ENERGY UPDATE The Masks Have Fallen Off!

The masks have now fallen off well and truly in Spirit energetically and so in linking

with the human, this will no longer suffice to cope and manage!

This is so very huge!

I am talking energetically in the last 24hours and from recent energies leading up to this,

please refer past posts Pts 1-4.

The message is: Just be you, your energy power and strength is enough..no need to over

exert your energy anymore.

As it is not sufficing energetically now.

A lot has happened since the last BB post, so much so that sharing about this has not

happened as I usually do, as each of us has needed to be in our own spaces going through

all we have/are needing to.

So much is going on with self and family or those close with us and our connections and

our own connection.

So while I am still in my own zone going through all I need to, here is a brief outline

further of what is occurring that I am going through and working through with others close

to me:

We are Creating a *NEW* Light path and like stepping off the old black tar sticky path.

A path of the old we knew so well and this new light path is being formed/created bit

by bit as we shift and change from the old to the new

This is very new in all senses and many ways

The new unknown territory that we are creating moment by moment in each new situation

with all we have gone through (remember previous BB posts are a time-line leading up to this

post).

So much of the Ancient/Ancestry energy is being healed and with this is the human experience

and then also our Spirits experience and then linking the two with a connection to the Divine

and Gaia as well.

Fear of stepping into ones own Power or Self-Empowerment in the human as well as spirit

and linking the two is so very BIG right now.

As so many have detached or drifted off into the upper realms, I know I did for many years,

stemming from childhood.

To cope and manage and at a time where there was no understanding of energies and who I

was and all I needed to endure through personal experiences to bring me to who and where I

am right now.

As just like you toowith all you have endured and experienced up until right now, this very

moment.

As we detached and/or put a mask on to cope.

Well those masks have energetically fallen off in Spirit and the truth is being

revealed as to what is going on within and deeper within ourselves!

We are now facing our Inner Fear of owning our own Power!

Gregg Prescott wrote of this not long ago: What were going to see are people losing

it and it wouldnt surprise me to see some people in the spiritual community lose it

who havent done their work and/or are not grounding themselves.

The inner truth of coming home to our power.

Where we do not over ride others energiesas a lot is to do with past wars where

we needed to fight for our survival.

This is about bringing our strength, confidence and belief in ourselves.

And very very importantly GROUNDING ONESELF IN OVER AND OVER is VITAL with this.

Thank you Gregg for your heads up with this :-). As this post follows on deeper/higher

energetically with this in our Spirit and the human, and our link with the Divine and

Gaia.

There is so much more to this for each of us for we we are each atand I will share

more on this soon as it comes.

Much Unconditional love, truth

and honesty

Who's Winning the Battle in Digital Warfare? - Duration: 2:43.

Hackers today aren't like they were in those 80's and 90's movies.

"You want me to hack the planet?"

Now, cybercriminals can be state-sponsored, breaking into servers and disrupting national

elections.

James Comey: One of the lessons they may draw from this is that they were successful, because

they introduced chaos and division.

They can be a nefarious collective, blackmailing a multinational billion-dollar corporation

by threatening to release piles of its sensitive data.

Or they can be agents looking to expose the C.I.A.'s own hacking capabilities.

These elite professionals are always finding new ways to gain entry to government, industrial

and financial networks.

Luckily, as hackers get more sophisticated, so are the safeguards protecting sensitive

data.

So here's the situation…

Since 2005, more than 5,400 data breaches in the U.S. have been disclosed, the biggest

being the Adobe hack in 2013 with 152 million records being compromised.

Individuals aren't the only ones at risk.

The U.S. has been battling an escalating cyber-war with countries like China and Russia for years.

In 2016 multiple U.S. agencies concluded Russia was behind the hacks of 20,000 Democratic

National Committee emails that were then posted online, hoping to influence the election in

Donald Trump's favor.

A conclusion Russian President Vladimir Putin denies.

If proper precautions are taken, not all hack attacks have unhappy endings.

In May, 2014, 110 million payment card numbers were stolen from Target, but those numbers

were useless because the PIN codes were encrypted, and the banks immediately canceled all the

compromised accounts.

Now Here's the argument...

Cybersecurity is both worse and better than it's ever been.

The sheer size, scope, and frequency of attacks from hackers is skyrocketing.

But the safeguards protecting individuals and corporations are always being improved.

The massive 2014 hack of JP Morgan didn't result in financial losses for its customers,

who were covered by consumer-protection laws.

But it did spur JPMorgan to build a vast cyber security operation staffed with former military

officers.

And the U.S. eventually identified and indicted the hackers.

However, keeping data secure requires constantly updating technology, and expensive human monitors

watching for any sign of trouble.

High security comes with a high price tag.

MSc Early Intervention in Psychosis - Duration: 6:45.

Early Intervention is really a shift to thinking about how can we prevent psychosis

or how can we stop people from getting really, really ill.

So it's not just giving them therapy and medication but it's also focused on helping them lead meaningful lives

and have good relationships with their family, and be able to study in school

or have a job that's meaningful to them.

It's working holistically, it's working as a team with other professionals

it's bringing hope to people

who might otherwise have severe difficulties in their life caused by mental illness.

The thing I enjoyed most about the course

was the quality of teaching and the variety of the content that we covered.

My favourite thing about the course is that if I ever have any questions

about the topics that we are learning, or certain papers that we've discussed,

chances are my professors either wrote that paper, or know who wrote that paper

so they are able to really give first-hand knowledge on what it's discussing.

It has good alliances with other NHS services, and also, it really does

open doors for students whether it be here in London, or here in Europe,

or outside of Europe. It really does give you a lot of opportunities, and so I felt compelled to apply for the course here.

I really loved the way they've done this MSc, I feel like I have learnt so much.

I like the structure of the course in that it really lends itself to learning a comprehensive view of Early Intervention in Psychosis.

At the time that I studied, I was working as well, so this allowed me to

do two days of full-time study and then work for the rest of the week around my study at home.

The opportunity to do research and to have a clinical placement lets us have real world experience of this topic.

We explored, for instance, pharmacology, we explored psychology, we explored research methods.

I would say my favourite module is Pyschosocial Interventions in Psychosis,

purely because there is such a big emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,

which is widely used, but with the course it does allow you to see different therapies

used within Early Intervention in Psychosis and it allows you to think differently

and it allows you to understand that there are other alternatives out there used to support individuals with psychosis.

My favourite module has been the Research Methods in Early Psychosis module

because we've learned about a lot of new and innovative ways of studying mental illness

that I wouldn't have been exposed to had I not been in this MSc.

You are exposed to people who are at the top of their field in terms of research

but they are also clinicians, so you always have a balance of theory

as well as how does what we do matter, how does this research matter to real people in practice.

My research project is about engaging people within the community into early intervention centres

and so our focus is on black minority groups and we'll be trying to

understand their perspective on mental health and whether this reflects on the admission rates.

In my research project we're learning about the effect that stress has on paranoia

based on someone's level of schizotypal personality traits.

So, it'll be through different games and assessments that we're giving the participants.

My tips to get the most out of the course would be to stay on top of the reading and the note taking

because that alleviates lots of stress when it comes to preparing

for coursework and exams, and to make sure you get enough sleep.

I feel like coming to King's and getting involved has really put me in a position

where I can network with people,

get involved in a lot of different things, and really come out of my shell.

What I learned on my clinical placement was that the real life setting is very different

to the theory that we learn in the lecture theatre.

So, it was useful to see the reality and to apply our knowledge in the real context.

After completing the Early Intervention MSc, I was lucky enough to get a job at the service

where I did my placement, so I was Assistant Psychologist there for a year.

After finishing my MSc, I got accepted onto a PhD course on a full scholarship and I am studying psychosis, still.

I think this course will help me achieve my plans for the future by really giving me a sense

of the landscape in Early Intervention whether that's policy wise or research wise,

it's helpful to know where the field's at now, so that I can enter being fully prepared.

I'd recommend the Early Intervention in Psychosis course because the quality of teaching is excellent,

you're being taught by people who are experts in the field, and there is really up-to-date research being used in your lectures.

I really loved the facilities at King's. The lecture theatres are great. A lot of the rooms

now have audio recordings and video recordings which is such a good resource

if you're a student trying to keep up, so really great facilities on the campus.

I would recommend studying Early Intervention in Psychosis through this Masters

because it provides a well-rounded view of Early Intervention and of psychotic disorders,

but it also provides a lot of material that is translatable to other areas of mental illness.

Even though this MSc is very specific, you learn a lot, you learn a specific

area of clinical practice from so many different angles, that it's going to really benefit you no matter what you do afterwards.

My tips for writing a successful application to the course would be to not just write a transcript

of your grades but to try and give a bit of a flavour of who you are as a person,

your values and your experience and how that fits with the ideals of Early Intervention.

If you are interested in understanding why individuals are at high risk, and if you are interested

in what factors are causing individuals to experience symptoms of psychosis, I believe this is the course for you.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy - Tulsa - Duration: 2:43.

One of the hallmarks of getting older is a decline in hormone levels.

Production of estrogen, testosterone, and many other hormones start to taper off

when we reach our 20s and 30s.

This change in hormones leads to many symptoms, such as: anxiety, depression, fatigue,

erectile dysfunction, migraines, weight gain, and low libido.

Good news is, there is a safe, natural way to get it all in balance.

We're Drs. Mark & Michele Sherwood, of the Functional Medical Institute.

At our clinic we use bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to help you

feel like yourself again.

The first thing we do is test levels of various hormones in your blood.

Then, the goal is to restore the levels back to where they were in your physical prime

so you can look and feel better than you have in years.

Through testing, we are able to prescribe the perfect dose for optimal balance.

This degree of personalization offers all patients a hormone regimen

that is just right for them.

To get hormones back in balance, we use bioidentical hormone pellets, which are identical to what

your body would naturally produce.

These pellets are placed under your skin to consistently release small, physiologic

doses of hormones, providing optimal therapy.

Unlike typical oral and transdermal forms of therapy - which produce "roller coaster" effect of

hormone levels - bioidentical hormone pellets is the only method of therapy that provides

sustained hormone levels throughout the day, for up to 6 months,

without any "roller coaster" effect.

Some of the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy include:

prevention of osteoporosis, protection from heart disease, increased lean muscle mass,

decreased fat, improved libido, consistency in moods, and much, much more.

Because the hormones we use are completely natural, pellet therapy is ideal for those

wanting to balance their hormones, without the drawbacks of using

synthetic forms of replacement.

If you think you're struggling with hormone imbalance, the next step is to schedule an

appointment so we run tests to find out what is really going on in your body.

We'll use these results to develop your customized plan

and get you feeling like yourself once again.

Yoga with Lorrie Lynch: Child's Pose - Duration: 1:31.

Child's pose is best known as a resting pose,

but it's also a gentle stretch for the hips, thighs and ankles.

Come onto hands and knees again as you did for tabletop.

And now bring the big toes together and sink your hips back

toward your heels and widen the knees.

Bring the torso down toward the knees

and the forehead down toward the floor,

and let the forearms press down into the mat out in front of you.

If this feels like too much strain on the neck,

use your block to rest your forehead.

Now, as you inhale in child's pose, breathe into the back of the torso

and slightly curve the back.

And then exhale fully and allow the lungs to deflate.

So stay with this pose for at least one minute.

To rise out of it, extend the arms

and inhale.

Exhale as you tip the tail back toward your heels to rise up.

And let the toes curl into the mat to give them a stretch

as you steady the breath.

Halo Wars Definitive Edition Legendary Gold Walkthrough - Mission 09 The Flood - Duration: 20:58.

All you have to do in this mission is to get Hornets.

They are basically the best option because of their speed - if you micro them, you can also dodge Flood Launcher's projectiles.

Going ground might be taking too much time, also Skull is in place unreachable for them.

You have to build your economy, get to the 4th tech level and then train Hornets.

If you want to finish this mission as fast as possible here is a small guide.

Build your Reactor first and train one Warthog - then build Supply Pads.

Send Warthog immediately to the Spartans, after it, place them west to the Gravemind.

There is one Flood Launcher that can be destroyed easily. There, your Spartans will be mostly out of range for Flood units and Launchers.

It's doable on Legendary but it's very hard, you can finish the mission in less than 5 minutes.

Big thanks to the Bulldog Team ^.^
