and the more we realize this the more we begin to tap into this larger reservoir
of energy of who we are because you see this is the thing more and more people
on the planet right now are going through a spiritual awakening
now spiritual awakening is where we realize that we are not just our ego our
ego is something we use and the old school law of attraction way of
thinking about it a lot of the things that are desired are ego based that
doesn't mean it's all bad it just means that we're like this is what I want
aiiii and there isn't much emphasis put on vibration put on raising our own
vibration because the the way we went about it is mainly through willpower now
willpower will get you pretty far you can even say oh I'm in a new year's
resolution I'm not gonna eat chocolate or soda anymore and you can do that and
you will get results with that however most people fall off because they focus
more on that then they do the person they will become then seeing themselves
as already healthy seeing themselves as already able to achieve what they want
so a lot of this has to do with self-image a lot of this has to do with
understanding vibration and when you make it more about the vibration the
goals come as a side effect anyways so where in your life right now may you
maybe you're focused on some type of external goal an external benchmark in
the mind of achieving something and where is it that maybe by looking at it
like this you are in a way going about it backwards maybe in a way it's it's
like a carrot on a stick that's making you go in a certain direction but that
carrot on a stick is making you not enjoy where you currently are you see
2019 is gonna be a year of understanding our vibration and how to raise it so
when it comes to this process what I'm saying is let's first off raise our
vibration let's focus on raising our vibration because as we raise our
vibration everything else will happen anyways and whether you knew it or not
when you came to earth you chose to be a part of this evolution of consciousness
this transformation that's happening on the planet right now and if you want

books that were all transcripts of a qhht hypnosis section sessions where she
put people in the deepest levels of hypnosis their higher self would come
through and they would ask questions so you'd be like why this happened this
person's life why did this happen or what can they learn from this or who are
they important quote past lives or understanding the multidimensionality of
our soul but also through thousands and the transcripts people all over the
world that didn't know each other when their higher selves have come through
which is recorded they said that the reason they came here right now is to go
through this evolution on the planet to go through this ascension of vibration
on the planet because never before has it been done where a whole entire planet
goes through this transformation normally it's a society a culture and
right now we all are going through it collectively together so it's about
being aware of that and and having the awareness that we are more than just our
physical bodies we are spiritual beings having temporary human experiences and
the more we tap into this the more we tap into this larger reservoir of who we
are we then allow things to happen in a much easier way so just have that
awareness as I get into the formula right now because it helps to redefine
who we are and what we can do going forward in 2019 and how we can think
about the process maybe just a little bit different a little bit different
than before not nothing crazy or anything but just a little bit different
you feel me so let's look at it like this here's the manifestation formula
the manifestation formula is about combining the power of the heart which
means we're connected to our passion we are doing what we love we're feeling
connected and we're connecting to our heart first before when we're even
looking at our goals do I read do I want does my mind want this was my heart want
this too and using the power of the heart with the focus of the heart
combining that with the power of the mind which means the focus that we have
so it's the power of the heart plus the power of the mind combining these two
things together and then having that of surrender so it is the heart energy
mixed with the mind energy plus that of surrender surrender let go of the
outcome understand that your higher self may have a better plan for you then you
have from the ego perspective the mind is the ego so align the egos thoughts
and focus to the heart to what you're really
passionate about and in 2019 instead of focusing on the car on the money those
as goals those are side effects those are side effects of you doing what you
love they're side effects of you've been in a high vibrational State you can
still have a desire or a focus on it but people over emphasize though desires
they over emphasize the car that's all that stuff nothing wrong with it I'm
just saying when you go for the vibration first you're then aligned to
it anyways and you feel better in the process imagine that while you're going
yourself and goal in yourself at making you know 150 thousand dollars a year
when yak last year made eighty thousand or whatever it is maybe you set yourself
that goal and the old way 2018 way of doing it is I'm going to be here and
I'll be happy once I get here so we externalise our own happiness and
we're going about it the wrong way when instead in 2019 you realize hey I'm
gonna feel happy now because I'm connected to my heart my goals are
really more so about vibration and because of that you then feel better and
then along the process things happen easier than ever for you that's how easy
it can be for you it's understanding that this is here for you now the energy
of you living your dream reality already exists it's about tapping into the
frequency of it what is frequency frequency vibration what is that it's a
combination of what we think feel and act may have heard me say that many
times aligning these three systems together how do you think how do you
feel how do you act now thing is a lot of these will leak into each other if
you act a certain way you will feel a certain way think about as body language
you have your heart head like this and you're walking out and you you feel
positive you feel confident because how you act integrates to how you feel how
you feel will be something that keeps you in a certain vibration that then
your thoughts are aligned with that and you keep thinking that way over and over
again and then it feels itself so when you when I say these three things the
other thing I want to recommend to you is to change your self-image see
yourself as a high vibrational being understand that you are more than your
physical body you are more your ego your ego is like your avatar in
this reality when we came here we decided were like hey I'm gonna come
into this system I'm gonna forget Who I am
I know it's gonna be a little bit painful but here's the thing
it's gonna be a beautiful process of me waking up to who I really am
and me understanding that this is just an avatar just like when you're playing
the game sins if you've ever played that game before you know that I'm not
actually that person I might be experienced in it of course this is a
more integrative experience than just that but that's a metaphor just a
metaphor and when you start to see it like that you see hey I'm more than just
that of the ego structure the separate self we're led to believe that we're
also separate we're not separate we're all connected the more we tap into this
connection the more we tap into who we really are the more we see that we get a
reflection in her life of that understand you are more than you think
you are and you are also more than you can think think about that well you are
more than you think you are but you are also more than you can think you are
more than you can even think you have infinite potential inside of you and the
only thing that keeps that filter down is your beliefs about what you can
accomplish your vision for who you are your heart and whether it's connected to
your head or not so begin to see ways that you can connect your heart to that
of what you're doing by focusing on the vibrational frequency frequency I'd like
to say that frequency if you connect yourself to the vibrational frequency of
who you really are which means connected you are when I make these videos those

how can I feel more connected to Who I am
how can I more so just embody those emotions now and how can I make sure
it's more about the vibration I've been doing that for me in 2019 to dubby
surrender letting go of outcome and knowing that the universe may have an
even better idea of what I could accomplish or do than what my ego can
imagine so this is what is simple this is what will help you is understanding
these three things intention plus your mind also set more intentions what
intentions you up for 2019 let's go up let's talk about that for a minute
what intentions do you offer 2019 do you intend to feel more connected to
yourself do you intend to have more self-love do you intend to accomplish
certain goals whatever it is set your intentions and sent them now today this
video is coming out before New Year's and sometimes what people do is like oh
I'll do it on New Year's after they've been to a party that has completely made
them feel the next day like like they wish they didn't go to the party because
of a hangover or something like that so then they'll write their intentions out
there and they're not in a high vibrational state when they do it my my
advice to you is to do it now write out your intentions for 2019 and then see
yourself look at your self-image how do you view yourself and make sure your
self-image is connected to your heart but that's what's really important is
your heart so find one of these things that you can begin to focus on maybe
you've been living in your heart but you feel like you don't have enough focus
maybe you feel like you've been combining your head in your heart but
you haven't surrendered enough maybe you find that you've surrendered and lived
in your heart but you haven't done your head enough or you focus enough whatever
it is find one of these things and begin to see how you could implement it more
in your life
because understand that if you do this things will happen easier than ever
because it's more about the vibration than it is about anything else then if
it is about the goals because most people have these goals and the goals
are side effects the goals aren't really connected to passion or high vibrational
energy so that's the formula the power of your focus the power of your
intention plus that the power of your hearts your passion what do you love
doing for a living if you don't know what your let you love doing for a
living set the intention now what am i passionate about what will I love doing
for a living what am i passionate about in this moment and start to pay
attention to the signs that come you will get signs things will come to you
and follow those and that might be something that leads you to the next
thing the next thing the next thing that eventually gets you there so set the
intention connect to your heart put do you wear this in your in your heart for
a couple minutes a day and then also surrender let go of the outcome allow
things to be as you do all of these three things you'll find that you're
2019 is amazing understand that there is this shift happening on the planet right
now begin to refine your vibration begin to exist in this high vibrational state
let go of things that no longer serve and understand that you are more than
you can even imagine so another thing I'll be doing is more

How to Implement Clusters Sets for Strength and Power - Duration: 8:34.
hi this is Adam before VidCon and today I'm going to be talking about cluster
sets and how to implement them into your training before I get into cluster sets
I'd like to talk a little bit about traditional sense what you expect to see
so traditional is that's what you see here is say you're performing three sets
of eight reps of approximately ninety seconds rest between if you look at my
very rubbish lis drawn diagram here you'll see that these blocks or
replicate reps so there's eight of them going up he is literally perform them
back-to-back just like normal says ninety seconds rest and then you'd
repeat for three sets okay what happens on traditional sets is more reps you do
the more fatigued you're gonna get whilst you're doing for the presets
what's happening is you're increasing your ATP usage so the fuel for muscles
to be able to working for four movements increasing your ATP production so your
body's having to produce more ATP in order to to fuel the work that you're
doing especially as the steps go on you're also increasing your lap tape
useful your lactate release instead you're performing eight reps you're
performing a lot of reps back-to-back so the work output is going to be a lot
higher and also there's increase in EMG activity so neuromuscular your muscles
are going to be working hard in order to perform the job doing whatever exercise
you're going to be doing so what happens here what's this you're increasing the
ATP used in the ATP production overall you're going to see a reduction in ATP
because what's happening is in order for ATP to be produced
you'll have to so in order for ATP to be resynthesize you've got to have
something called possible creatine phosphate Christy provides a phosphate
onto an EBP molecule very science here it might be a little bit confused
basically think of AVP as something that's worthless add a phosphate to it
that you get from phosphocreatine and then that way you're going to get ATP
and that's what you may use in order to produce to produce to do work so if I'm
performing eight reps on something with no rest what's going to happen is my ATP
is going to reduce as I'm using that phosphor creatine to resynthesize ADP
it's going to have to reduce so expect to see a reduction in ATP like I said
neuromuscular you're working your your nerves that are firing your muscles
they're working as well so there's going to be increased neuromuscular fatigue
and then resultantly that means that there's going to be a reduction in force
output a reduction in peak power output reduction in Retta force development and
overall reduction in a technical form which in itself is going to be
detrimental so now I'm going to talk about alternate method or something you
can do to traditional sense there's called cluster set they do the whole the
whole thing so what we're going to do and a cluster step is you have interest
set rest between whatever a lot of reps so if I go back to the previous example
we did three sets of eight reps with 90 seconds rest between on a cluster I
might break the no state reps into two fours so I would do four reps
back-to-back rest 20-second do the next four reps then rest 90 seconds to say my
word between my sets and repeat the same thing opposed do three tests
and that mean one set I'd then rest maybe 90 seconds and outperform for
three sets so during those cluster sets when you get to have that rest period
during your steps you get to have certain physiological aspects occur so
it's been shown during in research that there is a less reduced force out less
reduced peak power of the less reduced technical breakdown through exercises so
what happens during these cluster sex is as I said join the interest at rest we
allow our budding time to recover so ATP gets to regenerate that little bit more
so that phosphocreatine molecules get to help return those ADP's in two ATP's so
when we get back into the exercise for Less the example when that one the
second portion of that set where I was completing four reps I'm in a lot better
state to be able to produce force for the rest of the the rest of that set so
this dot at the top is to start on the first rep so I'm 100% for stop I'm nice
and fresh from list we do my first row I perform that rep and my force out that's
gonna reduce as I forty you a little bit but if I get my interest at rest so in
those clusters this is 15 seconds here within those 15 seconds my cross outfit
has managed to rejuvenate or build back up so approximately seventy nine point
seven percent before it used to be so with that 15 seconds robber that being
stuck down here below sixty percent I've now bugged it back up and I'm
pretty much at eighty percent ready to produce some more force and probably get
a better rep next out of that so a few things to know about cluster sets that
are quite important the first one most of all cluster set see quite an advanced
type of training cluster sets are mostly used
like I said maintaining or trying to reduce less reduce peak power and force
output so you're trying to keep those nice and high for a better quality reps
and better quality sets you have to ask yourself are you advanced enough to meet
that and if you're not then maybe there's no point wasting your time on
this maybe stick to the traditional sets boot up a good straight to base build up
a good power base and then you can start to move on to this but more advanced
style of lifting other things to note cluster sets are very very variable
really so the example that I gave was when I split stated two to four twenty
seconds rest between you can do this however you want so that graph that I
showed you literature said there was one rep rest fifteen seconds do another rep
there's many different ways to do this but just like I said before the more
reps you do the more physiological fatigue you'll get again so it's about
what you're striving for if you're going from absolute strength from maximal
strength one rep rest fifteen seconds approximately the rest itself doesn't
even have to be fifteen seconds I'd say no more than thirty otherwise you're
pretty much just starting a new set keep it pretty short fifteen to thirty
seconds yeah one rep fifteen seconds rest one rep maybe for a set of three or
four really to keep that power output nice and high but if you want to push a
little bit more strength so you're not solely focused on that with respect to
the maybe you can do like the four four EPS scattered between and you can even
push some hypertrophy ranges so a lot there's a lot of stuff I've been talking
about has been power up this and you're talking like our lifts
by being good at Mike's technique or power based sports listing a power phase
during part of your periodization you could also use it in off seasons if if
mechanical loads quite important to you because if you're allowing yourself
enough restaurant if I was to perform four reps twenty seconds rest four reps
I push it dates can actively can consider hypertrophy rate but the good
news about that if I am using this cluster steps scheme what Academy is I
can lift at a higher intensity that's the whole point of cluster Center but
being able to increase this force output and being able to maintain this peak
power means that my intensity can be greater I can lift higher loads rather
than stick into lower lows so one of the things that reporting is
mechanical load which is the load going through the joint so if I am able to
lift a higher intensity is I can therefore put more mechanical stress on
my drinks that's a stimulant for hypertrophy in itself so it could also
be used in a hypertrophy block so key things to take away from this just like
I said is rest is your best friends during your cluster sets have a play
around with it see which rest times should be the best with rep ranges
you're kind of chasing remember just like I said it's a box but we're trying
to maintain that intensity we're trying to keep that intensity nice and high
which you might not be able to do with those traditional sets so you may have
noticed my amazing Christmas jumper because it is Christmas time for anyone
