I don�t know if I will be able to fit everything that has happened into this one article, that�s

how many big things have occurred in just this last week.

I really do believe that our meditation from a couple weeks ago allowed a log jam to be

cleared and progress to be made that wasn�t really happening before.

I see things happening in myself and in everyone else and I know things are moving along nicely!

Speaking of breaking away I got an e-mail from the folks who were creating that satellite

that would be able to photograph objects in orbit.

I contributed to it a while back and I have been getting updates about it.

If some of you remember Dr. Phil recently did an entire episode on the Pizza/Pedogate

scandal and had one of its victims on the show in a world-wide expos� which I wrote

an article about and included the video in.

So far 3-4 of my co-workers have seen it and they were just in absolute disgust.

One of them could not finish it.

Shortly after that episode aired a Dutch media company took Dr. Phil off the air:

canceled because of �difference choices in programming.� Because the show has been

airing for almost 15 years and because the elite pedophilia ring was exposed last week,

the timing is curious.�

No doubt this episode gave the �Elite� there quite a scare.

Hell yes.

Now I will categorize everything as I have done in previous posts.

Although firstly I would like to bring up an article I found that originated on 4chan

or another forum website where the folks there were discussing how people remembered a movie

that supposedly didn�t exist and that this was a consequence of the Mandela Effect.

Well the movie exists and the humor YouTube Channel �College Humor� found it and uploaded

it to their channel.

(Mashable) That fact has not stopped multitudes on the internet from believing in this fictional

movie.

While traces of this invented film have popped up over the years, it�s only in the last

month that confused nostalgia for something that never existed has boiled over into a

frenzy.

Many of us already know about the Mandela Effect and there are many many examples of

this being proven to happen.

Anyways I just wanted to share and document this as it was a big thing like a month or

two ago.

Geopolitics

The plates in the crust of the mantel of geopolitics are shifting as the foreign policy of the

United States has shifted dramatically recently.

I almost couldn�t believe my eyes when I read this headline but sure enough after rubbing

my eyes and letting it sink in I finally found my ground after reading the following words:

(Sputnik) White House: US �Must Accept� Political Reality That Assad is Syria�s

President:

�In a daily news conference on Friday, White House spokesman Sean Spicer stated plainly

that the United States �needs to accept� the political realities on the ground in Syria,

namely, that Bashar al-Assad is the sovereign country�s president and leader.

Rather, the US must concentrate on ousting Daesh from the region, Spicer added.�

Now it�s possible they are just talking out of the other side of their mouth but they

have never said anything like this before.

They have never given up their plans to remove Syria�s president, who was elected by their

people by the way.

With the Ruso-Iranian and others Axis in Syria working to reverse the damage done by the

Jesuits-created Daesh I am positing that the U.S. simply had no choice but to admit defeat,

which is exactly what they have done.

Brace yourselves for more anti-Russian/Chinese/Iranian/Anyone Who Gets in Our F**king Way war drums to be

banging as the Cabal inches closer to defeat.

There is great progress in Syria as we find out if we read the following headline:

�In an interview with Sputnik Turkey, Nasir Hec Mansur, Commander of the Syrian Democratic

Forces (SDF) said that Daesh commanders are fleeing Raqqa as the army successfully advances

The commander said that the Syrian forces are about 5 to 10 km away from reaching Raqqa.�

Not only this occurred but another batch of #Vault7 leaks were released the other day

that included the CIA�s tools to disguise attacks as originating in other countries.

Russian hacking anyone?

(RT) �A Marble framework document reveals it supports the ability to �add foreign

languages� to malware.

�Now comes the fun stuff,� it reads, listing Chinese, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Farsi

in example code, indicating the potential for the CIA to divert attention to international

actors.�

So the entire �Russia hacked us� argument is total crap at this point.

I don�t even know why they are still using it.

Is anyone even listening to them??

I�m sure there are, sadly.

But there will be no war like the Cabal wants.

Financial

To be honest I stopped following the financial aspect of this whole thing because I think

that everything will probably be fine and that the Alliance is keeping everything together

or is forcing the Cabal to make behind-the-scenes changes that will result in a smoother transition

for humanity at The Event so at this point I am not worried or am paying any attention

to doomsday financial crash predictions.

If some sh** was gonna go down it would have last year.

I would still encourage everyone to prepare the best they can for their own situation,

calmly, but I am not so worried about it anymore.

I am staying informed though which I also encourage everyone to do.

Gum swelling is caused by any number of factors.

This wikiHow will give you some tips on how to reduce gum swelling.

Keep in mind that the only way to understand exactly what is causing the swelling is to

visit your dentist.

1 Identify the cause of your swollen gums.

Gums can become swollen for a variety of reasons, though in many cases the condition can be

a sign of gum disease.

It is important that you identify the cause of the swelling, so that you can pursue the

correct course of action � either caring for your gums at home, or making an appointment

to see a dentist.

Some common causes include:

Incorrect brushing or flossing techniques.

Gingivitis and periodontitis.

Mouth ulcers.

Chemotherapy.

Tobacco.

Gently brush using swirling, circular motions, but avoid sideways action.

Make sure you brush the top chewing surfaces, fronts and backs of teeth (next to the tongue)

� mostly up the bottom teeth and down top ones.

As mentioned above, swollen gums can often be the result of built-up plaque on the teeth.

The best-case scenario is to remove plaque and avoid gum disease, as you easily rectify

the problem with gentle, yet thorough brushing and flossing.

You should aim to brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning and evening, and following

meals, if possible.

3 Floss between your teeth once a day.

Flossing daily removes the plaque a toothbrush cannot reach, but avoid flossing more than

this, as it may irritate gums further.

Flossing is neglected by many people, but even those who do floss may be aggravating

their swollen gums by doing it too roughly.

Avoid "snapping" the floss in between your teeth, as this can damage fragile gum tissue.

Instead try to slide the floss carefully between teeth, following the curve of each tooth as

you go..

4 Rinse out your mouth with a saltwater solution.

Gargling a saltwater solution is the oldest trick in the book when it comes to reducing

swollen gums, but it is still one of the most effective.

The salt works as an antibacterial agent, ridding the mouth of contaminants and soothing

inflamed gums.

Gargle and swish: Make your own saltwater solution, dissolving a teaspoon of regular

table salt in a cup of warm water.

Swish it all around the mouth, between teeth; so that it reaches the gums.

Do not swallow the salty water � use it as a mouthwash.

The saltwater solution can also be gargled to ease a sore throat, and used to clean new

piercings and disinfect wounds.

You may have luck gargling with hot water, as well.

Just be careful not to burn your mouth.

5 Use warm and cold compresses.

Warm and cold compresses can be used to provide easy and immediate relief to sore and swollen

gums.

Warm compresses are best for relieving pain, while cold compresses will effectively reduce

swelling.

Hold the compresses against your face rather than against the gums themselves, as this

is less awkward and prevents the gums from becoming further irritated by sudden changes

in temperature.

To make a hot compress: Soak a clean washcloth in warm (not hot) water, wring out the excess

moisture, then hold it against your face until the pain begins to subside.

To make a cold compress: Wrap a couple of ice cubes in a small, clean cloth or a paper

towel.

Alternatively, you can use a bag of frozen vegetables (like frozen peas) or a special

cold pack that has been stored in the freezer.

Hold the compress against your face for no more than 15 minutes.

6 Avoid gum irritants.

While your gums are sore and swollen, it is important that you avoid any substances that

are going to exacerbate the swelling, such as tobacco products and alcohol.

In addition, harsh mouthwashes � which you may be using to disinfect your mouth � can

actually aggravate swollen gums, so you should also try taking a break from them for a while.

Always dilute the mouthwash, adding half a cup of water to half a cup of mouthwash.

You can use it two weeks in a row and then take a break for a week before you repeat

the treatment.

I'm Zac, I am a proud Transgender man,

which means that I was born Female,

and transitioned to my gender to male medically.

I'm a social worker by profession.

Yeah I like doing a bit of a community advocacy, spending time with my partner,

playing Lego, and being with my nephews.

I suppose acceptance is one of the things that the trans community has the biggest concerns with.

It's really difficult to navigate the community when it's so heteronormative.

There's a lot of diversity in amongst the trans community,

so genders; not just male and female,

there's a lot of spectrum in between, and some people just don't understand that.

It's difficult on families, it's difficult on partners,

there's fragments even within the gender diverse community

that don't understand one another,

and depending on the age group you've got bullying,

and harassment, there's transphobia, and discrimination.

Even coming out in the workplace in professional spaces is a difficult task.

Zac and I met at the end of 2015 in December,

we met online.

Relationships for me are normally quite difficult,

I identify as asexual, so I don't feel sexual attraction,

which for a lot of people relationships are often based primarily on sex.

She's a massive support, you know, when I was feeling uncomfortable at certain,

you know, things about my body, and you know, she was really understanding of that sort of stuff,

and that kind of stuff came natural to her, it was actually really,

it was just a pleasant way to enter a relationship, and she's been like my rock,

and yeah honestly I couldn't ask for anyone who's been more supportive.

We just like to spend time around each other,

we don't necessarily need to be doing an activity together, or anything like that,

if we do go out sometimes we'll go to a show, go to a gig.

I think everybody does struggle, it's one of those things where, you know,

everybody's got stress, and everybody's got different things that provoke anxiety, and

anxiety can be a good thing, it can be a motivator and a driver,

but for some people it can be utterly debilitating,

it's just balancing that, and working out how to stay well,

how to stay healthy, and look after yourself.

To other young trans folk, I'd honestly just say that it does get better.

There are now options, you can seek help and support, and it's okay to talk.

The political climate is getting better, our social climate is getting much more supportive.

Be yourself.

Be your authentic self, and be kind to yourself.

There there are always people who are going to disagree, and you know,

you are perfectly okay just the way you are,

and if you want to change that's fine.

There are ways, there are doctors, there are people around who can support you.

To have positive mental health as a trans and gender diverse person,

it's just tolerance and acceptance,

and I really use the word tolerance loosely, it is acceptance.

There's a great new phrase I'm hearing in the community,

it says SAGA; Sexuality And Gender Acceptance,

it's a great way to look that this is the next journey forward.

It's about being supportive, it's about being understanding, it's about a little bit of empathy,

it's about a bit of education,

it's about going 'you know what...

this is exactly who you are,

this is your reality,

I can deal with that'.
