Liverpool maintain Philippe Coutinho is not for sale as Barcelona crank up the pressure

Liverpool insist Philippe Coutinho is not on the market as Barcelona attempt to intensify their pursuit of the Brazil international.

The Reds rejected a £72 million offer from the Spanish giants a week ago with the message that they would not sanction a sale at any price for the 25-year-old, who has not shown any signs of agitating for an exit.

Coutinho delivered a masterclass in the 2-1 victory over Leicester City in the final of the Premier League Asia Trophy in Hong Kong on Saturday, and has undertaken every training session since as the club continue their pre-season preparations in Rottach-Egern, Germany.

He has not acted any differently with his team-mates or the staff, producing a typically high level of output.

Barcelona, meanwhile, have not submitted an improved bid for Liverpool's highest-paid player and reports from Spain suggesting the Merseysiders have named a fee for him - with contradictory amounts ranging from £89m to £134m - are inaccurate as no negotiations have taken place.

Jada Pinkett Smith thinks her appearance in Girls Trip will be supremely important for black women.

The 45-year-old actress stars as Lisa in the comedy movie which sees her team up with fellow stars Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, and Tiffany Haddish, and has said the idea of having four black females in lead roles is a beautiful thing in terms of gender and racial equality.

Speaking to NPR Radio, Jada said: I think it is important for black women to see us having this experience.

And I also think its important for black women to see that just because its a movie starring black women, that we dont have to hold it close - like, this is ours.

You know what? No one else can. This is just for us - because its really not about that.

And I do think, as a community, we have to be willing to share our space. And I know that that is a very sensitive subject.

It is a beautiful thing to see four black women in a summer movie and having so many different people from so many backgrounds appreciate it. And I think thats supremely important..

It isnt the first time Jada has spoken about the importance of her movie in terms of racial equality either, as she recently claimed Hollywood is improving when it comes to diversity.

She said: I definitely think so. I think things are moving in a good direction.

We have a lot of work to do, a lot of work to do - a lot of work to do. Like, I did a movie like Bad Moms.

Bad Moms was majority white women. And just the way in which the studio handled that movie, in my opinion, was very different than this movie..

Kim Kardashian surrogate is 3 months pregnant

Kim Kardashian Wests surrogate is reportedly three months pregnant, meaning the newest addition to her family could be here in January.

The 36-year-old reality star already has four-year-old daughter North and 19-month-old son Saint with her husband Kanye West, and was left devastated when she was warned off getting pregnant again by doctors because of the complications she previously suffered when expecting both her children.

However, last month it was revealed the couple had found someone willing to carry their child for them for a cool $45 000 (R580 000), and a report published by Us Weekly magazine has now claimed the unnamed woman is a third of the way into her pregnancy.

The report suggests that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her spouse should be welcoming their third tot into the world in January next year.

Previously, it was reported that on top of the $45,000, Kim and Kayne would give the surrogate - who hails from San Diego - an extra $5 000 (R65 500) per child in the event of a multiple pregnancy, as well as an extra $4,000 (R51 500) if if the surrogate loses reproductive organs in the process.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Kim misses having a baby in the family now her youngest child is rapidly approaching two years old.

A source claimed: After having Saint, Kim was told she couldnt carry another baby - that it would be too dangerous - and she was okay with that. She was content with two.

But even after having Saint and knowing everything, Kanye was already talking about having more kids. He would want a family of five or six if it was up to him.

Kim was never going to let herself get pregnant again. But she thinks her kids have grown up too fast and misses having a baby in the family.
