Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is the perfect replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic - Duration: 1:06.
Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is the perfect replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Everton star Romelu Lukaku is closing in on a whopping £75million deal to sign for Manchester United.
JOSE MOURINHO looks to have beaten old club Chelsea to the signing of Romelu Lukaku, after a £75m fee was reportedly agreed between Manchester United and Everton on Thursday.
There had been speculation in Spain that United were close to completing a deal with Real Madrid for their striker, Alvaro Morata, but it's Lukaku who is expected to board the United plane for the tour to the USA on Sunday, and not the Spaniard.
Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho looks poised to bring the Belgian striker to Old Trafford imminently.
The former Anderlecht man is the ideal solution to Mourinho's striking problems which have been thrown into chaos following the unfortunate injury to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the collapse of Antoine Griezmann's proposed move to Old Trafford from Atletico Madrid last month.
Mourinho moaned repeatedly about United's shortcomings in front of goal last season and knows that his team can't afford to make the same mistakes again if they are to mount a serious title challenge.
The 24-year-old has thrived in the past four seasons at Goodison Park, but has decided not to extend his stay. In the case of Morata, the risks were there for all to see.
Joining a new league and coming to terms with a new culture was never going to be easy, and as we've seen before, some players take time to adapt.
In Lukaku though, and having worked with the player, albeit briefly before, Mourinho knows that he's acquiring someone who is Premier League proven and ready to hit the ground running.
Lukaku offers everything Ibrahimovic did in front of goal, but with the added bonus of being able to run the channels and stretch the opposition defence.
This was evident last campaign with him scoring 25 times in the Premier League alone and walking away with Everton's Players' Player of the Year award and the Player of the Year gong.
He is set to be re-united with his former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho at the Theatre of Dreams.
A potential spanner in the proposed move was thought to be Lukaku's relationship with Mourinho, which was reportedly strained following the Belgian's departure from Chelsea in 2014.
This has always been something the forward has been quick to deny though and speaking in 2015, Lukaku said: "I went to Mourinho's office to ask if I could go.
"I signed the deal with Everton at 11 oclock and the first text message I got on my old BlackBerry was from Mourinho saying: 'Good luck'. We should also have never doubted Mino Raiola and his part in the deal.
Romelu Lukaku finished as Evertons top scorer last season with 25 Premier League goals. Best buddies Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku make seriously cool poolside video in LA.
The agent not only represents Lukaku, but Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, all of which joined United last summer and impressed helping United win the Europa League and return to the group stages of the Champions League.
Over the comings days, eyebrows may well be raised over the size of the fee, especially for a player who has very little European experience.
But, at the age of 24 and with his peak years ahead of him it could well turn out to be money well spent by United executive vice chairman Ed Woodward.
This one isn't quite over the line just yet and we might see one or two twists and turns, but, it looking like Lukaku's unfinished business is with Mourinho and not Chelsea.

What is a Virtual Mailbox & How Does Virtual Mail Work? - Duration: 4:30.
Tim: In this video we are going to talk about Virtual Mailbox.
What is it?
How does it work?
What kind of services and features can you expect.
How much does it is cost.
Where do you get it.
Everything you need to know with virtual mailbox.
Brandon, lovely to speak to you once more.
Brandon: Good to see you Tim.
Tim: And my understanding is that you are president of Association of Virtual Mailbox
people.
How does that?
Brandon: Something like that, yes., I run a trade association called "Retail Shipping
associates" and we support the retail pack and ship business centers throughout US.
We have about 7000 members.
Tim: Ok, good.
So, I am going to consider you the authority on this.
Can you tell me what is virtual mailbox?
Is it an e-mail and how is it different than physical mail, the kind of stuff that shows
up at my house.
Brandon: You bet!
The answer is no, it is not e-mail.
It doesn't have to do anything with email, as a matter of fact.
If you think about what your typical processes is with mail.
It gets delivered to a mailbox, on your porch, on your door, or your business, you have to
open it, scan it, look at it, decide what to do with it.
Just like everything else today, it's moving to a digital environment where you manage
all of your mail and package receiving through a smart device or a computer.
Tim: This makes a lot of sense to me.
In fact, particularly, so I am the CEO of the media company here out of Austin, Texas,
and I travel a little bit, not only within the states but outside so I can have an access
this kind of anywhere I can be.
Right?
Brandon: Yes, this is the perfect fit for people like you Tim.
You are on the road, you are traveling, you don't have time to go back and find your
mail, look at it and decide what to do with it.
So, you can be sitting on the tarmac at an airport and decide what to do with your mail
or packages.
So, people like you, or CEO's, startups, entrepreneurs people that are road warriors
and travelling, that need business addresses throughout the United States, many of the
virtual mailbox customers have multiple addresses, they can select an address, from any provider
that uses the system.
Tim: This is a big deal for people like me and I am talking about CEO's versus Australians,
also people like me.
But what I am talking about here is that when I want to start a business having a Virtual
address is a huge benefit to me because I could kind of do that from anywhere and if
I can get mail from that and look at it on my app, this is a massive big deal for me
in terms of business.
What are some other segments that can benefit from this?
Brandon: Well, really anybody that has mail or package receiving needs.
So somebody that's the Amazon prime customer that have problems getting packages delivered,
gets put on a porch and somebody steals it.
And I want to correct one thing.
This is an actual address that providers for the service have an actual physical address
in cities and states throughout the US.
So your packages and mail are going to a physical place and then somebody is managing that mail
and package depending on what you want to happen with it.
Tim: This makes a lot of sense.
So It's called a Virtual address but it's actually physical location.
Brandon: It is.
Tim: And it is not a post office box, it's a real address.
Brandon: It is.
It's a retail pack and ship business center.
They've being doing this for years with the old school, private mailbox service.
But again, you have to go there to pick up your mail and manage it physically.
This way, they're still receiving mail and packages for you, but if you tell them to
shred it, open it, read it, forward it, whatever, you're done with it and they handled everything
for you.
Tim: Sounds good.
I do have those delays on the tarmac on a plane.
That rings a total bell for me Brandon: Yes you do.
I have been there.
Tim: And, I want to talk about the price.
Obviously with the evolution of this digital service and a lot more features I am kind
of anticipating, I am going to be hit with huge bill here.
What are we talking about compare to for example Physical mailboxes?
Brandon: Well, about 25 million mailboxes, physical mailboxes running throughout US.
And the cost for the virtual mailbox service through Ipostal1 is about half of what you
would spend on one of those boxes.
So, for what it saves you in time and energy, it's so superior.
For about 10 USD a month you've got a Virtual Mailbox.
Tim: All right.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate that.
So there you are, that's everything you need to know about Virtual Mailbox.
If you are interested in getting one of your very own head over the Ipostal1.com.
You can sign up, it's easy.
Pick an address really all the way across the states and have your very own Virtual
mailbox and all of the features and benefits we just spoke about.

Who is Stephen Fry? Why did he quit QI, has he been knighted and what's his net worth? - Duration: 6:25.
Who is Stephen Fry? Why did he quit QI, has he been knighted and what's his net worth?
STEPHEN Fry is one of Britains most admired and respected entertainers – and has been a fixture on our TV screens for decades.
From Jeeves and Wooster to QI, there are few people who would not recognise Frys iconic style and humour. Heres everything you need to know about him…. Stephen Fry is a master of many trades.
How many times has Stephen Fry hosted the BAFTAs?. Stephen Fry hosted the BAFTAs earlier this year, the 12th time he had presented the glamorous event.
It was announced he would return as host for the 12th time after facing criticism last year on Twitter following his comments on his friend Jenny Beavans attire for the event.
He said of the Mad Max costume designer: Only one of the great cinematic costume designers would come to an awards ceremony dressed as a bag lady.
Last year host Stephen Fry was criticised for saying his friend Jenny Beavan was dressed as a bag lady at the event. Why did Stephen leave QI?.
He dazzled many of us with his wit on BBC Twos comedy panel show before calling it a day in early 2016.
Die-hard fans of the show were inconsolable at the loss of the funnyman from the show, but Stephen said in an official statement: For 13 years I had one of the best jobs on television.
Announcing that he would hand over the baton to Sandi Toksvig after hosting the M series, he added: After passing the alphabetical halfway mark I thought it time to move on, but I will never cease to be grateful to John Lloyd for devising QI and for everyone else for making it such fun.
The star fronted BBC Twos QI for 13 years. Alan Davis, who worked with him on the show later suggested budget cuts were behind Stephens decision to leave.
He told the Daily Mail: For budget reasons, they ended up making him do three shows in 24 hours.
Sometimes hed go upstairs and have a vodka and tonic and a lie down, then come back and say, I dont want to do this. I sympathise, because I felt exactly the same way.
Stephen married Elliott Spencer in 2015. How old is Stephen Fry?.
Stephen was born in Hampstead, London in August 24, 1957, making him 59 years old. His private life hit the headlines in 2015 when he married the then-27-year-old aspiring comedian and writer Elliott Spencer.
Is Stephen Fry tall?. Well-known for his imposing stature, the funny man measures in at 6 foot 5 inches.
Stephen will return as host of the BAFTAs for the 12th time. Has he been knighted?.
No knighthood as yet, instead Stephen has had to make do with the title of National Treasure. But with several petitions raised to make the star a Sir, it could well be likely Stephen has rejected the honour in the past.
There is no information publicly available about how much Stephen Fry is worth.
Stephen is best pals with fellow actor Hugh Laurie. Hes best pals with Hugh Laurie. The pair became pals at Cambridge and went on to form their own Fry & Laurie TV double act.
Paying tribute to Hugh, who last year received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Stephen said: While he may not be the first wise and kind star to be set in a paving slab in old Hollywood, I venture to suggest no star was ever wiser or kinder.
"I can say like Doctor Watson of his friend Holmes, the kindest and wisest friend I ever knew.
Stephen is currently starring alongside Joel McHale and Christopher Mintz-Plasse in The Great Indoors. What else is Stephen up to?.
Stephen was recently spotted at Wimbledon – a regular tennis spectator, he joined Kate and Pippa Middleton and Dominic Copper by taking a seat in the invitation only royal box.
Earlier this year he starred in American sitcom The Great Indoors alongside actors Joel McHale and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Stephen played the role of Roland, the enigmatic founder of the Outdoor Limits magazine who decides to take the publication web-only.
Prince William goes red as Stephen Fry suggests he sings Happy Birthday to BAFTA.

What is an Online Mailbox & How Does Online Mail Work? - Duration: 4:58.
In this video we're going to talk about online mailbox.
What is it?
How does it work?
What are some of the features and benefits?
What are some of the tips to get the most out of your online mailbox.
Brandon, lovely to talk to you.
Hi Tim!
The expert when it comes to online mailbox.
I think you run an association of this across the States.
We do.
My organization is called Retail Shipping Associates.
We support the pack and ship business centers throughout the country.
We have about 7,000 members.
Okay, so now, pack and ship business centers, I'm thinking about a store where your mail
arrives and I'd go and I pick it up.
But online mailbox is something different.
How is that?
It's really different, and don't confuse it with the email.
It has nothing to do with email.
Your online mailbox service is basically replacing the old analog physical mailbox process.
That is where you would go to your mailbox, or your porch, or your business and get your
mail, look at it, open it, decide what to do with it, forward it on and manage it.
And in the online mailbox environment, if we place all of that process unto a smart
device.
I've got to admit, I am, I don't think there's a word for this.
I'm a pack and ship procrastinator.
If I can put off that trip to check my mailbox.
I don't mean to be overly lazy but who's got the time to do this?
I don't think anybody gets up in the morning, hoping that they get to go pack and ship or
mail or something.
That's not one of their I like to do thanks.
Right, I agree.
Okay so, online mailbox.
What are some of the specific features we're talking about through this app you're talking
about?
It's great, as I say you can decide what to do with the mail.
So, the service provider actually scans every piece of mail and package coming in on your
behalf and you can view that mail on your smart device or desktop.
Sound way better.
Then Tim if you want, you can tell me to open it and scan the content so you can read the
contents.
If you don't like it, you can have me shred it.
For security, well, if you want me to forward the physical piece or the package for you,
I can forward it to whatever address you are, and as a traveler, you know how that stuff
is always trying to catch up to you.
It allows you to stay ahead of it.
Yeah I do travel, and i wind up in place where I'm thinking hang on, I set my, something,
you know got home and now I'm travelling I got to get it to a hotel.
This is the kind of stuff you could get.
Exactly!
You're a perfect customer.
So let me talk now about online ordering, ordering online in particular.
Which is again something I do a lot.
Let say I order out of Amazon or wherever it shows up at this online mailbox space.
First of all, where does it actually go?
So, I told you we have 7,000 members and within that context we have online mailbox providers
in all 50 states throughout the US.
And customers of the service can get their address anywhere.
Pick where you want to be.
Sounds good.
And it's a physical address, it's a location, it's a retail store, front and staff, with
professionals.
And they manage mail and packages.
And that's what they do for a living.
I'm glad you brought up the online purchasing.
This is a huge concern for people.
Amazon at prime and the explosion of eCommerce.
We change the way we shop.
And with that a new challenge.
They try to deliver package to your home, and courier leaves it on your porch and a
porch pirate will show up and steal it.This is a fast growing crime in the US because
of this particularly.
Well, all of your mail and packages in the online mailbox format are going to a secure
safe location or somebody signs for it, its safe and secure.
It makes sense, we have a neighbor who's a professor.
Every time he's going away, he's coming over to say "can you check our porch everyday?"
And my kids are making some money cause their the ones who check the porch just to make
sure that their stuff isn't stolen.
It's a real thing.
Do you any other buying online tips for me?'
I do.
Let's say that your in another country, and you like to take advantage of what you can
purchase in the US.
But you don't want single packages going to you.
In that country, that's very expensive.
So you can have all of those items shipped to your online mailbox provider and they can
consolidate those into one economical shipment to you.
This makes a lot of sense.
Perfect.
I got a massive family back home in Australia.
And they ask me to buy stuff for them, and then ship them which is expensive and difficult.
Absolutely.
This is a definite answer to that.
I appreciate that.
Alright, thank you for all your tips about online mail, ordering online, purchasing online.
It's been very informative.
For those of you who'd like to find out more about online mailbox, please head over to
ipostal1.com you'll find yourself able to sign for a great online mailbox service.
It's very reasonably priced and all of these features are available to you.

Why Christian Parenting is Essential - Our MOST Important Role - Duration: 5:12.
As parents we have our hands full of things we think are really important.
You've got school, ballet, piano lessons, baseball practice, swimming lessons, play
dates, school plays, cub scouts, and more.
But, in this video we're going to give you three reasons why being a Christian parent
is one of your most essential roles and why teaching your children about Christ is one
of the most important things that you can do.
Thanks for joining us today.
I'm Amy from Waypoint Parenting where our mission is to help you raise Godly kids in
the midst of a secular world.
I'm Jared and if you are passionate about raising Godly children, then we want to encourage
you to subscribe to our channel so that you can get more videos like this in the future.
And if you think somebody in your family or your church would benefit from this video
go ahead and share it on Facebook.
As a parent you wear so many different hats and you are involved in so many different
things.
You're a doctor, and a chef, and a referee.
But, out of all the roles you play, nothing is more important than your role as a Christian
parent.
It is your job to teach your kids how to love an obey and worship God.
We want to share with you three reasons why this must be one of your essential roles as
a Christian parent.
Number One.
First of all, God commands parents to teach their children how to love and worship Him.
And if you know anything about God you know good things usually don't happen when we disobey
Him.
Remember that whole Noah's Ark thing.
Not good.
Now I know it is super important for your child to learn their piano piece for the upcoming
recital.
But seriously, how many times does God's word command your child to learn how to play the
piano?
Or command him to win the upcoming baseball game?
Or to make straight A's in school?
Never.
But, in Deuteronomy 6:4-9, it does command parents to impress God's word on their hearts.
"These words which I'm commanding you today, shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your
house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."
And while all these things are the responsibility of all of God's people.
It mainly takes place in the home as we get up in the morning, as we run errands around
town and as we sit at home for dinner.
Now all the things we do for our kids are great.
But, this is actually one of the only things that God actually commands us to do.
Number two.
Secondly the Bible says that we have an enemy that prowls around like a roaring lion.
Roar.
Again, not good guys.
1 Peter 5:8 says, "Be of sober spirit, be on alert.
Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."
Now I don't know a lot about lions but, I do know that they like to pick on the young
and the weak because they are easy targets.
And that is why it is so important that we spend our time and our energy getting our
kids to grow spiritually.
We have to be so careful what our kids see on TV, listen to on the radio, and watch on
the Internet.
Because the enemy is going after our kids hearts and their minds.
It's really true.
The world is filled with temptations and false gospels and satan is constantly trying to
trick our kids and to rip them a part spiritually.
So it's essential for us as Christian parents to prepare our children for the battle that's
going to come.
Number three.
We need to take our job as Christian parents seriously because time is so short.
Christian researcher George Barna has recorded the by the age of thirteen a child's worldview
has been set.
So think of your child kind of like play dough.
This is so easy.
Before the age of thirteen our children are easy to mold and shape with the word of God.
We have the ability to fill their minds with the truth of God's word and to shape their
worldview.
But by the age of thirteen they begin to get hardened in their thinking.
And have you ever tried to play with hard play dough.
Whoopsie.
It's much harder at that point.
Thankfully God is in the business of changing hard hearts.
But why wait?
We have the opportunity to point our kids to Christ today.
Now the big question is: How do we do it?
Hmmm.
But, how?
Well, that's what our channel is all about.
We're going to release weekly videos.
At least we're going to try!
Where we give you tips and ideas on how to help you succeed as a Christian parent.

What is a Digital Mailbox & How Does Digital Mail Work? - Duration: 4:58.
Tim: In this video we are going to talk about digital mailbox.
What is it?
How does it work?
A bit about some of the features and services available and how you get digital mailbox
for yourself.
G'Day, I am here with Brandon Gale, head of the association of digital mail people…How
do you put that right?
Brandon: Yea, I am the president of retail shipping associates and we have 7000 member
stores around the country the retail pack and ship business centers that provide mail
and package, receiving and shipping services for the general population.
Tim: Ok, so we are not talking about digital mail in the sense of, I want to say e-mail.
We are talking about digital mailbox in the sense of kind of digital version of physical
mail.
Can you talk about what is it and how it works?
Brandon: Absolutely.
This is not e-mail.
This is, we are talking about, managing your mail and package receiving in a digital format.
Tim: And I heard that this industry is still alive?
Brandon: Alive, is an understatement.
People think that mail is going away.
It's not going away.
The postal service delivers over a 150 billion pieces of mail every year.
Tim: This is, we are talking only for US alone?
Brandon: US Alone.
I don't even know what the number is globally and we are talking globally here, but yes,
mail is not going away.
Certainly the volume has reduced, but it's not going anywhere.
Tim: Ok, good so we are talking about digital version of an old physical system kind of
disruptive technology moving into the future and my understanding is that I can have all
of my kind mail services on app.
Can you explain what someone digital mailbox services I might find, you know on that app?
Brandon: So, to put this in context, I think is important to just state what we usually
do, or the old school way is wait for the mail or package to come to your home, or your
business, or your mailbox.
Then you have to go home and go the mailbox look at it, decide what you're going to
do with it, etc., etc.
It's a big pain, it's very inconvenient and it's not efficient.
Well now, with this new digital service you can literally see every piece of mail, every
package that's been shipped to you, from anywhere in the world and decide what to do
with that mail or packages from your smart device.
You don't have to go to the mailbox anymore.
Tim: Yes, it sounds like an upgrade, but also I am going to have to go to the gym now because
most of my exercise was just walking out of door to the mailbox…
Brandon: I can't help you with that Tim….
Tim: Alright, so the digital mailbox services are that I can see everything on the app,
and all the things I would normally do, I want to say, throw stuff out, shred stuff,
I know some of these already, ship stuff if I want to consult that ship, all these services
are available to me.
What kind of, who can benefit from this?
What are some of the big trends you see?
Brandon: Anybody that receives mail or packages can benefit from this.
It's great for a business sense and if you are in another state, or city or country and
you need an addresses where the digital mailbox service is provided, that's one way.
But if you get lots of mail, lots of packages, and it's a constant problem feeling figuring
out how to receive them and what to do with them, this is the in solution for that, because
again, you are doing it from the smart device.
Somebody else is actually do the all work for you.
Tim: Sounds alright to me.
And I got to say one thing that pins in my mind is, I am the CEO of a company, I wind
up speaking I travel a lot, and I can't get my mail.
I am kind of locked out for week at a time.
So travelers, international business people , another reasonable market here?
Brandon: Absolutely, because, due to the service and the people that are providing that service,
your mail, if you want the physical piece, you can get it, usually it's not necessary,
but for instance, you have a package, what if you have a new phone coming to you and
you are traveling again, the service providers can get that to you at whatever speed is best
for you.
Tim: Now it makes a lot of sense.
And, so in tune with that and the fact, that it does sound too good to be true, this has
got to be expensive.
What's the kind of pricing structure?
Brandon: Actually, it's not.
It's nominal if you consider what the value of your time is.
If you are CEO your time is worth more then what if it take for you to go to the mailbox.
Literally pennies, nickels and dimes you can have it done end to end for far less than
you would ever imagine.
Tim: I understand, and correct me if I am wrong here, and obviously we are talking here
from the point of view ipostal1 we are involved in that business of course that for something
like 10 bucks a month I can get this thing going?
Brandon: Yes, it's crazy how affordable it is, I wouldn't use the word cheap because,
it's not cheap.
It's a great robust system, you would be hard pressed to find an app that does as much
as ipostal1 does.
Tim: Yes, that makes a lot of sense to me.
Ok, thank you so much for filling me in, filling in the gaps.
For all those of you who would like to get your own digital mailbox service, please head
over to ipostal1.com.
It's a quick and easy sign up.
