What's the most important area of your life where, if you felt free, it would change everything?
How close to that actual freedom are you right now?
on a scale of zero to ten,
where zero is totally unencumbered and free, on target,
no problem! And ten is: freedom is very distant, and far away, and impossible.
Where are you?
What's the first number that pops into your mind?
Now let that go. We are putting your current state of freedom into
the Now Healing workspace.
A virtual reality screen where real transformation happens, so you don't have to think about it
just let the Now Healing workspace do its work
of aligning your freedom with Wholeness, with the highest expression of your freedom
That state exists right now,
at this very moment, even if you're not currently
experiencing freedom, it exists not just as potential, but as a field
simply because
we have just thought of it.
We are going to focus on that new state,
that field of the highest expression of your freedom.
And I'm going to be doing Alignments
on you and for you.
And you can amplify them
by entering them into your Center
when I say the word 'Now.'
Find your Center,
and Align with it on all levels... Now!
Whatever that feels like or looks like for you
is perfect.
At your Center, you connect to your Infinite Self... Now!
Align your Infinite Self into your local self,
into your breath, your body, your mind your field, your future,
Now...
Coming from your center,
observe out in front of you.
There's a field of energy in information
containing your highest freedom,
right next to the one where your current freedom is.
You can imagine that new field as a file folder on your computer screen or
a picnic basket with goodies wrapped in a pretty cloth so you can't see what's inside.
Whatever the container, you don't need to know what's inside.
That folder or basket or field
is the field of the highest expression
of your personal freedom.
Your Infinite Self knows what it is
Your local mind doesn't need to know
Take that folder and bring it into your Center... Now.
Or take the picnic basket and swallow the whole entire thing in one gulp... Now.
The field of your freedom is now inside you.
And it ripples out from you into reality... Now.
You have just Aligned with your highest expression of freedom on all levels
for your issue that you got a number on and for everything else that you're not even aware of.
Allow those shifts to ripple outward through time and space, beyond your conscious understanding,
beyond how it feels right now,
and know that the entire
universe is shifting to support your healing.
Notice that expansion...
Now.
Notice your issue again.
How free do you feel right now?
Allow for things to have shifted,
and get a number where zero
is on target, Whole, free.
And if you're not quite at zero yet,
Align your number with zero, Now!
Good.

Crystal Palace consider move for Robin van Persie
Crystal Palace are considering a surprise move for Robin van Persie, according to reports.
The Daily Mirror claims that Palaces new manager, Frank De Boer, is weighing up a deal for the 33-year-old, who has just one year remaining on his current contract with Fenerbahce.
The report also claims that Van Persie is interested in a return to the Premier League after leaving two years ago.
Palace are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer and Van Persie could be brought in to help lead the line alongside Christian Benteke.
Van Persie was sold by Manchester United for just £3. 8 million in 2015 but wants to leave Fenerbahce after growing frustrated with his rotational role.
The Dutchman started only 10 games in the Turkish Super Lig last season but managed a return of nine goals. The former Arsenal striker was also targeted by Stoke City, West Ham and Middlesbrough last summer.
Fenerbahce are claimed to be already looking for a replacement and are targeting Roma striker Seydou Doumbia.

in today's video we're going to be talking about food portion control using
your hand stay tuned hi I'm Linda Poirier with

let's get to it so portion control can be a major pf'
which is a pain in that and what do you do you're in the kitchen sure you can
grab measuring cups you can grab little containers but the beauty I'm going to
show you is how to use that hand so that you can figure it out quickly and easily
especially when you're in restaurants when you're in restaurants it's going to
look a little weird if you're going to grab your measuring cup out of your
purse and scoop up your food to figure out what's going on so here we go we're
going to take the hand and first we're going to talk about protein use the palm
of your hand that's for protein what's protein
anything that's live anything that swims and anything that moves move I'm pretty
sure you can figure that out beef chicken fish some people are going
to ask well what about pork well pork has a little bit of carbs in
it but you're still okay palm of the hand next we're going to talk about the
fist that's going to be your carbs what's a car rice pasta quinoa fruit now
here's the exception when you have green veggies you can do a whole whack of it
so that's going to be your cupped hand why because cucumber spinach kale all
those you have to have a lot for it to be high carb so will the starchy carbs
you use your fists and the non starchy carbs which is mostly the green
vegetables with some exceptions well mostly that that's going to be the
cup can't let's go to oils you're going to use your thumb tip and by camp I mean
from the knuckle to the tip that's going to be your oils butter olive oil avocado
oil coconut oil oil I think that's it now if you want to do some nut butters
and cheese you can snake it to the bottom of the thumb but if you want to
lose that way keep it to the half of that cheese is longer chocolate that's
all you need although mine seems to be like that fat all right
that we got you got your protein your veggies your carbs and that's pretty
much it I always talk about the drinks you can see the videos up there and when
you're all for dinner you can just simply ask like hey you have vanilla
extract pop it into Perrier water and you make boom cream soda
check it up there here's some extra tips for some food portion control put your
food on a smaller place that's going to psychologically make you less depressed
especially when your food portions are going to be smaller you're going to be
shocked at how much you're supposed to really have comment below let me know
what shocked you it's not the protein I am willing to bet it's going to be the
card count because most people they do plate a pasta plate a pasta not plate a
pasta and then they go on the veggies it's like well I'm just going to have a
little bit no lots of greens oil cheese's anything with fat folder your
oils your nut butters your cheeses nuts well enough you can go a little bit
bigger let's be honest but people say they grab a handful and nuts and then
they eat five handful of nuts and then they get bigger and then they're
wondering why they can't lose weight that's my father-in-law he eats a ton of
nuts and then ask me why he's not losing eight and by 10 I need a whole pound of
nuts now bueno anyway that's it for food portion
control comment below use your hand this week see how
handy-dandy it is because now there's no excuses when you go for dinner extra
tips when you go out for dinner take half home because most likely
they're going to over serve you take half home have it for later now you're a
cheap date let's up always pair your food with a protein of fat and a car why
you actually digest it at different times plus you're more likely to be
satiated so you're not going to run to the pantry or have that extra food in an
hour write it down you can write it down and
get that to My Fitness Pal app put it on paper and you will see where you're
going actually in the next couple days I challenge you write down your portions
and then go back and do it with the hands like we were talking about do that
and check where you're going wrong and find out now if you want to check
yourself before you wreck yourself I have a guide that you can find at my
body after baby's calm website and you can download for free the check yourself
before you wreck yourself checklist and I also have the hunger and fullness
scale as a bonus but you can also see that in a video of us thank you so much
