Waching daily Dec 2 2018

Hi stamping friends! Melissa Kerman here with Melissa's Crafting Treehouse. I

am an independent Stampin Up demonstrator and I sell all the products

that I share with you on my videos. If you don't currently have a demonstrator

I'd love to be your creative coach and guide and you can contact me through the

link that's in the video description below. So today's project is a club

project and these this will also be one of the free project kits that I send to

customers who purchased through my website in November and December and I'm

using the Winter Woods stamp set and I actually I'm going to show you a few

like bloopers or mistakes that I made doing this project as a way to teach. So

for the very first step I've just inked up my evergreen tree and with Mossy

Meadow ink and just stamping it right on to my shimmer white cardstock and next

I'm going to ink up my row of five trees with the Crumb Cake ink and I'm going to

stamp that off so that it's a really pale light image in the background and

just stamp it just to the right of the evergreen trees. Now I cased this project

from something I saw on Pinterest and it seemed super simple to me and yet I

think I tried it maybe four or five times before I got the effect that I was

looking for so there were some things that I learned along the way which is I

wanted to pass that on to you guys. So anyway there's my stamped off image. Next

I'm going to do a little bit of a watercolor wash towards the bottom to

sort of create a bit of the feeling of the ground and I'm using my Smoky Slate

ink and I've squished my ink pad together so that I have a little bit of

ink in the top of the pad. You can see that right there and I have an aqua

painter with some water in it and I'm gonna have a paper towel handy and that

way I can kind of control how much ink and how much water is in there. Now the

first step is just to wet the paper itself a bit. Now what I have already

stamped already will blead if I touch it so I'm trying to

avoid touching those images when I wet the paper there. If I do touch them those

images will bleed and I'll get a little bit of green showing and I did actually

do that in one example and it actually turned out kind of pretty so it's not

all a bad thing. So you can see me working on my my ground I like some

darks and lights and I find that doing it real quick and not fussing with it a

whole lot which is what I'm doing now actually works a little bit better. So

next I'm going to ink up my little deer image from the Dashing Deer stamp set

and now I've stamped it off and I'm going ahead and inking stamping it

directly onto my focal piece. Now here's where I made my first booboo the paper

was still wet and so when I stamped my deer you can see it sort of bled and it

just didn't look quite right. So I was a little bit disappointed so I did the

whole process again. This time I stamped both of those images, the evergreen tree

and the set of five trees, in the crumb cake in full ink. So I didn't stamp off

those trees and of course I'm drying it with my heat tool so that my work

surface or my focal piece will be completely dry when I stamp it with the

deer and I did a little bit on the back just to make sure the whole thing is dry.

I really wanted to make sure it worked right this time. So now I'm going to go

ahead and and stamp my deer and here's the mistake I made here. So I inked up my

deer and and this time when I inked it up just like I did with the first one I

actually stamped off my deer. Because I stamped off the deer you can actually

see the trunks of the fully inked crumb cake trees in the background. Well, you

know my my my deer isn't a ghost and I didn't want to see the trunks through

the deer not very realistic. So again not too happy with that result so

now I'm starting with another version that I did. I've done all the steps at

the beginning I stamped off my crumb cake trees and now I'm gonna stamp off

my my dashing deer deer and for this version it looks perfectly fine. So as

long as you stamp off the trees in the background and the deer you're good to

go. So now I've set up my stamparatus with the sentiment and I did this to

make it easy for my customers to get their sentiment piece in just the right

spot inking it up with my Early Espresso ink and then I'm just going to place my

focal piece there and go ahead and stamp the sentiment. So it would have also

worked just fine if I had done full ink of the crumb cake trees and full ink of

the deer but here's an example of them both stamped off and then in my final

version the one that I actually assembled I did use a version that had

the fully inked trees in the background and this was one where I had stamped off

the deer in the background and I actually just overlaid and stamped

another deer over the top of that. There's my booboo my one where the paper

was wet you can see that. You'll probably notice that a lot of my focal pieces

when I turn them over there's something stamped on the back because I've

undoubtedly tried several different things before I've settled on the actual

one I'm going to use. So now you may notice when I turn this over that I

didn't stamp the full ink deer exactly on top of the stamped off deer. That was

not on purpose but in fact if you look at it you'll

notice that it sort of looks like there's a deer or two in behind. So in

fact it was sort of a happy accident that I did both the first and second

inking on that deer because I in the end it was my favorite final result. So now

I've just attached dimensionals to the back as you can see attached my pieces

and I'm all set with my card. So I hope you've enjoyed the project today and

learning through my mistakes and I hope you'll come back

and visit me soon and if you enjoyed this video please give it a thumbs up,

share it with friends, and subscribe to my youtube channel and you can always

click on the bell and you'll be notified whenever I publish a new video. So I hope

you have a great day and happy crafting bye!

Good news for Chelsea: Man City injury update on influential ace suggests he'll miss clash - Duration: 2:53.

Chelsea host Man City at Stamford Bridge on December 8, and it's been reported that Kevin de Bruyne is unlikely to return from injury in time

The 27-year-old has been limited to just five appearances so far this season due to a knee injury, and although results don't reflect it, he is a crucial absence for Pep Guardiola

SEE MORE: Chelsea could line up Real Madrid superstar as marquee January transfer window signing  De Bruyne contributed 12 goals and 21 assists in 52 outings last season, guiding City to the Premier League title, and so they'll be desperate to have him back fully fit sooner rather than later

According to The Telegraph though, they may not risk him against Chelsea and so he could miss that encounter, as well as games against Bournemouth and Watford

In turn, perhaps the meeting with Hoffenheim on December 12 could be the ideal time to bring him back, with the pressure off the Premier League champions having booked their place in the knockout stage of the Champions League already

It's perhaps the most sensible strategy despite being desperate to see him feature in such a big clash with Chelsea, as the last thing that Guardiola will want is to see him rush back and suffer another setback

Assuming he doesn't return in time then, it will be a boost for Chelsea who have now fallen seven points adrift of the league leaders and will be looking at that particular fixture as an ideal opportunity to claw their way back into the title race

From a City perspective, with a busy festive period imminent, a fully-fit De Bruyne will be the perfect boost for them to extend what has been an impressive start to the campaign which has seen them win 11 of their 13 league games thus far

Top 10 Possibilities for Pokémon Generation 8! Ft. Supra (Part 2) - Duration: 4:33.

Generation 8 is a Gen of much potential with the Pokémon games that we've had in the

past and for the fact that it's going to be on the switch.

So, with this potential me and my friend Supra thought up a list of things we would like

to see in Generation 8.

Supra: What's good guys, I'm Supra and I'm here with Kaleb to finish list we have

here.

This is actually part two of a two-part thing we have going on both channels, so check out

part 1 if you haven't already.

With the introduction out of the way, let's get on into number 5!

For number 5, it's going to be on new typings.

Types are Pokémon one of or if not, biggest attribute that factors into how many things,

so you know why I'd focus on it so much.

With a Pokémon's type comes its weakness, design, move-pool, and a few more things.

I'm looking out more for type combinations that we haven't seen, but more than that

I'm looking for good Pokémon with these new type combinations.

I wouldn't want a case to where a Pokémon has a cool type combination, but the Pokémon

itself isn't all that up there.

There's also potential for a new type which is what a lot of people are looking out for,

but I'm not so sure on it.

With how long it took to get our newest type, being fairy, I would think it would take even

longer to get a newer one after that.

For number four, it's going to be on incorporating Switch Mechanics.

The Switch isn't just the best portable system, it has its fair share of mechanics

that come with it.

The HD rumble seems like an easy feature to incorporate into Pokémon because of how much

would be able to connect with it.

Though the motion camera seems like the more interesting mechanic because the thought of

"what would they do with this".

There's also the gyroscope and Breath of the Wild did well with utilizing it.

I can see potential in camera things or some sort of incorporation with movement in the

game.

So, the next thing I have for number 3 is an odd area.

But I believe that the next Pokémon could be a that new game that's questionably the

best or definitively top 3 Pokémon games.

The past mainline games for major franchises on the Switch have released these phenomenal

games like Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild and they're humongous additions to

the edition.

Along with that, they're the first thing that we saw from them on the Switch, so their

first step in both were the strongest.

So, to see this, it gives me the idea that we would have that major of a Pokémon game.

For number 2, what comes with new megas and new Pokémon?

New evolutions!

Now I know everyone is going to be raising their hands and point at Dunsparce, but we

should try to focus on other Pokémon at least because all we can do is hope for all of this.

I want to draw attention to Pokémon that could use another evolution to buff them,

but there are actually so many Pokémon with no evolutions or Mega evolutions that could

possibly use it.

Qwilfish, Spiritomb for 4th Gen remakes, Zangoose, and a good amount of other Pokémon could

use it for a quick push into the public eye.

With the right evolutions or even Mega evolutions, it could give even more initiative for people

to get involved in this new game.

And for number one, the next big thing.

Usually, there's a main thing that defines a Pokémon game and its usually what people

know the game or generation for.

Gen 7 gave us Z-Moves and Ultra Beasts, Gen 6 gave us Megas, Gen 4 gave us this expanded

lore and Pokémon Gods, and the list goes on for the other games.

For Gen 5 they gave us the guidelines on what makes a generation amazing.

But with Generation 8 there's so much potential on what could be the next thing.

Is it going to be something that's going to flip competitive on its head?

Or is it just going to be this major addition to Pokémon lore that begs us so many questions.

Usually it defines itself pretty well so me taking a guess on what it could be is only

scratching the surface.

Especially since it could be something that no one ever thought about.

But I guess only time tells for our future!

Thank you all for watching and thank you Supra for coming out here.

Make sure you all check out Part 1 if you already haven't, and if you're new here

I already have a fair share of Pokémon videos with more coming soon.

The end cards here will direct you to stuff I'd personally recommended.

Hopefully, I'll see you all in the next one!

Until then, peace out, and God speed.

Devin Funchess Fantasy: Panthers WR Limited for Week 13 | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:38.

Devin Funchess Fantasy: Panthers WR Limited for Week 13 | Heavy.com

The Carolina Panthers won't take a big hit to their offense without wide receiver Devin Funchess during Week 13, as they initially expected to.

With Funchess missing a good chunk of practice this week, Carolina was unsure if he was going to be fit enough to play this week as he is dealing with a back injury.

Fortunately for the Panthers and the Funchess fantasy owners, the Panthers wide receiver is getting to the green light to play on Sunday.

There's only one slight problem though – He is going to be limited in his role on Sunday.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Panthers plan to ease Funchess back into his position with the team during Week 13.

Early on in the season, Funchess and Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was building up solid chemistry in the passing game that increased Funchess' value in fantasy.

But with the emergence of the rookie wideout DJ Moore, along with their 'do-it-all' back, Christian McCaffrey, the role for Devin Funchess hasn't been very beneficial for fantasy squads.

And with Funchess being on a known restriction for Week 13, it's apparent that playing him will issue a substantial risk, with minimal upside.

Fading Funchess for Week 13?.

#Panthers WR Devin Funchess, listed as questionable with a back injury, is expected to play today but on a limited basis, source said.

The team will work him back slowly.

— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 2, 2018  .

Funchess has caught 41 of his 68 targeted passes on the year.

With 516 yards and three touchdowns, the veteran wideout lands third on the Panthers stat sheet for the receiving game.

Despite having more touchdowns than Moor in the air, Panthers tight end Greg Olsen tends to eat into Funchess' and Moore's scoring production as he has totaled for four touchdowns on the year.

None of the wideouts and tight ends have been in Funchess' way though.

As long as Christian McCaffrey is on the Panthers offense, it's going to be hard to trust anybody else on the Carolina offense.

Unless there is a Cam Newton-McCaffrey stack, it may not be worth much in standard leagues and daily fantasy.

Especially for this week.

For those who are in deeper leagues, or intended on playing Funchess for DFS, it's best to avoid him for at least this week.

Being in a known limited role as the third-most productive wideout on the team shouldn't really convince anybody that Funchess is worth a play in your lineups this week.

This shouldn't be a long-term concern, but don't take the risk of playing Funchess this week.

There's hardly any upside to it.

Five Easy Stage Tips for a Great Performance - Duration: 8:05.

Hello pole friends! Welcome to the Splits Project

here I share with you some tips about flexibility and splits on the pole

and some times other things that can be useful for you

also in your performances and in your daily practices

today for instance I'm going to share five practical tips

for dance performances on stage

so everybody knows how important it is to be on stage

it's very different from when we're taping something for instagram or facebook

we can tape 20 times and chose the best one

and when we're performing live

it's very different because it's this moment

that everything has to go smooth and perfectly

we want to have the best show possible

and we want to have the best experiences and memories about it

so I think it's important to apply some simple tips that can make your life easier

can reduce the pressure that is on you when you're on stage

so today I'm going to tell you my five tips to make you safer on stage

tip number one

try out everything first

don't go to stage with anything that is new

even if it looks like something simple

try out your costume, do your entire routine at least once

using your costume, using the hair that you're planning to make

and even the make up. It may sound not so important

but it can be, like for instance, if you're planning to add some cristals

to your face, they may fall during the performance

they may, I don't know, fall in your eyes

there is always something unexpected that can happen and I recommend you to do

everything at least once using everything that you're planning to use

props, costume, different hair

so that you don't have any surprise when you're there on stage

tip number two

don't use strapless costumes

unless of course you really want to have a boob showing on stage

but if it's not the intention

don't use strapless costumes

there are many different ways for you to do this effect that there is nothing here

but you still have a safe costume

for instance I have one that I used in 2014, let me get it for you

like here

this is the costume I used for pole dance South America 2014

and it's not strapless but it has this on the back

it looks like there is nothing on the back, if you see the video it's very difficult to see something

so for instance you can use some fabric like this to do your straps

or you can use some kind of elastic

and if the color is different from your skin tone you can cover it with foundation

it works very well

and you still have a safe costume, you're not afraid of lifting your arms

or doing a cambré

and the costume is not going to drop, nothing is going to be showing

tip number three

use skin color panties under your costume

nobody is going to see it

you're going to feel a lot safer

again, we never know what can happen to your outfit on stage

something can be ripped, like the seam can be undone for some reason

and we don't want anything to be showing accidentally

right?

so here is this kind of panties, I think it's very important that

it is seamless

panties

and it's skin color

so even if it shows somehow out of your costume

if it gets out of it

it's not going to make any difference, people are not going to notice this on stage

and you're going to feel a lot safer

to do any kind of movement so I find it very important

tip number four

cover your nipples with tape

that is another way for you to feel safe

we can have beautiful cut here, beautiful clivage

and we're going to be doing many different movements

but

if we cover this, like make a little square

around your nipple

you can move as much as you want and you'll feel safe because nobody is gonna see anything

I use this in all my performances

it doesn't matter what kind of costume I'm using

because we never know when something can happen

we can have something torn

so that makes me feel a lot more comfortable

for instance I used this

in my, in my swan performance

for World Pole Dance 2016

and I had different cuts here and

and it was very beautiful costume

but the cleavage was low

so I had all the pictures and and I can't see anything and I was feeling completely comfortable when I was on stage

because I knew that nothing would be showing because of this simple detail

tip number five

and this one is specifically for pole dancers

use the same grip that you're used in your practices

try to find during your practices

where do you need grips and what kind of grips you need

because for me for instance is different, I usually use on my legs

and in my arms the ones that stick

more kind of a glue

and on my hands I use the magnesium type

the ones that dries, that works for me

so during your practices

you should try to find out what grip to apply in what region of your body

and when you go to stage

use exactly what you're using on the practices

because it happened for me, it happened to me for instance

that I was concerned that I could slip and I used a lot more

of the magnesium on my hands

and then I went on stage and I tried to make a spin and then I didn't spin

so if you do your routine many times, like five six, seven times

ten times

using the same grips in the same regions of your body

and everything goes well

it's gonna go well on stage too

there is a huge chance that nothing will change

about it

so again don't use anything that you're not used to

if it works on your pracitces

probably is going to work on stage too

and it's safer to go with something that you already know

then something new

don't use any new products

in your stage performance

with this tips that I shared with you I hope you have amazing performances

I hope you shine a lot on stage

as a dancer not only as a pole dancer

any kind of dancer, I wish you good luck

and if you have any questions leave a comment here for me

and next week we're coming back with more flexibility and splits tips

see you next week, bye!
