Did you know that there's just 1 simple trick to becoming a fluent English speaker?
Actually, not a trick, more like magic, magic trick, magical trick, 1 simple trickery
how about thing
Did you know that there is 1 thing you must change about the way you learn to…
Have words came out of your mouth naturally, automatically, and fluently
as if English were your first language, every time you speak…
Express your exact thoughts spontaneously, continuously and in minute detail, and fluently...
Understand everything you hear in movies, TV radio, songs and back alley conversations
and finally speak confidently and fluently without hesitation
with the smooth and sweet pronunciation of a native speaker
from Liverpool, England
What I am trying to do with this opening is hype you up, get you excited, aroused
with my hypnotic voice that I've filtered through Audacity to sound deeper
building up to a climax that will blow your mind
But before I reveal the simplistic trick I will repeat the words: fluently, fluent, smooth,
automatic, fluent English speaker, native speaker a few more times in order to...
I don't know, for no particular reason
and I will add a few more slides of text to make things smoother, clearer and more successful
to help you become a fluent and successful English speaker of English fluency
let's not forget the fluency puzzle and the fluency bridge
a smooth and successful bridge to fluency land
So, what is the 1 simple trick to becoming a successful English speaker?
It's to learn English like native speakers.
so simple yet so simple in its simplicity
I think therefore I am
Everyday, I wake up and the first thing on my mind is how to solve the fluency puzzle
for millions of people
and here is the solution
learn English like native speakers
I can sleep in now
Let me change the font color
I'm sure that 60-70 or even 80,000 of you were able to instantly recognize
the immensity of this simplicity
but let me explain to the millions of people out there who have no idea what I am talking about
how to learn English like native speakers?
it couldn't be simpler
there is a curious disease, better known as the Benjamin Button disease
the curious thing about that disease is that you start aging in reverse, age backwards
and so all you need to do is catch the Benjamin Button disease
Don't catch the person, catch the disease
once you have it, and you grow young, here is where the trick happens, the magic happens
you need quite a bit of magic to pull this off
unfortunately, I cannot show it to you because my YouTube channel is not age restricted
so I'm going to continue with the power point
as you grow young to the size of a fetus, what you need to do next is dive into a woman's uterus
that's the magic...
1 more thing
the uterus has to belong to a woman living in an English speaking country
sorry, can't have your non-native mom
but that's a small price to pay for that
smooth and sweet pronunciation and fluency of a native speaker
for the remainder of this video I am going to give you a list of random vocabulary and
I'm going to call it a simple vocabulary lesson because I like the word simple
here we go
Hi there, Vladimir here, with another video on how not to learn English
Before we start with the list of random words a one quick word about the word, word
word is a four letter word, but it isn't a four-letter 4 letter word, in the true sense of the word
Words is the plural of word
words could be meaningful and meaningless, it is truly amazing how meaningless words can be
it leaves you wordless, a torrent of words with no meaning
it is truly amazing the ability some people have to speak for hours on end and basically say nothing
for hours on end
it is a good expression
for hours/days/weeks on end
it means continuously, without stopping
to watch useless YouTube videos for hours on end
I'm gonna cut this short
to cut something short another expression
to cut something short, means to stop doing something earlier than you planned
I am going to cut this video short
there are over 170,000 words in the Oxford Dictionary and I was planning to explain some
of those words, but, I am going to cut this video short
but why?
Because that is not how native speakers learn their native language
native speakers don't watch YouTube videos of
talking heads giving them a list of random words for hours on end,
that is not how native speaker learn
but most importantly, that's not how non-native speakers of English learn either
that's not how the brain retains and recalls information
you have a dictionary figure it out yourself
if you want to learn how to learn English you need to read my book Virtually Native
which is available at Amazon and virtuallynative.com
