How to Get MWM Energy Metabolism Right Now - Duration: 12:39.

I am so excited to announce that

Masterclass with Masterjohn Energy Metabolism is

finally here. And in less than a minute,

I'm gonna be telling you all about

how you can get started with it right now.

A ketogenic diet has neurological benefits.

Why do we have to eat such an

enormous amount of food?

Complex Science.

Clear Explanations.

Class is starting now.

Masterclass with Masterjohn Energy Metabolism

is all about how we break down food for

energy. How we store that energy. And how

we use it to promote our health.

It's about what goes right with the system,

and what goes wrong with it. It's about

health and disease. It's about nutrition

and medicine. The core of it is

biochemistry. It's not the exact same

thing you'd get in a biochemistry class.

What it is, is a narrowing in on the

biochemical pathways that relate to

breaking down energy, using it, and

storing it. And it covers those pathways

sometimes in more detail than what you'd

get in a biochemistry class. But we go

at it more slowly so that we can stop

and look at each detail and see how it's

relevant to the system as a whole. And

how it's relevant to questions of health

and disease that you care about.

I can see you loving

Masterclass with Masterjohn for any of

the following three reasons:

Number 1: Maybe you love to

read everything you can get your hands

on about health and wellness, but you

keep finding yourself not able to

understand half of it, or maybe more,

because you don't have a foundation in

the science that's necessary to understand it.

And you don't have time to go back to

school to get that foundation.

You can get that foundation with

Masterclass with Masterjohn Energy Metabolism.

Number 2: Maybe you

have to take biochemistry right now,

or soon. Or you already had to take it,

but you need to keep it fresh in your

mind, because some exam's coming up.

Maybe a standardized test is coming up, and you

need to know biochemistry for it.

Well, maybe you want something that is a

little bit more lively. A little bit more

relevant. A little bit more fun than what

you'd get if you took that class over

again. Or if you just sat down with a

review book and tried to motivate

yourself to read it.

What I'm doing here is trying to bring

that content alive in an interesting,

relevant, and fun way.

Number 3: Maybe

you have a science background. And you

have a great one, but you just want to

know about the latest research. Or you

want novel perspectives and novel ideas

about the content that you already know.

Well then you'll love

MWM Energy Metabolism,

because I've made it as easy

as it can possibly be to skip around and

find exactly what you're looking for.

So you can skip over all the basic review

material and get right to the kernels of

knowledge that you're looking for.

Now, Masterclass with Masterjohn Energy Metabolism

is free to watch the videos.

Masterclass with Masterjohn has always

been that way, and I intend it to always

stay that way.

But I'm also offering you

an opportunity to step your MWM game up

to the next level and go MWM Pro.

So here are 5 reasons to go MWM Pro:

Number 1: Early access to content.

The first free lesson will air on YouTube and

Facebook on Monday, April 17th.

But, if you sign up for MWM Pro, you can

get access to classes right now. If you sign

up for the monthly plan, you'll get

immediate access to the first 2 classes.

And every Friday you'll get the two

classes that are gonna be airing

the following week. If you sign up for

the yearly plan, you will get immediate

access to the first eight classes. And

once a month you'll get the eight

classes that are going to be released

the following month. Early access to

content isn't only cool because you get

it sooner, but it also helps you use the

content in the way you want better,

because you are able to skip around and

find the things that you need.

Number 2: Find what you're

looking for really easily.

With MWM Pro, you can search a single

keyword search across all of the lessons that

you have access to, to find out

everywhere in the lesson content that

may have the concept that you're looking for.

On the main lesson page, I can type

succinyl CoA into the search box.

Immediately, I find that 3 of the

lessons cover succinyyl CoA. Number 5,

number 7 and number 8. Number eight

sounds really interesting to me so I'm

going to see what Chris Masterjohn has

to say about succinyl CoA in lesson

number 8. In the lesson, I can even

keyword search the video for

succinyl CoA. And each time I hit the

enter button, it'll bring me to the point

in the video where I talk about

succinyl CoA.

There are several tools on the video player that

allow you to make this even more

self-paced. First, there's speed buttons. You

can get very granular control to speed

up the video to the exact speed that you

want, or to slow it down to the exact

speed that you want. And that'll allow you to go at

whatever pace you need. In addition to

that, let's say you're not understanding

something. You can put it through an AB

loop. If you press the AB loop button,

then you can start a repeating loop by

hitting the letter "I". Then you can end

your repeating loop by hitting the

letter "O". And if we put the sound on, "and

you're watching Masterclass with Masterjohn

of chrismasterjohnphd.com"

"and you're watching Masterclass with Masterjohn

of chrismasterjohnphd.com"

"And you're watching Masterclass with Masterjohn

of chrismasterjohnphd.com." Now that's kind of

silly to put the AB loop like that. But

let's say there's two minutes of the

video that you need to hear five times

until you're really going to get it. Then

the AB loop is super useful.

Number 3: You get your

choice of format. Maybe you

like to read. Well then you get a

transcript. You get a transcript on the

web page, and you get a transcript as a

downloadable PDF.

Or maybe there are some times that

are better to watch, some that are better

to listen, and some that are better to

read. Let's say you have a complicated

commute where you walk to the subway, and

then you're on the subway, and then you get

somewhere where you can sit down. Well

maybe while you're walking you want to

listen to the audio. Maybe on the subway

you want to read the PDF. And maybe when

you get to where you're going you can

sit down and watch the rest of the video.

Well I allow you to download the audio,

download the PDF, and watch the video in

whatever way you want. But more

importantly, within the PDF you get these

timestamps that tell you exactly where

the text corresponds to in the video. And

that makes it a lot easier to seamlessly

switch between text, audio and video.

Number 4: there's an expansive world

of knowledge at your fingertips. In the

free videos, if I'm using someone's data,

or I'm adapting or borrowing a figure

under fair use, I'll give a citation for it.

But what I've done in MWM Pro is

I've collected all of the different

levels of further reading that would be

useful for you to take the lesson that

I'm giving you and take it to the next

level. Or even to regress and review

something that would help you understand

the lesson. Not only have I collected the

further reading materials at the end of

each lesson so you have them all in one

place, but I've also interspersed them

where they're relevant in the PDF and

web-based transcripts. And as you can see

on the screen, I've offered free sources

when possible. And even given the page

numbers in specific text books to allow

you to easily find information in those

books. And I've hyperlinked the resources

so that you can waste no time getting to

what you need. And wherever possible I've

linked directly to the full text of the

relevant paper.

Number 5: Community.

I've made a forum for each lesson so

that MWM Pro members can

discuss the lessons, ask each other

questions and help each other out. I'll

do my best to stop into the forums at

least once a week and answer any

questions that are best suited for me.

There's even a forum for feature

requests. So if you're an MWM Pro member,

you can make suggestions that I'll take

into consideration for making MWM Pro a

better product. Now you're probably

asking, "Masterjohn what does all of this cost?"

Well the answer is, "it depends." You may be

able to get it for free, and you may be

even able to make money with it, and

that's because I have an affiliate

program. If you want to sign up for the

monthly plan, it's $15.00 a month.

If you want to sign up for the

yearly plan, it's a $120.00

a year which saves you 33%.

Although from now through

the release of the first lesson on

Monday, there's a discounted rate for the

yearly plan of $100.00 which

saves you 45% off the

monthly plan rate. But you can also join

the affiliate program and get a 20%

commission on all your sales,

including recurring charges. So if you

sign up for the yearly plan tonight, and

then you get 5 people to sign up for

the yearly plan, you've paid your way and

it's free. After that you can continue to

promote it and make money doing so.

I only ask that if you promote it, you

promote it honestly because you love it.

I know some people won't want MWM Pro,

and I'm fine with that. I want you to get

it only because you expect to love it.

And if you promote it, I want you to

promote it because you do love it.

All right, maybe after all this, MWM Pro isn't for you.

But Masterclass with Masterjohn is.

Awesome. Sit back,

relax, enjoy the ride. The first free

lesson launches on Monday, and until the

class is done they'll come out twice a

week, once on Monday and once on

Wednesday, entirely for free. But if

MWM Pro is for you, then you can get on it

right now by going to

chrismasterjohnphd.com/pro. If you know

you want it, you can click right on the

get-started button. If you're not sure, then

you can read what I've put together on

the page and see if your questions are

answered in the frequently asked

questions. And if they're not, you can

shoot me an email at

chris@chrismasterjohnphd.com to ask me

questions. Once again that's

chrismasterjohnphd.com/pro, to sign up.

If you sign up, I'll see you in the forums.

iI you're waiting for the free version,

I'll see you on Monday.

PRO-TIPS FOR EVERYDAY ORGANIZING [CC] #SSSVEDA - Duration: 5:47.

Hey there! Thanks for tuning in. I'm Jody and this is Jody Right Now.

I apologize I am a little backlit.

But I am not going to let the goal for perfection be the enemy

of finishing this video so we're just

gonna plow right on.

Partly because I'm super excited to talk about something I

want to talk about more on the channel

and that's being organized. I love being

organized. It's something that comes

naturally to me. It's a passion, and I

could talk a little bit about another

topic that I like sharing and that is my

sleep machine, my sleep apnea machine,

which I have done a whole separate video

about which I'll link here. But the goal

for today is that I went and got a bunch

of new supplies, so I thought I would show

you how I change those out and how I am

going to be more organized about it.

So this is where my ventilator, which really is what it is,

Trilogy ventilator lives.

And

Again I'm not going to go into too much

about why I use this. You can

watch that in the other video. So step

one: detach it from the machine. And then I

come up here to these cool little

velcro... what you call these?

Tube clip thingies and I just have them snapped

right here. And then this whole thing

just gets thrown away.

And then in the back here there's two more filters. So this one.

So I figured out part of why I haven't been doing as good a job of

switching out my supplies and I should

is because I don't have them organized

very well. I keep a lot of the supplies

in the closet and they're not very

convenient. And that is I think one of

the biggest mistakes of organizing. It's

not having convenience to what you

need. So I went to the store yesterday

and bought this cute little basket which

I'm going to keep here at my bedside for

the filters and other supplies that I

need and hopefully that'll make it

easier for me to keep things organized.

We have these cute boxes which I bought

a while ago and I finally have a purpose for.

And I love that they meet my

requirement of being clear. A while back

I made a rule that I don't buy any

organizing containers--

Which this is kind of an exception but it's in a basket.

That aren't clear because if

something isn't clear you can't see

what's in it and you're more likely to

forget and then that just becomes

another container of clutter or clutter

container itself that you don't need.

So that's another tip.

So whenever you are buying containers, keep in mind try to

despite how cute and colorful all the

different boxes are at the storage store, storage

container store, try to buy clear.

So this is where my stockpile has lived.

So like this is the cleaning wipes. These can stay in here.

I don't need to bring those out.

But then here are more supplies.

Hey look how well that fits in there!

Perfect!

So the two main take-aways I would love for you to get from that organizing session,

is one: convenience, and two, proximity.

Having things conveniently easy to get to and use is really

important and then also proximity. Having

things--like things together as much

as possible. Not in separate rooms and

spaces because you often times not only

can't remember where you put something

but forget that you even have it. The

main point for that exercise was to

bring supplies from those areas to one easy

to get you location near my bed, near my

machine, where I can weekly and maybe

even daily if I need, to access those

supplies so I'm using them. And that

makes the machine run more efficient and

ultimately helps keep me healthier.

I also wanted to show you since I was there, that little, umm, wire metal basket

that I attached to my--what I call my

nightstand. I just needed something

there at my bedside that I could put

small things, have then easy to reach and so

they wouldn't fall on the floor. And I

thought hmm maybe if I just zip-tied a

little basket to my nightstand that can

meet that need. So I just encourage you

when you're looking at your spaces whether

you're needing to organize your thinking

about organizing, think about how you use

the space what your needs are. Look for

simple solutions. Things don't need to be

overly complicated.

So I hope this helped you. Like I said, I love organizing and

talking about organizing. If you have any

questions or challenges that you don't

quite know how to tackle, feel free to leave

questions in the comments below and I'll

be glad to answer.

Thanks for tuning in for today and I'll see you tomorrow!

Bye!
