Chelsea boss Antonio Conte lining up stunning £88m moves for Spurs star Dele Alli and Romelu Lukaku

CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte is ready to part with £176million to land two Premier League stars. The Italian gaffer wants long-term target Romelu Lukaku and Tottenhams Dele Alli ahead of their Premier League title defence.

Evertons Romelu Lukaku remains Chelseas top transfer target.

Chelsea are also prepared to stun Spurs with a shock £88m move for Dele Alli. Everton striker Lukaku is top of Contes transfer shortlist with Diego Costas future at Stamford Bridge uncertain.

The big Belgian, who left Chelsea for the Toffees in a £30m deal in 2014, bagged 25 league goals last season and narrowly missed out on the Golden Boot to Harry Kane.

Conte believes he is the perfect striker to fire the club to both Premier League and Champions League glory after he rejected the chance to become Evertons highest paid player ever.

And according to Don Balon, the champions are also willing to pay £88m to sign Spurs Dele Alli.

Any hopes of a deal to sign the PFA Young Player of the Year look slim but Chelsea hope the lure of silverware could tempt Alli into crossing the divide.

The 21-year-old joined Spurs from MK Dons for just £5m in the summer of 2015 but his price-tag has rocketed following his amazing progress under Mauricio Pochettino.

Antonio Conte has work to do in the transfer window if Chelsea are to defend their Premier League crown.

Tiemoue Bakayoko is on the verge of signing for Chelsea in a £35m deal.

Roma ace Antonio Rudiger is also close to completing his move to Chelsea. Chelseas summer spending wont end there with Monacos powerful midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko on the verge of a £35m move.

The 23-year-old has reportedly already completed his medical and with an announcement could be made next week. And he is set to be followed through the door by Germany international defender Antonio Rudiger who will sign for £30m from Roma.

Nemanja Matic is expected to join Manchester United whilst Chelsea also cashed in on Nathan Ake for £20m.

Leicester City are ready to offter Manchester City £20m bid for striker Kelechi Iheanacho.

The 20-year-old Nigerian international has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Etihad Stadium by manager Pep Guardiola.

After sporadically featuring under the Spanish tactician last season he's fallen out of favour and Guardiola, as the Daily Mirror writes, sees no problem offloading him as part of his restructuring this summer.

A number of clubs have since posted their interest in acquiring his services with Leicester keen to beat off the competition from Southampton and West Ham United.

A graduate of City's youth set-up, after initially joining from homeland club Taye Academy Owerri in 2014, Iheanacho has to date played 64 times for the Manchester-based outfit registering 21 goals and eight assists in all competitions.

Of those matches, 29 came under Guardiola's watch in which he repaid him with seven goals and three assists, albeit only three of those outings saw Iheanacho complete the full 90 minutes, last one being in City's 1-1 draw at home to Celtic.

The arrival of Gabriel Jesus has ultimately seen Iheanacho fall down the pecking order with his last appearance being a 19 minute cameo against Watford on the Premier League's final day of last season. The fight to partner Vardy.

Nominally a striker, though is capable of playing as a deep-lying forward, if Iheanacho is to join the Foxes then he'll most likely be competing with Islam Slimani, Shinji Okazaki and Leonardo Ulloa – that is if all three remain at the club which for the time being they are – for the right to partner Jamie Vardy up front.

This is due to newly installed permanent boss Craig Shakespeare likely to retain the 4-4-2 system that served the club well under his brief tenure as caretaker boss and during their historic championship winning season under his predecessor Claudio Ranieri.

Vardy, who finished as the club's leading scorer in the previous two seasons (with 15 and 24 goals respectively), is expected to continue leading the line but what's not certain is who'll play alongside him.

If we go by the numbers from last season then it favours Iheanacho who bests the three aforementioned Leicester strikers when it comes to goals scored, shot accuracy, chances created and successful take ons per 90 minutes.

Andrew Robertson is wanted by Liverpool. The Sunday Express say the Reds are keeping tabs on the Tigers centre-back. Robertson, 23, was part of the Hull side that were relegated from the Premier League last season.

But the Scot was an ever-present and impressed despite his sides plight. Liverpool need to bolster their defensive options this summer.

Arizona man arrested for flying drone over wildfire, hindering firefighting aircraft

A man accused of flying a drone over a major Arizona wildfire has been arrested, with authorities saying he interrupted firefighting efforts on a blaze that has forced thousands of people from their homes.

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office said Saturday that 54-year-old Gene Alan Carpenter of Prescott Valley was in custody on charges of endangerment and unlawful operation of an unmanned aircraft.

Police said they tracked Carpenter down after spotting a man near a white van in the area flying the drone on June 24, within hours of the fire being reported, and throughout the past week.

Police said the drone on Wednesday circled an official firefighting plane, posing a threat that grounded the official 14 aircrafts, including helicopters and air tankers.

The fire was 44 per cent contained as of Saturday morning, prompting authorities to lift evacuation orders for a patch of nearby communities.

The Yavapai Sheriff's Office states residents from the Dewey-Humboldt area and all areas west of State Route 69 south to milepost 280 can return to their homes. Multiple other areas southwest of Dewey-Humboldt remain under mandatory evacuation.

Authorities say the fire has been burning in the Bradshaw Ranger District of the Prescott National Forest. About 1,100 firefighters were in action Friday, battling the blaze that ignited about a week ago.
