Conway This is the end of ObamaCare

BY MALLORY SHELBOURNE

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Thursday described the Republican healthcare

push as the end of ObamaCare.

During an appearance on Fox & Friends, Conway noted that ObamaCare has been law for

more than seven years, saying sinking battleships turn very slowly."

This is the beginning of the end of ObamaCare.

So its not perfect, Conway told the hosts.

Its not what some people would want, but it certainly is a big step forward to

rescuing those millions of Americans who were lied to by the last president about keeping

their plan and keeping their doctor. Conways comments come as the Senate debates

various plans to repeal and replace ObamaCare.

And theyve not been able to either use the phony baloney worthless piece of paper

called an insurance card because the premiums are too high and those who want the cost of

the deductible and the premiums to decrease so they can actually access healthcare for

them and their families, Conway added.

Conway said the Republican healthcare efforts also seek to help small business owners who

she says they hear from constantly about not being able to afford provide health benefits.

Sjoerds Weetjes #38: wat is er zo speciaal aan de Lamborghini Centenario? - Duration: 3:49.

My name is Sjoerd van Bilsen.

I show you special details of a car and explain some remarkable items of a car.

Welcome at Sjoerds Weetje #38

Recently, Lamborghini delivered the first and only Centenario in The Netherlands.

It is a unique car, because there are only 40 worldwide: 20 Coupes, 20 Roadsters.

But what makes the Centenario so extraordinary?

Centenario, it's the Italian word for centenary.

It remarks the 100th birthday of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of the legendary manufacture Automobili Lamborghini who past away in 1993.

The car is officially called Centenario LP770-4.

LP stands for the central position of the V12-engine.

770 is the output in 'pk' of the V12-engine,

20 more then the V12 in the Aventador SV produces.

The 4 stands for all wheel drive, but this time for four wheel steering also.

This is a very special color combination.

It is painted in black and painted in yellow.

As an option you car choose for a body in bare naked carbon fibre,

but the price of that option is 300.000 euros!

The aerodynamica of the Centenario is different then from the Aventador.

Look at this headlight with the air intakes under and next to the unit.

It directs the air to the side for a better airflow.

And these air canals makes the airflow over the windscreen and the roof better.

For the wheels Lamborghini made carbon fibre vanes, which withdraw hot air from the inside part of the wheel.

The heat is generated by the carbon-ceramic brake discs.

The discs at the front axle are 400 mm in diameter, at the rear 380 mm.

The tires are especially developed for the Centenario.

They have a stiffer sidewall and different compound because the car has four wheel steering.

The wheels at the front axle are 20 inch high, at the rear even 21 inch.

In the centre of the car you find the most powerful V12-engine Lamborghini ever made.

It is a 6.5 litre V12 with 770 bhp, 20 more then the V12 from the Aventador LP750-4 SV.

Thanks to this engine the Centenario accelerates in only 2.8 seconds from zero to 100 km/h.

0-300 km/h will only takes 23 seconds!

The top speed is 350 km/h.

The floor is completely flat to optimize the airflow towards the huge diffusor.

The rear spoiler is automatically operated and...

...generates 180 precent more downforce when activated

Driven at top speed the downforce is 225 kg.

For the stability of the car of course.

At the display in the car you can see the downforce...

not only at which wheel, also the force at the front and rear axle.

And what is the price of the car? The Centenario costs 1.75 million euro's... excluding taxes.

In The Netherlands the price will be above the two million euros.

Despite it's price, it was not difficult for Lamborghini to find the 40 costumers for the car.

By only showing a computer rendering, Lamborghini 30 wealthy people bought the car.

And already before the official presentation of the car, all 20 Coupes and 20 Roadsters were sold.

The Centenario is a unique tribute to Ferruccio Lamborghini

War between US and North Korea is 'not unimaginable', says chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff

War between the US and North Korea is "not unimaginable", America's most senior military officer has said. Marine General Joseph Dunford, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, did not rule out the possibility of a "horrific" conflict.

Although admitting that such a war would involve massive loss of life, General Dunford said it was his duty to prepare military options in order to protect US citizens. Read more Hawaii prepares for possible nuclear attack from North Korea.

Many people have talked about military options with words like unimaginable, he said.

I would probably shift that slightly and say it would be horrific, and it would be a loss of life unlike any we have experienced in our lifetimes, and I mean anyone whos been alive since the Second World War has never seen the loss of life that could occur if theres a conflict on the Korean Peninsula.

But as Ive told my counterparts, both friend and foe, it is not unimaginable to have military options to respond to North Korean nuclear capability.

Whats unimaginable to me is allowing a capability that would allow a nuclear weapon to land in Denver, Colorado. Thats unimaginable to me. So my job will be to develop military options to make sure that doesnt happen..

General Dunford was speaking at the Aspen Security Forum of intelligence and national security officials.

North Korea has continued to test long-range ballistic missiles in recent weeks and is believed to be have developed several nuclear warheads, despite threats of severe consequences from the US and its Western allies.

It is thought Pyongyang does not currently have the technology required to launch a nuclear weapon at the US but Donald Trump has vowed to take strong action against the communist state.

North Korea trading despite nuclear sanctions - Inside the countrys special economic zone  On Tuesday, the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) quoted a North Korean foreign ministry spokesman threatening to launch a nuclear attack to "the heart of the US" should the Trump administration attempt to remove President Kim Jong-un from power.

"Should the US dare to show even the slightest sign of attempt to remove our supreme leadership, we will strike a merciless blow at the heart of the US with our powerful nuclear hammer, honed and hardened over time," the spokesman is reported to have said.

The threat was a response to Mike Pompeo, the CIA Director, hinting that US intelligence agencies were considering trying to overthrow the dictator.

Mr Pompeo told the Aspen conference that the US wanted to "separate" North Korea's nuclear weapons from "the character who holds control over them today".

The North Korea people — Im sure are lovely people — and would love to see him go as well," he added.

It comes as US defence officials warned that North Korea is planning another inter-continental missile test to coincide with the 27 July anniversary of the end of the Korean War.

Donald Trump has promised to deal "very strongly" with North Korea and said the US is considering "severe things" in response to the missile tests.

Rugby league view: Why is there such a pro-Castleford agenda in the media - Duration: 5:31.

Rugby league view: Why is there such a pro-Castleford agenda in the media

talkSPORT Drive presenter and rugby league fan Adrian Durham says there needs to be less gas about Cas!.

All the talk this season has been about Castleford Tigers – and why not? They're top of the table and flying, they've been brilliant so far.

But this weekend it's the Challenge Cup semi finals, and Cas are not involved having been knocked out by Hull FC in the last round 32-24. But STILL one of the main subjects has been Cas.

Even in a week when it was announced that the first ever Super League game to be played outside of Europe will take place in Australia (and will not feature Castleford), still somehow the narrative from the press and pundits seems to have been about Cas.

It seems some want a complete revamp of the whole competition to give Cas more credit for being top before the end of the season. Bit weird, bit contrived, but it's all about opinions.

For those unfamiliar with the system, the champions in rugby league are TRUE champions who have to not only put together a league season, but then face the challenge of winning one play off game, then a massive final at Old Trafford to earn the honour of being crowned champions.

It's a tough test, the champions of Super League deserve their applause. Right now, as I write this, Castleford have won nothing. They have merely achieved the second best thing that Hull FC achieved last season, finishing top before the 8s.

They will probably win the League Leaders Shield, ie. be top of the league at the end of the regular season, and before the start of the play off build up to Old Trafford.

And that's what the narrative this week has been about.

When we should be excited about taking our Super League product to Australia, or looking forward to the Challenge Cup semi finals, the agenda has steered back to Castleford. They deserve more credit than they're getting apparently.

Cas are playing great rugby, but no better than Leeds a couple of years ago when they won the treble, something Cas cannot emulate this season. No better than the free-flowing stuff Warrington treated us to last year.

And let Warrington be a lesson to Cas. They won the League Leaders Shield, but ended up wondering what might have been when they lost both the Challenge Cup final and the Grand Final.

I know for a fact Warrington were gutted with how last season went. So why is there such a pro-Cas agenda in the RL media? One reason is that they are desperate for the underdog to do something.

Castleford haven't won anything worth winning since the mid-1980s when they beat Hull KR in the Challenge Cup final.

The other reason is timing: RL writers and broadcasters are sharpening their knives ahead of England coach Wayne Bennett's almost inevitable failure at the World Cup later this year.

And Cas coach Daryl Powell is the man they want to take over, so why not set the tone already?.

Me personally? I'm a Hull FC fan of course, I don't hide my allegiance. But Classy Cas earned their nickname back in the day, and they're getting close to that level again.

I remember watching the late great St John Ellis score a length of the field try years and years ago, it was exhilarating. I can admire rugby league generally.

But when a contrived agenda masks some great stuff going on in our great sport, some people need to have a look at themselves.

Cas are doing great, but they need to seal the deal. They can't win the Challenge Cup, so the only thing worth winning now is the Grand Final.

If they get the job done, then Cas and Powell will deserve all the plaudits they'll get.
