what's up guys welcome back to the channel it's another good day we're out

here at this food plot we're doing part two today I'm showing you guys how to

put a food plot in the middle of the woods with minimum amount of equipment

and minimum amount of effort it'll grow it or attract deer it's going to be a

kill plot and we'll be good to go gumbo season right now I think we're

about 8 days or 9 days from the last time we were here and I shared you guys

I was cutting down some trees pulling some dead falls out the way and so forth

all right over here in this tree we did set up a solar spy point camera and we

didn't plant up in here but we just from clearing it out we set the camera there

and there's already tons of deer pictures because deer curious animals

they noticed something different in this area from the trees cut the logs moved

and air already came through here they were looking around see what's going on

so it's going to be a perfect spot because they travel back and forth

across this ridge and it's going to be a good transition area for a food plot

from they come out of the bed this way and they head this way or they come out

from the bottom down here and are worked away this way toward the other field so

it's going to be a good spot for a nice kill plot they're going to come in here

and I'll Stan's going to be back over here have a nice post and a set of

events take down tree stand there and combo season hopefully we'll be able to

kill something our season opens September 7th or the 9th I can't

remember which one it is but it opens very early on September we probably

won't hunt this area until about mid to late October early November

something like that get it nice and grown up if we have to we'll fence it

off to let it grow up so deer don't eat it and then come the rut end of October

early November I guarantee you it's going to be a good spot we'll be able to

get some good footage and things like that if you guys are new to the channel

do is we've got to finish removing some of the dead falls and then pick up a lot

of the sticks get them out the way and then what we're going to do is I have a

lead blower we're going to take the leaf blower kind of blow them leaves though

out I'll leave the way just with any food

plot got to make sure you get down to bare dirt that way we get good soil to

see contact

we got most of the logs out the way I didn't bring my chainsaw today but we

have one load cut will move next week and then now we're going to use the lead

blower to start blowing these leaves out the way and then we'll come back in a

week or two we'll spread the fertilizer line and just get out with the groundhog

max a little bit and I'm gonna come and of August will be regular

alright guys we are done for today

tired sweating hot we got down to bare dirt pretty much got everything out the

way and I must have hit a beehive or something and I don't remember we're

cutting down these trees I didn't see it but how if they came from out of the

ground or what but I guess got stung like four times my calf once in my ear

thing swelling up whoo and I got chased by like four of them

out of run I was running out to the field swatting so we're done um for now

we'll come back and about a week we'll disc this area up we'll give it one more

little sweep over with the leaf blower clear it up one more time spread the

line fertilizer disc it in let it sit and we'll come back around the end of

August and go ahead and plant alright guys that is going to wrap up today's

vlog I'm done for now we'll come back in a week or so like I just said so again

What's new in Office 365 for Windows: June 2017 - Duration: 1:23.

Hi, I'm Doug from Office and this is what's new for Office 365

subscribers. Once you get the update you'll be able to enjoy these features.

PowerPoint Designer lets you make better-looking slides more quickly.

Now you can insert charts and have Designer work its magic. Copy and paste

a chart from Excel, or create one in PowerPoint, and Designer will open with

several ideas to choose from. Just tap to preview, and pick one you want.

If Designer doesn't appear when formatting images, bullet points and

now charts, you can always find it in the "Design" tab.

Formatting values in Excel and superscript

and subscript was a bit cumbersome, but now there's a quicker way. You need a one-time

set-up with the Quick Access Toolbar. The toolbar is great for adding commands you

want one tap away. You can add popular commands, or

tap "More commands...", and you can add anyone - including, now, "Subscript"

and "Superscript".

Tap "OK", and those commands now always appear

at the top of Excel.

So, if you have math equations or

formatting the atomic number to the periodic table, just highlight and tap to format.

Hi, I'm Doug from Office and this is what's new for Office 365 subscribers.

Once you get the update you'll be able to enjoy these features.

And we'll start off with your new, personal writing assistant in Word.

Editor introduces new ways to help improve your writing.

When the pane opens, you'll notice the word is seen in context—

in the sentence—to make sure you're picking the right word.

For example: the word "affect" is used instead of "effect."

That's a common, word-choice error—and we see the synonyms for both

to help you choose the correct word.

If you need more information for a grammar rule, you can find it with this arrow.

Even if you don't have the pane open, Editor is working. See this dotted underline?

Right-click to see the explanation and except the suggestion if you want.

And, of course, if you need more information you can open the Editor Pane.

Also in PowerPoint, a key accessibility tool has been added: captions for videos.

After inserting your video, tap Video Tools > Playback > Insert Captions > Insert Captions.

You'll need a captions file in the WebVTT format to insert.

You can make it yourself or look for services online.

When playing back the video,

this new icon appears in the video controls to turn the captions on or off.

In Excel, there are improvements to how you copy-and-paste data.

Previously if you copied something then performed another function,

like write in another cell, you would lose the copy.

Now Excel keeps the copy as you do other tasks.

This works well if you paste in the wrong cell or in the wrong format,

simply undo and paste again.

Retiree Health Insurance - What You'll Need For Online Enrollment (Rev. June 2017) - Duration: 4:57.

I'm so glad I don't have to fill this out anymore!

The ASRS now has an Online Health Insurance Enrollment Application.

Online enrollment is convenient, fast, easy and virtually error free.

It's better for the environment too!

The Online Health Insurance Enrollment Application allows you to:

Enroll in an ASRS medical and/or dental insurance plan

Make changes to your coverage

Add or remove a dependent from your coverage

Or cancel your current coverage.

To enroll in health insurance and submit the application

You need to experience a qualifying life event.

A Qualifying Event allows you to enroll,

Add or change coverage for yourself or additional family members

Throughout the year.

Qualifying events are:

Retirement,

Change in Marital Status,

Change in Dependent Status,

Change in Primary Residence,

Medicare Eligibility,

Loss of Other Coverage,

or going on Long Term Disability.

The annual Open Enrollment season

Is when you are free to sign up for,

Or change your plans and is a Qualifying Event too.

Open Enrollment occurs annually in the fall.

You must elect coverage within 31 days of your qualifying event.

Before you start the Online Health Insurance Enrollment Application

First you will want to:

Research and Choose a Plan

Depending on your situation,

You may have the option to choose from more than one medical and/or dental plan.

Choose your medical and/or dental plan before you start.

For detailed information to help you choose which is best for you,

visit the Healthcare page of our website.

There you will also find links to the Health Insurance Guide and eLearning.

Locate Provider IDs

If your plan requires a primary provider,

Have the provider ID for you and your dependents available

For entry during the enrollment process.

If you don't provide a primary provider, one may be assigned to you.

For assistance choosing a primary provider, go to UnitedHealthcare's website.

Locate your Medicare ID Card or Cards

If you and/or your dependents are Medicare eligible

Have the Medicare ID cards with you for reference.

Update Beneficiaries

If you want to cover a current ASRS pension beneficiary,

Ensure all information is complete and current before starting this process.

This can be done in the Beneficiaries page of your myASRS secure account.

Gather Dependent Information

If you want to cover a dependent that is not one of your pension beneficiaries

Listed on the myASRS website,

Make sure you have all of that person's information available

Before starting the enrollment process.

Gather Supporting Documents, if needed

If you have reviewed the website

And determined that your Qualifying Life Event will require supporting documentation

Such as a marriage certificate

You should make sure to have a paper or an electronic copy available.

Now that you have all the necessary items,

Filling out the Online Health Insurance Enrollment Application

Should only take you ten to fifteen minutes.

The application is located in your secure myASRS account under "Apply Now."

Select "Medical slash Dental Insurance"

The application will walk you through the process

Of signing up for your medical and dental insurance with the ASRS step-by-step.

Remember to read the instructions carefully on each page

Before making your elections and be sure to complete ALL the steps in the process.

Use the blue bar at the top of each page to see your progress.

The application will show you the plans you are eligible for,

Based on the information you provide.

Please note, if you stop before completing the final step,

Your application will NOT be saved or submitted.

After you're done, you can track your enrollment in the Pending Requests section.

A Platform for the Future - Duration: 2:44.

I believe that with Dynamics 365, we will be able to increase our market share.

It will attract more customers and increase our revenue.

I think once customers realize the power of it, they will want it.

If you look at Dynamics 365, the biggest opportunity is that you get a platform that will

always be up to date from Microsoft for a low price. You can purchase it and can add value

for micro-verticals we might not even think about right now.

There were two things that we wanted to achieve with extensions for Visual Studio code.

The first part is, we needed to make a vehicle for people to write extensions, 

like a customization for the product but packaged in a way so it is for us to upgrade

and manage them and easy for you to work with them as well.

You can build, deploy, and test all in one environment, and it's unique the way that works.

The second thing you can do is that for our customers who are running

a Dynamics 365 business solution, they themselves can go in and make changes

to how the product looks, feels, and behaves.

You can focus on using the application itself, so you don't have to worry about the

infrastructure, about setting up the application or any servers.

When I first saw the tools for Dynamics 365 I was very impressed. 

It feels like home to be in Visual Studio code.

I like how fast we can publish and see the immediate impact of what I just worked on.

It looks modern. It will benefit the community because it looks, feels, and works

more like traditional development tools.

There will be less of a learning curve coming to Visual Studio code from other languages

and will help us to very productive in developing business apps.

The coolest features in the development tools that we've seen have got to be IntelliSense.

There is a very low learning curve where we can get an idea and start to type something out

and it can fill in the rest of the blanks for us.

And something else which helps us out very nicely are the snippets.

So with snippets, you quite literally type in the letter 't' and maybe 'trigger' or something else

and it gives you a whole block of code that you don't need to remember syntax.

I really love working with the new development environment because this is a paradigm shift

on how we work with it. You can use version control, you can use integration with the whole

development environment as you wanted to.

This will result in a lot faster, more efficient work.

Now, Microsoft has this offer that says, if you have a business idea – we have the tools,

the platform and we have the marketplace.  Everything you need to get your business idea

out there is something you can do with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
