add tomatoes when you are ready to serve the dish

5 Hair Goals/Resolutions for 2019 - Duration: 4:15.Hello there!
Welcome back to my channel!
So today we're going to be talking about my 5 goals/resolutions for my hair in 2019.
So, the top priority of my hair is health and growth.
Both of those are together.
I use to be back in 2014, when I first started growing out my hair or like actually taking
care of my natural hair, it was health and then it moved to growth.
And now I've learned both are needed.
You can't think about growth and not think about health anymore.
Or think I got to this point of health in my hair, so I don't really have to think about
that anymore.
You have to change that.
So top priority is health.
and with that, I want to be able to learn more about moisture and protein balance.
Because I've realized that most of my hair products contained protein.
Actually, I think all of them did until just recently, I got some moisture based products
and products that only have moisture in it.
They don't have protein.
My second goal is to, goal/resolution, is to drink more water.
Now, this is an overall goal for my health in general.
This is something that I strive for because I don't drink water a lot.
So that's one of the goals.
A goal as far as length, that I have, is I want I hope to be at armpit length when I
stretch out the side of my hair.
I hope to be at armpit length by the end of 2019.
It's like right above my collarbone.
If you watch my 2019 length check/trim, which is coming out next, then you'll see where
actually my hair is when it's not in twists.
Another goal of mine as far as the products that I use is that I would like to eventually
have one line.
Not one line as in the only thing that I have, but like I would like to complete a line.
I don't have any time that I go and wash my hair that I have this whole line that I feel
confident in my hair getting what it needs.
So I hope to find that perfect line for me.
That line that just does wonders for my hair.
So if you think of any that I should probably look into, let me know because I might try
to find that line in the summer.
Because summer is a better month for me or months for me in regards to my hair.
the fifth and final goal/resolution that I have is by the end of 2019 I hope to have
products and only purchase products that are from black-owned businesses.
I'd love to buy products from Naptural85 because I love her, she's like so amazing.
When she came out with her line I was just like....but I could not sign up for it cause,
you know, fam's broke.

Now I get a lot cheaper products because, like I said, broke and I don't get a lot of
products.
So I will get a product or two products, now two products protein and moisture and use
those until they run out and then get another.

um that's pretty awesome so this is the third time making this video I had
technical difficulties but I recorded it completely twice and I'm going to eat
today I have my food here I was really upset that the last one didn't work
because I was ready to eat dang it don't look
okay so it's day 93 weight loss results fasting for quick weight loss results I've done 93
days of fasting routine mixing intermittent fasting different windows
Oh mad one meal a day I did a lot of that towards the beginning of my journey
if you're new here go today once you could know this was no picnic trying to
lose this weight I started at two seventy three ninety three days ago
yesterday I was to eleven that's a lot of weight but it was a struggle and I
had a binge here there and I've learned a lot
my sugar addiction has been cured I still have high blood pressure I'm
working on that and I still have that I still like to eat a lot of food at once
I'm trying to deal with that and control that um Danny Boy congratulations on
making it to day 4 you gotta be strong and keep going
your goal is seven days which you don't have to do seven days but that's a goal
you seem to really want so you could do it you're past halfway there everyone
struggle in it is a struggle every day but it's worth it I feel so small down
and I'm still not even like I still got a belly that's all I have a little back
fat but I feel way smaller and it was worth it it's really hard but a hundred
days could change your life I'm just stick to it I'm not singing fast for a
hundred days I'm saying a hundred days of really trying and having a routine
and stick it to it even no matter how hard it is is so worth it if someone's
watching this and you have not started some kind of routine start now go to my
day one and watch each day and start something okay so yesterday was pretty
easy as far as I didn't need to lay on the ground I didn't feel too bad I did
for clients I was at work all day basically um I had I wanted a Taco Bell
Taco I wanted that so bad but I didn't have
it then I wanted McDonald's french fries so weird I'm not a french fry person I
think in the 93 days I did have french fries once from Freddy's
which I like Freddy's because they have the they'll put any burger into a
lettuce wrap and they have my favorite Sundays okay sugar
I'm only doing sugar twice a month but none in December so next month it'll
probably be it's gonna be on a day off because I'm gonna join my food and I'm
gonna get whatever I want I believe you can have a cheat day I
believe cheat days are more beneficial than harmful I really believe that if I
was your coach you would have a cheat day strategically because it resets your
body especially if you're at a plateau I would give you a cheat day and then
we'll be back straight hard on it um but you would have had to do some hard work
to get to that Chi thing and it whatever you outrageous thing either okay so I
did not get any of that stuff man even my hands feel smaller but I got this
purple thing I still don't know why it could be fast in its circulation I think
but I think it looks better today but that was scary that made me want to eat
yesterday because of this purple thing it looks way better I've been massaging
it doing hand exercises there's not a lot of studies on fasting dry fasting
fasting for quick weight loss so a lot of us is kind of experimenting we know some
things that we know it works and we know it's healthy and we know it cures almost
everything maybe everything I don't know but I believe it's the best way fasting
for weight loss is the absolute best no matter which fast and plan you choose
today I'm not fasting I don't know if I already said that so in the leavened a
snake diet modified version I will have had food two days I had a refeed day
here ate too many keto cheesecake muffins but I stayed in ketosis and for
me ketosis is any level the strip saying I'm in ketosis because
your body's burning fat for fuel so I did a dry fast to drive fast then I did
modified snake juice diet fasting yesterday and today I'm gonna have a
repeater now I'm gonna show you what my first refeed is gonna be I'm eating in
the morning because when you when you're done with the fast your body is empty
not a 24-hour fast but if you're doing like 2 3 4 days or more your body is
going to take that food and it's gonna just go travel through the entire
digestive system quick do you buy a bathroom I'm not joking it can't only be
me that this happens to you're just completely empty so I'm eating now way
before work because I don't want to have to the bathroom is so far from my shop
it's like all the way at the back of the building I can't really leave my clients
every second and I'm gonna be working eight hours of non-stop on my clients so
I'm gonna eat now and then I'm gonna eat after work and I will have pictures I'm
not gonna have pictures of this cuz I'm about to show you but I'll have pictures
tomorrow of what I ain't got willing today I'm not adding pictures of the
hair core inside there because I cannot spend two to three hours uploading this
video today so what I'm having is I'm so excited I started loving celery so
there's gonna be a lot of celery in my diet from now on and I don't know the
Nutri nutritional facts for celery but I know it has health benefits so this one
is with the caramelized onion dip this is gonna be so exciting isn't it crazy
celery's gonna be excited so I have one stock that I cleaned it's gonna have no

butter cup this is a caramelized one I like variety
like my plate is happy if I have a bunch of different things
it's funny I'm laughing because I don't want to talk about food isn't my mouth
but the celery is extremely chewy I got to do a lot of bytes one thing that my
mother always taught me is take 20 bytes per byte 20 choose like really process
your food in your mouth and that's something that I'm finding helps me with
wanting to get a lot of food so I will take smaller bites enjoy the moment and
chew it a lot because that lasts longer and I it'll probably help me digest it
better so used to always tell me to hold my stomach in to from I was little
probably eight um I don't know why she said that but it's
good and I automatically do that now I didn't do it growing up but
automatically now I do that for some reason and I think that's cool so this
is part of my breakfast sorry you guys I'm so excited I'm gonna go eat this and
upload this video and I will see you I did not give you the weight I did that
yesterday didn't I so my body's gonna hold on to water
after today dry fast I had I had liquids here today I'm to thirteen point two
that is plus one point four that's not bad you guys cuz I lost ten and then I
just came back water because I did not eat food yesterday okay
I am really oh my gosh you guys no joke I will not be doing crazy bad today man
I hope it's less than two point two I might even go straight from work to the
gym if I can I feel so bad because they call it a six I think I'm gonna finish
work at five which means I can't come home and get my kids and they're gonna
be in the house all day and I'm taking the internet from them because I there's
dishes in the kitchen I went to bed super early why the heck are there
dishes in the kitchen I'm upset so they will have no internet today which means
no games sorry but yeah I'll probably take them to the gym tomorrow morning
before work because I don't like them staying in the house from well staying
in the house all day so 1.4 fasting weight loss

The South American nation is plunging deeper into economic crisis fueled by corruption, failed socialist policies and lower oil prices, generating historic levels of hyperinflation that has left the old and infirm scrambling to find and pay for vital medicines
They face standing in hours-long lines to cash pension checks that don't adequately cover nutrition
Many have watched as their families have left this oil-rich country, leaving them to face lonely quests for survival
Nationwide, the elderly are confronting major shortages of medicines that are indispensable for their age, even as their purchasing power has fallen around 90 percent in 2018
The struggle is evident at the Mother of Calcutta Nursing Home in a southern Caracas suburb, where weak patients have rapidly deteriorated
On a recent afternoon, a woman in her 80s clung tightly to a column in the kitchen, shouting insults hysterically
The medicines she takes to control her mood swings haven't been available for a month
In recent weeks, two other patients with epilepsy had convulsions because the nursing home is no longer able to afford or find their pills
A couple in their sixties opened the nursing home in 2001, using a model where residents help run the facility, which is now home to 77 elderly men and women
The security guard, for instance, is Tito Armando Matos, a 60-year-old who exchanges work for lodging and medical care
"We're battling to stay alive," Matos said. The Venezuelan government occasionally provides food baskets to the home
But its budget relies heavily on donations, which have been falling fast. At the same time, essentials from soap to diapers are priced ever higher in Venezuela's hyperinflationary economy, making these difficult times
