like okay there's somebody that I want
to continue to talk to maybe possibly
work with or you know somebody could you
know be part of my business about my
process services you'll you'll know from
the conversation alright so we've
strange the prospect start a
conversation with strangers to turn them
into a prospect well when starting will
come we'll stay for the strangers that
could turn into a potential prospect
find something you both have in common
at that moment right you might be at the
grocery store you might be at the mall
is I be the Denisovans maybe the gas
station but find something that you have
in common at that moment all right maybe
both have children are you shopping for
the same items and maybe there's a topic
that's hot right now we can find common
ground all right find the common ground
so I know there's been times I've been
at the gas station that's really simple
you're both pumping gas we could sell
element is gas price
right or and before you know you you're
talking to someone I have children and
you know I have four I have four girls
so people all the time i get also oh my
gosh you know you have four girls and
before you know it we're in a
conversation or I'm at the grocery store
you know we may be in the same island
just something where you can find common
ground at that moment okay now make sure
you're smiling you're friendly and your
unthreatening okay then also make sure
that that person doesn't look like
they're in a rush okay dealers I hear
the rush you know maybe they don't have
like five minutes to have a conversation
of something all right so this is just
kind of see where you are in at that
moment all right this is very important
don't throw up all over the person ok I
know like this there's a lot of
individuals who are in home-based
business network marketing you may have
a great project service you know that
that could really help people you know
there's a lot people do the health of
wellness you know credit restoration or
repair but this is not the time to give
a mini presentation okay your goal is to
make a new friend because this person
you don't know that person so if you
start throwing up all over them and you
know try to give a presentation in my
world not just met you the goal here is
to make a friend you view you getting
this person to like you know you and
trust you alright so for my pretty sure
a lot of you heard about the form
process under you think I what is he
talking about yes form we're talking
about family occupations recreation
motivation these these four areas when
it comes to when you're being someone
and having a conversation with someone
are very powerful because it's the
questions that you asked and the
questions that you ask about that person
okay they're about it's all about that
person is not ending about you so it's
more the questions that are being add
that kind of pull you know information
out of that person's let's go for each
one so our family first okay people love
talking about that family and where they
are from
you know no matter where you're living
is sometimes your people from the area
many times you know people who are not
from that area you know currently this

I'm really from Ohio and you know
there's a lot of people who live enjoy
it or not from Georgia and so it is just
a great topic to bring up in their
family and you actually had kids or if
they're married if their kids are right
there you can see they have kids you
know how old or hold it you don't ask
you know where they're from and there
nothing to look at ask why they move you
know did you're asking questions about
their family and like the kind of
background you know and and this is
something is that that's very very can
be very emotional for people okay but
the ass kids again asked how many the
ages if you have kids talk about kid
stuff remember find the common ground
everybody who has kids has a story about
their kids oh yeah I know my kids were
you know when they were six above above
included you tell bunch of kids and
you're laughing and his fun right and
they're married and you are as well talk
Mary stuff right keep it fun and funny
if you're not married don't worries just
talk about general relationship thing so
the goal here with the family isn't
again find the common ground right is
where are you from well you know your
kids are you married you got any
siblings other you know cargo family
next thing is the occupation what do
they do for work um so people don't talk
about what they do because for most
people what they do is their life right
a lot of people you know they went to
school for a certain thing or they'd be
doing a certain thing for a long time
it's just part of them it's what they is
it they define themselves by their job
allows you to do they shouldn't do it
but lucky we do you know they define who
they are what that I was going to be by
their occupation so this is another area
that can really kind of help you decide
hey this Omega be part of my business
and this somebody could possibly work
with somebody who may need my process
services the this is this is a great
area to determine that so ask the
prospect what they do for work are
hey what do you do and they get into
when i'm this and that and i do this and
that and this and you know they were
going on and on about what they do and
whatever they tell you you make their
job sound like that absolutely best
thing in the world I don't care what it
is they don't care they say hey I'm a
janitor at a myth out of middle school
at all man I know those kids and drive
you crazy i know you see some the
funniest stuff every day I know your job
is very exciting the especially with
middle schoolers oh my goodness you know
a I'm you know I know they can be
messing I'm pretty sure a lot of times
it can be a lot of fun right and you're
you're making that job zone pray I unka
their engineer like oh man I know you're
making the big bucks engineering man
there you go to school for a long time
and because of that you're making the
big bucks right so you're making their
job sounds is absolutely phenomenal
absolutely phenomenal okay now keep on
messing up all right well before you're
going to go back now whatever whatever
that they whatever they tell you okay
make sure I'm doing okay whatever they
whenever you make your job sound great
they'll tell you what's wrong with it
okay I I don't care what job is around
here what job it is if you make their
job sound great that person will tell
you what's wrong with it right so the

they'll tell you like oh my gosh yeah it
can be cool but it's a long hours i'm
not getting paid enough those middle
schools are so mean to so right and I've
been doing 20 years I don't know
anything else I know how to do right

I'll get it they'll tell you what's
wrong without I've seen this happen
ninety-nine point nine percent of the
time right now every now and again you
get somebody's again
what I do and they are sending wrong
with it it's okay most times people will
tell you the wrong job okay now keep a
little note this prospect may want time
for you right so you're in a home-based
business in the back of your mind you
think I hey they may be open for an
opportunity right or if you have like a
project service maybe like a training or
coaching that can help somebody to learn
how you want make more money or have
more time for than a band-aid they may
be great for this product is great for
that part of that service so keep that
pencil note in the back of your head
okay so recreation alright everyone has
something that they love to do a hobby
or something right people just wish they
had more time to do the things they love
maybe they like to read or go snorkeling
or kayaking or running or they don't
hang with the family well whatever they
love to do they wish they have more time
to do all right so as a prospect what do
they like to do for fun or the past time
or spare time here's the thing about
this question right that many people
aren't asked this question you know what
is that they like to do okay not many
people or ask that question because most
times people are when the question being
asked is sometimes that's helping the
other person right but no one's asking
them what they like to do so when you
come along and as hey what do you like
to do wow this person really wants to
know about me okay so that process will
surely like do that excellent they love
to do and watch that prospects face
light up in while of this not love that
and blah blah blah they're like man you
know somebody's really caring about
about me so oh alright cool I should put
that on the spot but hey it happens so
oh so when it comes to recreation you
this is this is an area that it can
really you know you can get you can't
get emotional and you know the this
you can really start to you know figure
out oh you know what kind of person
you're talking to you know that you can
really start to qualify that individual
but but they really love you for asking
this question okay now motivation all
right everybody everyone has something
that keeps them going something that
wakes them up in the morning something
that makes it go to work something that
they live for so at the prospect what
keeps them motivated and again this is
another question that most people just
aren't asked most time this question add
doing unlike a job interview right what
motivates you okay because that that
interview is it is trying to figure out
what's important to you outside of that
no one no one's asking that question all
right no one's asking them what
motivates them because you know most
because those we don't care what keeps a
person motivated now that person right
cares about kids are motivated but you
come along a stranger they don't know
them in your action this question what
keeps you bookies me motivated like on
my leg aren't you kidding me well let me
tell you okay the prospect total may
change from cheerful to little series
because what keeps the motive is usually
it taxes something that affects their
emotions all right and it could be hey
what kidding my family keeps you
motivated um you know I'm taking care of
my mom she's not doing too well so you
know I gotta get up every day and go to
work to make sure that I can provide for
her you know about my kids keep me
motivated you know I work down at the
sheltering and it's something that's
emotional that keeps them motivated and
this area ladies and gentlemen is where
you figure out the person's why why are
you living even even if this person up
may not believe that they have something
you asked this question and someone in
disturbing maybe at that moment of time
that you ask a question day there
there's like that I never thought about
that right and and maybe I that
conversation over you part ways so that
we thinking about it man what does keep
you motivated okay and
it give that opportunity that possible
opportunity to really think about their
life and you know what there's what's
their purpose because maybe they don't
have anything to live for but you come
along and ask that question and now that
it may help to rethink their process
like oh my gosh what does keep me
motivated and may it may have to rethink
their purse that been their purpose and
because you asked that question now that
question is start up an emotion and that
emotion is attached to you okay so that
that would be a great process cuz you do
not have a new friend because you start
up in emotion ok so the clusion the
purpose of form the form process is to
show people that you care remember this
people don't care how much you know
until they know how much you care i'm
pretty sure you heard this this before a
lot of you half of you have it remember
this people don't care much you know
they know how much you care when you use
the flow process you're asking question
about things that are important to your
prospects most processors don't get the
attention that they need right they're
not getting the attention at work
they're not getting attention at home
because somebody's always answer some
can you do this can do that can you can
you can you can you can you can you're
special you're a parent and you weren't
kids are you pissed up spouse edges and
stuff job acting stubborn nobody's
asking what do you need ok and this
process you come along and you're asking
these questions and you're asking
questions about them making them feel
special making them feel good and you're
making a friend in the process remember
this process has nothing to do with you
has everything to do with your prospect
they will leave you thinking that person
was a great conversations and all you
did was ask the right questions all
right ask my questions so now before you
that process here's what you want to say
you know while we're talking I heard you
mention blah blah blah blah blah just
keep that remember keep that mental note
of something that they said during that
process and say something they mentioned
the conversation that your business
private source is helping with all right
now what this also means that you were
listening you were listening to them us
I knew we were just talking
was listening to you they're like man
somebody who cares about me and a lesson
where did this person come from there
must be an alien or something right then
say I think I may have something that
can help you with that then we get your
number and I'll give you a call in a day
or two then they will be so happy to
give you the number ninety-nine percent
of time is more than happy to share the
information with you because you have
something really help them with a
specific issue a challenge and also that
process you made a friend alright you
may a friend they will never forget you
when you call them like hey this is such
a sense we met at the dentist offers a
new mexico she's a haven in tomorrow
every minute of it then yeah I remember
you but hey let's get together you know
the phone or is this beautiful coffee
and let's talk about how you know we can
help you with your with your you know
you know time freedom or whatever you
more time bike riding or whatever it is
and they will be more than happy to meet
