I do want to take you over here and show you some of the challenges that we're

dealing with on this property. Well what this was, it was the plant floor of the old

bomber plant. It was built back in the 1940s and all this was built as an

interior floor. As you can see some of the areas out here, due to the

temperatures and the expansion and contraction of the concrete, we're

actually getting a lot of spalling of the concrete. This area here was the cap

of an old area that was different equipment and different machines that

were working within the plant. They removed some of the old flooring and just

replaced it with this cap and these are just all features that we've got to deal

with as an end product. So Mike, we talked about, man, it's been a few months but

what's changed since last time you and I had spoken? A lot of tremendous

activity out here, so since then we've secured a number of permits through the

Road Commission and the township and the local water resources department that

will allow us to build all of our facilities. So through those approvals it

allowed us to ask our contractor to begin work and as you can see here

there's a lot of activity going on. And as you pan around you'll be able to see some

of the specific features we've built just in the last month. I mean obviously

this hasn't really been done before so what kind of things are you kind of

seeing now and saying like oh man I wish I knew this is year ago? Yeah I think

really it's the ability to understand what our testers want, with the people,

the OEMs and the people who are going to rent the facility out, what they truly

want. We've had a number of working sessions to try to get that input but

you never get all of the detail and all the information of what they would like to

see in the facility. So as we went through and did our initial design, you

make some assumptions and we try to speculate what they're going to want and

we build that into the design. That's why we need to be flexible and continue

these design changes as we proceed with the construction. Are you excited right now?

Yeah. Or are you more excited that you were? You feel like it's growing? I do, I feel like we're

really gaining some momentum, the contractors out here they probably got

40 50 pieces of equipment moving. It's just it is exciting to see everything

taking shape.

Mark, do you feel like you're on track for your expected opening date? Absolutely, I

mean we've got a lot of activity going on, I mentioned a lot of the design

changes where we're being thoughtful of what we're going to change and what

we're going to add. Everything we're doing is targeting that fall opening and

we are on track and moving forward.

Arsenal's £45million move for Thomas Lemar is a statement of intent rather than insurance for Alexis Sanchez

ARSENE WENGERS pursuit of Thomas Lemar shouldn't worry Arsenal fans – he's NOT a replacement for Alexis Sanchez.

The Gunners have bid multiple times for the young Frenchman, a move seen by many supporters as an attempt to replace Sanchez before he is sold. Arsenal are closing in on a stunning £45m deal for Monaco star Thomas Lemar.

And fans can of course be forgiven for thinking that way, as in years gone by they have seen the North London outfit sell a number of their best players to both domestic rivals and abroad.

But in this instance, Arsenal's £45million pursuit of France international Lemar is by no means an insurance policy for the sale of Sanchez. It is more a statement of intent, with a hint of future planning.

Comparisons have been drawn between Chile's record goalscorer and the Monaco star. Both are quick, nimble, play on the left side and have the ability to dribble well with the ball.

But Arsenal are aiming to sign the 21-year-old from Guadeloupe for much more than his prowess on the left, as he is seen as a versatile option across the midfield, and a potential heir to Santi Cazorla's throne in the centre.

Alexis Sanchez has been linked with an Arsenal exit this summer.

Arsene Wenger is confident Alexis Sanchez will stay put at Arsenal.

It is, however, fair to say that there is an element of future planning with this move, as the Gunners go into the season with neither Mesut Ozil nor Sanchez tied into new deals.

The club has made it crystal clear that both will stay put for the upcoming season, and remain confident they WILL eventually sign new deals. Thomas Lemar scored 14 goals and made as many assists for Monaco last term.

Thomas Lemar is versatile and could succeed Santi Cazorla in Arsenals midfield.   All the information Arsenal fans need to know about target Thomas Lemar.

But they also know there is a chance that one of the two may not put pen to paper, leaving them free to agree moves away from England in the new year.

So by moving for Lemar now, it enables Arsenal to capture the player at a price which will be significantly lower than what he will cost in 12 months, if indeed he continues on his current trajectory.

Lemar scored 14 goals and made as many assists in all competitions last term. As for the move itself – there is a feeling that Arsenal missed an opportunity to get the deal done quickly back in June.

Chile star Alexis Sanchez has been given extra time to recover before returning to Arsenal for pre-season following his involvement in the Confederations Cup.

Arsenal would do well to sign France international Thomas Lemar now before his stock rises in 12 months. The player held talks and was keen to come, but Arsenal's bid was not seen as enough for the talented winger.

Since then Monaco have sold a further two first-team players - Tiemoue Bakayoko and Benjamin Mendy - meaning the chances of Lemar moving from the French outfit have reduced.

However, Arsenal still remain confident that the player wants to come, and a deal will be done before the close of the window.
