I'm going to talk to you through sun salutation a so for this you're gonna want to start at the front of your mat.

now you're going to start standing tall with your shoulders back and your belly in. So inhale and reach the arms up and

now you're going to exhale and start to bend the knees and fold it all the way forward relaxing the head and neck here

now you're going to inhale, look up, and

And then exhale, bend the knees and step your left leg back. And then the right

Your knees come down or lower down flat.

inhale for cobra and downward dog.

Now step your right leg forward as best you can, and now the left

Inhale pull your chest forward and exhale to fold it back down

And now inhale come on up all the way arms reach one last time and exhale back to Center

10 YOUTUBE TIPS FOR MORE VIEWS - Fidget Cubes, Keyword Research & More - Duration: 5:43.

You love Youtube tips, Youtube loves lists, so this is 10 youtube tips.

Oh and I just love fidget spinners.

Hello everyone and welcome back for another week of vidIQ goodness and this week I thought

I'd look at ten tips to help you generate ideas, shape those ideas then keep your audience

engaged through conversation and some teasing

We'll start with your video topic, make sure it's still relevant.

We'll take Fidget Spinners as a good example.

If you have the vidIQ chrome extension installed, when you search for a term all the video tags

sit next to the video and you can click on these tags to launch to the keyword inspector.

If you look at interest over time you can already see interest is waning so it might

be best to skip this topic.

You can use this keyword inspector to search any word or phrase you want.

Take Trump for example; interest massively peaked during the election but has flattened

out since.

So although he may be top of the news agenda, he is not top of the search list.

And if you want a perfect example of tentpole keyword do a search for: All I want for Christmas

is you.

As well as the keyword inspector you should also use the vidIQ keyword research tool accessed

through our web apps.

This will show all sorts of information including related keywords to your original search and

longtail keywords if you sort by number of words.

Longtail keywords can be useful for finding out what things people are specifically searching

for such as how to make a fidget spinner.

If your search by overall score this tells you the best keywords which could help you

form a new video idea.

So instead of fidget spinner, why not look into fidget cubes.

If you're wondering what our keyword scores mean it's a measure of the search volume versus

how much content is out there for the keyword.

In other words: demand versus supply.

In an ideal world you want your topic to be in high demand with very little supply.

That's never going to happen but there are always opportunities and this will be a rough

guide to where you might find them.

And for a much more detailed look at this keyword score and how I was able to use it

to my advantage for video success, check out this case study.

Now this next tip is a great way to get good video ideas.

Check your traffic sources in your Youtube Analytics.

Chances are your list will be topped by suggested videos.

This is when people watch your videos after seeing it in the suggested video section of

someone else's video

This analytic can tell you, to the exact video, where that traffic is coming from.

So what you can do is link through to that video.

Chances are it's similar content to yours and you'll find your own video in the suggested

column like this.

Now that you know they produce similar content you should go through to their channel page

get their video id which is the last section of the URL and then add it to the vidIQ competitors

tab.

That way you can keep tabs on the content they are producing to see if you can make

more similar content that will generate more of those suggested video views.

Now I appreciate there's a lot to take in from that tip so here's two videos that go

into more depth about suggested videos and the competitors tab.

Now back on the Youtube search page.

All those tags next to videos can be copied in bulk by using the vidIQ clipboard tool.

So if you've produced similar content a good idea is to bulk copy these tags and paste

them into your own video's tags.

When you do that, look at how vidIQs boost feature will change its video recommendations

and suggested tags.

You can use that section to add more good tags.

Now when you copy tags you need to consider a couple of things.

First all not all the tags will be relevant to your own video so you'll need to get rid

of them.

And remove reference to other video channels because obviously, you want to add your own

channel tags.

And why should you do that?

Well it will help your own videos appears as suggested videos... on your videos.

It's all part of helping Youtube connect those SEO dots and that suggested video space is

where you get most of your views from.

And finally, once you've uploaded and published your video, your work is far from over.

Engaging with your audience creates a community spirit which is why you'll often find us replying

to your fantastic comments a couple of hours after the video goes live.

You'll often find those commenters return time and time again and they will help you,

inspire you, challenge you and ultimately make you a better Youtuber.

In a perfect world you should read and reply to every comment, but obviously we haven't

always got the time but the vidIQ comment template tool can you help you respond with

stock answers if you're having to answer the same question over and over again or if you

simply want to say thank you for a kind comment.

Personally speaking this is one my favourite vidIQ tools.

And personally speaking that's only nine tips, I can't count.

Guangzhou Evergrande reject £17.5million bid from Barcelona for former Tottenham midfielder Paulinho

BARCELONA have had an offer of £17. 5million rejected by Guangzhou Evergrande for ex-Tottenham flop Paulinho. The Chinese Super League side released a statement earlier today which revealed the Catalan Club have made an official approach that has been turned down.

Guangzhou Evergrande star Paulinho has emerged as a top target for La Liga side Barcelona.

The Catalan club have had an offer of £17. 5million rejected for the former Tottenham midfielder. New Barca boss Ernesto Valverde is determined to bolster his midfield this summer, and has targeted the Brazilian as the perfect man to strengthen his squad.

Guangzhou Evergrande said: Paulinho, having already renewed his contract in January 2017, is an important player for our club's the long-term project.

Therefore, our club have given a formal response to the Barcelona football club that we reject their bid for Paulinho, who is not in our transfer plan whatsoever.
