Ruth Langsford finally 'signs up' for Strictly Come Dancing after years of turning it down
RUTH Langsford is the latest celebrity to sign up to Strictly Come Dancing. The popular presenters decision to take part has delighted bosses, who have also secured Bros singer Matt Goss for this autumns series.

A source told the MailOnline: Ruth has always been a big fan of the show, and producers are thrilled that she has changed her mind and will be taking part this year.
No one has signed any contracts for the show this year but she has had long talks with show bosses and, barring any injury, will be waltzing her way onto the show this autumn. Eamonn is really excited about cheering her on.
A spokesperson for the BBC told the Mail: This is speculation. The Strictly Come Dancing line up will be announced by the BBC in due course.. A representative for Ruth said it was just speculation when approached by The Sun Online.
The 2017 edition of Strictly will see a big shake up, with head judge Len Goodman replaced by Shirley Ballas and new professional dancers Dianne Buswell, 28, from Australia, Nadiya Bychkova, 28, from Ukraine and Amy Dowden, 26, from Wales, all joining the programme.
They replace 2016 winner Joanne Clifton, who won it with BBC presenter Ore Oduba, as well as Oksana Platero and Natalie Lowe – who had previously announced she was not returning.
Ruth and Eamonn will be desperate to avoid the TV show's infamous "curse" which has put an end to a string of other romances – with Jamie and Louise Redknapp the latest couple strained by the demanding dance show.
The popular presenters decision to take part has delighted bosses.
Just days ago Eamonn confessed he was unimpressed by Singapore-born Ruth, both 57, when they first met.
The pair tied-the-knot in 2010, but it sounds like it is a miracle they ever said "I do" in the first place as Eamonn explains that he thought Ruth was "weird" when they first met.
Appearing together on Ireland's The Late Late Show, Eamonn revealed all about his wife of seven years. Ruth and Eamonn will be desperate to avoid the TV show's infamous "curse".
Or more specifically, the occasional This Morning host explained that he and Ruth didn't exactly hit it off upon their first meeting.
"Ruth has a condition called misophonia, which – in case you've never heard of it – is an irritation to any form of noise. Especially if it comes form me," Eamonn explained.

"When I first started dating Ruth there was a glass table in my apartment in London," he explained.
"I'd made her a meal and, as we sat down to start, she suddenly put her hands over hear ears and said 'I can't eat here – not on this surface'," he revealed.
"My first thought was 'hmm, she's a bit weird', but I shrugged it off. Then, I took her to the cinema and she did it there. And in the lift, the car…" he detailed.
Eamonn is said to be very happy for his wife.
