hi everyone first we're gonna check my ketones man my phone just never loves to
focus okay I think it is and small which is right here man no it's not trace and
it's not small it's like a 10 I wish it with focus so you could tell you can't
really see it good you can see it more over here you see it's not traced but
it's not small so I think it's like a level 10 and I'm very good with that on
the kind of day I had yesterday which was a lot of food a lot of food all day
long so here we go with the video today
fasting weight loss and today is December 30th of my weight loss journey
I started at two seventy three point two ninety four days ago yesterday I did a
refeed thing the previous three days I did not eat these two days I didn't know
food or water this thing I did zero calorie beverages in this day I ate all
day long it is day 28 of my 30-day challenge which was supposed to be
extreme which I will say it has had periods of extreme time and periods of
time that shows I'm not trying to do my best
ok so my channel was started for accountability for weight loss because I
could not be in a group the way I wanted to and I got upset and I started the
channel and that's the best thing I could have
done because this is way better than what I could have done in the group I
think as far as accountability and it's turned into something I love doing like
I love having people that support me and comment and watch it every day some
people start their mornings with me like that is so good it feels so good okay
let's see I wrote notes okay let's see I believe I'm positive support and every
diet works almost every diet every mainstream diet works just almost
everything works as long as you work it and I believe people should not talk
about other people's plans or give them discouragement
I think they should give them encouragement um so I watch every
morning I started my day watching a motivational video and today I learned
about Barbara Corcoran she is from the shark tank
and she started her I didn't learn this day this is just based on what I
remember she started her real estate company with like a thousand dollars and
now she's worth over 80 million um and she did this in New York which I love in
New York and one of her tips was not one of her tips one of the things she said
helped her mica become successful is overwork everyone so in her circle she
if someone worked two hours a day she worked four hours a day so overworked
everyone so I was thinking you should try to outwork me when you watch what I
ate today um it's not a good example however for me personally it's about
portion control I'm trying to not do this but I'm not trying hard enough
obviously but I'm still getting results and I'm still continuing to go go
forward um yeah so I just want you to take what I'm doing as a basis of where
you could start but try to do even better and outwork yourself like I was
me and motivated me today because I only have two days left 20
minds 829 and day 30 I only have two days left for my 30-day challenge um but
I am gonna do let's see so today is the 30th oh my god I just have two more
entries so I was thinking I don't know I'm just gonna do the zero calorie
beverages today I think I'm gonna do a lot of I think I'm gonna do a lot of
exercise I was thinking about doing dry fasting two days but I'd rather drink
and exercise so today is drinking exercise tomorrow is dry fasting with 30
minutes exercise because I don't want to harm my body do not harm your body
quickly weight loss is not worth that okay um another thing I want to
recommend is for anyone having constipation
before I started any kind of dry fasting snake diet fasting any kind of fasting
at all um oh I also need to talk about after fasting what should I eat and this
video is gonna show you what you should and should not eat okay but back to your
constipation um before I did any kind of fasting I did it
JJ Smith 10-day smoothie cleanse where you just have smoothies every day for
ten days they're supposed to have more like Greek like spinach and kale and a
lot of green stuff so it should look green yeah I recommend that I do not
like smoothies before I did that but smoothies will be a part of my
lifestyle probably start in January first or after like I would like a
smoothie I would like all of us in the household to have a smoothie today okay
in her group a lot of people well she should just this magnet oh seven man I
gotta make sure my camera is so bad maggle seven it is the ultimate
oxygenating digestive system ninety vegetable capsules
this is excellent it says suggest the use as a dietary supplement see oh I got
an Amazon affiliate link I'm gonna see if I can figure out how to put a link in
this description because I bought it off Amazon I believe I'm gonna try to do
that you guys know I have like money goes to I just thought that's funny cuz
I just thought I could do that and that's not why I did this I did this
because I have them and Danny Boy fasted for four days four and a half to four
two half days and he didn't have a bowel movement so if you have any suggestions
for him please or anybody that has this problem please post it in the comments
but I'm gonna say my suggestions this is my number one suggestion because it
doesn't make your stomach hurt at all and okay let me continue reading as a
dire tale a dietary supplement take up to five capsules at bedtime with eight
to twelve ounces of water on an empty stomach for seven to ten days or until
desired cleanse has been attained decreased dose for maintenance daily
dosage will vary depending on individual an intended purpose results may vary and
okay ingredients elemental magnesium 1035 milligrams elemental potassium oh
we take potassium 99 milligrams other ingredients certified organic rice flour
citric acid and vegetable capsules mango 7 is a gentle and fast effect acting
oxygen cleanse that works overnight for most people this unique combination
gently softens unwanted buildup in the digestive tract while providing
beneficial oxygen to the digestive system it's for people experiencing slow
and sluggish digestion struggling with common digestive irregularities
preparing for a lifestyle change or special event this product is not
intended to be used as a magnesium supplement ok I have not used this even
once I just need to say I've not used this once in the 94 days
I don't need it and I did use it on the 10 day cleanse I have there's 90 in here
I probably have like 60 in here but I love it because it doesn't hurt your
stomach at all okay so Danny Boy
who ever has digestive problems get that you might even want to try the JJ Smith
tend a green smoothie cleanse it's gonna clean you all the way up and it's
healthy and you're getting a lot of nutrients maybe do that instead of doing
this and then come back to this do what works for you okay and do not quit
that's the number one important thing I'm gonna check the focus on this cuz
yesterday's little video was horrible
okay I think the focus is good okay one of Barbara's other main points is be
yourself she said usually the weirdest or
quirkiest person in the group or team is the one that's most liked because
they're real be real be you don't let people tell you what to do take their
advice incorporate it if you want to be nice about it and just be who you want
to be and do what works for you oh my gosh please and there's not one way to
any goal there's not one way to weight loss okay um let's see okay after
fasting what should I eat what you should eat is something very light a
vegetable a very high water content vegetable or a bone broth does something
really really light then you wait a little bit this is my personal opinion
okay then you wait a little bit and then you can add in a little something else
maybe a piece of chicken if you're doing this make diet that's it have that one
little meal and keep going if you're doing um what I do I guess this is what
I do because that's what I did the last two times me I am NOT gonna do just one
meal anymore yeah I'm done with that um it just does not work for me and I just
don't want to I'm what I'm to do it's not best but it's what I'm
choosing to do okay so yesterday I ate all day I showed you guys in the video I
started my day with the celery so good I found out salary two people told me in
my comments yesterday how good celery is for your blood pressure and that I need
to write that down celery research because I need to know
more and I thought I know everything about what to eat for lowering my blood
pressure at the end of this video you're gonna see what my blood pressure was at
the gym yesterday and I'm happy okay I'm very happy but I did take one lisinopril
pill I'm supposed to take a multiple theme something and the super lisinopril
I didn't know what to do so 20 minutes before the gym I did the one lisinopril
I think it's 20 milligrams I'm working to get off of that if I take one a day
for like a week and my pressure is looking normal
I'm going to the doctor I'm gonna say can we get off this other one the other
one is way more expensive like double what the vasila Serna pro course so I'm
hoping I can only take the cheap one okay
yeah so what I had to do the only thing I'm gonna show you in the video in this
video which is gonna which it means this video is gonna save me 3 hours to upload
but that's okay I have time um the only thing you won't see in the pictures is I
had a small side order at Panda Express AB orange chicken the little tiny it's
not a print it's like a baby point I don't even know maybe have to fight I
gave two pieces to my kids so I ate the whole other piece of the plant then I
had eight piece chicken nuggets from chick-fil-a I gave them each one of
those they had their own food I bought some other stuff they came to the Jimmy
I didn't buy food from my other two kids because I was at work I said whoever
wants to come to the gym get ready and be ready when I get there only two
wanted to go I'm not the other two could have fined soup or something or sooner
or something from the cabinet I don't care my 19 year old had
I saw him had two pieces of whole-grain bread and spinach on it I'm like that's
what you even he said yes I said fine or whatever so I didn't buy them anything
um but the two little ones came to the gym with me for over an hour
um and that's all you didn't see I also had some in the pictures you're gonna
see the yogurt blue cheese 35 calories oh my gosh that's amazing but it don't
taste as amazing as a regular one so I have to sell it I put the 35 calorie on
the other half I put the normal blue cheese which is probably 140 calories I
have a lot of calories yesterday I stayed away from makino cheesecake which
is my favorite but I have it I have some available to make I don't know when
that's gonna happen but you guys know what I do with that so that's why I
didn't get it but when I took when I ate yesterday I just felt like I wanted to
eat more and more and more I don't know it was all protein I probably had 75
carbs if I had to make my best guess I probably have 75 carbs I did an hour of
exercise I did walking and elliptical and that's what I did yesterday and I
did a hit 10-minute Adrienne Bryant hit you must do so much is exercise at least
three or four times a week Adrienne Bryant I don't care if it's a
10-minute workout or 20 whatever just do it um and that's it so here's my blood
pressure and the elliptical what it said I did and that's it um after fasting
make good choices you won't regain so I'm not proud of this rig that's gaint
um this fast I'm not good with what I ate after fasting this time because I
ate too much but I'm very happy with all my choices
except for the Panda Express I should have not got it and Wendy's I just got a
salad so I got two salads two chickens from chick-fil-a and the Panda Express
small singing yeah so today's weight which is so bad it's so bad I'm not
proud of this I promise all night but I'm not beating myself up because I'm
gonna keep going I have no doubt imma keep going and I games okay alright so
today yesterday I was to 13.2 I gained four point two pounds and I am -
seventeen point four I'm water fasting today a lot of the salt and a lot of the
food will come like out today and I'm going out with the bang in 2018 dry
fasting and whatever you do the last day of the year make it big because you'll
remember that day and it will set the tone for January 1st 2019 however you're
not gonna see me extreme anymore but you gotta see me consistent steady and
making pretty good choices and that sugar day is coming up for me soon I'm
excited I want something to look forward to it and I'm gonna do that so please
comment like and I will see you tomorrow
you
okay we are gonna try this again and I waited mmm I didn't really wait
again I took my blood pressure like 20 minutes
ago that just one pill I don't even think it kicks in that quick
I just want to document what my blood pressure does
1:31 over 85 is bad why aren't you playing basketball Aaron
okay jacket on
I'm gonna wait two minutes okay I waited two minutes let's see if it's better
okay and now that's what I like to see let's just say that's it but I did take
the medicine 20-30 minutes ago I don't know if it's that I just took one pill
and this wasn't take two different pills I want to keep monitoring this every day
God
you

Chelsea latest news N'Golo Kante's winning goal for Chelsea all about the philosophy, says David Luiz - Duration: 2:51.
David Luiz has praised Chelsea's 'philosophy' after linking up with N'Golo Kante to seal a 1-0 win for Maurizio Sarri's Blues at Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Kante, a World Cup winner with France last summer, has been deployed in a more advanced position on the right side of midfield by Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea.
He netted his third Premier League goal of the season at Selhurst Park as Chelsea ended Palace's three-match unbeaten run to move five points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal in the battle for Champions League qualification.
Chelsea breached the Palace defences early in the second half, as Luiz stepped forwards into midfield with the ball.
The Brazil defender spotted Kante's run and found him with a lofted pass, which the France midfielder chested down and shot left-footed under Guaita.
Following the win, Luiz told Sky Sports: "It is never easy to play here or control it here especially when they play long balls but we did well.
We could have scored early but they also did a great match defensively which is why it was so difficult.
The goal was about the connection, about training every day and understanding the philosophy.
I just tried to put the ball in and time it for his run.". Matchwinner Kante told Sky Sports: "It is a move I have tried in training
It doesn't work many times but David (Luiz) gave me a good ball and I am happy to score with my left foot and help the team win
It was all about the pass.". Get Chelsea latest news updates directly to your inbox Subscribe Thank you for subscribing

Lessons Learned Working For Disney - Duration: 12:48.
Welcome back. So, if you're like me, you're probably a big fan of Disney and I've
always wondered what it would be like to work for Disney. Well we've got Mr. Rob Ferre.
-Yeah. -Who actually not only worked for Disney but you've told a lot of
stories... -Yeah. -...about working for Disney. It's kind of made a big impact in
your career. So... -Yes. -That's what going to be talking about today. Alright. So, let's
dive right in. First of all, how were you able to get a job working for Disney
in the first place? -Well, I graduated from college in 2003
from Southern Utah University, okay? And... -With a degree in Disney? -No, I did not.
No, I did not have a degree in that. Does a degree in broadcast communications. And I
wanted to go into TV and radio. And I was... I didn't quite find the job I was
looking for. I'd still had this opportunity. I still
had the small window to do what is called the college... The Disney College
Internship. Now, there's 2 different internships out there. There's a college
program and the there's a professional internship. The professional internship
is actually really good for those who have a focus on where they want to go or
what they want to do. I just took the general one which was the college
program internship. And that is actually really good for college program... For
college students who are in their freshman, sophomore, junior year. -So, how
did you how... Do you even know that these programs existed? -So, they have recruiters
that come to your college campus. And so I remember meeting somebody and saying,
"Hey, I did this. You should try it." And so they have college recruiters at every
campus. I wish... -A career fair type thing, work... -Yeah. And some just set up a
kiosk in the Student Union. So it just depends. So, somewhere I the career fairs.
This particular person I believe I met at just... They had a kiosk and the student
union. The one thing I do wish... I wish my recruiter would have told me to take the
professional internship. I just did the college program. And so, the college
program puts you on the front lines. The professional internship puts you in more
of an office setting where you are working within your degree.
So, if you're in hospitality, you'll maybe work a front desk job. If you're in
communication, you work behind the scenes. So, those type of things. I did the college
program and I got a job working at the parking lot and MGM studios. So, it wasn't
quite the dream job I wanted. But I was still working at Disney World and
working in Disney. Gorgeous. -So, you heard about that when you're in southern Utah
but you went out to Orlando. -Yep. And that was in 2004 and I went out there and I
worked. And so I did my college program. And once I finished that college program,
I applied for a different job. I didn't want to be in the parking lot the entire
time and so I applied for a job at the Jungle Cruise which was an awesome job
as what a dream job for me. And then I was able to be cross-trained, as we call
it to the Haunted Mansion. Because the Jungle Cruise in the Haunted Mansion in
the same work area. And I really, really, really, really loved my job at The
Haunted Mansion. when it was indoors and 2 you get to be a brooding kind of
character. Jungle Cruise I got to be a character. but you're spilling a lot as
we call it. you're constantly going around the river, spilling, spilling,
spilling. and so I like the variety of being able to work at the Jungle Cruise
or at the Haunted Mansion. but when you work there, you know, there's a few jobs
that are called Universal jobs where you can work at all the different parks. And
that's usually an entertainment. So once you have a job, you work at that one
location and that was the location... -So is it... Is it a grueling schedule? Was it
enjoyable? -It depends. Depends. You know, certain jobs
can be grueling especially if you're outdoors in the heat.
I was part-time. I never went full-time. I was only full-time when I would do my
college program. And I had different jobs that I dabbled in. But I learned so
many great things about the Disney way and what they do in their training
process. Their training process was really cool. They do what is called
traditions. -Let's talk about... I'm very curious about their training process.
-Yeah. So, they have what is called Disney University which is behind the Magic
Kingdom. In Disney University, they have courses
for continuing education. But when you start, you do you take what is called
traditions. It's a day-long class where you learn
about Walt Disney and what he instilled and his values and the history. And then
the second day of traditions, you take a tour of the park that you're going to be
working at. So when I first got my job at MGM Studios, we took a tour of that. And
then when I cross transferred or started working over at the Magic Kingdom, I had
to do a whole new traditions there. So I did traditions and I did a day at Magic
Kingdom. Where I learned all about the Magic Kingdom. Which is really cool because
they go down the street, in the mainstream like, "Okay, did you know about
this window over here? Now this window has this person's name in it and this is
dedicated to the man that did this for Walt." You know? They all have different
things that they tell you about the little nuances. They show you the Hidden
Mickeys around the park. So, they show you some fun stuff, they give you some
history but they also talk about show. Disney is all about the show, okay? Their
employees are called what? Do you know this? -Cast members? -Yes, they are called
cast members. We are cast in a show. And then when we go out to our job or to our
workplace, we are on stage, okay? Yeah, backstage and we have front stage.
So, the idea is you are constantly on you know, on stage. You are in front of an
audience. You are a cast member as people are coming into this theme park. Because
Disney was like the first theme park where people could experience something
different. It's not just going on ride. Alright, get on the ride, give me a ticket.
They create a different experience. And I don't know if you notice that when you
go to different theme parks. But the thing about it is, they have led the way.
And a lot of people are emulating what they're doing. And I've been to... I worked
at Universal Studios, I've also worked at SeaWorld. And I've been to all these
different theme parks and I can see the difference between Disney cast
members and other employees or team members of different types of theme
parks. It just brings a story to my mind a few months ago. My family went to
Disneyland. -Yeah. -Evil Queen was walking by and my son
wanted an autograph. So he walks up, "Can I get an autograph?" And you know, she's
supposed to be a mean lady, right? So, it's like, "Oh sure." She didn't do that.
Just like, "Walk with me peasant." And I thought, "That is so cool." How... Anyway. -Right,
she stayed in character but she still did not demean the kid. You know, she
kept a little level of consistency in psych, "Yes, I guess I'll done you with this."
And so, that's what I loved about being in the Jungle Cruise. I was able to
create a character and interact with the guests
in a fun engaging way as at the Haunted Mansion. But they want people to
to remember that. Now, she has a very special role where she is an
entertainment. Also, think about the people that you interact with when you
get onto a ride or when you're at a retail shop or even people that are
selling you food. Now, that one of the coolest jobs and it's not the most
glamorous jobs. But I think it's really cool what they do and how they frame it
are the custodial janitorial staff. They're not called that, they're called
show keepers. Which I love. Because they've shifted that... And I now want
to call anybody that helps clean up a show keeper. They are helping preserve
this show. And so they are constantly around cleaning up and they're free
agents. They they can go from any place to anywhere. And the cool thing about
them is often the show keepers, know the most about the park. So, whenever you're
in a park and you see somebody sweeping something up and you need information,
show keepers are the best people to talk to you. Because they know that part, they
oftentimes have a times guide in their pocket. "What time's the three o'clock
parade?" That's a good question. I say a three o'clock parade today is that 2
o'clock. So, but those show keepers are the people that are the glue. But here's
the thing, they don't do that job alone. This is something that they've taught
Disney cast members. It's called the Disney scoop. So for example, let's say,
I'm going from one location to the other and I see a piece of trash on the ground.
Do I let the show keeper come by and pick it up? No. In-stride, I pick it up and
I find the closest receptacle and I throw it away.
I am also keeping the show. So that is something that they train you to do in
traditions and also in your training it when you go to the park. Always keep the
show. We are working together to keep this atmosphere, this theme park as clean
as we can. Also working together to help people. You know, if we see a crying kid,
somebody drops at an ice-cream cone, we need to help them have a better
experience. And so, oftentimes people will be like, "Oh, I'm sorry that happened.
Sad for you." But at Disney, they'll give them a card or they'll replace it for
them. And so, Disney does a really good job of keeping their customers happy,
keeping their guests happy. -So, are there things from these
lessons that you've learned or things that you you saw and admired or the
things that you've been able to apply in your own business? -Yes. For sure. I think
the customer service aspect is just treating everybody that comes under your
umbrella the same way. A friend of mine, his name is Jason Hewlett. He talks about
the promise. Keeping your promise to your audience. And it's the same thing. Disney
keeps their promise to the audience. And so for me, when it comes to customer
service, am I going to give the same show to a group
of 20 kids as I give to a group of 200 kids? You know, when I perform for them? Or
when I DJ for ten people, am I going to give that same energy for that 10
people as a gift for a thousand people? So, you want to be able to be consistent
with your brand and consistent with your services. And I think Disney is the same
way. They are very consistent and they want to make sure that everybody feels
important and valued. -My wife and I are big Disney fans.
-Yeah. -we've read lots of books and found little like,
"I had no idea." Is there any anything cool that you don't think our audience would know
about Disney? -Well, the Hidden Mickeys. If you don't know what Hidden Mickeys are,
there there are books on it. And this will change your experience as when you
go to the parks. Having those experiences where you are now searching for the
Hidden Mickeys while you're waiting in line. This is another part of their
engagement experience. -How many are we talking about here?
-I don't know, thousands. I mean, when you go to ride, most rides have maybe at
least 3 to 4 in a ride. -So, is it... Are we talking just the symbol of the
Mickey ears yeah or the full Mickey Mouse? -No, it's just the Mickey ears. So
Circle, Circle, Circle. So, for example when you're on the Haunted Mansion ride and
you go into the ballroom scene, where the ghosts are dancing and then the guys are
on top shooting each other. If you look down at the table, there's some... There's a
lady blowing candles out and there's a guy on the other end. I know this is that
while Disney World. I'm not too sure if it's at the other parks. But if you look
at the plates, there's a plate with one circle and then two small you know,
coffee cups or tea cups. Saucers right around the top. So that is an example of
a Hidden Mickey. And so you'll see it all over the place. You'll even see it in the
signs. And so that's just another fun way to engage your Disney experiences
through the Hidden Mickeys. -Cool. -Yeah. -Well, thanks for telling us your experience
working in with Disney. If you have any other questions or if you get to know
any Disney secrets, share them in the comments below and I look forward to seeing you
next time.

Stop Using Your Own Money For Real Estate - Duration: 9:58.
Oh, I see. You're one of those. You think that it takes money to make money. You
could not be more wrong. Are you kidding me? It does not take money to make money.
And in today's video, I'm going to prove it. I'm going to be talking about O-P-M. Not opium.
Other People's Money. And how I have used it to go and take $5,000
of hard-earned safe cash and turned it into 1.6 million dollars. True story.
Okay, so here's really the big question for today. I'm going to share with you and
break it all down how I did this. But I want you to be thinking OPM. Other
People's Money. Like what does that even mean? This is a really important thing
for you to understand because in the world of real estate you can use other
people's money to do things. In fact, that's true of business that's true of
most things. I need you to understand that one of the, one of the core reasons
why people aren't going out there from watching these videos and doing real
estate is they're believing thoughts and ideas in themselves that limit them. And
one of those ideas is it takes money to make money. I'm telling you right now, if
you're waiting to have all the knowledge, if you're waiting to have all the money,
if you're waiting to have all the credit, you might actually never get started. And
that's the problem is that most people they leave living a mediocre life. It's
not like they set out and said, "Wow, my dream is mediocrity. My dream is to go
nowhere in life." I mean, that might be some people but for most people, I
think what's really going down is what they're really saying is, "Oh, I want to
have a great life. I want an abundant life. I want to do amazing things." But I
don't have the resources. And what I want you to understand is it's not about
whether you have resources. It's about how resourceful you are. You see OPM is a
resource. The money exists. If you want to be a deal maker and you want to put
deals together, you need to understand that you don't have to possess all the
resources. That is your limited-school-head-down-learning kind of thinking that
is broken and simply doesn't work. Now, I am an entrepreneur and entrepreneurs are
known for being outside the box. So let me share with you a little bit about my
story and how I went outside of the box and turned literally $5,000
into 1.6 million dollars. I had already caught the real estate bug. I
knew that I wanted to make millions in real estate. But I didn't know how. And my
very first mentor, he gave me some practical advice. It's not the advice I
would give you today because the reality is I know how to go a lot faster than my
first mentor told me. But this is really what he said. He said, "Kris you should be
at your job for at least 2 years. You know, so that you can get qualified for a
loan with the bank. You should also get 3 credit cards and you should keep
them paid off so that you can show the banks that you're responsible. But they
need to to your history with you only 3 credit cards. And number 3 you
got to get a little money in the bank. Like get 5 grand in the bank.
Because you can put 3% down on a home that you're going to buy and live in that can
double as an investment property." Let me just slow that down. I want to
make sure you heard that. He basically said, state your job for 2 years. I was
already there for a year so I just needed one more year.
He said get 3 credit cards to show the bank creditworthiness. I had one, I
needed to get 2 more. And then he said, make sure that you have $5,000 saved in
the banks. You had a little down payment. I took this mentors advice and I am really
glad that I did by the way. Even though I know how to go way faster. That
put me on hold for 14 months. But 14 months went by and I had my 5 grand.
Tou know what I did with it? I took that $5,000 and I used it as a down payment
on a house that had a bunch of equity in it. And it was worth 150
I bought it for a 110. And I can't tell you how thrilled I was. I mean,
I was going to move into it it had a basement apartment. Rented that out. And
basically for a year, I just... I was making my plans for my next house. And I know
how to resource because this house had all this equity. I remember I went to
Wells Fargo the bank and I said, "Hey, can I pull some of this equity out?" And they
gave me what's called a home equity line of credit for 18,0000
something change. And that $18,000, I took that and if I
borrowed it out of the house, I was going to have to make a payment on it. So I used
it and I put it into the second house that I purchased. Now, the second house
that I bought ended up producing a $600 month cash flow after I made my payment.
So, it was thrilling to be getting ahead so much. In that house I had bought I
ended up making $130,000 on. In fact, the equity
in that house guess what I did with it. I bought more houses. In fact, it helped me
by my third property. Now, remind you. I'm still only $5,000 out of
pocket. But I got these 3 homes. And at that point, something really cool
happened. My father-in-law who was super skeptical of what I was doing. Now, that I
had done it 3 times, he was willing to kind of put that skepticism on trial.
And he said, "Kris, break down for me what you're doing." And I showed him how this
little bit of money was making me all this money. And guys, I don't want to tell
you the ROI because it's astronomically huge. When you take a small amount you
turn it into you know a couple hundred thousand dollars in net worth and over a
thousand dollars a month of cash flow after living and
entirely for free. I mean that's pretty awesome. So, he decided to take a bet on
me. And on my fourth deal, he said I'll put the money in and we'll split it
50/50. We did it, we we made money on that deal
and because it worked, we said, "Well, let's do it again." We did it again, we did it
again. I remember I was sitting in college. This
was my senior year. I had about 10 homes at the time and I sat there a thinking,
"Man, can't wait for college to be over I'm not really going to use this degree." But
I've bought now these 10 homes. I want to go faster. I want to go faster like this
works. But my father-in-law can only buy so many houses. And I need to wait
for my real estate to mature but how do I go faster? And that's when I have this
idea. I need more father-in-law's. There's got
to be like... Can I like plural marriage or.. Okay, that's a bad joke. But what I ended
up doing... Seriously, I can't even hear you guys laughing. It's stupid.
But seriously, what I ended up doing was thinking there's got to be other
father-in-law's out there. And I made a list. You can do this by the way. I made a
list of people I knew that we're crushing it in corporate America and had
been working there for 20 plus years. Now, conservative individuals that are making
a lot of money in corporate America, they are excellent 401k -ers IRA -ers House payer
off-ers. That was my assumption. I wrote down a list of four people and I just...
I'm going to tell you it took like a huge act of courage because I was scared. But
I called him up and I said, "Can I take you to lunch?
You know I've been doing this thing in real estate. I want to actually show you
what I've been doing." And all 4 of them, you know what they said? They said sure.
In one week I took all 4 of them to lunch. Just kind of one at a time and I
showed him my 10 properties. I showed him my returns. And I showed him how much
money I was making my father-in-law who was my partner. And you know what? All
4 of them individually, independently decided. You know what? I've got money
sitting in my IRA or my this or that or home equity. Let's partner together. So, I
started buying a home every single month. This is what got me to 25 properties. And
even though I was splitting everything with them, it was so lucrative. I was
clearing on average over $12,000 a month. And that's when I decided to
quit my job. Friends at that point, 4 and a half years later from that first
house, my net worth on those 25 properties for my part of the ownership,
1.6 million dollars. My personal income, $12,000 a month. And that was enough for
me to quit my job. Now, that all happened because of the scene here called OPM.
Other People's Money. So, let me share with you the top three OPM strategies.
Okay, the first one, is you can just go and borrow money from bank. Now the bank
on an investment property or a primary residence, they're going to want anywhere
from a 3% down payment all the way to 20% and that for some people is a
lot of money. I had to save up 14 months to get my 3%. Some of you have money
sitting around and you could actually put 20% down. And the bank will lend the
other 80 to 97 %. So a bank is your most common source of other people's money.
Your second source is that if you can use the strategy to get yourself into a
house, if you buy that house intelligently, if you buy it at a
discount. Buy low, sell high. If you... If you buy it with some equity, guess what you
can do? That house can be your bank and it can give you the money. And all you're
going to need is the credit. In this situation, you need credit and money or
at least someone's credit into someone's money. Here you just need credit to
access from that house. And the third one that I was sharing with you is a partner.
A partner is a person that says, "Wow, I admire your track record or I respect
what you're doing or your system and it looks like it's working for you. Can I
kind of be more of a passive role and give you the money and we can kind of
team up on this?" These 3 strategies. A bank, a house and a partner. Friends, these
are really excellent tools that you can use for launching yourself into the game
or real estate and crushing it. Now, if you're ready to take action but you just
don't know where to start, what you probably need is a private custom game
plan. because you might be saying, "I don't have credit or I don't have money or I
have a 401k or IRA or I have this asset or I just don't know where to go from
here." and I actually have a team in my entire empire that I built whose job is
basically to talk with my YouTubers and answer questions and give you a custom
game plan. Basically put themselves in your shoe and say, "Wow, if I were you how
could I help you or what would I do to get my first properties rolling?" If that
would be useful for you, all you got to do is click the link in the description
below and boom, my team will be in touch with you
in the next day or 2. And we'll give you that custom million dollar gameplan.
