Thank You for Defending Wildlife in 2018! - Duration: 1:37.With your help, Defenders of Wildlife continues to fight for imperiled species
and the habitats they call home.
We wanted to take just a brief moment
to showcase some of the animals that we've saved together
and to thank you for your support.
With your support we've been able to protect the Mexican Gray Wolves,
the jaguar,
and we've even been able to protect the iconic Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge
from the border wall.
Thank you for giving orcas cleaner water.
You helped us plant rain gardens to prevent storm water from reaching orcas
and their ocean home.
Thank you for helping us protect Alaska's irreplaceable
public lands and wildlife.
Your support allows us to fight in court
against the Interior Department's rollback of regulations that protect migratory birds.
I wanted to personally thank you for helping us support
our efforts for recovery of the endangered Black Footed Ferret
and also conservation of the prairie dog.
Your support in the Southeast helped address a number of challenges
like development pressure and rising seas
to ensure the future for wildlife
that call this place home.
Thank you.
Thanks to you
The Center for Conservation Innovation is able to develop
groundbreaking new tools to protect wildlife.
Thank you for taking a stand (in 90 degree heat)
and speaking up for our oceans.
You helped us get "walls of death" banned
as California became the final state to outlaw the use of drift gill nets.
Sadly, we don't expect the attacks on wildlife to end any time soon,
but I want you to know,
WE WILL NOT GIVE UP.
And we couldn't fight without you.
Thank you for standing with Defenders of Wildlife.

Elizabeth Warren Launches Exploratory Committee for President - Duration: 4:30.In our country, if you work hard and play by the rules, you ought to be able to take
care of yourself and the people you love.
That's a fundamental promise of America—a promise that should be true for everyone.
Growing up in Oklahoma, that promise came through for me and my family.
After my older brothers joined the military, and I was still just a kid, my daddy had a
heart attack and couldn't work.
My mom found a minimum wage job at Sears, and that job saved our house and our family.
My daddy ended up as a janitor, but he raised a daughter who got to be a public school teacher,
a law professor, and a Senator.
We got a real opportunity to build something.
Working families today face a lot tougher path than my family did.
And families of color face a path that is steeper and rockier, a path made even harder
by the impact of generations of discrimination.
I've spent my career getting to the bottom of why America's promise works for some
families, but others who work just as hard slip through the cracks into disaster.
What I've found is terrifying: these aren't cracks that families are falling into—they're
traps.
America's middle class is under attack.
How did we get here?
Billionaires and big corporations decided they wanted more of the pie, and they enlisted
politicians to cut them a fatter slice.
They crippled unions so no one could stop them,
Reagan: "We're going to turn the bullet loose"
dismantled the financial rules meant
to keep us safe after the Great Depression, and cut their own taxes so they paid less
than their secretaries and janitors.
Warren: "It's time to write the rules for the middle class."
After Wall Street crashed our economy in 2008, I left the classroom to go to Washington and
confront the broken system head on.
Reporter: Elizabeth Warren apparently not afraid to tangle with Wall Street.
Reporter: Elizabeth Warren is heading into the lion's den.
Reporter: Mrs. Warren goes to Washington.
We created America's first consumer watchdog to hold the big banks accountable.
Reporter: A women who has warned of another meltdown if Washington doesn't straighten up
I never thought I'd run for office—not in a million years.
But when Republican Senators tried to sabotage the reforms and run me out of town, I went
back to Massachusetts and ran against one of them—and I beat him.
"And we are going to turn Washington back to the people!"
Crowd: "Who do we love?
Warren!
Who do we love?
Warren!
Who do we love?
Warren!"
Today, corruption is poisoning our democracy.
Politicians look the other way while big insurance companies deny patients life-saving coverage,
while big banks rip off consumers, and while big oil companies destroy this planet.
Our government's supposed to work for all of us, but instead it has become a tool for
the wealthy and well-connected.
The whole scam is propped up by an echo chamber of fear and hate designed to distract and
divide us.
People who will do or say anything to hang on to power point the finger at anyone who
looks or thinks or prays or loves differently than they do.
But this dark path doesn't have to be our future.
We can make our democracy work for all of us.
We can make our economy work for all of us.
We can rebuild America's middle class—but this time, we gotta build it for everyone.
No matter where you live in America, and no matter where your family came from in the
world, you deserve a path to opportunity.
Because no matter what our differences, most of us want the same thing: to be able to work
hard, play by the same set of rules, and take care of the people we love.
That's the America I'm fighting for, and it's why today I'm launching an exploratory
committee for president.
But the outcome of this election will depend on you.
In the last two years, millions of people have done more than they ever thought they
thought they would to protect the promise of America.
And here's what we learned: if we organize together, if we fight together, if we persist
together, we can win—we can and we will.

Three players that could permanently swap La Liga for the Premier League in January - Duration: 2:27.It's almost that time again, as agents, clubs and players all position themselves to try and engineer transfer deals during the mid-season window
Normally quite a bit less busy than its summer counterpart, there are enough players across the divisions that will become free to talk to other clubs on January 1, 2019
Some have become disillusioned at their current clubs or have low enough buyout clauses to tempt potential suitors
With some teams still having a lot to play for in the second half of the campaign, there's every reason to think that a handful of big moves will make it over the line
Some La Liga players could be persuaded to swap sunnier climbs for the cut and thrust of the Premier League too… Andre Gomes appears to be enjoying his loan spell at Everton, and the Toffees are similarly impressed with the central midfielder
With that in mind, one might suspect that he would see out his season on Merseyside, particularly as he didn't make his debut until October
But Tottenham are circling. Into the Champions League knockout stages by the skin of their teeth, thanks in part to Gomes' parent club Barcelona, Spurs will need to strengthen in the early part of the New Year after not bringing in anyone during the past summer window
Still hanging on in the Premier League title race by their coat tails, the north Londoners also have the FA Cup to contend with
Quite simply, they need strength in depth in certain positions and that's where Gomes fits the bill
Strong, physical and quick, he's already shown that his game is far more suited to the English top flight than Barca's short, sharp passing carousels

RECAP OF 2018 & PLANS FOR 2019 - HAPPY NEW YEAR - NIN IS COOKING - Duration: 10:33.Sawadi Ka everyone, Monday, new
[CY] Nonononononono nono no
Today, no recipe.
Today is the last day of the year, so what we can maybe do is do kind of a recap
of what happened for us this year When did we start the channel ?
[Nin] Ooooh honey, it's almost first time we met in Thailand right ?
[Cy} mmmmh yep, something like that.
It was in April I think [Nin] Yes 8 years ag... (laughs)
[Cy] Yeah 8 years... since April it was 8 years ago
[Nin] 8 months ago [Cy] And since then, we are uploading one
new video every single week I think just one time we couldn't because
we had to go abroad
[Nin] Now it's every Monday.
But, maybe next year it's not only Monday [Cy] This is indeed some plans we have for
next year To enhance the channel maybe upload more content,
like 2 times per week Not quite sure about it yet, though, because
it's a lot of work And we have our jobs aside so... we have to
find some time for that [Nin] I decided to do a cooking channel because
I love cooking And I want to share my Thai food recipes with
everyone And, everyone is YOU guys
[Cy] And we really hope that you actually enjoy it
And, it looks like sometimes you are a bit shy to tell us if you did the recipe or not
We would really love to know if you actually tried the recipe, have maybe one photo or
something that you can send either on the Facebook page
I will leave the link of the Facebook page down below
And Instagram as well, and you can communicate with us there or even leave a comment in the
Youtube section [Nin] This year, most of my recipes was Thai
traditional way, and simple way, right ? But next year, what I would like to do is
kind of fusion Thai food, like improve my recipes
[Cy] I can't wait.
I already love the food like, from this year, so if the coming year with have more recipes
with like more complex recipes, and fusion.... hmmmmm
[Nin] Yeah, it's like I watch in many videos, and I got the inspiration
[Cy] Yeah, this is a good point to talk about Where do we find the ideas for the recipes
and blah blah blah Obviously there is some food that you know
because it's traditional Thai food But also we have a lot of inspiration on different
websites Can be Youtube, Reddit, Instagram as well
So we have a look around, and then we see food that we like
That SHE likes and that she would like to cook
[Nin] Yes, it's like adapt right ? We adapt Thai food, Western style, mix
This is what I would like to do next year [Cy] And also, something that you should know,
is that, when we say "it takes a lot of work to do the videos"
It actually does, because, as you can definitely hear we are not native English speakers
None of us, so we have to pretty much script eveything And even by scripting, sometimes
we both do mistakes So probably the native English speakers sometimes
you hear things and you are like "ouch" Sorry about that
[Nin] And sometimes I'm like a robot, because I have to remember most of the script and
it's not natural at all For grammar it's like.... ahhhh kill me !
[Cy] Yeah sometimes even the vocabulary [Nin] It's like some words that you teach
me What's that again ? Approx...
[Cy] Approximately [Nin] Yeah approx....
I really can't say this word Approxibleeeeha
[Cy] Yeah so this is also something we are aiming to improve on next year
[Nin] And also next year, we have plan to move to a bigger place, like a house
[Cy] Yeah maybe [Nin] Because I would like to have a bigger kitchen
[Cy] Yeah obviously.
If you are with a cook, with someone who likes to cook, your husband or your wife or whatever
Kitchen is quite important And you can actually find a very nice house,
but if the kitchen is not good enough she will be like "nope"
And also on my side, I have the plan to upgrade my filming gear like... the camera is very
good but maybe get another lens If you wonder, I'm actually using a Canon
5D Mark II And the lens is quite a cheap lens.
It's a 28-105mm (3.5-4.5) But it's not a very good lens.
So I would like to have a new lens and also a new tripod with a slider to be able to do
nice travelings [Nin] You just want everything
Oh well, you gonna buy new stuff for your camera ?
So I'm going to buy new stuff for cooking as well.
A lot, many things ! [Cy] Yeah of course you will, I know it.
Well we actually did it already this year We bought a new cooking station, new pans,
new chopping board, new knife [Nin] But I still need more !
You know I can spend like 3-4h in a shopping mall
In the kitchen zone and he gonna be like [Cy] Yeah and I can spend like 5h in a camera
shop and she will be like....
Something we would really like about the channel for next year as well is
We don't just want to create videos and upload the videos and end of story
We would like to really create kind of a community of people who like Thai food
So, YOU obviously And we would like to have more exchanges with
you That you would like us to cook....
(You would like NIN to cook, because I'm not cooking I'm just eating)
You would like Nin to cook that dish or that dish, or maybe if you have advices
If you know how to cook that dish and you see something that...
Because also to mention, you're not a professional It's just a passion
So we really like when you guys comment and tell us
"On that one I would have tried to do it that way" or "I would like you to cook..."
We mentioned it already but we have 2 dishes that we are going to cook
[Nin] First is Pla nung menung and another one is "chor muang"
"Pla neung menung" is steamed fish with lemon [Cy] Yeah we just have to buy the steamer
[Nin] And "Chor Muang".
I think it's kind of a dessert And I'm not very good at desserts
[Cy] Yeah desserts are not her best strength [Nin] You can see the pumpkin custard
[Cy] Yeah you can check the pumpkin custard, it was maybe not the best recipe but when
you cook, sometimes you fail, and that's it There's no need hide it, to try to look 'professional'
never missing anything So that's it for this year, that was a very
rich and very fun year for the Youtube part ( and for the rest as well though^^)
We had a lot of fun filming the videos and yes, we wish that next year it will improve
That we will be able to improve the quality, maybe the quantity
[Nin] Yeah and also my cooking skills [Cy] Which are actually quite good already
[Nin] I want to improve more.
I want to chop onions without tears [Cy] good luck with that
[Nin] Next year I will show you guys that I can chop it without tears
[Cy] Ok write that down, we will see next December
[Nin] And I will chop the onions like 'chopchopchop', and my eyes
[Cy] Ok, ok, that's a good resolution Anyway, we really hope that you guys enjoyed
the videos during last year, and that you will enjoy even more next year !
We wish you a very happy new year [Nin] Sawadi Pimai Ka
[Cy] Sawadi Pimai Krup [Nin] Wish you healthy and happy
[Cy] And see you next year [Both] Kob Kun Ka, bye bye

Spoilers for Raw on New Years Eve show that the 'fresh start' hasn't come into effect yet - Duration: 5:18.Football News24/7 Vince McMahon's return to WWE television was promoted just before the Tables, Ladders and Chairs special event, and it just had to be big news
The Chairman doesn't return for many things nowadays, only reserved for special shows it seems
But with the tagline that he was going to 'shake things up' when he came to Monday Night Raw on the December 17 edition, it sounded as though we were getting a mid-season 'Superstar Shake-up' to try and counter-act the declining viewing figures
That wasn't what we got at all though. Vince, Stephanie, Shane and Triple H all appeared at the start of Raw to announce changes to both brands, the General Manager role essentially being phased out and all four would be the authority for Raw and SmackDown
Furthermore it was revealed that they were giving the fans the power to decide which way the product goes - but that hasn't happened yet
The Christmas Eve episode of Raw saw mostly same-old matchups - Lashley against Elias, six-woman tag matches involving Bayley and Sasha Banks and Seth Rollins against Baron Corbin
There are new NXT stars coming soon but they're nothing to shout home about - the likes of EC3 and Lars Sullivan are no Johnny Gargano or Velveteen Dream
Once again this week's Raw was pre-taped to allow stars to spend the new year with their families, and more matches of a similar ilk were booked
Here are the full results for the New Years Eve episode of Raw, with credit to Cageside Seats
Drew McIntyre defeated Dolph Ziggler in a steel cage match. Seth Rollins asked for a rematch with Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Championship but Triple H showed up to remind him that automatic rematches are done for
He was booked against Bobby Lashley later. He lost that match via DQ when he repeatedly attacked Lashley with a chair
Shane McMahon announced a "fresh start" battle royal with the winner earning a shot at the Intercontinental title later in the show
Apollo Crews won said battle royal but lost to Ambrose in their eventual match. After the battle royal, Baron Corbin, who was eliminated last, cut a promo and was beaten up and run off by Elias
Nia Jax attacked Natalya backstage. Nattie revealed she would be in the Royal Rumble
Bayley & Sasha Banks & Ember Moon def. The Riott Squad. They announced that Alexa Bliss will be back next week with a talk show called "A Moment of Bliss," and Ronda Rousey is the first guest
Rhyno & Heath Slater, together again, lost to Jinder Mahal & The Singh Brothers
Ronda Rousey & Natalya defeated Nia Jax & Tamina. There's some cool stuff such as the steel cage bout to open the show, but another six-woman tag with the Riott Squad against Bayley, Sasha and Ember, and Rousey and Nattie teaming to face Nia and Tamina again show that nothing fresh is happening yet
When Raw returns live next Monday we could see the start of a new era, but we might have to wait until after WrestleMania in just over three months time to see the full effects of the 'fresh start' come into play
