Hey guys welcome back!

Today I'm going to be bringing you a purple duochrome halo eye for hooded eyes.

Before I jump into the eye makeup tutorial I just want to remind you to go ahead and

I know a lot of you are telling me that you aren't seeing my videos and I'm sorry to hear

Anyway let's go ahead and jump into this makeup tutorial.

I've already applied my eyeshadow primer.

I used Ofra Eye Gel Primer today.

I'm going to put on a base shade.

I'm going to use my foundation which is Kat Von D Light 42 and the bdellium tools 787

brush.

This just basically makes sure that there's no wet spots on the primer.

I'm going to be pulling colors out of my custom GlamTech purple bats palette.

I'm going to take Colour Pop 143 with the Sigma E25 brush.

I'm applying 143 to the inner and outer lid because I'm going to create a Halo Eye on

my hooded eyes.

Next I'm going to take Makeup Geek Pedal Pusher with the Urban Decay Iconic Brush.

I'm going to sweep this onto the hood of my eye as a transition shade.

I'm going to use the Sigma E35 and softly blend in circles to diffuse the color.

I'm going to put Too Faced Glitter Glue on the center of my lid.

I'm going to take Makeup Geek Kaleidoscope with the Urban Decay Moondust Brush.

And now I'm brushing Kaleidoscope onto the center of the eye.

Now I'm going back with my Sigma E25 to blend some more.

And I'm going back with the Urban Decay Iconic Brush to blend some more.

I'm going to take Colour Pop 143 with the Sigma E21 smudge brush on the lower lid.

I'm going back with the Sigma E35 to blend some more.

I haven't done this in quite a while but I'm going to line my lower waterline with NARS

Black Valley eye paint.

Lining the upper lash line too.

The Sigma E06 is my favorite brush for very thin lines around the eyes.

Now that I have my liner on I'm going to put on the rest of my makeup and then I'll be

right back.

Alright so now that I have the rest of my makeup on (listed in the description box below)

I'm going to go ahead and finish up this eye makeup tutorial.

I'm going to take my base shade which is Kat Von D Light 42 and this Real Techniques Shading

Brush to clean up under the eyebrows.

I'm going to highlight with the Kat Von D Alchemist palette in Ultra-Violet.

I like using the pointy end under the outer brows.

I find this looks the most flattering for my hooded eyes.

I'm just going to clean up the edges of this with a Sigma E25 brush, just to make sure

it's not harsh.

Now I have eyelash extensions so I won't be putting on mascara.

But you can obviously put on mascara or false lashes.

If you have hooded lids like mine and you want to wear false lashes I recommend the

Ardell Demi Wispies.

So let me zoom in to show you the finished eye look.

You can see just how cool Kaleidoscope looks on the lid.

It has that steely blue silver base and then the shift to pink to violet to turquoise and

mint.

I love this color so much.

That's why I thought it would be awesome to create a halo eye with Kaleidoscope.

Cotton noted on Hugh Hewitt's radio show that Rice's involvement in this story and

first impression, honestly, there's like realistic veins here

The paint job is good, although there's some

There's like a different color paint in all the ridges,

but I think that that's just how, maybe they soaked this

in a specific

uh, paint color. Or they mixed the silicone or something

Anyways, the inside is very soft.

So you would place this up against your body as a packer,

and then after you would pee. So there's no

no uh, non-sl, non-like drip lip here that like

kinda covers it. But this STP actually looks like it's

a very like, good cup to go under you to pee.

So I don't think you would actually spill with this

and plus the inside is like, is pretty big. So

What I'll do is, I will try this out for, um, a couple of days,

a couple of weeks. I will pack with it,

I will do things with it. And um, I will review it later on.

Honestly the one online though, I was like

"It looks so thick" and I was like "How the hell is that

going to fit in my pants." But, now that I look at it here

like yeah, sideways, that's fucking huge.

That looks really big, but I think that it'll be okay.

5: Ardennes .

For hiking, biking and camping, visitors to

Belgium should head to the rugged hills of the Ardennes with their tight forests, caves

and cliffs.

They are home to wild boar, deer and lynx and hide a number of friendly villages, lots

of castles and a few other notable sights.

The impressive caves of Han-sur-Lesse, the castle of Bouillon and the modern Labyrinth

of Barvaux are some of the best picks.

The city of Namur makes a great base from where to explore the Ardennes and has some

4: Antwerp.

Antwerp is a city with many faces.

Hey guys.

This is Bailey.

This is definitely a long overdue video since someone asked a question about weather

alerts on the video of How do Deaf People survive

Hearing World?

Now before we move on, I have an announcement to make:

my husband and I are building a house!

I plan on giving you a tour of it once it's done like in August or September and

a timelapse video of it being built.

I'm so excited about that.

Anyway due to this development, the weather alert systems are based on my

preference for the future use but I have attached links down in the description

box if you want to explore more into them.

Also before I go on, yes, I'm using a voiceover.

The trail that I was on was level 4 and it took me an HOUR to complete about 3 mile

trek.

By the time I finished, I was drenched in sweat.

So yeah, talking on this trail.

It definitely didn't happen.

Anyway I'm going down my list from the cheapest to the most expensive devices.

The cheapest one is your smart phone.

You can turn on the LED flash for alerts on your phone and

the weather app will let you know if there's anything happening.

Problem with this is you have to turn on your location services

otherwise it probably won't work which kinda sucks.

I just don't like the idea of anybody knowing where I am all the time.

That just feels like stalking.

You know?

I know, I'm weird.

Anyway, in order to turn on the LED flash for alerts,

you go to Setting, then General.

Go find Accessibility.

Then go to hearing section and turn on LED flash for alerts.

The weather app, whatever you want to use, alerts will set it off.

If you're just as weird as I am about using location services,

you can go to Setting, Privacy, then Location Services.

You can turn on or off services for certain apps that

you want or don't want to receive your current location.

Next.

The next product is Clarity Alarm Clock . Which the picture should show up somewhere

in it.

As you can see, the alarm clock has a visual alert system

that lets you know about a door being knocked on,

crying babies, ringing phones, intruders, or

other unusual noise that don't belong in a home.

However I couldn't figure out if weather noise

would fall under unusual noise to set it off so

I would probably skip over this clock to the other one: Sonic Alert Homeaware .

This one is the most expensive one like $300 type for starter kit, I believe.

You'll have to look.

I have the link down below in the description box as well.

But I really like this because of the features that it has.

It can alert you of eight different events: doors being knocked on or doorbell being rung,

help alert, storm alerts, and motion detector.

It has a scrolling text so you know which event is happening.

It also has a strobe on top of it so that if the vibrator doesn't wake you up, the

light will.

After talking it over with my husband, this is probably the product that we would

invest in over time.

After all, we're building a house so we're kinda tight on money.

I will definitely give a review on this product.

Right now, I'm just making do with my smart phone and so far, it's keeping me safe.

Americans' Self-Contradictory Views Of Socialized Healthcare

58 % of Americans want �Replacing the ACA with a federally funded healthcare program

providing insurance for all Americans�.

Only 37% oppose it.

A tiny 5% have no opinion.

That�s from a Gallup poll published 16 May 2016, �Majority in U.S. Support Idea of

Fed-Funded Healthcare System�.

However, on 20 November 2014, Gallup headlined �Majority Say Not Gov't Duty to Provide

Healthcare for All� and reported that, �For the third consecutive year, a majority of

Americans (52%) agree with the position that it is not the federal government's responsibility

to ensure that all Americans have healthcare coverage.

Prior to the start of Barack Obama's presidency in 2009, a majority of Americans consistently

took the opposite view�.

But if it�s �not the federal government's responsibility to ensure that all Americans

have healthcare coverage� (presumably meaning for all basic healthcare but not for vanity

medical services such as �tucks� and other non-health-related medical services), then

�a federally funded healthcare program providing insurance for all Americans� makes no real

sense at all.

Is it likely that majorities really do want single-payer, but not from the government?

Hardly: a gratuitous addition of stockholders� profits into the costs for providing essential

and economic-productivity-enhancing healthcare services that everyone should have access

to if it�s really needed (lawfully prescribed etc.) will not only distort the incentives

to medical-services providers (and so reduce both health and economic productivity), but

will also waste the money of medical consumers (government or otherwise).

But what about having �non-profit� firms provide the single-payer services?

That cuts out profits, and so eliminates the distortions that stockholders� wants will

introduce into the providing of any services (wants such as stockbrokers have, who pump

the investments that pay them the highest commissions, which necessarily harms their

investors).

However, the top executives even of �non-profit� firms can pay themselves whatever their friends

who sit on their board of trustees will approve; and so a �non-profit� too can be, at least

to that extent, a scam.

(And, of course, in an entirely free market, there is no regulation and therefore scams

will be routine; so, only crooks would want that, anyway.)

These are the reasons why the countries that have the highest life-expectancies, and therefore

the best health-outcomes, are the same as the countries that have socialized basic healthcare

services, paid for normally entirely through taxes and provided to all citizens as a basic

human right instead of as a privilege that�s available only to individuals who can afford

it.

(Of course, �tucks� and such get charged extra to the patient.)

The United States has by far the costliest health care in terms of not only what Americans

pay for it but in terms of healthcare costs as a percentage of GDP, and yet the U.S. has

the lowest life-expectancy of all OECD countries; the U.S. has the most-free-market healthcare,

and also the worst healthcare, among all of the economically developed countries � all

(except the U.S.) of which provide guaranteed basic healthcare services to all citizens:

essential services free as a right, not charged as a privilege.

America�s combination of the worst healthcare plus the by-far-costliest healthcare is no

coincidence; and healthcare profits in America are the world�s highest, so, the present

American system is terrific for those stockholders (whose firms hire the lobbyists and their

politicians who write America�s healthcare-laws).

Because basic healthcare in the United States is a privilege instead of a right, the U.S.

is the only economically developed nation that does not have universal coverage, health

insurance for 100% of its citizenry, healthcare as a guaranteed right instead of dependent

upon the patient�s ability-to-pay.

When Barack Obama entered the White House, the uninsured rate was 14.6%; when he left

office it was 10.9%; the insured rate when he started was 85.4%, and it was 89.1% when

he left office.

His repeated promises of �universal coverage� were lies.

His plan was in no way designed for �universal coverage�; that promise was just a lie.

In the OECD�s �Health at a Glance 2015� (which is their latest version of that, and

covers actually 44 nations), the United States scores at or near the bottom for almost all

indicators of healthcare-quality, including: Life expectancy, Access to care, Quality of

care, Doctors per capita, and Hospital beds per capita.

We are by far the highest on Pharmaceutical expenditure per capita.

Oddly, three nations, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, are exceptionally high in both

their heart-disease death-rates and their cancer death-rates; plus their life-expectancies

are even lower than America�s, and their most carefully medically calculated measured

�Quality of care� rankings are also generally as bad as the United States.

However, in the latest calculated year, which is shown there, which was 2013, �Health

expenditure per capita� (p. 165) was U.S. $8,713; Czech Republic $2,040, Slovak Republic

$2,010; and Hungary $1,719.

So, America�s was over four times as high as the healthcare costs of other countries

in its class � i.e. in the overall worst class.

Generally the top-performing nations were: Japan, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and

Switzerland.

Switzerland was the second-highest in cost-of-care, $6,325, right below the U.S. Norway was third-costliest,

$5,862.

Sweden fifth-costliest, $4,904.

Japan 14th-costliest, $3,713.

Finland 17th-costliest, $3,442.

Italy twentieth-costliest, $3,077.

The average OECD cost for all the 44 nations was $3,453.

Whether Obamacare would change any of those U.S. rankings is too early to tell.

However, the U.S. is such an extreme �outlier� so that our healthcare system would need to

be replaced root-and-branch in order to be competitive with any other nation�s in terms

of delivering value-for-the-money, instead of rip-off (which is its existing outlier

status � unparalleled by any other country�s, for delivering lousy value).

It is so bottom-of-the-barrel, that it is below the barrel.

This is by far the world�s most-free-market healthcare system, but our government spends

more per-capita on it than do other nations� governments that pay almost all of their citizens�

healthcare costs.

In fact, as shown in the chart �9.3.

Health expenditure as a share of GDP, 2013 (or nearest year)� on page 167 of that OECD

report, the U.S. is the only country where the private sector pays more of the nation�s

healthcare costs than does the public sector, the government.

No other nation comes anywhere close to that degree of non-governmental providing of the

healthcare function.

Every other nation has socialized the healthcare-function to a vastly higher extent than the U.S. has.

That�s how corrupt America is: history, the data, are still ignored here, even when

every other nation accepts those realities and has long-since implemented them in national

policies.

Lots of other countries are more corrupt in the pettier forms of corruption such as bribery,

but perhaps few match America�s higher-level, and far more complex, systemic corruption.

Beth's Cheesy Herby Egg Bake Casserole | ENTERTAINING WITH BETH - Duration: 2:55.

- Hey guys today I'm gonna show you how to make

a fantastic egg dish,

if you need to feed a crowd.

This is a great one for Easter Sunday

or any brunch you might be hosting this time o' year.

It is my Cheesy Herby Egg Bake.

It takes just a few ingredients to put together,

but the results are so light, so fluffy, so decadent,

people will be begging you for the recipe.

It is that good.

Let me show you how to make it.

So we're first gonna grease a 12 inch skillet

with some butter, and you can set that aside.

And then in a large bowl you're gonna crack 10 eggs.

And then you're also gonna add,

and this is the secret ingredient,

12 ounces of ricotta cheese.

Now if you couldn't get ricotta cheese,

you could also use cottage cheese.

That's another good one.

And this might sound like a strange thing to add to eggs

but I'm telling you,

this is what makes it so light and fluffy,

that it almost takes more of like a souffle texture,

and less of a frittata texture.

So it's a really great thing to add.

So you just wanna whisk up the eggs with the ricotta cheese,

until it's nice and blended.

And then we're gonna add a quarter cup of melted butter,

a third of a cup of flour,

one teaspoon of baking soda,

and a half a teaspoon of salt,

and some freshly cracked pepper.

And then you can whisk that together.

And then we are going to add our cheese.

So I like to add one cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

And one cup of crumbled Goat cheese.

Now if you're not a fan of Goat cheese,

I know there are those people that don't like Goat cheese,

ha, you could swap it with just more of the Parmesan.

And then the final step is we wanna use a half a cup

of a combination of springtime herbs.

We wanna have some fresh dill,

some fresh parsley,

and some fresh chives.

So you can just take equal parts of all of those

until you get a half a cup.

Or you could just do a half a cup of any one kind.

And then you just wanna mix that all up until combined,

and then you are going to pour it into your skillet.

And at this stage you could do all of this ahead of time

and just take the bowl, cover it, and put it in your fridge

until ready to serve.

I have done that before and it's super easy

because then 20 minutes before you wanna serve it

you just pop it in the skillet and put it in the oven.

And then you're gonna bake for about 20 minutes

is all it takes.

So you just wanna make sure that those eggs are set

and that it's not runny in the middle.

And then you can go ahead and bring them to the table.

And you can either spoon it out, or cut it into wedges,

whatever you prefer.

I've done both to be on it.

It is one spectacular egg dish I promise.

And this also pears really well with some roasted asparagus

and some roasted potatoes.

To just kind of round out the meal.
