UNDERSTANDING THE LANGUAGE OF THE HEART THE ORIGINAL LANGUAGE

by Edward Morgan

The following article was written by one of my first spiritual teachers.

At a time in my life when I needed some direction, I really reached out and set the intention.

I was lost and needed guidance, and just as the old saying goes, when the student is ready

the teacher will appear.

Daniel travels the world teaching meditation techniques and practices (along with a lot

of other cool stuff as well).

We sat down for an interview and he also shared this important article he wrote:

The Language of the Heart: The Original Language

By Daniel Mitel

I was recently asked to explain the language of the heart.

The question was basically:

Do we have something like that?

A language of the heart? Yes we do.

It is exceedingly difficult to present enlarged concepts and advanced truth in the attempt

to expand the consciousness of the heart and enhanced spiritual perception when we are

restricted to the use of the circumscribed language of our planet.

Sometimes we have to make efforts to convey our meanings of the heart messages using the

word symbols of the Earth languages.

Obviously a long time ago, prior to the fall from unity consciousness into polarities,

we used one language: the language of the heart.

What is the language of the heart?

Once we are able to move our spirit inside the heart, then we are able to speak

with any human (or non-human) using a specific language that is used all over the universe.

Of course there is a condition here: That person must also be in the heart when you

are in your heart.

Although, even if that person is not in the heart, through the language of the heart you

can speak and connect with the Higher Self of that person.

We really believe that this is going to be the communication of the future.

The only way to communicate with anybody in the Universe is through the language of the

heart.

While we are using the language of the heart automatically, the higher concepts of universe

personality are expressed within us: identity, self-consciousness, self-will, and possibility

for self-revelation.

The language of the heart is related with forgiveness and love.

We are born inherently kind and naturally compassionate.

The better man understands his neighbour, the easier it will be to forgive him, even

to love him.

Using the language of the heart we are able to forgive ourselves and all our trespassers.

When we are in love our minds cease to be, they stop functioning.

The reason is obvious: When we are deeply in love, the present is the only time that

exists; we are completely open, without caring about the past or the future.

Our language is different when we are in love.

Normally we aim to prove something principles and beliefs, opinions, and arguments are at

the base of our language.

When we are in love our language is concerned with our lovers, and it helps their transformation.

It is a communication from heart to heart, not a debate from mind to mind.

Author, pioneer, neurocardiologist/researcher and neurologist Dr. J. Andrew Armour, M.D.,

Ph.D., from the University of Montreal in Canada, discovered a sophisticated collection

of neurons in the heart organized into a small but complex nervous system.

The hearts nervous system contains around 40,000 neurons called sensory neurites that

communicate with the brain.

Dr. Armour called it the Little Brain in the Heart.

It has been known for many years that memory is a distributive process.

You cant localize memory to a neuron or a group of neurons in the brain.

This is big.

Basically, it is scientific confirmation that our hearts can make decisions independent

of the brain.

It is scientific confirmation that our hearts have memories!

A few years ago, an interesting medical case happened: A gentle, soft-spoken woman who

never drank alcohol and hated football got a heart transplant from a crashed biker donor

and turned into an aggressive beer drinking football fan.

The biker was a well-known football fan that liked to drink a lot of beer.

This fact is only one of a few of the many cases reported as evidence of something new

and extraordinary happening to heart transplant recipients: They seem to take on the likes

and dislikes of their donors!

How is unconditional love communicated between master and student?

Through the Heart!

The favourite language between the two is silence, quietness, and stillness.

When the students meet the Masters, spoken words are almost irrelevant.

The silence between words become most important.

Their compassion, their love, their gestures are important.

Their eyes and their signals, their empathy and tolerance are more important than words.

Referring to love and duality, Osho once said that Krishnamurti and Zen systems are all

concerned with how to create more consciousness because we are unconscious.

They are concerned with how to be more aware and alert, how to move from unconsciousness

toward consciousness.

But this is duality unconscious and conscious.

Basically Osho said that if we move from unconsciousness to consciousness we are moving from one duality

to another.

Unless we move beyond both we can never reach the ultimate.

We need to go beyond both, to be neither the unconscious nor the conscious just be!

Honestly, in our Earthly experiences only love can give us a glimpse into what Osho

is talking about.

Only love goes beyond duality.

When we are in deep love, we transcend the distance between us.

Duality dissolves and we arrive at absolute love, absolute oneness!

The Masters tell us that unconditional love is a beautiful journey that helps us, for

a moment, touch the absolute love.

This is the highest peak; then we will have to come back.

We get so dizzy up there, on this peak, that we need to go back to the valley.

It is so high up there that it is difficult to stay.

So we need to go up constantly again and again until we learn to pass the dizziness, the

sensation of spinning around.

We need to learn to live on the peak, to live of absolute love.

We might ask ourselves what is the difference.

Well, when we are on our way to the peak we feel love, but when we arrive on the peak,

we become love.

I got to reconnect with Daniel on his recent trip to Toronto where he visited us at the

Collective Evolution Headquarters.

We got to speak about his story, of how he almost died when his car broke down in the

Himalayas and he was saved by a group of Buddhist Monks.

We talk about that and much much more.

How to Make Your Breasts Bigger without Having to Gain Weight - Duration: 2:37.

How to Make Your Breasts Bigger without Having to Gain Weight

Women have different body styles, that is, some have denser breasts with less fatty tissue,

while others have the more fatty tissue.

That is the reason why not all women gain or lose their breast weight in the same way.

Since many women want to have bigger boobs, the easiest way to achieve this, as they believe,

is to gain weight.

But, not all women want to put on more weight just for the sake of bigger breasts, and not

all ladies want to undergo surgery.

Fortunately, there are natural ways to accomplish this.

That should be a combination of various lifestyle changes, such as regular training and herbal

treatments.

When it comes to lifestyle changes, you will need to include more exercise, especially

exercises that target the breasts.

For example, you should always do push-ups, lift weights, wall presses and chest presses

as well.

With your help, you will build muscle in the chest area and make your breasts bigger, firmer,

and perkier.

These exercises are very easy and will only take several minutes of your time:

Set your workout bench to 60 degrees and take two dumbbells.

Lie down on the table and rest your dumbbells on your thighs.

Then, bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height, palms forward.

Press them straight up into the air on your chest until they are about an inch away.

Then lower them gradually.

Breast massage is another great way to improve circulation and absorption of nutrients.

That will lead to an increase of the breasts.

Massage them every day.

Also, when it comes to your bra, make sure you are wearing the right size since the wrong

size will make your breasts appear smaller, saggier, and less attractive.

Posture is also important to work on it as the whole.

According to some women, certain herbs have helped them increase their nipple size.

Some of them are:

Fenugreek: stimulates prolactin production that influences breast enlargement.

Fennel: Fennel and fennel seeds have an abundance of flavonoids that promote the growth of breast

tissue cells.

Saw palmetto this herb prevents excess testosterone that is known to prevent the development of

breasts.

Stay healthy and positive!

Share and make your loved ones aware!

Helas - Oscar Wilde (Poem narrated by Jordan Harling) | Jordan Harling Reads - Duration: 1:06.

To drift with every passion till my soul Is a stringed lute on which all winds can

play Is it for this that I have given away

Mine ancient wisdom and austere control?

Methinks my life is a twice-written scroll Scrawled over on some boyish holiday

With idle songs for pipe and virelay Which do but mar the secret of the whole.

Surely there was a time I might have trod The sunlit heights and from life's dissonance

Struck one clear chord to reach the ears of God:

Is that time dead?

Lo with a little rod I did but touch the honey of romance—

And must I lose a soul's inheritance?

Howard Dean Tulsi - Duration: 10:03.

America's justified in going into any

country and starting wars and throwing

bombs and killing thousands of innocent

people and tall she is the only one

who's brave enough to stand up and say

that that's wrong and I commend her i

have her back on one hundred percent i

love everything she's saying i love

everything she's doing right now welcome

everyone to the progressive social

warriors where we speak truth to power

we speak truth to the Republican and

Democratic Party but especially the

Democratic Party because that's why we

have Trump so we're going to get into

howard dean the asshole clown moron I

don't know who listens to this guy

anymore I know I don't I know no

progressives do that's for sure he's

going around making his news cycles

cluck in China smear cult c4 for not

going along with the propaganda that the

media and the Democrats and Republicans

wat America to believe and try to

brainwash America into thinking that

America is justified and going into any

country and starting wars and throwing

bombs and killing thousands of innocent

people and tulsi is the only one who's

brave enough to stand up and and say

that that's wrong and I commend her i

have her back on one hundred percent i

love everything she's saying i love

everything she's doing right now she's

got my support one hundred percent so

we're going to get into this more on

howard dean said thank you well today

Trump met with Democratic congresswoman

Tulsi Gabbard for why this is amazing

what did it going on here Gabbard

released this statement after the

meeting saying while the rules of

political expediency would say should

have refused to be with President like

Trump I never have and never will play

politics with American and Syrian live

for years the issue of ending

interventions regime change warfare has

been one of my top parties let me be

clear i will never allow partisanship to

undermine our national security when the

lives of countless people and about

there's a woman a politician kelsey it

was very anti intervention like yourself

about this Middle East that we seized

against the whole regime change number

and now she's going there with a way of

maybe saying maybe we can get a deal

with Russia maybe there is a way to that

somehow end the bloodshed in Syria and

keep us out well I mean that's if she

believes an interesting person and the

people from Hawaii basically have heard

tabbed as extremely ambitious with

flexible principle no idea now people

get mad at me for stopping the video but

sorry he just mix shit up people who

know why are saying what how the hell

did you know people Hawaii are saying

this case such a moron he's such a son

of a bitch man that whole Democratic

Party is this case such a imeem she was

a lefty for Bernie and now she's talking

about running against mazie Hirono who's

a left-wing her liberal senator from

Hawaii so who knows what this is all

about investing I don't know I could

tell you what it's all about it's about

someone who's trying to protect the

American people the American government

and media try to portray anyone who who

doesn't want to go to war as unpatriotic

when as far as I'm concerned there's a

mole the most patriotic people the other

ones looking out for American brothers

and sisters mothers and dads who are

going to have to sacrifice their lives

for nonsense sacrifice their lives for

the rich for for no justification in any

of these wars it's all for the rich it's

all for corporations to fill their

pockets none of it has to do with being

moral or just let's not forget I mean

bush bush went into Iraq illegally he

went to the UN ask permission you went

to know you don't have enough evidence

and he just decided to make the

Coalition of the Willing and we're gonna

invade anyways and how many thousands of

people and kids got killed I don't see

no pictures of that why don't they ever

saw those

cheers so you're going to come around

tell me now you're you're the just

immoral government that's gonna that's

going to police the world when when

there's atrocities out there where I

don't see you anywhere because there's

no profit in it but as soon as there's

profit in it you're right there front

and center anyways let's let's continue

vacation for these horrific chemical

weapons attacks I'll be the first one to

denounce him but the key is now with

president Trump's reckless military

strikes last night it flew directly in

the face of the action that the UN was

working on at that time to launch an

independent investigation to find out

exactly what the facts are who was

involved who was responsible that is

Hawaii congresswoman tulsi gabbard she's

an Iraq vet and member of the Foreign

Affairs Committee and she's casting

doubt on the president's claim that the

Syrian government was indeed behind the

chemical attack that killed as many as a

hundred people last Tuesday let's bring

in Howard sorry real quick I won't stop

it too much cash think that's just you

put casting doubt note else you wanted

an investigation done what's wrong with

that that's normal that's what you're

supposed to do if something happened

before we start throwing missiles and

maybe starting World War three why don't

we find out what happened first no no no

we're just going to we're just going to

throw 54 missiles at a country with with

breaking it with null no permission from

anyone just we're just going to do it

because we're justified in doing it even

though we we sell millions and millions

of arms to Saudi Arabia who's going

around making a disaster in the Middle

East killing thousands of people but

that's okay because they're our friends

I love talk to you for doing this I

think she had I think she's so brave for

doing it I have all the respect for her

for standing up because she knew that

this was going to happen she knew she

would be smeared and and that she would

be talked about as being unpatriotic and

and what's wrong with her and Howard

Dean asshole

she's great for doing this Jane former

vermont governor former DNC chair and an

MSNBC contributor Republican strategist

Susan Dell perseo both front and center

right here good to have you guys Howard

how do you respond to Tulsa guidance

outrageous there's a long well known

history both in our intelligence

committee Amnesty International doctors

without borders every single one of

these agencies have said that Assad is

using chemical weapons he's a barbarian

he's murdered half a million of his own

people I can't imagine how you could

make a statement like that especially

being on a Foreign Relations Committee I

can't imagine what could possibly

they're going through her head and to

that end you I go to Twitter I'm going

to read it right already okay go ahead

okay so you said that Gabbard should not

be in Congress that this is a disgrace

all she's asking for is proof though is

if you're on the Foreign Relations

Committee you haven't seen the proof in

the last five and a half years it aside

as the butcher used chemical weapons

there's something the matter with you I

am tired of people making excuses this

is no different than Putin making I mean

then chump making excuses for food we've

had enough of this let's talk about fact

and the fact is that Assad is a butcher

a murder and he has repeatedly over the

past few years used chemical weapons on

his own people what more do you want I

don't know I want one hundred percent

proof that that happened before world

war three happens which I don't know if

anyone out there thinks that that might

not happen you better wake up and smell

the coffee because that could happen a

miserable is the wrong way hits a hits a

Russian airplane a Russian airplane by

mistake hits an American ship or

whatever vice versa and there you go so

I can mental to use bravery for what

she's doing I think she's the most

patriotic out person out there right now

who knows better who wants peace and not

worn and I don't understand man like the

Democrats are supposed to be the party

of let's let's have diplomatic solutions

now Democrats

publicans its let's just go to war and

if anyone has anything negative to say

about it there-there unpatriotic there

they're not American but when really

they're the most American those are the

ones that we should praise those are the

ones that are doing the right thing

protecting Americans because you

assholes what your your fellow Americans

to go get killed over over asshole rich

corporations so they can fill their

pockets because that's all that's

happening there's no moral the American

government doesn't care about kids or

anyone dying because if they did they

want to go around the world starting

illegal Wars killing thousands of people

it's sad I got tossed his back I don't

know what you guys think out there let

me know I think Howard Dean's is clown I

don't think anyone even listens to this

idiot anymore and yeah let me know what

you guys think Thanks remember guys

pizza why is bizarre junk food while

pizza can be healthy if you make it the

right way most of the pizza you buy

counts as junk food because of the high

amount of refined carbohydrates fat and

sodium it can find fat content the

cheese and pizza is high in saturated

fat which increases your risk for high

Local contestant's run on Amazing Race is over - Duration: 5:03.

As you may know, First News has

been following local contestant

Jessica

Shields -- a K-9 officer with

the Youngstown Police

Department.

Unfortunately, she was

eliminated last week.

But as she tells Dan and Rich --

being on the hit reality show

was a once-in-a-

lifetime experience.

DAN MARTIN: HAPPY TO BE HERE

AGAIN WITH JESSICA SHIELDS,

YOUNGSTOWN K9 OFFICER AND

"AMAZING RACE" CONTESTANT,

JESSICA, UNFORTUNATELY KNOW YOUR

TIME ON THAT SHOW IS

DONE. JESSICA SHIELDS: IT IS

DAN: WHAT WAS YOUR REACTION

WATCHING THAT BACK THE OTHER

NIGHT? JESSICA: EMOTIONAL. I

CRIED A LITTLE BIT. SO, IT WAS

SAD. DAN: SO, FOR PEOPLE WHO

MIGHT HAVE MISSED THE EPISODE,

THIS ONE TOOK YOU FROM

PANAMA, WHERE YOU WERE AT THE

END OF THE FIRST EPISODE. YOU

HAD

TO FLY TO BRAZIL. AND THEN WHAT

HAPPENED WITH YOUR PARTNER

THERE ON THIS WHOLE TRIP THIS

TIME.

JESSICA: MY PARTNER DID END UP

GETTING SICK, WHICH THEY DIDN'T

SHOW. AND WE WERE BEHIND IN

FLIGHTS. WE WERE THE LAST FLIGHT

TO LAND IN BRAZIL. SO WE STARTED

OFF BEHIND EVERYONE - HOURS

AND HOURS BEHIND. AND WITH HER

BEING SICK IT WAS TOUGH. SHE

MUSCLED THROUGH IT, BUT IT WAS

JUST A TOUGH SITUATION. BEING

BEHIND EVERYBODY AND TRYING TO

CATCH UP, TRYING TO

CATCH UP. RICH MORGAN: I GUESS

WHAT I

ALWAYS WONDERED TOO. THIS IS A

VERY ACTIVE SHOW, BUT

DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO GET

SOMETHING TO EAT, GET

SOMETHING TO DRINK, TO REST TO

CONTINUE ON.

JESSICA: NOT REALLY. THEY GIVE

YOU YOUR LEG MONEY SO YOU

DECIDE TO SPEND IT ON WATER OR

FOOD IF YOU LIKE. WE DECIDED TO

KEEP IT. SO, WE DIDN'T BUY ANY

FOOD OR WATER, WHICH PROBABLY

WAS DETRIMENTAL TO US AS WELL.

RICH: AFTER WATCHING IT ALL

THESE YEARS, AND I'M SURE YOU

CAN'T TELL ME TOO MUCH, BUT,

WHAT

HAPPENS WHEN YOU'RE ELIMINATED,

ARE YOU FLOWN TO AN

ISLAND SOMEWHERE OR WHAT?

JESSICA: THEY TAKE VERY GOOD

CARE OF YOU. THEY SEND YOU TO

SEQUESTER. AND I'M NOT SURE I'M

ALLOWED TO SAY WHERE WE WENT,

BUT THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF

US. DAN: THE SECOND THAT YOU ARE

ELIMINATED FROM THE RACE, IS IT

ALMOST IMMEDIATE THAT YOU GRAB

WHAT YOU HAVE AND GO TO THAT

PLACE? JESSICA: YEP DAN: SO

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK

HERE, TO HOME TO

YOUNGSTOWN UNTIL THE ENTIRE SHOW

IS DONE TAPING.

JESSICA: RIGHT, THE ENTIRE SHOW.

RICH: AND WE CAN'T ASK YOU

ANYTHING ABOUT WHO YOU THINK

MIGHT WIN. BUT, DO YOU THINK. IT

SEEMS LIKE ALL THESE SHOWS, YOU

GET A SECOND CHANCE IF THEY

LIKE YOU, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO

BE ON NEXT?

JESSICA: I WOULD LIKE A REDO AT

"AMAZING RACE," BUT MY ULTIMATE

GOAL IS TO BE ON "SURVIVOR" I'M

GONNA KEEP TRYING UNTIL I GET

ON. RICH: I THINK YOU'D HAVE A

BETTER

CHANCE ON "SURVIVOR" BECAUSE YOU

WOULDN'T HAVE TO

WORRY ABOUT DIRECTIONS. JESSICA:

EXACTLY. I COMPLETELY

AGREE. RICH: BECAUSE YOU HAVE

THE

STRENGTH AND ABILITY TO DO ALL

THOSE CHALLENGES.

DAN: YEAH. JESSICA: YES, I

DEFINATELY DO. AND DIRECTIONS

ARE NOT A STRONG SUIT OF MINE.

DAN: THERE MIGHT BE A COUPLE

THINGS YOU SAID YOU MIGHT,

LOOKING BACK NOW, REGRET OR

MIGHT HAVE WANTED TO DO

DIFFERENTLY. WHAT DID YOU MAYBE

LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF

IN THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE OR

SOMETHING YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE

KNOWN THAT YOU COULD GET DONE?

JESSICA: MAKE IT TO A

DESTINATION

WITHOUT A PHONE, WITHOUT MAPS,

IN ENGLISH. I MEAN WITHOUT

SPEAKING

ANOTHER LANGUAGE. JUST SHOWING

THAT WE COULD DO IT. LIKE, I

REALLY THOUGHT THAT I NEEDED A

MAN WITH ME FOR THIS GAME. IT

SHOWED THAT WE COULD DO IT. EVEN

THOUGH WE ONLY GOT TO THE

SECOND EPISODE. IT SHOWED WE

COULD DO IT WITHOUT A PHONE,

WITHOUT A MAN, BY OURSELVES AS

FEMALES.

RICH: HAD YOU DONE ANY WORLD

TRAVELING LIKE THIS BEFORE?

JESSICA: NO. RICH: SO THIS WAS A

BIG DEAL. OF

THOSE TWO PLACES, DID YOU SPEND

ENOUGH TIME TO THINK,

'MAYBE I'D LIKE TO GO BACK

THERE.' JESSICA: NOT REALLY. AND

THAT'S ONE OF MY REGRETS TO. I

DIDN'T SOAK IN THE SURROUNDINGS

OF

WHAT WE WERE DOING BECAUSE I WAS

SO FOCUSED ON THE RACE. I

FEEL LIKE, EVEN BEING IN THE

HELICOPTER, I BARELY REMEMBER

IT BECAUSE I WAS SO FOCUSED ON

READING THE CLUES AND WHAT

WE HAD TO DO NEXT AND YOU KNOW,

WHO'S GONNA DRIVE.

WHO'S GONNA TRY TO READ THE MAP.

SO I GUESS I REGRET NOT

SOAKING UP THE SURROUNDINGS OF

THE COUNTRIES WE WERE IN.

DAN: WE ASKED THIS BEFORE. SINCE

YOU'VE BEEN ELIMINATED. HAVE YOU

TALKED TO FRAN. HAVE YOU WATCHED

PARTS OF THAT SHOW

TOGETHER OR TALK ABOUT IT AFTER

IT AIRED.

JESSICA: WE WATCHED IT IN DALLAS

TOGETHER AND WE CRIED AND

WE TALKED ABOUT OUR REGRETS. BUT

I CAN'T REGRET THE EXPERIENCE

AS A WHOLE. IT WAS A ONCE IN A

LIFETIME EXPERIENCE. FRAN

AND I ARE REALLY GOOD FRIENDS.

WE'RE SO SIMILAR, IT'S AMAZING.

THAT

WAS PROBABLY DETRIMENTAL TO US.

WE HAD A LOT OF THE SAME

STRENGTHS A LOT OF THE SAME

WEAKNESSES. I HAVE FRIENDS FOR

LIFE FROM THE SHOW. AND IT WAS A

ONCE IN A LIFETIME

EXPERIENCE. AND I'M SO THANKFUL

I COULD TO IT.

DAN: YOUNGSTOWN K9 OFFICER AND

AMAZING RACE CONTESTANT.

YOU'RE TIME ON THAT SHOW HAS

ENDED. BUT WHO KNOWS. WHO

KNOWS WHERE WE MIGHT SEE AND

HEAR FROM JESSICA SHIELDS IN THE

FUTURE. SO STAY TUNED FOR THAT.

BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR

BEING WITH US THIS YEAR.

JESSICA: THANKS FOR HAVING ME.

Is Yoga Worth It? | ThatQuirkyGirl - Duration: 4:31.

hello and welcome back to my channel if

you're new here my name is Tally so

welcome and today you're joining me on

my yoga mat with my hair in a bun with

my favorite punny yoga t shirt on

because this is the first in a new

series that I'm trying which I'm calling

is it worth it and today I'm going to

tell you if yoga is worth it I've been

practicing yoga for about four years now

and I try to do it maybe two times a

week but sometimes you know I do less

sometimes I do more and all of the

obvious benefits of yoga I have noticed

happening so I'm more flexible and more

toned it helps me relax and destress

helps ground me in the mornings as well

it definitely also helps you be more

aware of your body in your day-to-day

life so you take all the principles of

yoga that you learn on the mat off the

mat and carry them on with your day to

day life I'm actually really struggling

to think of any downsides to doing yoga

other than the time it takes to do it but

that's time that you should spend in

other exercise anyway so I think it's

time well spent. I actually wrote my

dissertation on barriers to yoga and why

students in particular don't want to do

yoga my results showed that for a lot of

people it was about confidence and false

perceptions of yoga like people thinking

that it's just for hippie women and you

have to be super flexible and super fit

to do it but that is not the case at all

I've seen it so many men doing yoga

people of all shapes and sizes and ages

doing yoga it really is for everyone and

for a lot of people there was also the

perception that it would be easy and let

me tell you it's not easy some of the

classes are more relaxed if that's what

you're going for but then some of the

more strength based ones like Forrest

yoga or vinyasa flow they are intense and

they really do give you an ab workout so

I go to a lot of yoga classes and I

really enjoy the group setting of it and

kind of the motivation to do it because

everyone around you is also doing it

although there can be that pressure to

try and make your body just do the

shapes that the person next to you is

doing rather than doing it mindfully and

just pushing yourself as far as your

body can handle so I would definitely

try going to a class first for that

motivation and that teacher being in the

room with you to help you if you're

struggling or to

like reposition you have not quite got

it the first time but then watch out for

that peer pressure of the people around

you try not to watch what everyone else

is doing and just focus on your own mat

and I also do a lot of yoga at home in

my bedroom I like watching YouTube

videos where an instructor will guide

you through a practice my favorite is

yoga with Adriene and there are so so

many different types and different

lengths of time on the internet if you

search for it's going to be there the

one I've done today is the yoga cool

down from runners because I went for a

run yesterday for like the first time

and my legs I'm not thanking me today

for it I even stretched out afterwards

but today my legs are not feeling it so

I just did this quick practice I think

this one was about 20 minutes and now

I'm feeling good and stretched out and

loose they're like I said those videos

ranging from five minutes to three hours

on the internet if you look hard enough

and you don't need any specialist

equipment the mat that I use is a

camping roll map but you can use a rug a

towel or blanket you can even do a lot

of practices in your bed and some of the

practices are actually designed to be

done in your bed so it's nice and

relaxed and comfy. I've made some playlists

of my favorite home yoga practices to do

so I will link all of them below

and I'm going to separate it into

morning yoga so nice relaxing grounding

quick practices that you can do before your

day begins, some more like workout

practices where you definitely use your

muscles and can feel you

muscles being used and then I'll put some

more chilled ones in there as well for those

evenings or during the day when you just

want to chill out and focus. My comment

question for you today is do you

practice yoga and if so what style is

your favorite let's have a conversation

down in the comments. I really hope

you've enjoyed this video and if you

have please give me a thumbs up and

subscribe so that you can see my future

videos and make sure you hit that Bell

so you get notified. So is yoga

worth it? I say yes, let me know if you

agree or disagree with me thank you so

much for watching, bye

Behind the 'Curse of the Man Who Sees UFOs'

A new documentary captures the comedy and tragedy of Christo Roppolo, a man who's been

seeing UFOs since he was 8.

Christo Roppolo was eight years old when he was contacted by aliens for the first time.

He was at home with his younger brother when a creature that looked like Bullwinkle emerged

from a glowing ambulance and pressed itself against the window of his bedroom.

When he regained consciousness, his parents were in the room arguing with one another

and his younger brother had smeared soiled diapers all over the living room window, as

if in attempt to keep something out.

"[The alien] told me it was going to give me a little bite on the nose, but when I woke

up everything would be okay," Roppolo told Motherboard.

"For a long time after that, I didn't even want to go to sleep, but as a kid I didn't

place too much significance on what had happened.

As I got older, I started to realize that it wasn't just a dream."

Today, Roppolo is 57 years old and resides in Monterey, California, an idyllic coastal

city about 6 hours north of Los Angeles.

Although thousands of miles and five decades separate Roppolo from his childhood home in

the suburbs of Cleveland, the extraterrestrial encounters never stopped.

But instead of freaking out that the aliens were trying to contact him, Roppolo did what

any filmmaker would dohe grabbed his video camera and started shooting his encounters.

When Roppolo reached out to Justin Gaar, a filmmaker newly arrived in Los Angeles, he

had dozens of hours of UFO footage he had filmed around Monterey.

Roppolo was trying to make a movie out of this footage, but was dissatisfied with the

cut that had been given to him by his previous editor.

He found Gaar through the friend of a friend who worked as a sales rep at the company from

which Roppolo would order synthesizers to make his otherworldly electronica music.

"I honestly watched maybe an hour's worth [of Roppolo's footage] and was like what is

this?"

Garr told Motherboard.

"It's really just hours and hours of him going 'what the fuck is that fucking shit?' and

pointing at blinking dots in the sky.

My mind wasn't entirely open to what it was."

Garr told Roppolo he didn't see anything in the footage and made some suggestions for

how he could improve his filmmaking, but didn't really anticipate getting involved in the

project.

Yet as Garr continued to received new footage from Roppolo, some of it featuring himself,

he was eventually persuaded to meet with Roppolo in Los Angeles to discuss his UFO sightings.

It's their experiences together that make up the footage of Gaar's latest film, Curse

of the Man Who Sees UFOs, which was released on Tuesday.

"We went to dinner and the whole time [Roppolo] is looking up at the sky for stuff," said

Garr.

"He'd keep talking about UFOs and aliens as if they're right there with us in the room.

The he told me about his family and I knew there was a narrative here."

Roppolo's troubled past really began when his dad was killed in a drunk driving accident

while Roppolo was working his way through culinary school.

His father was the only person Roppolo ever felt close to in his family and was the person

who had originally sparked his passion for filmmaking when he took Roppolo to see the

Godfather in theatres.

"He'd keep talking about UFOs and aliens as if they're right there with us in the room.

The he told me about his family and I knew there was a narrative here."

After the accident, Roppolo and his brother came into a significant sum of money as a

result of the settlement.

His brother squandered it on land in the American south and soon went bankrupt.

Roppolo spent a portion of his money on filmmaking equipment and with $10,000 produced his first

major film, a remake of the classic 1964 gore film, The Flesh Eaters.

The film was decently well received, but shortly after its release Roppolo learned that his

brother had stolen $129,000 from his bank account and disappeared.

Amazingly, this would soon turn out to be just the tip of the iceberg on Roppolo's downward

slide.

After a series of increasingly tragic events, Roppolo's life was a mere fragment of what

it had been only a decade beforeand that's when the UFOs really started showing themselves

to him.

"[The frequency of their appearances] depends on whether or not I'm signaling them," Roppolo

explained.

"That's something I just started doing after studying the footage I had on camera and saw

[the UFOs] were blinking at each other.

If you signal them with prime numbers and do it in sets of three, they'll show up."

Yet for Gaar, there seemed to be a different sort of connection between the sightings.

"Whenever [Roppolo] was having emotional trauma in his life, it was always reflected in his

ability to find the UFOs," Gaar said.

"I sort of hypothesized that maybe some of this is psychological, but then also I don't

know what the fuck that stuff is that he's videotaping.

Some of it you can immediately write off and some of it is really hard to reason through."

Although Gaar was only able to find breaks from work to visit Roppolo on occasion during

the two years it took to film Curse of the Man Who Sees UFOs, he was still treated to

a few UFO sightings himself.

The strangest sighting, which is detailed in the film, is still inexplicable to Gaar

and he has little interest in trying to get to the bottom of it.

"I didn't end up pursuing this, but I had a theory about a couple of the sightings,"

said Gaar.

"There are military installations near [Roppolo] and Lockheed Martin's Skunkworksa pretty

secret experimental aviation placeis located only so far south of Monterey.

So I was going to get kind of scientific with it, but decided not to.

The film was never about that."

After everything is said and done, Curse of the Man Who Sees UFOs is a documentary that

is less about unidentified flying objects than the man who spends his nights looking

up at the cosmos.

Remarkable for the depth of its comedy and tragedy, it is one of the most poignant documentaries

to be released this year.

Although Gaar remains a skeptic about UFOs and leaves the legitimacy of the sightings

up to the viewer to decide, for Roppolo there was never an option not to believe.

"Until the last breath of my life I will be making sure that people know this is no bullshit,"

Roppolo said.

"From the bottom

of my heart: it's all real."
