Such a terrible noise.

Hey, it's Matt Santagapita from The Santa Sells Houses Team.

I guess I am the founder of the team or team leader, I guess however we want to call it.

My role within the team is primarily I handle

our new construction side of things, so our relationships with our builders.

Essentially I deal with all the chaos and the crazy.

And I'm privileged to actually lead a group of

pretty amazing individuals, which is probably the most fun out of the whole thing.

I guess, who is Matt?

I grew up in Lambeth, which is just outside of London.

I pretty much just hang with my family.

I've got an amazing wife Tara, I've got two sons.

We have Gavin who just turned 4 and we Ethan who's a newborn, who's a couple weeks old.

So right now it's just a whole lot of crazy in our house.

We've got a dog and a cat; we've got a dog Tucker, we've got a cat Lily.

But outside of real estate, that's kind of my life.

I've got a vegetable garden, that's my one little escape where I'm able to shut down.

Really I just like working on businesses. I have multiple businesses,

my mind never stops.

I like to get together with people and talk about, kind of, crazy ideas

kind of, call it more like the entrepreneurial curse let's say.

Love coffee. I really like coffee.

Love love coffee.

Coffee is probably my biggest vice.

A good coffee makes the day go by very well.

At the same time I'm blessed

because what I do I actually don't feel like I'm working I really feel like I'm

just having a whole lot of fun.

Yeah, most people probably think I'm a little nuts,

but that's cool right because crazy people are a lot of fun.

THE holidays are over for John Terry – and now he has a big decision to make.

Terry and his family flew back from his Portugal villa to the UK with his family, and he will be a free agent tomorrow after the expiration of his Chelsea contract.

John Terry has enjoyed a nice break away with his family in Portugal – now he could be packing his bags for Aston Villa .

And Terry could be winging his way straight to Villa Park, if the transfer rumours are to be believed.

Ex-England man Terry has been offered a basic salary of £60,000 by Villa chairman Tony Xia, with considerable bonuses, including £2million if he helps the side achieve promotion to the Premier League.

And earlier today Xia gave a huge hint that Terry could be signing on the dotted line, when he tweeted out the pen emoji followed by the hashtag UTV, Up The Villa.

Xia has previously posted about Terrys contract situation at Chelsea, giving a huge clue that he is interested in snapping up the 36-year-old centre-half. The former England captain has spoken to Swansea, Bournemouth and West Brom since quitting Chelsea at the end of last season.

Birmingham were also in the mix for his signature but St Andrew's boss Harry Redknapp has given up on the chase.

John Terry checked in for his British Airways flight at Faro Airport, bound for London. I am not going to talk about a player who still belongs to another club as JTs contract with CFC expires until 1/7.

 And Terry was handed a lucrative chance to end his career in the Chinese Super League with Tianjin Quanjian on £10m-a-year. He will bank £2million if he can help lead Villa back up to the Premier League.

But Sunsport understands it is the challenge of trying to help Villa back to the top flight that is exciting Terry. He and Villa boss Steve Bruce have met up several times this summer to play golf.

John Terry was holidaying with his wife Toni and their children in the Algarve this summer.

His trip away in the Portugal sun will have given John Terry plenty of time to ponder his next move.

Villa are set to unveil their new kit and main sponsor on Saturday – and the signing of Terry could become an exciting third announcement.
