First, we will start with introducing yourself.

the Western people will introduce themselves

by telling his/her name first

and then let the other party introduce oneself

they will not start by

asking other's name

or ask "What's your name?"

This is a simple way to

introduce oneself by telling his/her name

and another person will tell his/her name too.
