Waching daily Apr 26 2017

hello welcome to my day 20 review of

futurenet so today I want to

concentrate how it works and how to earn

so how it works is pretty much exactly

like Facebook very similar this is my

profile is obviously my profile so

obviously you first come in profile

doing a profile picture to your

background and start looking for friends

pretty much that's the idea build up

your friends is you have more than 5000

you have an unlimited number of friends

the main emphasis really on this is my

profile obviously so every time you if

you need to get interact with someone

that will go on your profile hanging

start so I go back to the timeline

there's media points as your media

points on so many points you've got so

as you go into the making citizen that

shows you how much the points you

building up our balls and say what kind

of real sign but anyway the main

emphasis to is to use the messenger so

the first thing I do is going to try and

build up as me friends as you can the

idea is you know I do network marketing

you get to know people build

relationships and that's the idea what's

the best thing about pitching it is the

ideas like they are paying you to do

that I mean on Facebook really it paid

to interact with and build latencies of

people on message that we're here at

peach net we do so I think it's a great

incentive to jump in get paid while

you're doing what you normally doin

anyway on Facebook so obviously there's

a games is everything every the same his

groups set the games obviously are in

this too but in future net we have like

different like tools like landing page

creator no momentum system the clouds so

if you want to upload your you know

files onto the cloud and tier I is a

blog video mail and the list goes on

really I mean

this other games their odds call all

sorts of games is it all rise this is

phase and I used to be in it to see us

boson on set yeah I understand what if I

edit all the hesitating to jump over I'm

not saying get rid of phase with us

that's ridiculous because not going to

happen but if you got people here

already why don't you pay to use the

messenger it makes sense it's a

no-brainer really

anyway it's I used to be our own but

that's what I'd be done that's what I do

anyway so so obviously got back office

so we got here one way to earn is

through the friends tree back office so

this is the future net side of the N so

the second future net side of the

earnings

so obviously the social media you know

interacting with your mates your friends

and then we have the back tree office

it's not like for me getting there

okay rid of that

all right my go pitcher pro Bennett

painter but

so obviously done might be a bit earlier

now changing its homeland on the videos

jump over ear block her out anyway this

all want to see so seven pack seven our

packs fifty-six dollars in the account

at the moment obviously bill at the

ideas to build up to fifty dollars by

loud pack and you keep building and

building and building until you get to

stage where you pretty much buy and

wanted wine every two days or one every

three days or whatever you wanna get so

you get the audience to get to more than

one a day obviously every time you buy

if it til i ad pack you were getting 800

views and all we do is watch 10 ads a

day

let's give you an example the ads so

pretty much like text ads a headline

obviously description excuse me to know

description and obviously the link to

where it's going what I'm noticing as

most people are not even going to a

landing page is just gone to the normal

company page sales page absolutely

ridiculous you began to at least a

landing page capturing an email

obviously so you can build your list is

another thing I'm seeing to a lot of

people are advertising future ad pro on

a future pro so what a waste of time and

effort and you're wasting it click you I

used to one of your views so that's no

good so just quickly goes checking out

the house click one go through it say

the green bar come up bar at the top

this isn't too bad an idea because you

actually got they're going to actual

it's a pot so it's obviously a shot of

watch this Andrew on jewelry we go watch

this jewelry that's a pretty cheap on it

pretty cheap anyway oh yeah we wait the

30 40 seconds of there's usually to be

out to the 10 address seven to 10

minutes maximum and that's all we're

done to keep the 10 ads in a 24-hour

period we can pay it every 15 minutes

until it's time to click the ads again

you want to make sure you that never

runs out really otherwise you know we

don't want to when it actually works out

the 15 you know every 15 minutes and

that's it's that's taking a bit longer

obviously because we're recording and

that's how that works for there so like

I said click 10 ads 17 minutes a day

using credits obviously to use your

credits to advertise it other seeds of

income you have a cross over the fifty

dollar mark for Commission's so the

moment six thousand five so building up

now to the next ad pack and then tower

works every 15 minutes 24 hours a day we

get paid every sleep we want to live

easy on the beach like we do off the

beach forever whatever you do so I'll

leave that a dad's yeah their feature

net side of it up upload it for me there

we go

that's why while I'm loading before so

we have a matrix to the Sun together

weighing in so the matrix is so when you

first come in first thing a lot of our

oh I'd be cited to lose pretty much jump

into one of these matrixes or all them

top to you whatever you come in with now

it's up to you

these are one-time payments every so

three in the 10 sign comes in you'll get

50 cents if you bring in someone and in

a bring in someone you get a matching

bonus as well the matching bonus depends

on what level you're at I think pretty

sure it's the first for

in the first three and yes up to 30%

then paint the hundred to five hundred

thousand I think pretty sure it's 50

percent matching bonuses so and that's

points as well the median points say

every time you buy one which anyway at

once being media points so these media

points can be used to use a landing page

creator stuff without the blog the

blogging system and the idea is if you

happy is that you can actually fill them

up to buy to earn prizes those like the

phone laptop tablet there's a holiday

obviously each one has different

stipulations so the phone is twenty

thousand million points and you could

have any three people in annually maybe

thought this thing up top my head what

it is that's how it works I think you

can have eighty eight thousand people in

each funnel so each each matrix so the

idea would be to get you know obviously

they come in here you want to follow

your through so that's why it's

important if you think about it you

probably want to get the whole six I

mean depends on what you come in with

and hang it's up to you in transfer you

go suppose with I've come in the first

three so I'm hoping if I do bring

someone hopefully they give me a chance

to upgrade to these before they do

otherwise I'd be set from a sponsor

above me would get my sponsor get it

which is or I suppose but you'd rather

be getting you'd rather be getting

yourself wings so anyway I'll leave it

at that

I'm that's my video for today I mean if

you like this video give it a like and

thumb I'll give a thumbs up

Lola SÁNCHEZ - Textile imports : MEPs call for rules to curb worker exploitation - Duration: 1:09.

We are cracking open transnational corporations' impunity armour.

Crimes like Rana Place putted on the table the production structure of

structure of the garment industry, in which a lot of European companies are involved.

Rana Plaza's crime made clear that the Corporate Social Responsibility is not enough,

since a lot of the companies which operated there, did have, at least on the paper

that kind of Corporate Social Responsibility policies; but then, juridical it proved to be impossible to find who were responsible

We would be ashamed in Europa if we knew and we saw with our own eyes

the terrific labour and social standards which are applied in some countries when producing our cloth

both the expensive one and the cheapest one.

This situation must change, and that is why we are demanding to the European Commission

that it legislates to oblige the garment industry companies to control their supply chain.

Because we can't keep on profiting in the West from a production model

which exploits the people and puts corporate benefit above human dignity.

Need to Know | April 20, 2017 | Why Young People Need to See Their Own Cultural Identity in Art - Duration: 8:45.

FOR KETURAH ARIEL - MAKING ART THAT INSPIRES, UPLIFTS AND ADVOCATES FOR HER COMMUNITY IS

A PRIORITY.

WHEN THE ARTIST HAD A HARD TIME FINDING PAINTINGS AND DRAWINGS OF GIRLS THAT REFLECTED HER - YOUNG

WOMEN OF COLOR - SHE BEGAN CREATING THE IMAGES HERSELF.

THE RESULT - A BUSINESS FOR HER PASSION THAT EMPOWERS YOUNG GIRLS.

HERE'S HER STORY FROM P-B-S PARTNER W-O-S-U IN COLUMBUS, OHIO

KETURAH ARIEL: I AM ORIGINALLY FROM TOLEDO, OHIO.

MY FAMILY IS FROM DETROIT.

AND THEN WE ALL KIND OF MIGRATED DOWN HERE WHEN I WENT TO COLUMBUS COLLEGE OF ART AND

DESIGN.

I REMEMBER BEING YOUNGER, AND LIKE, NOT REALLY SEEING MYSELF IN PLACES.

LIKE, WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I COULDN'T FIND PAPER DOLLS THATLOOKED -- THAT WERE BROWN, YOU KNOW.

I COULDN'T, SO I MADE OWN. AND I DID THAT AS A SIX-YEAR-OLD LITTLE GIRL.

I MADE MY OWN PAPER DOLLS AND IT CREW TO A COLLECTION OF, LIKE, 1,000 PAPER DOLLS, BECAUSE

THAT'S HOW DEDICATED I WAS ORPASSIONATE ABOUT SEEING THINGS LOOKED LIKE ME IN THE WORLD.

YOU KNOW?

SO WITH MY WORK I WANT TO SHOW PEOPLE OF COLOR, BLACK PEOPLE, DOING REGULAR THINGS.

YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?

EXISTING IN THEIR REGULAR LIFE AND BEING HAPPY OR BEING SAD OR BEING PLAYFUL OR BEING IN

LOVE.

THAT'S ALL VERY IMPORTANT TO ME TO JUST ILLUSTRATE THOSE MOMENTS.

BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEE THEM AS MUCH AS YOU SHOULD, YOU KNOW.

BUT I ALWAYS KNEW I WANTED TO MAKE ART.

I JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW I COULD TURN THAT INTO SOMETHING PROFITABLE.

I THINK I WAS IN 2012 IS KIND OF WHEN I FIGURED OUT THAT I CANACTUALLY SELL MY ARTWORK AND

PRODUCTS.

AND THAT'S WHEN ARIEL BRANDS CAME ABOUT.

I BASICALLY TOOK MY ARTWORK AND STARTED PUTTING IT ON EVERYTHING THAT I COULD THINK OF.

LITERALLY PRINTING IT ONEVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF. AND SO I JUST BEGAN TO SELL MYWORK

THROUGH MY WEB STORE, AND EVERYTHING KIND OF LIKE JUST TURNED AROUND.

BECAUSE I THINK THAT'S ONE OF THE PIECES THAT WAS MISSING FROM MY CHILDHOOD IS SEEING ART

LIKE THE STUFF THAT I MAKE -- UM, I DIDN'T SEE IT.

YOU KNOW, SO IT'S LIKE BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO IT WOULD BE GREAT, YOU KNOW.

I HOPE THAT ALL OF MY PIECES ARE -- THEY POTENTIALLY CAN BE A CONVERSATION PIECE.

YOU KNOW?

I HOPE SO.

THAT'S ONE OF MY GOALS.

BUT I THINK, LIKE, THE WHOLE SOCIAL COMMENTARY OF SOME OF MY PIECES IS REALLY INTERESTING,

BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE USED TO SEEING ME DO PLAYFUL STUFF.

AND IT'S ALWAYS REALLY MORE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO DO STUFF THAT HAS PAIN IN IT.

YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?

OR STRUGGLE.

BUT IT THINK SHOWING BOTH IS IMPORTANT.

SHOWING BOTH SIDES OF THE BLACK EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT.

I HAVE, YOU KNOW, FRIENDS WHO ARE NOT BLACK WHO LOVE MY STUFF, TOO, AND WHO WEAR IT PROUDLY.

AND THEY STILL WANT TO REPRESENT.

EVEN THOUGH IT'S AN EXPERIENCE THAT THEY DON'T FEEL DIRECTLY, THEY STILL SEE THE EXPERIENCE

AND APPRECIATE IT OR SHARE IT FOR WHAT IT IS. AND I THINK THAT IS IMPORTANT, TOO, BECAUSE

WE ALL NEED TO HAVETHAT CONVERSATION TOGETHER.

IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE JUST ONE GROUP OF PEOPLE.

BACK BEFORE -- WHEN I WAS YOUNGER -- WHEN I WAS A KID, LIKE THAT, WE DIDN'T -- I DIDN'T

HAVE ACCESS TO SEE, LIKE, A BLACK ARTIST, A BLACK WOMAN ARTIST CREATING ARTWORK AND

MAKING MONEY OFF OF IT.

ACTUALLY HAVING YOUR OWN STUDIO AND STUFF LIKE THAT.

I DIDN'T KNOW THEY EXISTED.

AND SO BEING ABLE TO FILL THAT GAP FEELS GREAT FOR ME, BECAUSE I KNOW THE NEXT GENERATION,

THEY'LL HAVE MORE EXAMPLES THAT I DIDN'T HAVE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER.

HELENE: WHILE KETURAH ARIEL DESCRIBED THE IMPORTANCE OF CHILDREN SEEING ARTWORK THAT

CELEBRATES THEIR CULTURAL IDENTITY - JOHNNIE LEE SMITH SAYS THERE'S ANOTHER ASPECT THAT

EMPOWERS YOUNG PEOPLE.

THE ROCHESTER ARTIST KNOWN FOR HIS STRIKINGLY RAW PORTRAITS THAT STIR EMOTION SAYS AFRICAN

AMERICAN AND HISPANIC YOUTH ALSO NEED TO SEE *ARTISTS* WHO LOOK LIKE THEM.

THAT WAS A RARITY FOR SMITH WHO GREW UP HERE IN ROCHESTER.

JOINING ME AT THE TABLE TO SHARE MORE IS ARTIST JOHNNIE LEE SMITH.

IT'S GREAT TO SEE YOU.

SO JOHNNIE, WE HAD A CHANCE TO PROFILE YOU A FEW YEARS AGO FOR NEED TO KNOW SO IT'S

GOOD TO HAVE YOU HERE.

YOU TOLD ME YOUR PASSION FOR ART REALLY DEVELOPED WHEN YOU WERE IN HIGH SCHOOL, WHEN YOU WERE

A STUDENT AT PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND.

BUT YOU ALSO SAID YOU DIDN'T SEE ANY ROLE MODELS IN THE CLASSROOM WHO LOOKED LIKE YOU

DOING THIS WORK.

SO AS A TEENAGER WITH THIS NEWFOUND PASSION, HOW DID THAT IMPACT YOU?

JOHNNIE LEE SMITH: I GUESS IT STARTED OUT, I DIDN'T SEEK OUT ARTISTS OR HAD INTEREST

IN ART.

IT KIND OF WAS MY WAY OF FINDING MYSELF AND WHEN I STARTED TO FIND MYSELF AS AN ARTIST,

I WANTED TO SEE WHAT AN ARTIST OF COLOR WOULD DEPICT AND IT WAS…NERVOUS.

HELENE: DON'T BE NERVOUS.

I REMEMBER YOU TELLING ME BECAUSE YOU LOOKED TO GORDON PARKS.

JOHNNIE LEE SMITH: EVEN BEFORE GORDON PARKS, IT WAS THE INTEREST LOCALLY LIKE DAVID HAYGOOD

AND JOE FOURETTE.

SO SEEING THOSE PEOPLE WORK AND BEING ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THEM…OOPS I STEPPED ON

MY MIC.

HELENE: THAT'S OK.

SO WHEN YOU DID SEE THAT, WHEN YOU WERE INTERACTING WITH THEM, HOW DID THAT AFFECT YOU?

JOHNNIE LEE SMITH: IT WAS LIKE SEEING IS BELIEVING.

I, MYSELF, COULD NOT SEE MYSELF AS AN ARTIST UNTIL I GUESS SEEING WHAT ARTIST OF COLOR

THINKS LIKE AND CREATES LIKE.

BECAUSE OF MY OWN PERCEPTION OF WHAT ART WAS AT THE TIME, THINKING IN MIDDLE SCHOOL BEFORE

I EVEN WENT TO PITTSFORD-SUTHERLAND.

I GUESS EDUCATION IS ALSO IMPORTANT BECAUSE THOSE OPPORTUNITIES WERE ONLY ALLOWED FOR

ME IN THOSE SUBURBAN SCHOOL SYSTEMS.

IN THE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, WE DIDN'T HAVE THAT MANY MATERIALS.

THERE'S KIDS THROWING CRAYONS IN THE BACK OF THE CLASSROOM.

I HAD MY FIRST SLAP BOX FIGHT WITH ONE OF MY FRIENDS IN THE ART CLASSROOM.

SO, THERE WAS NO ART RELATION IN MY LIFE UNTIL PITTSFORD.

HELENE: I WANT TO ASK YOU, BECAUSE I RAN INTO YOU A FEW YEARS AGO AND YOU SAID TO ME, "HEY

I'M TEACHING ART CLASSES TO YOUNG KIDS" AND IN THAT ROLE AS A TEACHER TELL ME, WHAT

DO YOU WANT YOU STUDENTS THAT YOUR TEACHING, WHAT DO YOU WANT THEM TO GAIN FROM YOU, LEARN

FROM YOU THAT YOU DID NOT GET?

JOHNNIE LEE SMITH: EXPRESSION OF SELF.

SO WHAT I USED MY ARTWORK FOR AT MY HIGH SCHOOL WAS INDENTITY, FINDING MYSELF, AND I STARTED

PAINTING PICTURES OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS, AND ALSO PAINTING MY EXPRESSIONS, HOW I FELT.

ONE OF MY FIRST TWO FAVORITE PIECES WERE HOPE AND SORROW.

I THINK I SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT GORDON PARKS AND HIS INFLUENCE ON ME SEEING HOW THE CULTURE

AND THE POVERTY AND THAT SADNESS KIND OF ENCOURAGED ME TO THINK THAT'S WHAT ART IS SUPPOSED

TO BE.

BUT THERE WAS ALSO THAT PART OF ME THAT HAD THAT HOPE.

IT WAS KIND OF A DUEL HAVING HOPE IN ONESELF AND DEPICTING SADNESS AND SORROW.

BUT WITH THE SADNESS AND SORROW, I WAS ONLY A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.

I THINK I MAY HAVE OVER-EXAGGERATED SOME THINGS AS ANY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT WOULD.

BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT EXPRESSING ONESELF AND BEING ABLE TO EXPRESS ONESELF.

HELENE: I WANNA ASK YOU BEFORE WE CLOSE, WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF MORE YOUNG PEOPLE SEE VISUAL

ARTISTS AND CREATIVES?

JOHNNIE LEE SMITH: I THINK THEY DO IN A SENSE WHICH IS MORE IN A NEGATIVE.

I WOULD SAY THE MUSIC INDUSTRY WHICH I WAS INFLUENCED BY AS WELL, OR THE URBAN CLOTHING,

THE DESIRE TO WANT TO SEEK ACCEPTANCE THROUGH THE THINGS WE WEAR, HAVING NEW SNEAKERS ON

AND A FRIEND SAYING THEY LIKE IT, THAT ENCOURAGED ME.

I STARTED DESIGNING SHIRTS MYSELF AND SEEING INDIVIDUALS HAVING INTEREST IN THAT KIND OF

ENCOURAGED ME TO START CREATING MY OWN CLOTHING LINE.

SORRY IT'S SO MUCH TO SAY.

HELENE: IT'S GREAT TO SEE YOU AND GREAT TO HAVE YOU WEIGH IN ON THIS ISSUE.

ARTIST JOHNNIE LEE SMITH - THANK YOU FOR JOINING ME.

Giraffes Can't Dance Read Aloud by Books Read Aloud For Children - Duration: 5:40.

Giraffes Can't Dance by Gilles Andreae and Guy Parker-Rees.

Gerald was a tall giraffe whose neck was long and slim.

But his knees were awfully crooked and his legs were rather thin.

He was very good at standing still and munching shoots off trees.

But when he tried to run around, he bucked at the knees.

Now every year in Africa they hold the Jungle Dance, where every single animal turns up

to skip and prance.

And this year when the day arrived poor Gerald felt so sad, because when it came to dancing

he was really very bad.

The warthogs started waltzing and the rhinos rock 'n' rolled.

The lions danced a tango that was elegant and bold.

The chimps all did a cha-cha with a very Latin feel,

and eight baboons then teamed up for a splendid Scottish reel.

Gerald swallowed bravely as he walked toward the floor.

But the lions saw him coming, and they soon began to roar.

"Hey, look at clumsy Gerald," the animals all sneered.

"Giraffes can't dance, you sill fool!

Oh, Gerald, you're so weird."

Gerald simply froze up.

He was rooted to the spot.

They're right, he thought.

I'm useless.

Oh, I feel like such a clot.

So he crept off from the dance floor, and he started walking home.

He'd never felt so sad before - so sad and so alone.

Then he found a little clearing, and he looked up at the sky.

"The moon can be so beautiful," he whispered with a sigh.

"Excuse me!"

coughed a cricket who'd seen Gerald earlier on.

"But sometimes when you're different you just need a different song."

"Listen to the swaying grass and listen to the trees.

To me the sweetest music is those branches in the breeze.

"So imagine that the lovely moon is playing just for you -

everything makes music if you really want it to."

With that, the cricket smiled and pickup up his violin.

Then Gerald felt his body do the most amazing thing.

His hooves had started shuffling, making circles on the ground.

His neck was gently swaying, and his tail was swishing round.

He threw his legs out sideways, and he swung them everywhere.

Then he did a backward somersault and leapt up in the air.

Gerald felt so wonderful his mouth was open wide.

"I am dancing!

Yes, I'm dancing!

I AM DANCING!"

Gerald cried.

Then, one by one, each animal who'd been there at the dance

arrived while Gerald boogied on and watched him, quite entranced.

They shouted, "It's a miracle!

We must be in a dream.

Gerald's the best dancer that we've ever, ever seen!"

"How did you learn to dance like that?

Please, Gerald, tell us how."

But Gerald simply twirled around and finished with a bow.

Then he raised his head and looked up at the moon and stars above.

"We all can dance," he said, "when we find music that we love."

Differences of Juvederm Voluma and Sculptra in Time of Results, Predictability and Treatment Areas - Duration: 8:43.

Thank you for your question.

You're asking what's the difference between Juvederm Voluma and Sculptra.

And I suspect the reason you're asking these questions is because essentially you're

looking at some overlap in results and so you're wondering what are these two products

and what really makes one different from the other.

Well, I can certainly share with you how I educate my patients who ask a similar question

in my practice.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

And injectable fillers is a big part of what I do and I'm quite familiar with both fillers

so I can certainly help you understand the difference and how I approach the use of these

fillers in my practice.

And this is specifically my approach.

It doesn't mean that the way other people work is wrong but this is how I do it.

So to begin with, let's talk about what the first basic medical or chemical structural

differences between the two without getting unnecessarily technical.

So Juvederm Voluma falls in the category of fillers that are referred to as hyaluronic

acid fillers.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that's found in our body and it comes in a wide range

of different thicknesses and compositions and major companies such as Galderma as well

as Allergan and Merz have Juvederm products or I should say hyaluronic acid products.

Now Juvederm specifically has a clearance by the FDA or approval that is for mid-facial

volume correction.

That approval doesn't actually mean that's the only place doctors could use it but that's

the only place that the company, Allergan, companies can only actually promote specific

indications based on FDA approval.

FDA regulates drugs and devices and companies can do promotional activities specific to

those indications.

But physicians practice medicine and can do what is referred to as off label but it can

actually use any material in a way they feel that's best for the patient.

So Juvederm Voluma can be used in different places by physicians.

Now what Juvederm Voluma and other HA fillers, hyaluronic acid filler can do is restore volume

and what you get is a certain immediacy with a filler like that.

When you place it, you see the correction and you see it immediately.

And you know pretty much how much of a correction you're going to get.

Now when you talk about a material like Sculptra, Sculptra comes as a powder and is mixed with

saline and the chemical name for it is called poly-l-lactic acid.

What makes Sculptra very different from a hyaluronic acid filler is that when it's

injected, it depends on your body's response to generate a certain amount of volume correction.

Now the way I look at it, Sculptra is more about being a filler for more diffuse areas

of filling.

So typically, it's in the hollows of the cheeks.

When someone is very hollow, that's a place I would consider using Sculptra.

Sculptra was initially, I should say, used to help people with HIV lipodystrophy.

This is the result of people who are HIV positive who are taking antiviral drugs to help them

manage their disease or manage their condition and unfortunately, it resulted in incredible

amounts of fat loss in the face.

And so Sculptra was incredibly effective in helping people look better and restore some

volume.

So when it came to the market, it was a bit of a challenge because people had this unfortunate

tendency to develop some nodules and other things with the body's response but that

was more of the technical elements of placement.

But going now to the present, to make this decision, I basically look at it in the way

I find the most predictable for me.

When I want to specifically treat areas such as the cheekbones, the jawline, the chin,

the jaw angle, a technique we call structural volumizing, I find Juvederm Voluma to be very

useful.

It is very effective, works very well.

The same goes for Juvederm Ultra Plus.

I find that these materials have a certain thickness and I can see the correction and

the patient can see the results immediately.

I would not use Sculptra for those areas because of a variety of reasons but one of which is

I can't predict how much volume there will be when the material actually initiates this

collagen response.

It actually takes a few weeks to see the full response.

And so in a Sculptra patient, we see them after a month to see how much correction they

could and then decide if they need more vials of Sculptra in order to get more correction.

With someone who I place Juvederm or Juvederm Ultra Plus or Juvederm Voluma, I place it

and I usually see them after 2 weeks and I see if there's any enhancement that would

be of benefit.

So I think that and just speaking from my practice, I generally use Juvederm Voluma

considerably more often than I use Sculptra.

I think for my kind of practice where I deal with a lot of facial aging issues and volume

loss that is related to bone structure or relative bone deficit in people who are a

little bit younger or volume loss with people who are 40 and older, we end up using a lot

more Voluma and hyaluronic acids in our practice.

So understanding that there are two different methods of correction and two different areas

that, in my opinion, are best suited for these materials.

And certainly, there can be some degree of overlap particularly in the soft tissue correction

area.

You can put Sculptra in the soft tissue of the cheek and then allow it increase and then

get a nice correction and it can certainly last a significant amount of time but I think

in the modern world and in the practice of mine, the immediacy of the result and the

longevity of benefit, for me, I end up using a lot more Juvederm Voluma .

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.
