How To Make Foundation Not Rub Off (3 PRO TIPS FOR ALL DAY MAKEUP) - Duration: 7:31.

Kaelyn: Do you guys constantly struggle with getting your foundation to actually stay on

your face the entire day?

for getting your foundation to actually last all day long.

Kaelyn: Because I've been specializing in bridal makeup for about five years now, I

have to know right away how to keep makeup completely budge-proof all day long, through

90 degree plus heat as well as torrential downpours, awful humidity, whatever you can

throw at me in Ohio.

I have to make sure that the makeup stays all day long for my clients.

Kaelyn: Whether you're using quote/unquote actual primers, or you've just really dialed

in your skincare routine, it is so essential before you actually begin makeup application.

This could not be more true, especially if you are a dry skin type.

Washing your face is not enough to keep your foundation on throughout the day.

You're going to notice that your skin is going to start flaking up because it's so dry, and

when you actually put that foundation on it's irritating it.

You definitely, definitely want to make sure that you follow through with a full skincare

routine that actually includes moisturizer and other products that really add additional

moisture to your skin.

If you do have that really dry skin type, I recommend a skincare routine that includes

cleansing, definitely exfoliating your skin.

You want to do it up to three to four times a week if your skin can handle it.

Kaelyn: You also want to make sure that the moisturizer that you're using is a nice, thick

moisturizer because it's going to continually give you moisture throughout the day as it

sinks into your skin and starts doing its magic.

If you want to use an additional primer on top of the skincare routine, for dry skin

I highly recommend it and I actually love using the Smashbox Primerizer.

It is just a great photo-finishing but super moisturizing primer, that really just does

the trick and helps the foundation to really glide on seamlessly over the skin.

Kaelyn: If you are oily, I basically recommend about the same skincare routine.

The only thing that I would do different is I would not use a thick moisturizer because

that would be way too much for your skin.

I would get a moisturizer that's geared towards oil control.

For any clients that I have that are super oily, again, I like adding in additional primer

to their skin before I put on any kind of makeup.

I love using the Makeup Forever Step One Mattifying Primer.

I love it because it just kind of, again, smooths over the skin.

It'll kind of hide those pores, especially around the nose area and the forehead.

It does an amazing job of controlling the oil.

I mean, this stuff will soak up any kind of oil that's on your face.

Kaelyn: I want to hear from you guys now.

Do you guys believe in actually using primers, or are you guys just dialed really into your

skincare routine?

Kaelyn: No matter what your skin type is, I think everybody benefits from using a face

powder to set their foundation.

If you have normal, combination, or oily skin types, I really love using this powder right

here.

This is the Cover FX Perfect Setting Powder.

I love this powder to not only set my foundation with, but I love setting my concealer with

it, so that when my natural oils start coming to the surface it doesn't slide around on

my face throughout the day.

My blush, my bronzer, my contour, they all glide on and just apply so much better when

I actually set my cheeks.

If you are dry, I mean you can definitely still use face powder, just make sure you

use a little amount.

A little will go a long way with you.

You definitely want to make sure you at least set in your under eye area because that will

... I feel like no matter what your skin type is, slide around throughout the day.

Kaelyn: You definitely can also benefit from using a face powder that has more of like

that illuminating effect, so it makes your skin look more awake and alive.

I love using the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders just for that.

I honestly kind of finish all of my clients off with those powders because it just gives

you that glow from within that's so gorgeous.

Kaelyn: Wouldn't it be fantastic if we essentially had a hairspray for our face?

We in fact are in luck because we do have a magical thing called setting spray.

Setting sprays might be one of my favorite makeup products, which is kind of odd but

it truly is one of my favorite makeup products.

Honestly, it's kind of one of my secret key products for actually helping mine and my

clients' makeup stay on all day and look super fresh.

Once you spray your face after you're done with all of your makeup, it just kind of soaks

all of the powder into your skin.

Again, you don't have the cakey, fake powdery look throughout the day.

Kaelyn: What I literally do is I just take the spray and I just start spraying it all

over my face, just letting it air dry naturally.

For basically any skin type, I absolutely love the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.

It's a cult-classic spray for a reason.

It also crazily extends the life of your makeup through the day too.

Urban Decay also has an oil control version too, so if you're super oily I would probably

recommend that one over the All Nighter.

Both are great, both are very ... they're formulated very similarly.

Oily girls, go to the oil control one.

I'm going to include it on this screen right here so you guys can see what it looks like.

Kaelyn: Now you guys know my top three techniques on how I actually keep foundation on myself

as well as my clients all day long.

 Jose Mourinho has failed to get the best from any of his most expensive signings as Manchester United boss

 The 55-year-old has spent close to £420 million on new players since taking the reins at Old Trafford in the summer of 2016, though has little to show in return

 Alongside Alexis Sanchez and his £500,000-a-week contract, Paul Pogba, Romelu Lukaku, Fred represent his most significant investments in terms of transfer fees

 At the collective cost of £250 million, it's fair to say all four are yet to deliver what's expected of them

 Their struggles are thought to have strained their respective relationships with Mourinho, but as has been well publicised, none more so than Pogba

 The Frenchman was meant to be the marquee arrival to complement Mourinho's appointment and despite showing flashes of brilliance, they've simply been too infrequent

 It's reasonable to assume the bad blood between Pogba and his manager would be less prevalent if United were performing better on the pitch

 However, the worse their struggles become, the more focus is directed at the animosity between the pair

 Unsurprisingly, the situation has led to rumours Pogba could potentially leave the club as soon as January, if not the end of the season

 Reflecting on what's a complex situation involving a very powerful player and manager, Emmanuel Petit has a strong message for his compatriot

 "I don't know about the future of Paul Pogba. I still believe when you come back to a club you left, this is because you have a good reason to come back," the 1998 World Cup winner said, per talkSPORT

 "I think the story between Manchester United and Pogba is not finished. If he leaves at the end of the season just because of his relationship with his manager, for me, that's not a good reason

 "Manchester United is bigger than the problem they have together."  While Mourinho has regularly been singled out as the root of the Red Devils' woes, Petit insists he deserves to remain in charge so long as his players back him up

 "Well, even if Jose Mourinho has been living with criticism and big pressure recently, I still believe he's one of the best managers in the world

 "He has won so many trophies - he repeats that in the press conferences. They won the Europa League last year - they won a trophy where all the managers didn't win anything

 "So, what we're asking of managers is to win games and titles and this is what Mourinho does

But we all know it's becoming difficult after three years in the same club.  "His methods in management are sometimes a little bit hard for the players to cope with

He's got his own responsibility for his relationships with some players.  "But I still believe, at the end of the day, the players have to take their own responsibility on the pitch as well

This is my breakfast

for today.

They say to eat lots of veggies so

I made a salad.

And next, I eat two eggs daily

but only the yolk from one egg.

So I took out the yolk from this one

then, a slice of bread

which I have slightly toasted

without any butter because I like it a little crunchy.

And this is what I just showed you,

some drip coffee.

Hello everyone, I am at No Brand right now

I have to start prepping for my diet now so

I have come grocery shopping in a really long time.

I have to buy sweet potatoes

I have to buy meat

*gasp* they have ggupdaegi

I'll have to eat alot of eggs too

This looks so good...

but I cannot.

some brown rice~

I think I am going to order all my frozen foods

through the internet shopping mall

I think this all might be too heavy

I think I'm all finished

I bought this much

I rode a kickboard here but I don't know how I'm going to take all of this

For now, whatever I couldn't buy I will look at my video

and order each one

through the internet.

Right now it is 6:30 in the morning

I fell asleep hungry

and woke up cause I was hungry.

I cooked some meat this morning

They told me to eat the neck cut

but I don't really like neck so even though this has more oil

pork belly and

bell peppers.

And some brown rice that I bought from No Brand market.

I shall eat this deliciously!

Goodmorning

I have

woken up early

ate breakfast

and am on my way to workout now.

My neighborhood always

has construction

noises.

The gym I go to is the gym I used to receive Physical Training at.

So I am going to the PT

shop right now.

It's in my neighborhood so

I just came out in leggings.

My legs are freezing.

I was originally supposed to start PT next week but

I want to work out while I'm determined to so

I am doing my own workouts

starting this week.

It's probably my third time this week

And this is right by my house

The studio is also near my house

Personal Training Center

I try my best not to wear makeup

when working out

It's really bad for your skin if sweat and makeup mix

I am at the shop

I brought a tumbler with me

and inside I have some vitamin mix

I wil take

2 of them

*I drink the vitamin water during my break time 30 mins after working out*

The reason why I started working out again was because

last time when I started working out,

I did it for my health

But right now I don't have anything wrong or am not hurting anywhere

but, did I already say this? Anyways...

I lost a bunch of weight and

I started working out to gain my strength

so I've been doing

alot of strength training (lower body)

so that's why

I did a bunch of squat workouts today

knee

and thigh workouts too

back thigh workouts

even deadlifts too

and

because I did that

my legs

are so shaky

so I have to go home and eat

then later today

I have another meeting so I will go get ready.

My post workout meal

I only have two eggs left that I've boiled

One with the yolk and one without

And they said to eat 10 almonds as a snack

but I think I'm just gonna

eat it then go out

And one slice of bread but

since I am not dieting right now,

I can have this much strawberry jam.

and some apples

*1 slice of cheese pizza with raspberry ade*

*talking about how she doesn't like hot sauce on her pizza*

Garlic chicken gizzard stir fry & 1/2 a glass of beer

Chicken with chives

3rd day meal

I have to eat 3

4 times today but when will I eat it?

I boiled my sweet potato and

also my eggs, one with yolk and two without.

4 halves without the yolk and this is crab imitation and some peppers

(paprika)

I shall eat this well!

I ate about 4 hours ago

but

I got a little hungry before I slept so

I grilled some meat

and some beef soup with brown rice

I shall eat this deliciously!

I think it's been about

2 weeks since I started working out

But I am trying hard to prep all my meals

and stick to my set diet.

Some neck meat

and some Kimchi that my mom made me!

A little bit of salad

I bought this dressing

because it's so hard to eat the grass without any dressing.

I shall eat this deliciously!

Today, I will try to explain what Article 13 is and how could this article effect your

life.

I know there are many videos about it out there but, I still want to try to make one

that anyone can understand.

My name is Nicola Scanni.

With a degree in Multimedia and a passion for technology, I have a tendency to pass

along my knowledge in a very simple way.

The Official explanation of what Article 13 is:

- It's a part of a Proposed copyright legislation in the European Union created with the intent

to better protect Creativity.

- It seeks to find the way for Copyright holder to protect their content online.

This means that platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Soundcloud, Instagram, Reddit and Snapchat

will be liable at the moment of upload for any Copyright infringements and uploads from

Creators, Users or Artists.

These platforms will be forced to block the majority of these uploads giving the uncertainty

and complexity of this copyright ownership, we are talking about Millions of existing

videos and most of the new ones uploaded in the European Union.

For Creators and Artists this could be very hard since most of their Official Music Video,

Educational video, Parodies or Mashup could be blocked unless you can prove that you own

everything in your video.

By example in this video, even though I am aware that the article 13 is still a proposal,

I am using pictures or videos that I made myself or that I know and I can prove are

not protected by Copyright.

I am also, not using any music in the background and plus the voice is really mine.

All of this, just to check for myself the difficoulties I am experiancing and for you

to understand how this article can limit my creativity while drastically deteriorating

The Trump administration is pushing to finalize an agreement with Mexicos new government in the coming days that would make asylum seekers wait outside the United States while their claims are processed, but officials from both countries caution that key provisions of the plan, known as Remain in Mexico, have yet to be settled.

Following Saturdays swearing in ceremony for president elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador, top members of his cabinet will travel to Washington, where they will discuss the matter Sunday and Monday with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

The two governments have tentatively agreed to the deals broad outlines , but it has yet to be formalized . Trump administration officials engaged in the talks say they are cautiously optimistic they can seal the agreement, while recognizing the López Obrador administration may need more time.

The new Mexican government is continuing to negotiate at the same time that theyre taking office and putting their administration together, so they have a lot going on, said one senior U.S. official involved in the talks, speaking on the condition of anonymity because negotiations remain sensitive.

Mexicos incoming administration and U.S. officials say that, following Sundays confrontation at the border, they are worried about the possibility of more unrest, particularly if militant members of the caravan seek to test the new governments willingness to use force to keep them away from the border fence.

Top aides to López Obrador this week publicly acknowledged that they are preparing to host thousands of Central Americans while they await a chance to seek refuge in the United States. And U.S. asylum officers are prepared to implement the Remain in Mexico plan as soon as the deal is finalized, according to internal memos obtained by The Washington Post.

Those aides to López Obrador have kept Trump administration officials off balance in the past week by alternately praising the agreement and denying they have one. They say they have 100,000 jobs available for Central Americans willing to work in factories along Mexicos northern border as well as on infrastructure projects in the countrys impoverished southern states, describing the plan as a building block to a broader partnership with the Trump administration.

Remain in Mexico is just that, incoming interior minister Olga Sanchez Cordero said last week in an interview. To be in Mexico because we give you work, because we want you to integrate into our population, because we speak the same language, because we want you to be here.

The medium and long term goal of the López Obrador government is to foment development in Central America by pouring in investment and generating jobs so people dont have to leave their homes , Sanchez Cordero said.

We want the United States to accompany us, she said.

Incoming Mexican foreign minister Marcelo Ebrard said this week his government wants a Marshall Plan for Central America, referring to the ambitious and costly U.S. effort to rebuild Europe after the devastation of World War II.

Asked by reporters how much the United States should commit to such a plan, Ebrard proffered dollar 20 billion as a reasonable target.

Mexico by itself is going to invest in our own territory during the next administration, more than dollar 20 billion, and so any serious effort regarding our brothers in El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala should be for a similar amount, Ebrard said.

Trump administration officials have said privately they are prepared to commit significant resources to an agreement that keeps Central American asylum seekers on Mexican soil because such a deal would save millions of dollars in detention and enforcement costs.

But dollar 20 billion would dwarf what Washington currently spends on security and development aid for the region.

The incoming government is right to engage under the tenet of shared responsibility with the United States and to push for a holistic strategy, said Arturo Sarukhan, who was Mexicos ambassador in Washington from 2007 to 2013.

But it needs to be clear eyed as it enters these negotiations. Enunciating the goal of billions of dollars in aid, given the current political landscape in Washington, is not only Panglossian, it could artificially tee up an unattainable benchmark, which leads to failure, Sarukhan said, referencing the delusional optimist of Voltaires Candide.

Homeland Security officials have long sought a deal with Mexico that would obligate Central Americans who reach Mexican territory to seek asylum there. Asylum claims at the U.S. border have quadrupled since 2014, leaving the U.S. immigration court system at a breaking point, with a backlog exceeding 750,000 cases and court calendars booked years in advance.

Mexican authorities have ruled out one such arrangement, known as a Safe Third Country agreement, but Sanchez Cordero and other senior members of López Obradors team said they view Remain in Mexico as a more appealing alternative — as long as its a temporary one.

Eric Olson, a consultant to the Mexico Institute at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, said he thinks the incoming government is looking for a deal that will mark a clear break with the punitive, law enforcement only approach.

President Trumps tweets that described the Remain in Mexico plan as something he was willing to impose — at the threat of closing the border — have also left the incoming government little room to maneuver.

They want to define their own policy, not only as a reaction to or negotiation with the U.S., but independently, on their own terms, Olson said.

Another Mexican adviser to the transition team said that were already in a risky place. When Trump talks about cooperation, he reduces it to Mexico having to arrest migrants, or else. When [López Obrador] talks about cooperation, he wants to stop emigration with development.

U.S. officials believe the Remain in Mexico plan is their best shot at getting migrants to stop leaving Central America in such large numbers, knowing they will not be able to easily cross the U.S. border and get released from custody while awaiting a faraway court date.

After Pompeo met with Ebrard in Houston on Nov. 15 to hammer out the deal, the tear gas clash at the San Diego border has given new urgency to questions about how to deal with migrant caravans and those waiting for asylum.

For now, Mexican authorities have dealt with some 6,000 members of the caravan by moving them from a flooded sports complex near the U.S. border to a former concert venue about 11 miles away.

López Obrador takes office Saturday in a Mexico City ceremony that will be attended by leaders from several Latin American countries, including Venezuela, Cuba, Peru, as well as Vice President Pence, Ivanka Trump, the presidents daughter and adviser, and Nielsen.

The Remain in Mexico plan, if implemented, would upend the way U.S. authorities process asylums requests at the border. Instead of allowing applicants to live and work in the United States while they await a hearing with an immigration judge, asylum seekers would have to stay in Mexico for months or years until their cases are decided.

At the U.S. border crossing in San Ysidro, U.S. border officials are currently accepting 60 to 100 asylum seekers per day, from a list with more than 5,000 names.

DHS officials say they will process at least twice as many under the Remain in Mexico plan, because they would not longer have to find detention space for those taken into custody.
