lecture 1 topics not covered

hi I'm Jonathan thousand i'll be your

instructor for this course I've been on

amazon for about three years but i have

a wealth of experience in e-commerce if

you plan on taking notes

I have all these powerpoints in outline

format in the resource section along

with my book also currently my method is

built for the Amazon US marketplace if

you are international student please

start with the u.s. amazon marketplace

as it is traffic the most and has the

most services pertaining to it also my

course is made for those private

labeling products if you plan on

dropshipping other brands my course

method simply won't work for you i'm

going to begin by talking to you about

the topics i won't be covering in this

course setting up an amazon account and

getting the ein are both covered in the

book but i won't be tackling them in the

video form here for taxes simply go to

tax jar calm and download the e-book

most courses don't cover this but it's

extremely important so how I suggest you

go there and check out their ebook I

won't cover sourcing here either but i

like to you two notes number one is that

dhgate.com is my favorite to source from

because they have a lot of products that

offer free shipping and i highly suggest

you go to import dojo dot-com for

sourcing help as I stated before all the

topics that could be considered for

beginners are covered in the beginning

portions of my free resource had a

question on amazon deluxe version which

to do that for you as well on to lecture

too

let you to brand strategy welcome back i

want to start by saying there is no

perfect product you can eliminate risk

completely when it comes to anything

especially amazon the landscape can

change with any rule or algorithm change

even too many bad reviews realize

however you can't fail in our products

business adding a product can boost your

income seemingly overnight because of

this no matter what needs you pick you

can meet your financial goals one SKU

product business is rarely word instead

of red bull or five-hour energy you want

to be coca-cola or her shes you want to

model yourself after two of the most

recognizable companies on amazon spittin

auroch so good as you can see here i

pulled up spitting you want different

product types and multiple BSR ranges

pigeon mostly dominates in the cases

category but they have USB cords and

power banks as well

they also cover the Android and Apple

marketplaces have also recently just

added this selfie stick typing in toxic

good you also find a similar situation

where they dominate the home in kitchen

category of amazon recently just

expanded to the bathroom products as

well which is a good move on their part

ideally cock so good and spitting are

the companies you want to be in the

amazon marketplace they can easily begin

moving their products to other

marketplaces and dominate there as well

the goal here is to create a brand you

don't need a perfect product because you

have many products and they all should

be in high demand on amazon and other

marketplaces Amazon's top categories are

supplements health and beauty home

kitchen and mobile accessories the lower

competition categories are sports and

outdoors and traveled with my system

your rise in the low competition

categories should be very very quick in

the high competition categories even

moderate success is enough to set you up

for a long haul and a very successful

career and the e-commerce business

the first product is the most important

but I imagine most of you have gotten

your first product online already

products that follow-up should simply

add to your bottom line hopefully the

prophets acquired from your first

product should be able to find your next

product opportunities the in-demand

product this is the most important

factor for the business for my first

product I like to aim for something in

the one to two thousand BSR rain if you

can't give away your product for free

you're dead in the water and with every

product you pick you should always go

small and lightweight to avoid costly

shipping charges

I know this sounds like basic knowledge

but all ties together with my method

that will be revealed in the next module

onto lecture 3

I know this sounds like basic knowledge

with all ties together with my method

that will be revealed in the next module

onto lecture 3

lecture 3 best FBA products

welcome back today we're going to start

with the dangerous products don't try to

compete with huggies it's not going to

work out there are tried-and-true brands

that everyone trusts if you think of a

product and automatically think of a

brand name is best to avoid for example

if you think batteries

I'm going to think about yourself so

that's a product I don't want to get

heavy items you want to avoid for the

shipping costs especially coming from

China avoid large items for the same

reason

also you want evergreen products you

want products that sell all year long

not just during christmas or other

holidays these are the questions you

asked yourself anytime you come across a

new product opportunity most or all of

these questions and their answers should

be met you want a nice where you can

have multiple products in the same space

if a product reviews are over 1,000 it's

ok for two reasons and was on promotes

your product without the top product

being around so you have a chance to win

a sale simply because the number one

product isn't around at the time in the

person's email to meet your financial

goals you don't have to be number one

usually if you beat the third product

down and reviews you can find yourself

in a good sale space the customizability

question lets you know if you'll be able

to stand out above the crowd by simply

having a superior product will go more

into depth on that later

these are the highest demand categories

on amazon two missing categories are

supplements and mobile accessories if

you're already in these categories you

can still use my strategy but you may

have to give way more units to compete

or have a significant result these

categories are great to get started in

the competition may be fierce but the

prophets are worth it

some additional attributes when it comes

to picking a product if the BSR is low

and the reviews are under 400 this may

be a good product to go into however I

suggest monitoring the product for a

week or so to make sure they are

employed my strategy

return customers is one of the biggest

assets in the e-commerce business

although it's mostly limited to edible

products like supplements somebody

marketplaces cater to women it's almost

a better ecommerce asset I suggest going

into at least one mesh with women as

your target demographic these are some

other factors that may give you an

advantage the pretty self-explanatory

if you have a budget that allows you to

customize or improve the quality of your

product do it

this will help your product be easier

sell moving on the price when choosing

the product make sure it costs at least

15 to 40 dollars on amazon if a product

is lower than seven dollars it's

absolutely too low and you shouldn't go

into it you can advertise your product

properly in the future with the three

dollar profit margin once lecture 4

lecture for recommendations

welcome back I know these lectures short

remember this is just the overview

these are things that other courses

should have taught you but I'm just

going back to make sure that they're in

place so when you use my strategy

it'll be used correctly and you have the

best possible chance of success using it

alright these are personal

recommendations stop wasting time with

retail arbitrage or drop shipping on

amazon you want to go after bigger

margins and you want to build a real

business a business on amazon is step

one you want to merely leverage amazon

your product is bigger than amazon think

wholesale think retail think other

marketplaces amazon is simply a tool

you're using to build revenue so you can

launch a legit product based business

and have customers all over the world

you are absolutely going to need at

least 500 units to test the product

properly if your funds are low ship 250

private label products to the Amazon

warehouse and have a supplier have 2015

maybe even unbranded or unpackaged but

ready to go put down a small down

payment if the product doesn't work out

don't ship it and let the cup factory

keep the down payment for the trouble I

know it seems like a lot

chinese love negotiation and the money

you give them for their trouble will

definitely worth it for them

alright i thought it takes some time to

explain the next lecture my next lecture

is a previous record I did that not only

is an overview of my book but my courses

well feel free to skip over the first

portion as this course covers everything

after sourcing again don't worry about

purchasing the e-book you already

received it for free plus more

you can also skip it altogether as I

cover each portion in detail in the

course see you again in lecture 6

lecture 5 course overview

today we're going to talk about how to

crushing on amazon or my more click

babyy title want to buy an Amazon course

let me say you $5,000 after looking at a

sales video similar to this

I was a bit skeptical so I took what

they gave me and put a plan in action

probably but the product that was

already number one home kitchen the

bacon man i bought 500 of them put my

own label on it because goods and gave

them away to about 13 and my friends and

family and had them write reviews our

product from there with no ad dollars

spent on my part went on to sell out all

my mats within six months I knew that

this business model was real and the

best business opportunity on the web

today and then what you're going to say

next

how is that it was sell out with so few

reviews the top product at the time had

over 1,000 i'll get to that in a minute

why Amazon Amazon at the biggest

e-commerce platform on the internet this

is largely due to the third parties our

system where people like you and I can

list our products on there already

well-established website the beauty of

amazon is all you need is a product in

an optimized listing you don't need a

site no pain for ads no big endorsements

or joint partnerships and no list

building on your part

amazon takes care of everything for you

the next big advantage of amazon is the

FBA system or fulfillment by amazon

system you don't need a warehouse and

you don't ship your product each

customer you send your product in the

Amazon and they take care of the

shipping process for you all you need is

a professional account this cost about

forty dollars a month

this is a pain point for most ebay

sellers but it's well worth it

Amazon's marketing strategy is the

reason why eating with Sophie reviews i

was able to set out of my product within

six months

amazon since email blast puts banner and

text ads in front of its customers who

are already interested in the kind of

products you cared so the person never

sees the 1000 reviews

product that's exactly the same as mine

and they only see mine with 13 really

good reviews than the personal buy my

product simply because the person with

1000 reviews wasn't present when they

were finally ready to purchase this

house able to sell out with no a dollar

spent on my part

amazon that all the work for me with the

thought that shaft to create a brand in

mind bringing in demand products to the

amazon marketplace is the most important

factor in this business if you pick a

product you can't give away your in a

losing battle

how do I know if a product is in the man

amazon helps us out with what's known as

a BSR or bestsellers rank this rank

number indicates the number of sales and

product has in relation to other

products within the category the lower

the number the more sales the product

has i highly suggest for your first

product you aim for something in the one

to two thousand BSR range saying that

don't get hung up on trying to find the

perfect product you'll be building a

brand in time you want to invest in many

products see the Miss stocks now I'm

going to take you over to amazon and

show you what the BSR is all about

alright this is what I model my first

product after the artisan baking mat

although i only have one in my pack

rather than to you can find the BSR in a

section some of this under product

details as you can see this PSR is 163

in kitchen dying so as you can see was

number one product a year ago and now

it's fallen all the way here but this is

what you want you want a product that's

less than 2,000 in this area in the

parent category which is here kitchen

and dining you want every product to be

lightweight and small this helps when it

comes to shipping cause you also want to

research regulations and certifications

required for the product in your country

for example supplements are highly

suggest you don't do those on your first

round

now i'm going to show you how to find

these products this is your first free

gift

you're going to take a search during its

here in this post

under the in-demand products section

it's it's everything within these

brackets you want the phrase amazon best

sellers rank your desire BSR that you'd

like to find kitchen and dining

represents the parent category this is

also interchangeable with your desired

category make sure this portion is there

because in the case you only want

results from this site which is

amazon.com alright as you can see you

want to go up and down either down one

up once you find a product you feel you

can privately with that small and

lightweight alright so you take that

search string and put it into google and

while we have the 122nd kitchen and

dining right here hundred and sixty-four

country 20 spoons and 69 it's actually

the number one bestseller disposable i

can't say i recommend this as a private

label product but now it's interesting

because you about these but you know if

you're not too happy just put in go up

one or up five play around with it

be sure to realize that Google can't

keep up with the vastness of amazon so

rankings change from day to day to find

some interesting to watch it for a week

because someone may be employed some my

strategies sourcing it seems difficult

on the surface but easy if you know

exactly what you're doing you have two

ways to source you can google search for

putting private-label wholesale or OEM

in front of the product name you're

trying to search or you can go to OEM

marketplace like Alibaba aliexpress for

dhgate Alibaba is the most popular and

involves messaging

negotiating supplies before you send the

product market places like aliexpress

dhgate work more like Amazon and more

traditional and that you pick a product

and have it shipped where you need to be

sometimes marketplaces like aliexpress

in dhgate allow you to private label the

products rather than having the white

label sent to you

there are a lot of horror stories about

scams with some of these websites you

can avoid them by simply asking the

supplier for sample supplier won't send

you a sample they may be a scammer

additional Ali Bible you may want to

filter using the gold supplier and the

one mean sales a year filters you also

want to use paypal rather than western

union shipping it's a lot to go over in

this video the best advice I can give

you is to talk to your supplier they can

guide you through the process they

prefer and other shipping options you

may have if you can get free shipping go

for it i always ask for the basics for

smaller quantities you should always

ship by a everyone should do this on the

first shit in it for larger quantities

you want to ship by boat with this

you'll need a freight forwarder for more

information search China imports

shipping from china guide for more

information they get really into it but

don't get discouraged

just ask your supplier and then give you

a streamlined version of the shipping

process that you'll be doing alright FDA

requirements starting out every person

gets a 5000 unit limit for the product

will allow you to hold in the FB a

warehouse unless you have oversized

product like a yoga mat then restricted

to 500 it's important to supply limit

any additional labels or papers on the

outside the box

amazon provides a shipping label and

should be the largest label on the box

your product will also the UPC you can

buy and find more information about

these codes at cheap UPC barcode dot-com

also you'll need a fence cue stick is

applied to each individual items ship

sometimes your manufacturer will apply

the stickers to each product for you

amazon will also do this for you four

feet

the first time i went with the supplier

i make sure we ship it to my house first

and then I should be to the FB warehouse

myself actually do this twice to make

sure the supplier does it right after I

correct suppliers mistakes i have them

ship it directly to the FDA warehouse

from the factory

we've run into your next gift this

service get your products ready for the

FB a warehouse so instead of shipping to

yourself ship to them they are based in

California so for the most part shipping

would be less costly than shipping to

yourself

they also inspect your goods and ship

the FBA for you

this is their website alright they do

lots of stuff to do bundling if you want

to send multiple products together they

will apply the barcode labels for you as

well they get your stuff through customs

so they act as a freight forwarder for

you and they can also add inserts so

customers can join the email list and

follow up with you now that your

products on Amazon it's important to

know that only four things matter and

nothing else

for those of you are already selling you

can take this slide and improve your

conversions tenfold today the first

thing you need is product photos stock

photos from the supplier won't cut it

separate yourself from the pack by

featuring unique product packaging the

next biggest factors reviews start with

your friends and family they are

supportive do a giveaway use rate have

them buy it and then leave a review next

is the ratings

it's easy to get your rating to 45 stars

just fulfill your product promise and

it's supposed to be a gnostic surface

give that to your customers the next to

sales it's a little ironic but you need

sales to be successful amazon that way

they know your product is a goodbye and

start promoting your product for you

you'll need an initial bump to your BSR

this will raise your visibility within

the product search rankings so after 20

so reviews from redditors friends and

family go to a launch service launch

services these services were by you

giving a coupon so people can receive

your product for between one and three

dollars the launch service then email

blast your coupon to list of hungry

amazon buyers this will raise your

product for its related keywords

yourselves rises and more people buy

your products after the blast for the

full price

the two most popular services ours on

blast and virulence use the launch to

your advantage by following up with your

batch of new customers for reviews

you should see these blasts is buying a

bump in rankings as well as reviews but

you have to do the follow-up for the

reviews yourself

here's another gif a secret lot service

called honesty dot-com your first

launched with them is free so now you

can try my method without as much risk

repeat and diversify your bonds after

your blast you should have some success

you should be selling 20-30 minutes a

day with no a dollar spent on your part

after this you need to pick another

product being a nice and after about

four products you should start another

brand diversify your brand's

if one product begins to slip in the

ratings you have other products

supplement your income

Khabib Nurmagomedov Biography Part 1 - Duration: 8:33.

I grew up in these difficult environment,

in the mountains. Because of that it can be seen in our soul.

If we compare these 15 minutes, that are spent in the cage,

and compare it to all life spent in the mountains,

I think you can't compere them.

Why we have the best fighters in the world?

Because all great warriors, lived in this land.

Because it was the in the way between Europe and Asia.

And...

All their lives, our nation has been fighting. It's in our blood.

We all lived together, 15 brothers.

In one house and my father made us train in the mornings and evenings.

It was like in the army.

In this gym,

my first job began as a trainer.

In that moment I had 4 bulls.

Here was the reception desk.

I sold 4 bulls and started reconstructing this gym.

This was my first contribution to sports.

Good, it's fixed well. Good job!

The work is done by heart and here and downstairs there is heating.

All conditions are fine.

Once it was just a dream, there were two big containers for warm water.

They took shower with cups.

But cold water in the heating system.

The conditions were Spartan style, father always made me competitive.

In my house, in the gym, in competitions always.

He put me against the best opponents.

Father made such conditions that either they will break me or I will continue.

Traditions like clapping with hands, whistling and adding one more repetition are left from my trainers.

Add, more, more, more, he already forgot how many he added!

This is the first house that Nurmugamedovs bought since they relocated from

Sumadin region, village of Serdi.

Here we lived with father, mum and here my elder brother Abdulmanap got married to wife-Fatimah .

They had their first child Mohammed and later Khabib.

And they have daughter Aminah.

We lived in a double-store flat.

there was a garbage place nearby,

I had the task to clean up the garbage place after training, everyday.

3-4 pales of garbage everyday. So that's how we cleaned up the whole place in half a month.

One day our close neighbor Yusuf was gifted 2 bears.

One of them died and second one was left.

Khabib liked it and started wrestling with it at very young age.

That's how he was fascinated by wrestling.

Discipline, and constancy. These were the main arguments in our training.

We had schedule for everything.

There were lots of punishments when I said I don't wanna study.

He punished me with words but when he did it with fists I understood immediately.

Because if I wasn't punished I might have become a serious hooligan.

He has better results on streets than in UFC.

He always fought even pushed his other brothers to fight.

He enjoyed that.

Now I avoid fights alot sometimes I wanna break someone's face.

When he gets on my nerves.

He is very tough, he can punish even his elder step brothers.

There is one he punishes and swears about and beats him hard.

We consider it a shame if you disrespect or get disappointed by your father or your elder brother.

If they punish you then you deserved it.

Is the World Really Getting Better? | OVR THNKR #17 - Duration: 2:09.

Does technology drive innovation

or this innovation drive technology?

It's pretty crazy when you think about it nine years ago we didn't know what a smartphone was 15 years

ago we didn't know what

a social network was in 20 years ago we hardly even knew what the Internet was the future

promises self driving cars refrigerators that order our groceries an artificial

intelligence which will wipe us out as an inferior race so everything is looking pretty great

for us at the moment

but are things actually getting better well that all depends

on what you believe the great social and economic thinker Thomas Sowell recently retired and as a

part of his final statement he mentioned that he used to sleep on the fire

escapes of Harlem without a care

something that many people find unbelievable given the amount of violence there today did you

know that in the 1920s women in Afghanistan had the right to vote

and they dressed like this

and in the 1960s they were giving full equality and from there Afghan women became doctors

legislators and even organized humanitarian relief but according to the U.S. Department of

state that all changed when the Taliban

we don't have iPhones or Tesla Motors to thank for innovation and we don't have newspapers to

thank for equal rights all rights and all innovation is the direct product of controlling

beliefs everything we've gained could be lost and everything we have could become more

depending on what we believe. Thanks for watching this video I hope you enjoyed it I'd love to

hear your thoughts in the comments why do you think that innovation is possible what beliefs enable

innovation

I'd love to have that conversation in the comments also

What IS Remote Viewing??? - Duration: 4:00.

What Is Remote Viewing?

Remote viewing is a psi-based

mental process.

People who know

much about remote viewing agree

on at least that much.

But beyond

that there is considerable disagreement.

The term "remote viewing" was used

by the United States military in

defense-related research projects from

the 1970s through much of the 1990s.

Probably because of this, the term appears

to have developed a permanent place

in the public's vocabulary of psychic

phenomena.

However, remote viewing

can mean different things to different

people.

It typically involves the ability

of a person to perceive and describe

some thing or place that is separate from

him or her in space and/or time.

Not

surprisingly, because remote viewers

were often called upon to describe and

draw visual information, visual

concepts often dominated the early

discussions of this phenomenon.

But remote viewing is not limited to

visual information.

Some scientists

have desired to use other more general

terms to describe psi functioning, such

as Dr. Edwin May's recent and useful

coining of the term "anomalous cognition."

Nonetheless, the term "remote viewing"

is likely to remain the term most widely

recognized by many people as referring

to the apparently psychic ability to

describe distant places and events.

Pioneering researchers at a few

scientific laboratories, such as SRI International,

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC),

Princeton Engineering Anomalous Research (PEAR),

and elsewhere have spent years

investigating the remote-viewing phenomenon.

A significant and growing number of

scientific papers have been published

in distinguished peer-reviewed outlets

that describe the investigations of

the researchers in these laboratories

in considerable detail.

Within this field,

there is no single method of remote viewing

that is universally accepted as dominant,

or even preferred.

A book by the talented

remote viewer, Joseph McMoneagle,

Remote Viewing Secrets: A Handbook,

contains good descriptions of the

remote-viewing methods and controls

that have been used in many of these

laboratories.

Some of the remote-viewing

methods have military origins, have

become quite standardized, and are

known by specific names, such as

"Extended Remote Viewing" (ERV)

and "Controlled Remote Viewing" (CRV).

Some remote viewers have developed

their own individualized methods that

seem to work for them.

Others have

simply followed instructions as given

to them by the primary investigators

of a given project.

The overall range of

these methods varies from simply trying

to "sense what's out there," to more

structured processes involving

meditation, detailed procedures,

and other techniques.

What is

common among most of the laboratory

experiments is not so much the

remote-viewing methodology used

by the test subjects, but the scientific

procedures used to evaluate the

existence of psi phenomena.

These

procedures tend to be highly sophisticated,

and they address a large variety of

scientific ideas, such as blind vs. double-blind

testing environments and statistical controls.

At The Farsight Institute, we work

with people who have specialized in

a variety of different remote-viewing

methodologies, such as Dick Allgire and Daz Smith.

But we also teach a version of remote viewing

that we call Advanced Scientific Remote Viewing,

which is what Aziz Brown, PrinCess Jeanee,

and some other viewers still in training use.

We also constantly experiment with new

techniques, so there is no rigid orthodoxy

here at Farsight.

We are driven by results.

Results obtained in public and verifiable

experiments is all that matters.

So, that,

in brief, is what the term "remote viewing"

typically stands for.
