Waching daily Jul 5 2017

Where do you come from?!

Lothar!

Hey

Hey

We have to go to FC Herzogenaurach!

Yes?!

Yes!

Opening ceremony right?

The opening ceremony, yeah!

But first of all: Hello!

Hi!

You are fine?

Yes, of course but...

But we don´t have time anymore.

No, we have to go because they are waiting there!

All right!

Do you know the way or did you already type it in the navi?

Navigate me, please.

Okay then. First drive outside the Puma ground.

Ok, all right.

Well Lothar, you say that Herzogenaurach is a little bit like your home, right?

Not only a little bit: I grew up here!

Maybe it became a little bit less because of the time, but it is till the place where I am from.

I did not only grew up here, wore my first football shoes and scored my first goals

but my parents and my brother still live here in Herzogenaurach.

So this is why the contact to Herzogenaurauch never broke.

Also because of my collaboration since 1979 with Puma.

A great partnership which I enjoy!

All in all excellent and it is always nice to be back in town.

There is always something which reminds me of my childhood.

Well Lothar, I prepared something and

maybe you will remember this song

You sing a song for me now or what?!

I can´t do this to you, I can´t do this to me and I can´t do this to the people who are watching this video...

I would just play the song here:

World Cup 1990!

I don´t need to hear that song very long, that one is a catchy song!

You also want to sing along?

I don´t want to sing along but I have already goose bumps.

I can´t do this to the people as well that I sing along.

But it is such a beautiful feeling in the language of our teenagers it is an "awesome feeling!"

because it was the most emotional moment.

Not only to receive the trophy but also the whole World Cup, all the things going on next to the tournament.

The atmosphere inside the stadiums, with the games, I would say:

it was a holiday with practice, a place to be and in the end you got the World Cup!

You just said it: 1990 was a crazy year for you.

World Cup Champion with Germany, footballer of the year in Germany, European Footballer of the year...

Unbelievable year for you I think?

It was, it was my year.

In this year everything got together, especially this World Cup title.

As a reward for this great team and this amazing atmosphere and as a reward for this success,

I got the chance as the captain of the team to benefit from the great ensemble by setting an own mark.

In the end these single titles I got are titles which belong to the whole squad, because you are only one small part of this team.

That sounds maybe a bit tritely, but it is like this: if the team has no success, you won´t get the European Player of the year award or something like this.

This is also one part which has to be given to the whole team.

I am sure you had also a lot of crazy parties.

If you win the World Cup...how can I envision that?!

Is it like one guy walks with the panties on his head inside the cabinet or how does it look like ?

There were no beer showers but of course there was alcohol, there was music, there was festivity and on the next day there were also a lot of heavy heads...

But all of this is very conventional and the team always deserved it.

I also think, that the fans expect that the players take their time and celebrate what they achieved but in the right moment of course.

During the tournament you have to renounce so much things that it is important to celebrate what you achieved.

Yeah, I think you are completely right in this way.

I prepared something for you Lothar, I want to test you.

Okay

I printed some things and I want to see if you can identify your ex teammates by their hair.

Shall I take the pictures because you drive?

I give it to you soon

I hope the names are not included, that would be boring

Of course not, that would be a way too easy!

Let´s start with the first player...

But not female players, male player or what?

Male players, right!

I also never played together with a female one.

But I envision it in a funny way.

Easy!

You start with an easy beginning

Andreas Brehme!

Exactly!

Goal scorer 1990 in the final with the penalty.

Andi, your shot for the World Cup 1990!

What a start, first player and you know the answer.

Number two will be also easy...

Number two..."Tante Käthe" Rudi Völler!

In the 82. minute of the World Cup final Rudi had no power anymore, fell to the ground in the penalty area and

the referee was taken by him so he blew the whistle for the penalty.

Thank you Rudi for your "falling-ability".

No, just a joke! An evident penalty, Rudi was fouled badly.

Absolutely, we all saw it!

So this one is difficult, in my opinion...

Thomas Berthold?!

Noooo...

Noo

No

But you get one more try

So I get one more...

He is a national player

If you need a little advice, I can help you

Defensive player?!

Exactly!

Jürgen Kohler?!

Right!! 100 points

At the first look I did not see the mustache...

I only took a look at the hair on his head.

The mustache

The mustache, yeah yeah!

Jürgen Kohler "iron foot" I would say. No forward liked to play against him,

because he would also "hit an iron rod" I think.

Did you have also hard training experiences with him?

Yeeah, absolutely. In our times the general manner was more aggressive. Also in the training sessions.

There were no "girls" when we practised.

Apropos "girls", now we got the next one.

You don´t need to show me the picture: Andi Möller!

You did not show me yet but I would say it has to be Andi Möller.

Crybaby Möller, yeah.

Yes, amazing player but provocating is also a part of football.

At this time Andi Möller is Co-Trainer of the Hungarian national team and because I live in Budapest we have a very good relation.

And I hope that Andi will forgive me one day for the gesture I made in Dortmund when we played against each other.

You mean this one?!

Yes

For the guys who did not know.

That was the "crybaby" Möller.

He always cried when somebody attacked him, what was also the reason for this gesture.

But I did not want to insult him personally.

The game in Dortmund was very emotional and then you want to get an advantage: either sporty or with gesture.

I think everyone who plays football knows, that this belongs to the game. After the match you like each other again, so everything is fine.

I got one more but it is the hardest one

It is a selfmade one, like I have to say.

This is a picture you know clearly but I integrated one more player which you have to guess right.

So actually it is Klaus Augenthaler

and the other one is integrated...

He looks strange...

Interesting, yeah?

Yes

Do I have to know him?!

He is a german national player

At this time?!

Yeah

Now he is a national player...

and plays for Real Madrid, yes.

This is Toni Kroos?!

I don´t think so!

Sure!

This is how Toni Kroos looked like?

No, of course not!

Of course not...

The original picture is the one you made together with Klaus Augenthaler and I integrated the face of Toni Kroos and replaced Klaus´ face.

Only the face?

Yes

Yeah, if you only see the face then of course Toni Kroos.

But the hairstyle is from Klaus. Good job!

So we can directly switch to the next chapter: the time when you changed to a club abroad...

Nowadays the boys like: Toni Kroos, Mesut Özil...

Nowadays there are only a few german players who play in the top leagues abroad.

But when you played there were more german guys who played abroad like you, Jürgen Klinsmann, Andi Brehme...?

In these earlier days it was Italy in the end of the 80´s.

At this time Italy was like a paradise for football players.

You earned a lot of money which the german Bundesliga could not pay and nearly all of the World´s best players played in Italy at this time.

It was kind of a modern World Cup in this league.

Maradona, Gullit, van Basten, Zico, I think all of the guys who were on the highest level, played in Italy.

So you could challenge the best players every week.

The italian teams dominated also the international tournaments in these period.

In the end this was the reason why we chose the top league in Italy.

Who was the best opponent you played against?

Actually I had no problems with any opponent, why should I have some? I was the best!

No, haha

Still self-confident...

I would say Diego Maradona was amazing, he was very good.

The only advantage which I had against Maradona was, that he had to act and I could react.

And the second benefit I had was the speed.

There is a Puma slogan: fast.faster.fastest

He was faster, but I was fastest.

And this is the point which gave me the ability to stop him.

When he used a body fake I could still get him because of my speed.

Diego Maradon was absolutely the number one concerning this time.

We do not question that.

That is no question...

Right, so nobody has to ask it.

But away from football, if we look at Lothar Matthäus as a private person:

are you a guy who likes the risk and the adventure like skydiving or more the one who likes to enjoy?

I am more the one who likes to enjoy. Skydiving is something I am afraid of.

I would prefer relaxing at the swimming pool with a nice cocktail instead of dangerous things like skydiving.

But I like it to do sports consistently.

Earlier I played a lot of tennis but now I prefer workouts in the gym. A few times in the week and also during the vacation.

Only lying on the own skin is not me.

Well Lothar, thank you very much for this interview! It was a pleasure.

Not only for you.

Yeah, I hope also for you.

I have only a small request:

I want you to sign these shoes for our community!

but this is only one shoe!

Well, Lothar is a clever guy.

Of course I got a second one.

Now we got the SHOES

I want you to sign these shoes for our community!

Nice shoes! Are they available in stores?

Well, you could buy them, that´s for sure. Do you like the style?

Yes, I would also play them!

I like the black colour and corporate with the silver part it looks classy.

So actually it would be a shame to play with them or what do you think?

Especially when you signed them!

So you will find a secure place at home?

Not at my home, but one guy of our community will win the pair!

Okay, then stop driving that I am able to sign the boots.

But if nobody win the shoes, we can keep them right?

Then I will message you, Lothar!

Lothar, thank you!

Take care and all the best for you!

Thank you, for you as well!

Ciao!

Well, Lothar!

MUST SEE!!! 11 Facts Prove That The US Economy in 2017 is Going DOWN - Duration: 8:44.

There is much debate about where the U.S. economy is ultimately heading, but what everybody

should be able to agree on is that economic conditions are significantly worse this year

than they were last year.

It is being projected that U.S. economic growth for the first quarter will be close to zero,

thousands of retail stores are closing, factory output is falling, and restaurants and automakers

have both fallen on very hard times.

As economic activity has slowed down, commercial and consumer bankruptcies are both rising

at rates that we have not seen since the last financial crisis.

Everywhere you look there are echoes of 2008, and yet most people still seem to be in denial

about what is happening.

The following are 11 facts that prove that the U.S. economy in 2017 is in far worse shape

than it was in 2016…

#1 It is being projected that there will be more than 8,000 retail store closings in the

United States in 2017, and that will far surpass the former peak of 6,163 store closings that

we witnessed in 2008.

#2 The number of retailers that have filed for bankruptcy so far in 2017 has already

surpassed the total for the entire year of 2016.

#3 So far in 2017, an astounding 49 million square feet of retail space has closed down

in the United States.

At this pace, approximately 147 million square feet will be shut down by the end of the year,

and that would absolutely shatter the all-time record of 115 million square feet that was

shut down in 2001.

#4 The Atlanta Fed's GDP Now model is projecting that U.S. economic growth for the first quarter

of 2017 will come in at just 0.5 percent.

If that pace continues for the rest of the year, it will be the worst year for U.S. economic

growth since the last recession.

#5 Restaurants are experiencing their toughest stretch since the last recession, and in March

things continued to get even worse…

Foot traffic at chain restaurants in March dropped 3.4% from a year ago.

Menu prices couldn't be increased enough to make up for it, and same-store sales fell

1.1%.

The least bad region was the Western US, where sales inched up 1.2% year-over-year and traffic

fell only 1.7%, according to TDn2K's Restaurant Industry Snapshot.

The worst was the NY-NJ Region, where sales plunged 4.6% and foot traffic 6.3%.

This comes after a dismal February, when foot traffic had dropped 5% year-over-year, and

same-store sales 3.7%.

#6 In March, U.S. factory output declined at the fastest pace in more than two years.

#7 According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, not a single person is employed in nearly

one out of every five U.S. families.

#8 U.S. government revenues just suffered their biggest drop since the last recession.

#9 Nearly all of the big automakers reported disappointing sales in March, and dealer inventories

have now risen to the highest level that we have seen since the last recession.

#10 Used vehicle prices are absolutely crashing, and subprime auto loan losses have shot up

to the highest level that we have seen since the last recession.

#11 At this point, most U.S. consumers are completely tapped out.

According to CNN, almost six out of every ten Americans do not have enough money saved

to even cover a $500 emergency expense.

Just like in 2008, debts are going bad at a very alarming pace.

In fact, things have already gotten so bad that the IMF has issued a major warning about

it…

In America alone, bad debt held by companies could reach $4 trillion, "or almost a quarter

of corporate assets considered," according to the IMF.

That debt "could undermine financial stability" if mishandled, the IMF says.

The percentage of "weak," "vulnerable" or "challenged" debt held as assets by

US firms has almost arrived at the same level it was right before the 2008 crisis.

We are seeing so many parallels to the last financial crisis, and many are hoping that

our politicians in Washington can fix things before it is too late.

This might be the best insurance against economic collapse (Ad)

On Monday, the most critical week of Trump's young presidency begins.

The administration will continue working on tax reform and a replacement for Obamacare,

but of even greater importance is the fact that if a spending agreement is not passed

by Friday a government shutdown will begin at the end of the week…

Trump has indicated that he wants to tackle the repeal and replacement of Obamacare and

introduce his "massive" tax plan in the next week, all while a shutdown of parts of

federal government looms Friday.

By attempting three massive political undertakings in one week, investors will have a sense of

whether or not Trump will be able to deliver on pro-growth policies that would be beneficial

for markets.

If Trump can pull off the trifecta, it could restore faith that policy proposals like tax

cuts and infrastructure spending are on the way.

If not, look out.

Members of Congress are returning from their extended two-week spring vacation, and now

they will only have four working days to get something done.

And I don't believe that they will be able to rush something through in just four days.

The Republicans in Congress, the Democrats in Congress, and the Trump administration

all want different things, and ironing out all of those differences is not going to be

easy.

For example, the Trump administration is insisting on funding for a border wall, and the Democrats

are saying no way.

The following comes from the Washington Post…

President Trump and his top aides applied new pressure Sunday on lawmakers to include

money for a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border in a must-pass government funding bill, raising

the possibility of a federal government shutdown this week.

In a pair of tweets, Trump attacked Democrats for opposing the wall and insisted that Mexico

would pay for it "at a later date," despite his repeated campaign promises not including

that qualifier.

And top administration officials appeared on Sunday morning news shows to press for

wall funding, including White House budget director Mick Mulvaney, who said Trump might

refuse to sign a spending bill that does not include any.

And of course the border wall is just one of a whole host of controversial issues that

are standing in the way of an agreement.

Those who are suggesting that all of these issues will be resolved in less than 100 hours

are being completely unrealistic.

And even though the Trump administration is putting on a brave face, the truth is that

quiet preparations for a government shutdown have already begun.

The stage is being set for the kind of nightmare crisis that I portrayed in The Beginning Of

The End.

The stock market bubble is showing signs of being ready to burst, and an extended government

shutdown would be more than enough to push things over the edge.

Let us hope that this government shutdown is only for a limited period of time, because

an extended shutdown could potentially be catastrophic.

In the end, either the Trump administration or the Democrats are going to have to give

in on issues such as funding for Obamacare, the border wall, Planned Parenthood, defense

spending increases, etc.

It will be a test of the wills, and it will be absolutely fascinating to see who buckles

under the pressure first.

The Origin of Everything is Absolute Space - Duration: 3:15.

The Origin of Everything is Absolute Space

When one understands this fact, one can comprehend the whole universe,

its evolution, existence, and the relationship between God and Man.

Man's knowledge is knowingly or unknowingly aimed at the goal

of realization of God.

If man does not forge a conscious link with God,

the goal of realization of God will be diverted into greed.

However, man will not derive any satisfaction from

material enjoyment.

This is because greed, in its force of unchecked development,

takes the forms of the other temperamental moods,

commencing with anger.

Therefore it is imperative that man has a conscious link with God.

In ancient times, before science was developed,

intellectually elevated people were few and far between in society.

So the intellectually elevated wise men developed fictitious stories

to make God more easily comprehensible to the common man's mind.

Personified gods and various rituals were propagated to induce faith.

Such myths can no longer convince mature minds.

These fables and myths should be restricted to

pre-adolescent children.

After that age, the Truth, should be made available to everyone.

Make believe stories have a utilitarian value,

for educating children or those with an undeveloped intellect.

They help mould moral behaviour and train such individuals

in the practice of doing good.

Is not the shell of the egg essential for the protection

of the embryo?

It ensures the safe transport and perfect formation of the chick.

But after the full growth of the chick, the shell has to necessarily

break into pieces so that the chick may be free to grow.

In a similar manner, religious faith and fictitious stories

are necessary for the children and for undeveloped adults

to develop good habits and begin a psychic link with God.

The faith induced by fictitious stories should be discarded and

replaced with Truth when children and

the undeveloped reach maturity.

Suppose one were to attempt to hold the shell of an egg together

by using adhesive tape.

The poor chick would die of asphyxiation!

In a similar manner, if truth is not revealed

to the people in time, their lives will be rendered miserable.

How African Fashion Is Taking Over the World - Duration: 3:42.

Akin Adebowale: (music) Oxosi is the god of justice and the wilderness, and so it was

quite fitting for us because we see OXOSI as a company as the shaman of the wilderness,

and the wilderness being Africa, the wilderness in the eyes of the world.

OXOSI is a creative channel.

It's a creative channel for Africa, bringing the best in African art, fashion, design,

and bringing that the world.

Kolade Adeyemo: Before OXOSI, Akin and I were leading a creative agency called Base Official.

Akin Adebowale: With our creative agency, we were coproducing a really big fashion show

here in New York, where we were bringing like 75 designers from Africa to New York City

to present.

And so in 2011, after that big show, that big fashion show, we pretty much established

that we want to bring this creative energy of African fashion, design, and creative,

we want to bring it into a more commercial world.

Kolade Adeyemo: Fashion isn't as necessarily being in the anchor for me.

It wasn't like our initial interests.

I think safeguarding creative and cultural industries has always been something we've

been both enthused and excited about.

And it just so happened that when we looked to the sectors that we think we could had

significant impact on immediately, across content, music, design, fashion, fashion seemed

to be like the one that we were prepared for at that moment.

Akin Adebowale: African Fashion in general as a term, it's very unscientific, and it's

very, it's kind of broad, and different people understand it different ways.

Africa in general has always been like that.

It's the dark continent.

It's really important to help elevate the African narrative and help tell the true story

and the good stories, good news from Africa.

I think we're getting to a new space where we're smarter.

It's more academically driven.

It's always been artistically driven.

Africa is a huge source of art.

So now we're helping meld the art, the economics, which is really important, and lastly academically,

in terms like just knowing about the history, knowing the truth, knowing the true stories,

playing to people's curiosities, and actually people finding, discovering new things.

That discovery aspect is, that learning and discovery aspect is always there.

Kolade Adeyemo: And we're committed to an idea of how we want the black image to be

represented globally around the world.

While we are also very cognizant and think about inclusion, we want to be very also clear

in our position.

In a certain way, we want black models or black designers, African designers to be represented.

Akin Adebowale: Interesting [inaudible 00:03:15] for us, competitors right now have been limited

to more so the big dogs.

And we're trying to reach them and do the same for the European and Western brands,

do the same on our part for Africa.

Your shopping basket is now almost £2 more expensive than last month thanks to election woes - Duration: 4:42.

Your shopping basket is now almost £2 more expensive than last month thanks to election woes

THE PRICE of an average basket of grocery items has jumped this month, new figures have revealed.

According to price comparison website mySupermarket's Groceries Tracker, a basket of 35 popular items came to £8304 – nearly £2 more than the month before at £81.

Fruit and veggies saw significant price increases, with bananas and apples up 4 per cent and 3 per cent respectively.

Overall, the cost of 21 products rose, six fell and eight stayed the same. 31p more expensive than in June last year.

The majority of the products rose by 5 per cent or less, while mushrooms and peppers rose by a whopping 26 per cent and 15 per cent respectively. Overall, the cost of 21 products rose, six fell and eight stayed the same.

Fruit and veggies saw significant price increases, with bananas and apples up 4 per cent and 3 per cent respectively. The price of carrots and broccoli also both jumped by 5 per cent.

MySupermarkets chief executive Gilad Simhony attributed the increase to election woes. This month we are seeing a rise in the price of a large number of products in the supermarket," he said.

We believe this is due to the political and economic uncertainty that has taken over the UK in the past six weeks," he added.

The research comes after UK inflation rose to a four-year high in May as the decline in the value of pound worked its way through the economy, intensifying the squeeze on household budgets.

Hannah Maundrell, editor-in-chief of money. uk, at the time said:"We're now starting to feel the real impact of Brexit on our wallets. "The cost of your supermarket shop is rising too so you must act now to protect yourself from future struggles.

Heres how to cut the cost of your grocery shop WE spoke to Hannah Maundrell, editor of Money.co.uk, about how you can cut the cost of your shopping bills Write yourself a list – Only buy items that you need.

If it isn't on your list, don't put it in the trolley Create a budget – Work out a weekly budget for your food shopping Never shop hungry – you are far more likely to buy  more food if your tummy is rumbling Don't buy pre-chopped veggies or fruit – The extra they'll charge for chopping can be eye watering Use social media – follow your favourite retailers to find out about the latest deals Be disloyal – You may want to go to different stores to find the best bargains Check the small print –  It's always worth checking the price per kg/lb/litre when comparing offers so you're making a like for like decision as a bigger box won't necessarily mean you get more Use your loyalty cards – Don't be afraid to sign up to them all.

They all work slightly differently – work out what bonus suits you better and remember to trade in your points for additional rewards.

Ms Maundrell told the Sun Online that there are simple ways for UK families to cut down on their food shopping bills.

These include checking the small print when going grocery shopping, following their favourite supermarkets on social media to track the latest deals and most importantly not going shopping hungry to avoid buying too much.

The Sun Online has previously revealed the 10 ways to cut the cost of your grocery shop as food is getting more expensive in supermarkets.

We also reported on MyFridgeFood website, which gives recipes based on what's in your fridge – meaning you'll never waste food again, saving money in the process.
