Kate Upton is white hot in suit while visiting Jaguar's Formula E garage

Shes been getting motors running since her first Sports Illustrated appearance in 2011. And Kate Upton definitely revved engines as she stopped by the Montreal Grand Prix to visits Jaguars Formula E Garage on Sunday.

At the Canadian racetrack, the 5foot10 beauty glowed while donning an off-white suit and flashing her mega-watt smile. The Michigan-born beauty, 25, sported an off-white suit - quite a daring choice for an oil-soaked garage.

Kates top wrapped around her model-perfect body to expose a hint of her full chest as she learned more about the automakers new all electric I-Type.

On bottom, the blondes wide-legged trousers emphasized her near-endless legs while she leaned over to peer at the vehicles. The The Other Woman actress flashed a world-class smile while wearing her hair in a tousled ponytail that she paired with kohl-lined eyes.

Kate added a bit of height in black mules with chunky white heels while adorning the look with simple hoops and a handsome watch.

At the garage, the Sports Illustrated stunner offered Jaguar Racer Mitch Evans her well wishes while the handsome New Zealander talked about his hot wheels.

She also got a primer on the electric-powered Jaguars mechanics before hopping in the passenger seat to take an incredible spin around the Montreal track.

Kate appeared ahead of Ferraris first appearance on the Formula E circuit, where all racers man electrically-powered vehicles.

Jaguar was the second auto manufacturer to enter 12-race series (after Frances Renault. Next year, Audi and BMW will race in the electricly-charged competition and come 2019 and 2020 Mercedes-Benz and Porsche will be on the tracks.

Nicholas Hoult, who plays Beast in the X-Men franchise, may be shooting the new Dark Phoenix movie of the franchise in Montreal but he managed to spend quality time with co-star Tye Sheridan and Kate in the pit lanes of this weekend's Formula E Championships.

The three stars were special guests of the Panasonic Jaguar Racing team and spent time learning about the cars – which run by electric power and race in 12 races in nine cities across the globe this year.

Nic revealed: We've learned a fair amount about the technology and it seems very different from F1 technically in terms of what drivers are doing and what the teams are aiming for.

Anything that's good for the environment basically, and if this is the way of moving that forward, then that's great to me..

The boys ended their night revealing they were off to see Wonder Woman at the cinema. Tye added: Superhero movies are having such a resurgence and we need to see what Gal's done with the role.

The new X-Men movie is going to be a real movie moment in the franchise. Kate would make a great superhero..

ATTENDING TO SMUGGLE DRUGS INTO THE COUNTRY, WAS ENCOURAGED TO

DRINK LIQUID METH.

THE 16-YEAR-OLD WAS TRYING TO COME INTO THE COUNTRY, AND HE

HAD A BACKPACK THAT CONTAINED TWO BOTTLES WITH A YELLOWISH

LIQUID.

THE AGENTS OF COURSE LOOKED AT THE LIQUID, ASKED HIM WHAT

IT WAS, AND HE CLAIMED IT WAS APPLE JUICE.

THE OFFICERS OF COURSE DID NOT BELIEVE HIM, AND DID AN INITIAL

TEST ON THE LIQUID, BUT ONE THAT IS NOT EFFECTIVE AT REVEALING A

LIQUID METHAMPHETAMINE, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THIS LIQUID WAS.

AND SO, THEY ENCOURAGED HIM TO DRINK THE LIQUID, AND NOW

HE HAS DIED.

A COUPLE HOURS AFTER INGESTING IT, HE DIED.

SIP OF IT TO PROVE IT.

SO, HE TAKES A SIP, AND THEN ANOTHER, AND THEN ANOTHER,

AND THEN ANOTHER.

FOR SIX IN TOTAL, THEY CONCENTRATED

METHAMPHETAMINE LIQUID.

HE LATER DIED.

THAT WAS FROM ABC SEVEN IN SAN DIEGO, WE WILL HAVE A LINK

IS THERE NEGLIGENCE IN NOT KNOWING THAT LIQUID MESS, WHICH

IS WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO PREVENT ñ

THEY THOUGHT IT WAS LIQUID METH, THAT'S WHY THEY STOPPED HIM

ñ FOR THEM, OR THEIR MANAGER, THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRAINING.

LIKE, DON'T LET THEM DRINK IT TO TRY TO PROVE IT TO YOU,

BECAUSE THEY WILL DIE ON THE SPOT, RIGHT?

AND SO, LIKE, HE STARTED HAVING REACTIONS IMMEDIATELY, HE

DIED A FEW HOURS LATER, AS ANA POINTED OUT, IN A HOSPITAL.

WHAT IS THE WORST TO ME IS THAT INSTEAD OF SEEKING MEDICAL

HELP, THEY PUT HIM INTO CUSTODY.

HE IS NOT FAKING IT, HE WAS TRYING TO PROVE IT WASN'T APPLE

JUICE, IT'S ALWAYS LATE ON APPLE JUICE, YOU ARE RIGHT, IT'S

LIQUID METH, WHICH YOU KNOW AT A MINIMUM IS TOXIC.

GET HIM HELP.

THAT'S WHAT DRIVES ME CRAZY, IS THE LACK OF HUMANITY IN OUR

REACTION TO THIS.

THERE WAS A LOT OF LACK OF HUMANITY, AND I GET IT, WHAT HE

WAS DOING WAS WRONG, YOU SHOULD NOT TRY TO SMUGGLE DRUGS, AND OF

COURSE BORDER CONTROL SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT

IMMEDIATELY.

BUT WHAT'S INSANE TO ME IS THAT WE HAD THIS HUGE INCREASE OF

HIRINGS IN THE BORDER PATROL, WITHOUT PROPER VETTING, IN THE

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THAT, IT IS A BIG PROBLEM.

Tactical Business Tip for Raising Personal Training Rates - Duration: 2:23.

Alright folks, this is your Tactical Business Tip with your Mysterious Gentleman Trac Attack!

And today, I have this target sitting in front of me, I'm going to kind of use it to illustrate

an example of how to raise your rates when it comes to personal training rates right?

So, I have my favorite pistol here, it's unloaded, but this is my favorite Glock and I know that

if I aim this gun half a foot away, I'm going to hit my target every time, alright?

And this is when you set your rates, if you're not quite confident in your personal training

rates yet, then you need to start at lower rate that you can sell confidently right?

When I first started training people, over 7 years ago, I trained people for free, I

went to peoples' workplaces, their homes, and I was just trying to work on my craft

and get some experience underneath my belt.

Over the years, once I'm able to reproduce my results and start to be more confident

in my skills, right, now myself and the rest of my team we're charging no less than $85

per session.

But, we didn't kind of jump from there, alright, we kind of built up over the years.

And so, when you start to be able to be confident that you can hit your target every time, let's

say you start your rates of $45 per hour, after you are able to train 3-5 people under

that rate, you should be pretty confident that you can start to maybe increase your

rate by $5 or $10 and in this analogy, it would be stepping back another couple of yards

and again let's say our rates are now at $55, and if I'm able to close and sell 3-5 people

at $55 again, we are now at a different competence level and proficiency level that we can take

a step back, which means we can again raise our rates alright?

And so that's a way to kind of step up your rates that is a lot more comfortable for the

owners that I've seen kind of jumping into this system right?

If you got the confidence, you got the huevos, you can always go straight to whatever the

market rates are for personal training rates and I would say even go above that, but until

you have that confidence, until you can truly sell yourself and provide and express the

value in your training, then you might have to take these baby steps along the way which

is totally fine right?

So, that's your tip this week, get out there, train, hit your targets, and I'll catch you

Mourinho is a fan of the young winger, and will try to coerce him to make the trip across the City.

Jose will have to battle with Arsene Wenger for the youngsters signature.

Sancho was one of the stars at this years U-17 European championships, where England narrowly lost to Spain on penalties in the final. He netted seven goals for the Three Lions, picking up the best player award.

Its no wonder why Mourinho and Wenger are hot on his trail. Sancho won player of the tournament at the U17 European Championships.

The young Lions impressed at the tournament, getting all the way to the final. City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak spoke highly of the City trio, including Sancho, Foden and Diaz.

He said: You look at Sancho, you look at Phil Foden, you look at Brahim Diaz, just to name a few. These are players that are extremely talented.

There is confusion out there about what is needed for a Filipino child visa holder to

travel from Philippines to Australia, and many get into

quite a worried state about this.

Many also don't quite get how the rules work and how the laws work in

the Philippines.

So it's time that Down Under Visa cleared a few things up.

We'll also explain briefly about the Philippines child protection laws under Republic Act

No. 7610, and what you should know.

Children.

Do they need a DSWD travel clearance?

DSWD stands for Department of Social Welfare and Development.

This is like "Family Services" in Australia.

They make sure, in this case, that kids are not being trafficked off overseas or in the

wrong hands.

So when is a DSWD travel clearance required?

* When there is a Child under 18 traveling alone to a foreign country

* When there is a child under 18 traveling to a foreign country accompanied by someone

other than his or her parents

What it means is that unless there is a court order to the contrary, a child can travel

overseas with their mum and/or dad without a travel clearance

being needed.

Travel clearances and fathers But be aware that an Australian sponsor can't

go and pick up the child of his girlfriend or fiance and

bring them back to Australia.

And as you will read below, there are laws here about adults being in the

company of kids they are not related to, and you don't want to put yourself under a cloud

of suspicion.

And the same issue applies to your own biological children who are born out of wedlock!

If you have children from a de facto relationship in the

Philippines, then those children are not in your legal

custody (explained below), you would need to get a DSWD Travel Clearance for them.

My advice?

Travel with the mum.

Save yourself the headaches.

Australian visa applications and traveling children

For a child to be included in an Australia visa application, they must meet Public Interest

Criteria 4015.

That means: * The law of the child's HOME COUNTRY (ie.

Philippines) allows them to leave the country under

the circumstances of the visa.

* If anyone other than the mum has legal custodial rights over the child, then they give their

consent.

Children born out of wedlock in Philippines are the sole custody of their mother.

If the parents weren't

married, then the father has no say in whether they leave the country or not.

And this is irrespective of whether he puts his name on the birth certificate

(ie. acknowledges paternity) or not, or whether he

lived in a de facto relationship and did all the right things.

He can complain all he likes, but it will achieve

nothing.

It also means that if the parents of the child are still married, even if he was the worst

father in the world and hasn't seen them or supported them

for the last 11 years, we still need his permission before

the children can leave the country.

Unless the court gave full custody to the mother, we will need to

gain his permission or they will remain in Philippines.

Child Protection Laws in Philippines The Philippines for a long time was one of

those countries where the pedophiles would head knowing

that they could safely abuse kids and get away with it.

Things have changed, and there are strict laws in

place to keep kids out of harms way.

And anyone visiting the Philippines needs to be aware of these

laws or you could inadvertently get caught up in them by well-intentioned but possibly

overzealous law enforcement.

Thus my advice to not even try to travel with kids without their mum.

Basically, you can't be in the company of a child whom you have no right or reason to

be around.

Inviting neighbor kids or street kids to watch TV with you, or to accompany you somewhere,

you could find yourself arrested.

Pedophiles have always come up with excuses and justification as to why the

child was behind closed doors with them.

Letting them play computer games.

Giving them a feed.

Giving them clothes or shoes.

Taking them out on a boat for a treat.

Giving them a bed for the night.

Thus some fairly strict laws, thank goodness!

Be aware of these laws and try to appreciate the reasons for them

existing, and be careful not to accidentally do the wrong thing whether well-intentioned

or not.

Children should not look at moving objects, like other automobiles, but should try to focus on something that stands still, like a point on the horizon.

Make sure there is wind and fresh air for your baby, and the good idea is to open the door a bit.

Do not let your child read while driving.

giving you hints, tips, and tricks for better nature photography. On this

channel I do gear reviews, camera reviews, Lightroom and Photoshop tutorials, and so

Lightroom cc or myself. Let's jump in for 5 keyboard shortcuts for

Lightroom cc. Okay, the first shortcut we're going to do is undo. Now you are

going to make mistakes when you're editing your photos of course, you're

going to do things that don't work and you'll need to undo them. So if you look

at your panel on the left hand side here of your Lightroom window, you've got the

history panel here. If it's not open, just click that little triangle there. This

shows you a list of all the things that you've done to your photo so far,

starting from the first thing you did to the photo at the bottom of the list, all

the way up to the top of the list here is the last thing that you did. So let's

say with this photo of the shells here I choose to try a Cross Process 3 in

the presets over here and I think, "that looks pretty bad, I don't want that." Now

the keyboard shortcut for undoing is Control Z on a PC, Command Z on a Mac will undo

the last thing that you did. And if you keep pressing it of course it will go

back one at a time and take off the top thing off the list. That is the

keyboard shortcut for undoing - Control Z on a PC, Command Z on a Mac.

Alright, keyboard shortcut number two. This one is the before and after views of

your image. So you're in your develop module up here, you're doing some edits on

your photo and you'd like to see what your image looked like before, and what

it looks like now. Just to check that if you're heading in the right direction

with your editing. So the backslash key on your keyboard will cycle between

before and after views. So that's what your image looked like before and you

can see up here it says before so that you know which is which.

Before and after....backslash key, that is really handy.

Okay, keyboard shortcut number 3. This one is to get you from your library

module into the develop module. So let's say you're in your library here and

you're having a look through your photos and you think "oh, I might edit that one

of these rocks here." You select it by clicking on it with your mouse. The

keyboard shortcut to take that into the develop module is D on your keyboard.

That will open the develop module and you can start your editing.

Keyboard shortcut number 4. This one is for the zoom function. Let's say we have a photo,

this photo here of these rocks open in the develop module, and you want to zoom

in to check focus or whatever. Now there are a number of ways of doing this but

the keyboard shortcut is Z. That will zoom in or out...it will cycle between

those as you press Z on your keyboard. Of course this will go back to the

previous magnification that you were using. So here it's one-to-one you can see you

the list up here of the magnifications. If I've been using one-to-two and I

press Z, it goes back to one-to-two as you can see. And it will go back to the

same section of the photo. So if I've clicked over here with my mouse and I've

zoomed in to this area of the photo, pressing zoom again will zoom back to

that same part of the photo. So that's kind of handy. Keyboard shortcut for zoom Z.

Okay keyboard shortcut number 5. This one relates to the Crop Tool which

can be found over here on the right-hand side of your window there, it's the

little rectangle with the dotted lines around it. Of course you can click on

that, that will bring up your crop tool, but if you choose to use a keyboard

shortcut, the keyboard shortcut for it is R. So pressing R will bring up your crop

tool. This also works from the library module. If you're in the library

and you've got any photo selected, this one here for example, pressing R on your

keyboard will open up the develop module and the crop tool at the same time.

So that's pretty handy. Crop tool keyboard shortcut - R.

So there you have it, five handy keyboard shortcuts for Lightroom cc. I hope they make your workflow a lot

Hey you may have noticed on much of the Penrite lubricants range, this little

label down here that says "EXTRA TEN", I long wondered what it meant and so let's

finally put this to bed. Really important... So first thing you need to know is that

Penrite is Australian owned and blended right here in Australia so what that

means... very different to other lubricant companies... is that it can actually make

lubricants relative to the Australian climate and environment, Now when we talk

about the numbers on the front of an oil, The number on the left... Remembering W

stands for winter... Is effectively relative to the cold starting

temperature of the environment that you're in and similarly on the right

hand side is the temperature the thickness of the oil or viscosity under

its operating temperature, so very important to get those right. What the

EXTRA TEN means is this... If we have two different oils say a 10W-40 verses a

10W-50 and your car specification may call for that 10W-40, so a slightly thinner

oil than the 50 but what Penrite are saying they're happy for you with the

EXTRA TEN technology to use the 10W-50 which is backwards compatible to the

application where that 10W-40 was called for... But here's the kicker you get

the benefit of the increased thickness of the oil and the technology that comes

with using a 50 weight oil and when we run oil temperature up to... look

98.8 degrees here... You can see the heat versus the cooling benefit

of that and the longevity for your engine. So you don't have to be a rocket scientist

to work out this frictional heat is not good for your engine and not only that

it's not good for your lubricant and in fact, breaks it down over time.

So I can't think of a reason why in Australian climatic conditions you wouldn't go for

Penrite's EXTRA TEN because that is exactly the reason it was blended and created

here in Australia for exactly those conditions.

Hospital Acquired Infections, What good is it for you? - Duration: 2:07.

Imagine going into a hospital for a minor injury being discharged, being readmitted due to

a terminally ill disease.

HAI's are growing in this country.

According to Passan's Law Group, 1.8 million people die of HAI's.

75% of rooms are contaminated with HAI's.

You might ask what are HAI's?

HAI's is a hospital acquired infections caused by the viral, bacterial or fungal pathogen.

After mu much research I found many blogs that spoke of patients stories written from

their family members because they, unfortunately, have passed away due to HAI's.

Safe patient, a Safe patient blog had many many many and I picked two.

John Mcclearly and Barth.

They both had a common pneumonia.

So let's talk about John McClearly first.

He had a minor ankle fracture two days after being released he was readmitted with MRSA

pneumonia.

After many heart attacks, with loose of hearing, loose of vision, loose of strength three months

into him being admitted he died of MRSA pneumonia.

Take Barth goes in for a cough given many steroids, many IV's, many needles also acquired

MRSA pneumonia.

Died in a coma from organ failure everything from kidney, to liver very young both of them.

They were both in their mid 30's it's very sad to see they acquired a disease such a

safe place that we go to get better.

I feel like if we use better hygiene, the right use of cleaning supplies, just being

more cautious in a communal area, to stay clean, clean our hands.

Just be very careful in a place like this it would decrease HAI's that we see every

day.
