North Korean defectors resettled to countries around the world are meeting in Brussels for

their first-ever global congress.

The gathering, held Tuesday with 30 representatives in attendance, is the first time defector

groups from South Korea, Asia, the U.S. and Europe have met, though they've each held

events in their own countries of residence.

They discussed the human rights abuses in North Korea, vowed to work toward the North's

democratization... and denounced the regime's nuclear development.

They also urged the international community to classify the Kim Jong-nam murder as an

act of state-sponsored terrorism by North Korea... and called for a UN investigation

Negotiating With Your Spouse Pt 1 - Does It Make Sense for You? - Duration: 4:12.

Hi guys.

This is part 1 of a 4-part series on negotiating with your spouse.

And today we're talking about whether it makes sense to do it.

Now, the key in deciding whether it makes sense to negotiate with your spouse is whether

the two of you are able to negotiate on a roughly equal footing.

That is, neither one of you needs to be able to dictate terms to the other.

If that's the case for you and your spouse, then it probably is going to make sense for

you to negotiate with each other.

But let's talk about some things that flow from that – that constitute disqualifiers,

things that would make you say nope, this is not the right case for us to negotiate

with each other.

The first disqualifier is a no-brainer.

If domestic violence is ongoing in your relationship.

That's a great big 'ole UN-UNH.

Don't do that.

If domestic violence is present and continuing in your relationship, the victim needs an

advocate to allow him or her to negotiate on an equal footing with the spouse, the perpetrator.

Now if the perpetrator also wants to get an advocate, that's his or her decision, but

the victim needs to have an advocate.

If one of you is impaired or mentally ill, I'm thinking that that person probably cannot

focus on the issues successfully, and therefore you need to find another way to work out the

terms of your divorce.

This next one is a little more subtle, but listen closely: if one of you is dramatically

more astute than the other, you shouldn't try to negotiate directly with each other.

What I have in mind here is one person who knows everything there is to know about the financial

aspects of all of this, and the other is clueless.

Well, that doesn't mean they can't negotiate with each other, but it does mean that the

one who is less informed needs to have someone advising him or her, either in the session

when they're negotiating, or off line between sessions.

And finally, if you have a lawyer, and your lawyer has told you "don't negotiate with

your spouse," then pay attention to your lawyer's advice and don't do it.

Otherwise, let's say that none of those disqualifiers is present in your case, I think

it does make sense for you and your spouse to negotiate directly with each other.

For starters, it will save you money.

And the reason I say it's going to save you money is you don't have to pay lawyers,

you don't have to pay mediators, you don't have to pay anybody else.

It's just you and your spouse working out the terms of your divorce.

And if the two of you can do that, you really will come out better financially.

It keeps you in control.

If you and your spouse are negotiating directly with each other, you're talking about what

matters to you and your spouse.

You're not talking about issues that your lawyer thinks are important, or that the judge

thinks are important, or that your Mama thinks are important.

It's the things that matter to you and your spouse.

And that's important.

It's faster.

If you and your spouse are negotiating directly with each other, you and your spouse can sit

down at the kitchen table and work this out tonight.

You don't have to wait for the next meeting.

You don't have to wait for the next exchange of letters.

You can just get it done.

And there's a lot to be said for getting it done quickly.

And finally, this is probably not the last time you and your spouse are going to have

to work out some issue that is current between the two of you.

If you and your spouse are able to negotiate successfully, this will be good practice for

those negotiating issues that lie ahead.

And particularly if you have children, this is something you're going to do all the

time, so you might as well get into the habit now.

CAUSES & HOME REMEDIES FOR INSOMNIA II नींद ना आने के कारण और घरेलू उपचार II - Duration: 6:03.

Welcome to health care at home

The problem we are going to discuss today, we have received lot of emails, comments

Even personally also many people has requested me to do an episode on this problem.

And that problem is Insomnia meaning nability to sleep

It is spreading so widely that out of 5 every 2 persons are suffering from this.

Our life-style is the reason behind this problem,

Either you are govt.servant, working, service man or business man.

Now a days everyone is habitual of late night parties.

Somewhere or other we goes for late night parties or late night movie shows.

Slowly you get indulge in this routine and later on it becomes habit.

Earlier people used to sleep between 7 pm to 9 pm but now a days nobody sleeps till 12 am.

Due to this problem is Insomnia is getting increased.

Why does it happen?

The major reason behind Insomnia is stress

Now you'll say that we are having stress in our life, so what to do about this

I'm not talking about that stress rather I'm talking about the stress which you have created

One of the major stress you are taking from TV

You must be laughing on this.

You have TV in your bedroom & you watch TV till you are absolutely sleepy.

I've often seen people watching TV by laying on bed in result

What all happens in TV that affects your mind

Suppose you are watching an emotional serial

Those emotions are running in your mind & you sleep when you turn off the TV.

Although you sleep but your mind is still awake because

Those emotions will run in your mind in result

You'll not be able to have sound sleep

Similarly if you are watching any horror serial before sleeping

Those horror feelings still runs in your mind even when you are sleeping

Due to this your mind doesn't get proper rest

In result you don't feel fresh next morning also you are disturb in night while sleeping and then inability to sleep

Second major stress in our life is Mobile.

Till sleeping you are busy on mobile, it also creates an unwanted stress.

It doesn't let your mind get relax.

Sp you should keep the mobile and Tv away from your bedroom.

And you should stop watching Tv & mobile before 30 mins or in fact I would recommend before 1 hour.

Have a relaxing time with your family. Must wash your feet, hand and face before sleeping

Then go to your bedroom.

Why does Insomnia happen? It happens due to stress as I said.

In fact due to Impulsiveness, anger also problem of insomnia happens.

Any type of impulsiveness creates Insomnia.

If the atmosphere of the room is not good where in you are sleeping

Dirty environment is also the reason of Insomnia, If your bedroom is stinking.

If there is a dirty burning smoke near your bedroom can be the reason of Insomnia.

So you should always keep the neat and clean environment of your bedroom.

If possible spread some flowers or any kind of fragrance as in it will reduce the stress & gives sound sleep

There are lot of other reason of Insomnia. Smoking, consuming caffeine are the reason for it.

Eating stale food are the reason of Insomnia

Excess labour can also be the reason behind Insomnia

Consumption of sleeping pills are the major reason behind Insomnia

Initially sleeping pills are very effective but later on they become the reason of Insomnia with lot of side effects.

Don't take sleeping pills, if you are suffering from Insomnia

We'll share some remedies. Since its a detailed subject

So I'll share everything in details and for that it may possible that I'll do 2-3 episodes.

Let's talk about remedies. Fenugreek Seeds

Take Fenugreek Leaves, grind it and extract it juice.

Add 1 tsp honey in 2 tsp fenugreek leaves juice and consume it at the time of sleeping

Do this remedy till the problem of Insomnia is not cured.

Due to Insomnia you are unable to sleep and in result you eyes are red next morning.

Becasue your eyes doesn't get proper oxygen & through out the day you'll feel sleepy.

So do this remedy, you'll surely get relief in Insomnia.

An another best remedy . Take ripe banana, mash it and add some reoasted cumin seeds powder

Also add Cinnamon powder. mix well and consume this before 15 mins of sleeping

Calciopoli Scandal Explained - Duration: 5:48.

The mere mention 'Calciopoli' stirs a variety of emotions in Italian football fans.

Commonly referred to as a 'match-fixing scandal', it implicated a

number of high profile teams including: Juventus, A.C. Milan , Fiorentina , and

Lazio among others . The scandal first came to light as a consequence

of investigations of prosecutors on the Italian football agency GEA World.

Investigations were already being conducted regarding claims of

doping by Juve's team doctor in the 90s, when Police unearthed a serious of

phone conversations between top executives and referee designators in

Serie A. Despite being described as a 'match-fixing scandal', the actual allegation

relates Juventus Sporting Director — Luciano Moggi — attempting

to influence results by picking certain referees he considered more favorable to Juventus

or more likely to err in favor of Juve on a dubious call.

Transcripts of recorded telephone conversations published in Italian

newspapers suggested that during the 2004-2005 season, Moggi and Antonio

Giraudo had conversations with several officials of Italian football to influence referee appointments.

During the scandal it was claimed Gazzetta Dello

Sport's sales spiked by 50,000 copies a day, with Italian sports journalist

Giancarlo Galavotti claiming, 'Even the old women going to the market in the

morning want to read about this - it is astonishing."

On 4 July 2006, the Italian Football Federation's prosecutor, Stefano Palazzi,

called for all four clubs at the centre of the scandal to be thrown out of Serie

A. Lazio, Fiorentina and Juventus were all initially demoted to Serie B, with

varying degrees of points deductions for each clubs.

The case underwent a lengthy set of appeals.

Ultimately, it was Juventus that incurred the harshest penalty.

The prosecution alleged Moggi & Giraudo along

with referee designators Pairetto & Bergamo created a system to alter the outcome

of matches, and other teams ( such as Lazio and Fiorentina) "used" that system too.

On the other hand, Milan tried to create an alternative system with Collina & some linesmen.

According to the investigations, Moggi had made phone calls to

referees using swiss simcards to avoid wiretaps from the police.

The combination of these two things was enough

to punish Juventus, handing down the severest punishment.

The Old Lady was demoted to Serie B, stripped of league titles from 2004-05 and

2005-06, the latter of which was given to Inter Milan, and deducted nine points

after appealing an initial deduction of 30 points.

Of the other clubs, Milan were deducted 8 points for the upcoming season, 30

points from the previous campaign, and forced to play one game behind closed doors.

Reggiana were deducted 9 points and fined £20,000.

Lazio were forced to place two games behind closed doors, deducted 3 points

for the upcoming campaign, and removed from the UEFA Cup.

Fiorentina were docked 15 points, forced to play two games

behind closed doors, as well as being removed from the upcoming Champions

League. Now in Italy's second tier, Juve's demotion

sparked an exodous of players including Lillian Thuram, Zlatan Ibrahimovic,

Patrick Vieira and World Cup winning defender Fabio Cannavaro.

Some players did stay, including Pavel Nedved, Gianluigi Buffon, David Trezeguet

and Alessandro Del Piero.

Juventus initially announced their intention to appeal through the Italian

administrative courts, but later dropped their appeal the day before it was to be heard.

The club did this because the court that was due to judge them had

already rejected the appeals of other clubs just days before, and as such Juve

believed it was a lost cause.

The Juventus board resigned in mid-May, followed shortly by Moggi.

The once bespectacled mastermind of Juventus was later banned from football for life.

Speaking on the matter, Moggi said, "I don't have either the strength nor the

willingness to answer any question.

I miss my soul, it has been killed.

Tomorrow I'll be resigning, since tonight the football world isn't my world anymore.

I'll think only to defend myself from all allegations and wicked actions."

On September 9, 2015, the Supreme Court released a 150-page document explaining the final ruling of the case.

Moggi's remaining charges were cancelled without a new trial due to statute

of limitations, but the court made clear that his unwarranted activities incurred

significant damage to Italian football, not only in sporting, but also in economic terms.

The court confirmed that Moggi was actively involved in the sporting fraud

which was intended to favor Juventus and increase his own personal benefits.

The document also stated that Moggi had "unjustified and excessive

power within Italian football," which he used to exert influence over referees,

other club officials and media, thereby creating "an illegal system to

condition matches of the 2004/05 championship (and not just those)."
