLO HUNTERS

I went into the bushes detecting, but I found a box.

???

IKEA pouch ("ISTAD") - sadly discontinued.

Hmm...

Explosives?

Or have I activated a small cam that is streaming it somewhere...

Nothing happened...

I guess it's just another GEOcache...

These people are crazy.

Let's leave it like it was, before they come back.

Finally...

Let's see if I can find something here.

It's just a random place I spotted while walking.

Trash.

Another piece of trash.

Nice looking feather.

Why not.

Of course this wasn't the signal :).

Again, just garbage.

This is a trashy area - I would be happy to find something from the WWII era.

Probably nothing...

Electrical mounting straps?

Spiderweb...

An old lighter.

My job here is done...

I mean, I hunted the previous spot for 15 minutes.

This area (not far away) looks much more promising.

Let's see...

It's a piece of foil that looks exactly like a leaf!

This one sounds bad.

A screw at the surface.

Oh no - it's a coin I hate the most...

A German "50 Pfennig" (1971?).

I hate it, because it always looks like an older coin at first.

A bad sounding target again.

A shotgun cartridge.

Something else right next to it.

?

This can't be...

It looks like a bronze arrowhead!

Or could it be something else?

Such find "doesn't fit" into this spot.

A (lead) pistol ball.

Another shotgun cartridge.

Just a bullet.

Don't worry, it's all iron - my (tone) "discrimination" is set to "3"...

...that's why iron sounds "better" (but still different).

This was something else.

It's a ring.

Not even in the ground.

GPS (POI) #2.

It was incredibly hot and humid that day.

It's a button.

I guess, that's modern iron (probably nails).

Foil.

Another bullet.

A tiny bullet shell.

Another one.

Piece of foil.

Bullet shell.

A lead bullet cut in half.

Probably stopped by a samurai sword.

;)

I don't like this signal.

A disgusting piece of foil.

Foil again...

A shotgun cartridge.

Finally a coin.

"10 Reichspfennig" from the WWII.

Just a bullet.

A shiny one.

Next coin.

French "50 Centimes" (1932).

I believe, this is my first.

What's that?

It's a brooch.

Looks like a small hat. My assistant will love it.

Foil.

More trash.

Sounds "bad".

But it's a watch.

"D.R.G.M. Edelstahl" (stainless steel)

This watch was made before 1945.

Foil.

Traces from an animal.

More foil.

A bullet shell.

My last target - trash :).

But I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

It is bent, I accidentally stepped on it.

German "50 Pfennig" coin (1971).

Musket balls and a bullet.

"10 Reichspfennig" (194x).

Lighter. Maybe from the WWII too?

A French "50 Centimes" coin (1932).

A brooch.

My assistant likes it.

A ring.

A bronze arrowhead?

Size comparison.

Trash.

And treasure.
