When The Okra Plant Has Grown Upto 5 to 6 inches

As It Will Promote Growth of 4 to 5 Branches

And We Can Harvest More Okra

You Have To Take Precautions While Pruning

Only Prune the Tip of Okra Plant.

If Scissor is Not Available

You Can Tear The Tip With Hands

This is The Okra I Have Trimmed Few Days Back

When I Had Trimmed There Was a Single Branch

And Now After Pruning

There Are 4 to 5 Branches

And Flowering is started in it

You Can Take More Harvest

From Single Plants By Trimming

Welcome to the vitalife show I'm Doctor Janine Bowring and in this episode we

are talking about natural treatments for MS. Now ms is a condition of

demyelination meaning that the nerves have lost that protective coating the

myelin on the outside, and this can be because of you know different

inflammatory conditions a deficiency in vitamin b12 so this is really important

in terms of supplementation whether you have MS or you know you're trying to

prevent it certainly and have the symptoms of MS that taking a proper b12

supplement is very important so we'll talk a little bit about that at the end

of the video. Now what are the symptoms of MS so the symptoms can include muscle

weakness, weakness and imbalances in the body, tremors as well and you know loss

of speech and vision issues so it really is you know multifactorial if you think

about the body there's nerves everywhere and if the myelination process is

happening then this can be a big problem. The good news is that we can treat MS

your anti-inflammatory foods you know in the diet and this is anything that's

more alkaline forming is also important for your body so those raw fruits and

vegetables is really the way to go. Make sure you're getting exercise as much as

possible fresh air meditation so always keeping your moods up because the

happier you are the healthier you are that's a known fact and getting your

thoughts out of those negative you know thinking patterns is really important in

That's the opinion of Phil Neville who thinks the Red Devils will make a good signing in paying £75m for the Everton hitman.

Starsport understands Lukaku could join this week and be on the plane to the USA for United's pre-season tour this Sunday.

"I think youve seen an improvement, I think there were of couple of criticisms - can he play in big games? Can he score in the big games? I think he half dispelled that last season," Neville said on BBC Radio Five Live.

Matt Kenseth doesn't expect to race for Joe Gibbs next season

-- Matt Kenseth, the 2003 NASCAR Cup Series champion who has 38 career Cup race victories, doesnt expect to return to Joe Gibbs Racing next season.

The 45-year-old Kenseth didnt go into details, but he said Friday morning that he does not have a ride for 2018. He is winless this year and 11th in the Cup standings, teetering on the brink of a playoff berth.

I do not think I will have the option to race for JGR next year, unfortunately, Kenseth said prior to practice at Kentucky Speedway.

JGR likely would replace Kenseth in its No. 20 Cup car with Erik Jones, whom JGR allowed to sign a one-year Cup contract with JGR affiliate Furniture Row Racing for 2017.

Jones, 17th in the Cup standings, said Thursday that he didnt know where he would race in 2018.

Im just driving, Jones said. For the most part, for me -- I dont know where Im going to be yet. They havent let me know.

So for me, Ive been really happy at Furniture Row, and its been a steady group of guys over there that I think work really well together. Hopefully I know soon.

Its kind of getting down to that point. I guess its July now, so Im sure well have an answer here soon..

Kenseth could replace Jones at Furniture Row, and his name also has been mentioned as a possible driver to replace the retiring Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Hendrick team owner Rick Hendrick said Saturday that he had no timetable to make a decision and was not feeling pressure to name a replacement soon.

I havent really worked on anything real hard [for next year]. I dont really have anything to talk about for what I am doing, Kenseth said. At this point, I dont have anything going on for next year..

A full-time Cup driver since 2000, Kenseth left Roush Fenway Racing for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2013. He finished second in the standings in his first year at JGR and has 14 wins with the organization.

Im not really worried about it, Kenseth said. As of today, I do not have a job for next year, so I certainly hope to still be racing.

I think Ive got some wins left in me and hopefully can race for championships. Right now, my focus is on finishing up this year.

Kenseth is riding a 34-race winless streak and has had three top-5s and six top-10s in 17 races this season. It has not been a good year at all -- not nearly up to my standards or my team standards, Kenseth said.
