My name is Saegusa, in charge of the shared workshop of the Geidai Factory Lab,

The cast prototype, this has been reduced in size.

But it was scanned from the cast metal original.

There was a possibility that the edges had been slightly rounded off in that process,

and it was scanned again to finish it.

It would be easier to have a bit of edge left when we mold and cast this again to finish it properly.

so we have added a bit of material on the edges of the wax prototype.

So now the wax prototype is wrapped in the mold material,

and it's being baked in the furnace.

You can't move it as is, so it's reinforced with plaster and linen.

It also serves as reinforcement,

because there is a lot of pressure buildup when the metal is poured into the mold.

Praying that the process goes smoothly.

Now the mold is being moved.

It is buried now, and we will be covering it completely in dirt.

Then we will pour in the metal.

The reason we do this is that pouring in the metal produces a lot of pressure,

and it's completely liquid so it might leak out from the bottom.

So we bury it in tightly packed dirt so that even if it leaks it will be okay.

Then we pour in the metal.

We are now taking apart the mold.

You can start seeing the metal.

There was a time where I visited Italy for a year, and studied bronze sculptures in various locations.

I still remember just how striking the original sculpture was, and I studied it very closely.

At the time, I could only see it, but this time I was able to actually touch it with my own hands

and feel the shapes, the surfaces and the lines, so it gave me inspiration and I learned from it as well.

I'm hoping that those who see this will have an opportunity to truly enjoy the sense of weight and texture of the metal.

Alabama has not officially secured the Orange Bowl, but all signs point to another Clemson-Alabama clash in the national championship game.

According to the Action Network, Alabama is a 6.5 point favorite over Clemson ahead of their 2019 national title matchup, while the over-under is set at 59.5.

The Alabama-Clemson title game will take place on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 8 p.m.

Both Alabama & Clemson Had Blowout Wins in Their Semifinal Matchups.

Nick Saban may disagree but both teams had decisive victories in their semifinal playoff matchups.

Alabama allowed a few late scores to Oklahoma, but Alabama still won by 11 points.

Even when the Sooners made their late run, Alabama still looked to be in control of the game.

Clemson's matchup with Notre Dame was a bit more decisive.

The Tigers defeated the Irish 30-3 in the Orange Bowl.

Clemson's defense looked dominant despite being without defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence who was suspended for testing positive for a banned substance.
