Bismillah, Assalamu 'alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh wa Ramadan Mubarak

It's now or never, go hard or go home

In our fasting, in our prayer

It's about mid-Ramadan now

So the initial excitement, the honeymoon period of the First few days of Ramadan is probably worn off

It's mid-game

And now is the time to go hard or go home

In everything we are doing this Ramadan

If we've been lazy so far, that's a decision

One of my friends

I was late to see him one day

And I said to him, "I'm really sorry bro, I'm trying."

And he said, "Trying is lying."

So this is the month of exerting our maximum effort in Going beyond just trying

And actually just leaning in

And going hard or going home

Now is the season to give more than you ever give

To pray more than you ever pray

We're obviously fasting to the beautiful thing is that

While we are at work

We're enjoying the blessing of fasting

While we're at school

We're enjoying the reward of fasting

and in everything that we do

And now is the season

May Allah (God) make it easy for us

May Allah (God) facilitate that for us

And may He accept from us our fasting

Jermain Defoe confirms he is joining Bournemouth this summer after Sunderland relegation

JERMAIN DEFOE has confirmed he has signed a deal to join Bournemouth. As SunSport previously reported, the England striker was in discussions with the Cherries following Sunderlands relegation.

Rex Features Jermain Defoe has confirmed the paperwork has been done for him to join Bournemouth. And now the man himself has said the move is done and dusted.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5Live, the 34-year-old said: Its out there, a lot of people obviously knew, I did a medical and said when this is finished and Ive had a break, come July everyone will know anyway.

Two and a bit years at Sunderland, I enjoyed my time there, its not nice when you get relegated, I dont think its fair on the Sunderland fans to come out so soon after theyve been relegated and say yeah, Im signing for someone else.

Its too soon to put it out there. At the right time, I would like to say this is the club Ill be playing for..

EPA Jermain Defoe is currently training with England ahead of the countrys World Cup Qualifier clash against Scotland.

Although Defoe didnt go into details about the contract, it is believed the deal includes incentives that could see the striker earning as much as £130,000-a-week.

Defoe finished top scorer with 15 in Sunderland's awful campaign – which saw David Moyes walk out on the club. They are also prepared to offer him a lucrative wage packet because there is no transfer fees involved.

It will mean that Defoe will return to the club where he spent a season on loan 17 years ago with Bournemouth in the third tier.
