You don´t have the rank of a marja´!

We´ve already warned him.

Before Ayatollah Araji died, I´ve notified him through Ayatollah Mu´min and wrote a message and he received it. These are several messages. I´m going to read the 7th of them. I´ve advised him (Khamenei), but he didn´t listen.

I´ve written: "The marjaiyyah of the Shi´a was independent but this independence must not be broken (destroyed) by you and Hawza ´Ilmiyyah should not belong to the state (the government should not influence it), because that will have a huge damage on Islam and tashayyuh.

Try as your people might, you´ll not reach the knowledge of the ´Imam´ (Khomeini is meant). It has been proven (that you have less knowledge).

Don´t let it happen that the position and value of the hawzah get mixed by the deeds of diplomacy of groups.

What right do they have to instruct some to destroy the hawzah?!

The best for Islam, the hawzah and for yourself is that your office announces the following: "Since you (Khamenei) have a lot to do and must govern the country, so he can´t answer religious questions and from now on no answers on religious questions will be given."

And scientific things and religious things and even trifles (religious things) will be given back to the hawzah as it used to be.

The date is: 12th August and this was the time when Mr Araji was brought into hospital.

I´ve notified Ayatollah Mu´min this. That is 1 out of 7.

And Ayatollah Mu´min said to me, "These people answer religious questions from Mr Khamenei´s point of view."

I said then, "He (Khamenei) doesn´t even have his own risalah, how do you even answer then religious questions (give fatawa)?"

He then said that our answer is what the Imam (Khomeini) said. Then I said that the people would like to hear his opinion, but he (Khamenei) says that he has the exact same fatwa as the Imam (Khomeini).

Isn´t that a humiliation of marjaiyyah? (doesn´t even have a risalah and uses fatawa of others)

At Jame Modaresin they´ve instruced some - because of Ayatollah Araji we were in Qum -

they went on the streets and some came from Teheran and they weren´t more than 8 persons to big him (Khamenei) up!

He´s no marja´ and he hasn´t the right to give fatawa!
