Waching daily Apr 12 2017

Hi there smart drivers, Rick with Smart

Drive Test talking to you today about

judging gap for new drivers working

towards a license or those drivers that

have got their license that are just

embarking on their driving careers. This

is probably the most essential skill

that you need in order to be able to

turn safely on left and right turns. When I

was asked by Big Money Boss to do a video

on how to judge gap, I had to give this a

fair bit of thought because I was

thinking about how we did this when we

trained in the vehicle and actually what

we do is if the student misjudges the

gap we simply intervene. And through the

process of repetition and different

traffic scenarios, the student learns

when he or she can go. And that's how we

did it. So doing a video on this tended

to be a little bit more difficult

because I actually to think about

exercises that I could give you in order for your to do..

for you to be able to learn how to judge

gap. So that's what I'm going to do today.

I got a couple of exercises for you in

order to help you to learn to judge gap

more quickly and to actually be more

precise in learning to judge gap as well

get with a veteran driver and drive

around with them and have them help you

judging gap to make sure that the gap is

sufficient when you're making your left

and right turn so stick around we'll be

right back with that information

are there smart drivers welcome back

Rick with smart drive test talking to

you today about judging gap we're

standing out here on a highway where the

speeds are in excess of a hundred

kilometers an hour 60 miles an hour and

in a lot of instances people are doing

70 75 110 even sometimes 120 kilometers

an hour across this highway now I sit

down at the intersection and I was

judging gap and it took about 10 seconds

I wanted a 10 second gap before I pulled

out of this intersection on the

right-hand turn to get my vehicle going

and get it up to speed in front of the

traffic that was down there so what you

do is you just simply come out to an

intersection that you're having

difficulty judging gap and start

counting when you see the vehicles back

off at a distance at a landmark so pick

a landmark a traffic sign the end of a

concrete barrier whatnots for 10 seconds

on this intersection is way down there

at the concrete barrier just by that

green sign you may or may not be able to

see that in the camera so that's one of

the exercises that you can do is simply

go to the intersections you're having

difficulty judging gap and start

counting and figuring out how long it

takes a vehicle to get from a certain

distance to where you are the more you

do that the more this will become second

nature and it will be easier for you to

judge gap and know how long it takes you

to get out into an intersection now the

other thing you can do on a left-hand

turn is do what we call meeting the gap

and when the vehicle is coming through

on the gap that you know that it's going

to work for you to get your vehicle

through and around the intersection you

can start moving into the intersection

and gaining speed with your vehicle

before you actually start to execute the

actual turn that way it's going to cut

down the amount of time that you're in

the intersection of doing your left hand

turns because you've got a lot more

distance to travel through an

intersection on the left-hand turn so we

call it meeting the gap you start moving

forward as the other vehicle is coming

through and once the vehicle clears the

intersection then you can turn and

you've got a bit of speed now this is

even more important in bigger vehicles

the bigger the vehicle the more you have

to

the gap the more you up to stay back on

the left-hand turn that way when you

start to see the gap the vehicles coming

you can move forward and gain speed and

if you're in a manual transmission you

can also start shifting gears that way

you're not going to be limited to your

speed when you go through the

intersection because you're going to be

in the appropriate gear to go around the

corner at some speed and make the

left-hand turn so that's another way you

can compensate for it same thing on

right-hand turns if you got a slip lane

stay back a little bit that way when you

see the gap coming you can judge that

gap and start moving forward and then

simply turn in behind the other vehicle

so that's another way you can do it so

what we're going to do is go down to

some intersections here in town and

we're going to judge do the counting

exercise and figure out how far away the

other vehicles need to be now one more

point about judging gap for vehicles at

intersections and the smaller the

vehicle the more difficult is going to

be to determine that vehicle speed

motorcycles and bicycles are now coming

out that we've got spring coming on and

it is more difficult to judge the

distance and judge the speed of

motorcycles and bicycles because they're

smaller vehicles and it is difficult for

us to discern that because spatial

orientation is essentially what you're

trying to do with your ability to judge

gap and that is the right brain exercise

if you want to learn more about spatial

orientation and right brain exercises

look at the book learning to draw on the

right side of the brain she talks about

great brain activities and spatial

orientation because that's essentially

what you're trying to do so have a look

at that as well work with a veteran

driver if you're having difficulty

judging gap below with a driving

instructor and do some work at complex

intersections and on highways just

determining gap and determining when it

is safe for you to go because as I said

it's a lot more difficult for me to do

this in a video than just to do it in

the car and teach you at different

situations and in at different

intersections where the traffic is ever

evolving because it's difficult to get a

perspective in the camera as it is in a

vehicle and actually being there in the

situation so the more practice you get

the better you're going to be at this

and work with the veteran driver work

with a driving instructor and they'll be

able to help you judge gap and as well

no amount of time in case you to get

through an intersection and practice

that go to an intersection and feel far

away the cars are and how long it takes

them to get to the intersection from a

pic landmark so we're going to go to

another intersection here we're going to

do some of that exercise in the urban

center here and moving out onto a big

road and high speeds applause speed

limit is 90 kilometers an hour on the

throat nine o'clock men are 55 miles an

hour and this is a very busy road and we

have a big gap

one thousand one one thousand two

one-thousand three one-thousand four

one-thousand five one-thousand 6007

1,000 each one thousand nine 1010 took a

10 second hit up to 90 kilometres an

hour on that right-hand turn so this is

more difficult because you have to judge

the traffic from both directions and we

got a good gap on this side but not on

the other side there is a traffic island

out there but I don't want to be working

on the traffic island just today so we

need probably half a kilometer good

quarter mile down to the right here to

get out there and get the vehicle up to

speed so we need the same on both sides

so you need to wait you need to be

patient especially on these bigger roads

with much higher speeds

it takes you a long time in a passenger

vehicle to get out there and get up to

speed and as you can see and sitting

here for quite a long time because one

side clears and then the other side has

traffic

never risk that always take your time

wait for the gap get the gap that you

need because you don't want to be ran

into by one of those big trucks because

they'll just basically run over you and

leave you is bits and pieces on the

roadway

so we get one more car on the right here

and we can probably go after this little

bunch of traffic here and yes 1,001

1,002 1,003 four 1,000 five and I've got

the fuel belt right on the floor

and I'm at speed limit so that was about

a technically believe all time it in the

post-production see how long as you get

the vehicle up to speed now obviously a

lot of you are going to have vehicles

much bigger ancients and this one the

civilian a four-cylinder in it so you're

going to be able to get up to speed much

more quickly than this vehicle was able

to

quick review of judging gap smaller

vehicles are more difficult to determine

their feet so motorcycles and bicycles

are going to be harder to judge as well

as speeds increase it's also harder to

judge gap so know that when you're on

highways and high-speed roads in those

types of things going to be harder to

judge gap in town you need 52 seconds

for both the left and a right hand turn

out on the highways you're going to need

10 to 20 seconds depending on your

vehicle and how big the motor is and how

fast you can get up to speed as you saw

here in the video on the left hand turn

out on the highway when I was coming off

a stop sign out onto a high speed

highway I had to sit there for a long

time because i need a gap on both sides

to be able to make that left-hand turn

so be patient wait for the gap don't get

pressured by other vehicles especially

when you're a new driver because you're

susceptible to that social pressure of

other vehicles on the roadway so don't

get pressured by other vehicles take

your time and go when you feel it is

safe as well when you're coming through

left-hand turns as this complex

left-hand turn here at this intersection

you can begin to move forward and meet

the gap in the intersection that way

you're going to get some speed and this

is more important with larger vehicles

that you have to stay back a little bit

so you can get that speed shift a couple

of gears and then expediently clear the

intersection is as quickly as possible

work was a veteran driver and he or she

will be able to help you with the gap if

it's too low as i said it's easier in a

car to teach you this then they can

intervene as they know and all the gaps

not enough don't go and as you get more

exposure to more traffic scenarios

different intersections and those types

of things are going to get experience

and you're going to learn how to judge

gap because gap is a spatial orientation

you're you're determining speed you're

determining the size of the vehicles and

how far away those are as well come out

to the intersections like this one here

start counting pick a fixed object off

in the distance when the vehicle goes

past that fixed object see how long it

takes them to get

to the intersection that way you can

start determining if you have a safe gap

or what not if you need five to eight

seconds in town you need ten to twenty

out on the highway on high-speed

highways that are in excess of 90

kilometers an hour or 55 miles an hour

Theopoetics as God-Talk | ANNOTATE - Duration: 2:41.

Theopoetics is a type of play.

A type of play that involves

theological reflection,

and our being,

and how we interact with the text,

and how we're formed by a text.

It's an entire

way of engaging the material,

both the writing and the content,

in an understanding that

what's communicated is not only

what is said, but is also

how it's said.

and those both

are communicating something, and

drawing the reader into the questions,

and into the mystery

that surround the Divine, and God,

and what we mean when we speak about God.

If one was to consider the tradition more broadly,

one could always see theology and poetry

connected. From the Psalms, to

hymns in the New Testament.

There's a deep connection with

trying to speak around the mystery.

If God is not an object,

and we're gonna be critical of our

underlying deism, which haunts

us in the Western Church,

as thinking about God as super being, or as

a thing to be described,

the subject calls us, and invites us into the mystery,

and I think that's necessary both to

explore humanity, and life,

because there's a lot of mystery in

loving someone, or being invited into someone's life.

You never quite understand that person fully.

And so if that's our experience of existence,

and of love, and of relationships,

how much more

does that mystery fit God,

or what we

think about God,

or how we're called into

that relation with what is

utmost and what matters to us.

And so I think that mystery is not trying

to cover over a rational discourse, but it

it fits both

a pre-rational and a post-rational sphere

in that trying to

articulate our deepest desires

requires a more poetic phrasing,

requires us to be a little bit less certain

about how to speak about those emotions.

Perfect Metallica song, or why 'Spit Out the Bone' is the best one since 1988 | Andriy Vasylenko - Duration: 5:38.

actually I don't really understand why

there's such a buzz around this bass

riff. It's just a bass riff not even a bass solo.

Hi friends, Andriy Vasylenko. 'Spit out the bone' - the closing track on

Hardwired to Self-Detruct and

it's often considered as the best song

on the album. And everybody is so

expecting when Metallica finally

performs it live. I can't recall such an

excitement about any other song from

The Big 4 in last years.

Has Metallica written something special?

There is a couple of songs since Justice

album which I subjectively like more. But

I will try to get rid of all the

personal things and look at the question

impartial. So, what is special in

Spit out the Bone and why it might be the

best Metallica song in almost three

decades. This is my opinion, take it easy

and express your tolerannt point in comment. Metallica began as a thrash / speed

metal band. they gave birth to the genre

on kill Em All. That their roots. The period

lasted all 80s and included four iconic

albums. And Justice for All was an apogee

of the genre growth. then Bob Rock comes

out and Metallica enters new era

slower song, smoother production commercial

success. Old fans either denied the

changes or accepted them. I am rather

a universal Metallica fan, every

album is special to me. But in this video

the old Metallica is the reference point

of what the 'true' Metallica is / was /

should be. What the ideal classic

Metallica song must sound like?

thrash or speed metal

moderately long and well-built

with killer main riff, with guitar solo

with melodic elements

loved by most of fans, and good production

Last one is optional. We take music as our priority.

So, let's break the sh[bass]t down from a

point of an old-school Metallica fan and

play my MetalliGeek game.

All Metallica songs since 1988 and

our criteria to choose a winner.

Let's consider the best songs go to regular

albums, so we cross out

I Disappear and stuff

Lords of summer is kind of match but we

cross it out too. Next, we can immediately

get rid of St. Anger since there is no

guitar solo there. The Black Album. There

is a couple of pretty fast songs on this

record, but still not thrash metal.

we've got no thrash metal on Load and Reload

Fuel is fast, but would you say that the

best song of Metallica in three decades?

Death Magnetic has a few thrashy songs

with killer riffs, melodic elements

We cross out Cyanide and

The Unforgiven III and also

The End of The Line and Broken Beat & Scarred

It's not the thrash metal we need here.

The day that never comes is rather a ballad

with thrash elements, not the balance we

are looking for. Now Hardwired to self-destruct

We drop all the slow stuff

and I think we can drop also Atlas Rise!

and Moth into flame, these radio friendly songs.

My favorite ones The Judas Kiss and Suicide & Redemption

also bye-bye, they are not that popular

among fans. That was just your life and

My apocalypse were often played on

Magnetic tour. But it seems like

everybody forgot about these pretty good songs.

Hardwired is surprisingly short

and tight, but even too short and straight.

So, only two sons remain

All Nightmare Long and Spit Out the Bone

To me Spit Out the Bone is a bit better

built and feels less over-dragged than All Nightmare Long

Meet Spit Out the Bone - the best

Metallica song since maybe Blackened

Still it's subjective to some extent

but, as I mentioned before, my favorite ones

are the Judas Kiss, Suicide and

redemption, The Outlaw Torn and a few more.

That's it. I hope you've been having fun.

Expect more videos about Metallica, metal

my bass covers and Total Cliff

Next time - how deep Dave Mutaine's

influence went into Metallica, and we'll try to

find similar riffs in both bands

Something like that, I don't actually know

how to name this video yet. Subscribe to this

metal, if you just like what I do

Donald Trump Is Just A Pathetic Internet Troll - Duration: 4:10.

Typically when we think of internet trolls we think of just angry people sitting at a

computer with nothing better to do than harass and demean others anonymously.

We don't typically think of them sitting in the White House angrily typing away with their

70-year-old hands on a cellphone trying to make others feel small.

Yet, that is what we have today.

Donald Trump is our Internet Troll-in-Chief.

If you don't believe me, just look at his Twitter feed.

Just this morning he said that last night he had had a great phone call with President

of China where they discussed the menace of North Korea.

Now he wasn't talking about the country itself being menacing, he referred to the country

as a menace.

You know, like 'Dennis the Menace.'

Essentially, he is out there name calling countries that have nuclear weapons capabilities

because that's all he knows how to do.

His entire Twitter feed is made up of lies, false accusations and personal attacks on

others, just like a typical internet troll.

That is what, for some reason, people in this country thought made him a great person to

be President of the United States.

Now it's one thing when Donald Trump was just, you know, CEO, or whatever he was, of his

own companies, going out there saying this stupid stuff online; but now he is the president.

As President of the United States, we have to hold him to at least a little bit higher

of a standard.

We cannot have a president who goes out there on Twitter, on his personal Twitter account

and on the @POTUS Twitter account, insulting other citizens of the United States, insulting

other countries, making false claims that President Obama wiretapped him.

That's not acceptable behavior of a US President and, to be honest, that shouldn't be acceptable

behavior of anybody over the age of 70.

This is what juvenile children do.

Teenagers, adolescents, this is how they operate online because they haven't yet developed

the mental capacity to process their feelings and emotions properly yet.

They don't understand the concept of longterm consequences usually until they're in their

late teens, sometimes early 20's.

That's psychology.

Donald Trump, a man over the age of 70, doesn't understand this.

We're dealing with a man-child who has access to nuclear codes and, to be honest, wouldn't

be surprised if he decided to tweet them out for the world to see because that's the kind

of incompetence and juvenilia that we're dealing with today in the United States.

Donald Trump sees his job as the job of someone to go out there and make fun of other people,

make fun of other countries and his base absolutely loves it.

That's the worst part of all of this.

If you look through some of his Twitter comments, the people who actually agree with him, the

things that they say to support his horrible claims online, that's even more disgusting

than what Donald Trump is saying because we know from looking through this that there

are plenty of people in this country that actually believe the same things, or that

think that he is somehow a respectable human being; but that's not the case.

Donald Trump and his Twitter feed are exceptionally dangerous for the United States, and whatever

this nonsense is that he is starting with North Korea is going to prove that

to everyone.

How To Ride Corners FAST | Mountain Bike Skills - Duration: 4:52.

- Riding corners fast on a mountain bike

can be quite hard, a little bit risky,

but it is a lot of fun when you know them.

This is how to ride corners fast.

(upbeat music)

The conditions you ride in,

like today, it's rainin',

and also the dirt is actually make a big difference

how much grip you have.

On a hard-packed surface, a tyre with a big, soft knob

is gonna find the biggest amount of grip,

also a wide tyre.

However in softer conditions, like today,

maybe a thinner tyre with slightly taller knobs

is gonna dig in that much better,

so tyre choice and conditions

are actually gonna make a massive difference

how fast you can ride that turn.

Judging the corner and the amount of grip you've got

is gonna be key for getting around that corner fast.

We're gonna split this video into two parts.

The first one being flat turns.

(upbeat music)

Flat corners are probably the hardest corners

to try and ride fast,

because a slide can easily turn into a crash.

Therefore, the fundamentals are really important first,

so think about those things I always talk about

in cornering techniques videos,

so outside foot down, tryin' to get

your centre of gravity low into the outside the bike,

angling the bike over, looking to the exit

if you can, but no corner is the same.

Here, I've got a root that runs diagonally

across the trail, probably the worst direction

it can be goin' in, so I might need to just do

a slight bunny hop over that,

even though I'm still looking around that corner.

To get fast 'round this corner

is gonna take confidence, commitment,

but also a very good line choice.

It's always good to try and open up the corner

as much as possible by entering the corner

as wide as you can.

You see in this corner, I can actually go really wide,

and use this part of a berm on the right hand side

to square off the first part of the corner.

However, to me, that doesn't look any better

because I'm gonna end up going too far

to the inside on the (mumbles) corner,

where it's really off camera.

I'm gonna stick to the inside,

I'm gonna open up as much as I can,

and make one big, smooth curve.

(upbeat music)

A berm is gonna give you much more support

than a flat corner, so you should be able

to be more aggressive, firing the bike

around the corner.

Also, if it's quite a nice, tall berm

like this, you can get up and high into the corner.

You're probably gonna find the steepest part

of the berm is up there, for extra support,

but also then with that height,

you can then drop down and out of the corner

on the way out to carry speed into the next section.

The fast berms are ones that you really squash into.

Softer beds will actually keep your feet

much more level than you would do on a flat corner.

In this example, I've just droppin'

my outside foot outward slightly,

just to try to get a little bit of weight

to the outside and low, but I'm really thikin' about

tryin' to control my weight on the bike.

If my outside foot was all the way down,

it'd be very easy to compress hard,

and actually lose my stability.

(upbeat music)

(tyres hitting gravel)

In this berm, I can afford to be really aggressive.

It's hard-pack, and I've got really big,

grippy tyres on, so I will have a lot of grip.

Also, I've got this big bank here

that's gonna support me, so I'm actually tryin'

to go a little bit inside that,

really throw the bike around

to get through this corner fast.

If it slides a little bit too much,

I've got all this rest of the bank

to then support me, but it's really important

I still keep my head up,

'cause I've got to get around

that right hand corner after this.

(upbeat music)

Here you can see we've got a really big berm,

but it's got some massive braking bumps in the bottom.

You can see on the outside

where everyone's tryin' to get up and outside

of these braking bumps, which is definitely

gonna be smoother, but to be honest,

I think what I'm gonna do

is just stick it in the middle of those bumps.

Yes, it's gonna be rough, so I'm gonna have to try

and stay up my pedals levels, tryin' to absorb

those as best as possible, but it's still actually

really steep, so I've got loads of support in there,

and remember, I still need to look around the berm.

The reason I'm not gonna try and get too high

is because there's a chance you might slide off it,

and to be honest, I don't think it's worth the risk.

I'm just gonna leave it in the bottom of those ruts.

(tyres hitting gravel)

(brakes squealing)

With the extra support you get from a berm,

you can actually lean your body weight

over much further, so that's gonna get you

cornering harder, and therefore, faster.

Two points I always talk about

in cornering techniques videos

is tryin' to get off your brakes if you can,

to give your tyres as much grip as possible,

and also lookin' to where you want to come out the turn.

It makes a massive difference.

(tyres hitting gravel)

(brakes squealing)

That is how to ride corners faster.

I think it's fair to say

that you never really master the skill.

You just get better and better,

and you probably have a few spills along the way.

Why Kamau Is the Rapper We've All Been Waiting For - Duration: 3:42.

Speaker 1: Before we were able to speak we had percussion in us.

This year I've actually started paying attention to the space between things.

The space between activities, between words, yeah.

I was born in DC, I was raised in Marilyn.

Both of my parents are avid lovers of music.

Our father got my brother and I tape recorders and so we were running round making songs

on this tape recorder and sometimes we'd fast forward it and it'd sound like Alvin and the

Chipmunks.

The first school I went to was an African school.

Music was a mandatory part of the curriculum, all of the males had to learn how to play

the djembe.

We start when you put it in the middle, in a circle.

There's music happening around you, people singing.

I was always just fond of creating.

I never even thought about going to art school, I just came up to my mom one day saying, "Mom

what do you think if I want to go to art school?".

She said, "I guess you're going to art school".

That's what brought me to New York and that was 2009 and I've been here since then.

When I got to New York there's this collective called Big City.

Big City kind of took me under their wing, took me from being a word heavy thesaurus

rapper to someone who cares more about delivery as well.

You think of language as a tree, there are some terms that are like the trunk, that we

get.

They might not even be actual words, they may just be sonic symbols like 'Ah', you know

what that means.

On a loop pedal I'll lay down gibberish sometimes before I write the words because I think the

lines that I could create through gibberish are much more attractive than the lines that

I could create through just trying to find really good words.

So it's a, "What does it sound like, what does it sound like" and then I'll find the

words.

"Pretty little red bird on my windowsill", so you know what I mean?

There are parts that are very, very pleasurable and parts that are less pleasurable.

The part that causes the most pain is performing.

Sometimes when you don't get a standing ovation it will cause you to look at what you're doing.

A lot of times you leave thinking "I could have done a lot better".

If I could figure out why then this really good data that I could use to sharpen my skills

of communication.

But this project that's coming out now is something about feelings.

I think a huge part of our gift here is to feel and to feel everything.

Life isn't about feeling good, life isn't about people making you feel good, that's

silly.

I'm just glad to be here and I'm glad that I keep getting the opportunity to exist and

that means that I keep getting the opportunity to contribute.

Queen Elizabeth Refuses To Abdicate, Doesn't Think Prince Charles Is Fit To Be King - Duration: 2:26.

Despite her health concerns, Queen Elizabeth is refusing to step down, shes worried

about the monarchys future in the hands of her son, Prince Charles.

The Queen and Charles have been feuding over several different matters and she doesnt

want Prince Charles taking the monarchy in the wrong direction.

One of the issues theyve been arguing about is Brexit and Great Britains future role

in the European Union.

Charles clearly sees things differently than his mother.

The Queen thinks her son has his priorities in the wrong places.

Queen Elizabeth supported Brexit because she wants to hold together the British Commonwealth

nations.

Charles, on the other hand, wants to see Britain together with the other European nations in

the EU.

Prince Charles sees and understands why the EU is important for not only modern Britain,

but for citizens that are the same age as his two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry,

and Kate Middleton.

In fact, royal observer Ephraim Hardcastle even writes, The Queens alleged support

for Brexit is related to her determination to save the Commonwealth.

After Elizabeth II, who was crowned Queen of an Empire, all will be different.

Charless inevitably short reign will be followed by that of William, who grew up in

an EU nation.

And, like his father, he doesnt seem keen on courting most of the realms his grandmother

currently reigns over. Its without a doubt that Queen Elizabeth doesnt want

to retire yet, shes absolutely worried about the future of the monarchy and doesnt

think Prince Charles is ready to be King.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any more comments concerning the Queens health

or her future for that matter.

Yet, many royal observers know that her reign is almost over.

It will only be a matter of time before the announcement will be made and Prince Charles

is made King of England.

Let us know what you think by dropping us a line with your thoughts in our comments

section below.

BEAUTY IS LIFE is Beatrix Isabel Lied.

On her in-house produced YouTube channel,

the beauty expert shares professional tips for make-up, styling and skin on a weekly basis.

BIL : „Hello beloved beauty fans,

today we have a very special topic about skin care.

My today's guest is Rosi,

hello Rosi.

May I still call you Rosi?

We have known each other for such a long time.

Rosi : „Yes, of course!"

BIL: „Even in front of the camera?"

Rosi : " Absolutely, no problem."

BIL: "Happy to hear that.

May you tell us, how can I help today?"

Rosi: "Since I am not getting any younger, I have troubles with my skin.

But I know that you can help since you are a professional make-up artist with extensive experience in a dermatology clinic."

BIL: "Of course, with pleasure, thank you.

Looking at your face,

I can see that your skin was even more oily when you were younger and that you had to deal with blemishes.

You might remember that this was my favorite topic back in the days at the dermatology clinic."

Rosi: "Right."

BIL: "That's why I have an eye for this.

Now, it seems your skin is a little bit dry,

you slightly tend to have a so called mixed skin.

That's why you should not use oily creams, you would not be comfortable with that.

I have a cream which I would like to show you.

It's a regeneration cream which is not too greasy

but which will have a long-lasting nourishing effect from which you will benefit.

Come on, I'll show you the cream."

Rosi : " Looking forward."

BIL: "Okay Rosi, here comes the cream.

Are you right handed?"

Rosi: "Yes."

BIL: "Perfect, I'll hand you a little more so that you can also apply the cream on your décolleté, neck and around your eyes.

Always remember: all BEAUTY IS LIFE creams have an eye cream function

and I love to say: what's good for your eyes, is also good for your feet."

Rosi : „ Perfect"

BIL: „ Apply the cream yourself to get a feeling for it.

This cream derives from the BEAUTY IS LIFE product line emendatio and contains many ingredients such as:

extracts from conkers,

gingko,

caffeine,

squalene (grease which resembles sebum),

almond oil,

avocado oil,

hyaluronic acid,

amino peptide

and vitamin e.

The cream is rapidly absorbed and not too greasy

regardless of climate zones and skin types.

So, everyone can use this cream, even when you have exceeded a certain age.

Rosi, here it is.

Get a feeling for the crucible.

A very natural and high-quality design – so, also suitable for men.

But the most important thing: the ingredients.

How's your skin sensation?

Rosi: " It feels like it's already working."

BIL: "Wow. What a timing."

Rosi: "And I love the scent. Absolutely enjoyable."

BIL: "Very happy to hear that."

Rosi: "That's very important to me."

BIL: "Many thanks for your kind feedback."

Rosi: "It's a pleasure."

BIL: "Dear viewers, see you next week. I am looking forward."

BIL: "Bye."

Rosi: "Bye."

Classic Pound Cake - Duration: 5:27.

hi today I'm going to make a pound cake

and I don't know if anybody else had this

problem but I've been trying to find the

pound cake recipe a lot of them I try

and they're just dry the flavor is

pretty good but the the cake itself is

dry so I found the new recipe and i'll

link it below but usually in the pound

cake recipes you use butter but they

don't tell you to use anything else and

this one you use two sticks of butter

and you also use a half a cup of

vegetable shortening and i always use crisco

so i have a half a cup but i have the

butter flavor that's the flavor that I

have today so you're going to add that

along with three cups of sugar and

you're going to whip it into his light

and fluffy so I'll do that and I'll be

back

okay here i have on the three cups of

cake flour because I Google to find a

pound cake to use cake flour because I

had someone to get rid of and I use the

Swans down cake flour and so this is 3

cups of cake flour a half a teaspoon of

baking powder and I'm sorry another half

cup (NO) sorry about that a half a teaspoon

I'm sorry it's a teaspoon (NO) okay the

recipe calls for a half a teaspoon (YES) of

baking powder and a half a teaspoon (YES) of

fine sea salt I didn't have sea salt so

i'm using my regular salt and also it

tells you to take five eggs one cup of

milk a cup of vanilla (NO) a teaspoon and a half a cup (N0) a teaspoon

of almond and you're going to mix it

together you're going to alternate

adding into your sugar and flour (NO)butter mixture

the flour and the wet ingredients ending

and beginning ended with a dry

ingredients so I'll come back when I

finish mixing so won't be so loud

okay so this is the consistency of the

batter and I read some of the reviews

and somebody said they baked she said

to start off on 350 and reduce to

325 for forty five minutes but some

said that when they did that it wasn't

done so i'm going to put it on 325 and

do it for like hour and 15 minutes and i

start checking it shortly after that so

this is what it looks like and it's

creamier than the other recipes i tried

and so with me pound cakes honestly it's

just a hit a miss sometimes they do good

sometimes not but i want to find a good

recipe that i can use because i want to

take some strawberries and cool whip and

make a little short cake so i'll come

back and show you what it looks like

when finished okay here's that pound

cake on the cooling rack is very spongy

and see the crust on there is kind of

like crispy so you don't need to put any type of

icing on it because it kind of

crystallizes kind of like a

sugary texture and I think that's

because you take that milk and eggs and

put that together you know how eggs

kinda make a crust like when you use it

like for a pie shell or whatever anyway this

this is the cake and I'll come back when I

actually cut it and 10 minutes I'm going

to invert it out of this pan and

let it cool and then i'ma come

back and show you what it looks like

when I cut a piece enjoy it! okay

here's our strawberry shortcake made with

that pound cake let's see what it tastes

like

hmm

it's kind of in between the consistency

of an angel food cake and a pound cake

and that's what one of the commenters

said there's like seven people commented

and that's what one of the ladies said

and it's true it's got a buttery flavor

not overwhelming but I think doing the

eggs like that with the milk kind of

made it on the crispy crust around the

sides here not as moist as I would like

it (better the next da though) but it's a good texture for you to

add like a strawberry so it won't get

that wet wet texture so I'd make it

again for this I wouldn't make it to eat

plain though

Do's & Don'ts in Mexico - Duration: 1:55.

Hi! I'm Sarah Elengorn owner and broker of

Elengorn Realtors. Today I'm going to

give you some tips on what to do and

what not to do while in Mexico.

Arrive fabulously late, here it's not a problem.

Actually it's a bit more of an

inconvenience if you arrive on time and

don't even think about being early.

Getting to a party or a date about 15

minutes late is just about right. And

offer your hand when you first meet

somebody Mexicans love shaking hands.

Between friends you can give a hug or a

kiss if it's for a woman. To be sensible

don't carry expensive pieces of jewelry

with you and don't be showy. I'd like to

say that it's a good idea to blend in as

much as you can so just don't draw

attention to yourself. And tipping custom

is between ten and twenty percent if you

had great service. It is considered rude

if you don't leave any tip at all so

bear that in mind when you go to

restaurants. And ironically enough if you

don't want to buy anything don't say no

just repeat the word: gracias, gracias,

gracias.

And they'll soon be gone. And for a

really enjoyable experience learn

spanish. Even just a few simple phrases

can get you a really long way. You'll be

amazed at how much people open up if you

just make the effort.

Another tip is to carry a photocopy of

your passport with you at all times.

That way you can leave the original in a

safe place. And remember to pace yourself.

Here is a relaxed country, and things

don't happen quickly. If you need any

advice or information please contact me

by the email on the screen or through

the website. And don't forget to follow

our social networks so you can find out

all the latest news. I'm Sarah Elengorn

thank you so much for watching The Ellengorn Review

free zumba online|does zumba help you lose weight - Duration: 4:15.

Zumba is a new type of workout dance with international flair. It's sweeping the entire world and is on its way to practically becoming a lifestyle. Do you want to join the Zumba movement? To start turning your booty shakin' moves into calories burned? You're in good company!

Find a class to join. Because Zumba is so dang popular nowadays, it should only take a few clicks of your mouse to find a class near you. Zumba founders proudly tout that it'd be easier to tell you the places it's not offered than the places it is.[1] So no excuses! Your local gym, the Y, or area dance/yoga studios should be your first go-to. Zumba.com[2] has a class finder, too! Find a Licensed Zumba Instructor. Only Licensed Instructors can teach Zumba and all licensed instructors are listed on http://www.zumba.com. Licensed instructors who belong to ZIN (the Zumba® Instructor Network) have access to the newest Zumba fare -- updated routines, more song choices, more variation in style and the specialties like Zumba Toning, Aqua, Step, Sentao etc. To find out, all you have to do is ask!

Or do it on your own time! Since Zumba is so huge, it's all over YouTube and even Xbox and wii. If you're not into the class dynamic, don't have a gym to go to, or would plain just like to stay home, Zumba can come to you. There are literally dozens of titles to choose from between the two aforementioned consoles. And yes, you will break a sweat! YouTube is a great resource, too. Even if you are taking a class, watching a few videos can help gear your mind up for what you should expect and knock that learning curve down a notch. But remember, every class and every instructor is different, though the Zumba mentality and lifestyle remain the same.

Learn about the different types of Zumba. This is a fitness/dance-craze epidemic for a reason: everyone can do it. And with the different types of Zumba, it's pretty indisputable. Here are the current types offered: Zumba Fitness: This is your standard class. It has high-energy rhythms and distinctive Latin beats that will guarantee you're sweating and having a great time. Zumba Toning: With this class, you use toning sticks. Think of them as fitness maracas for your abs, glutes, arms, and thighs. Zumba Gold: This class is aimed at baby boomers and above. The class is a bit calmer than the standard, though it follows the same basic principles. Zumba Gold Toning: No surprises here, it's Zumba Toning for the wise-beyond-their-years population. A large group, for the record! Aqua Zumba: Effectively marketed as a "Zumba pool party." You do the same (and more) Zumba moves, only halfway emerged in water. You can imagine how much tougher it is! Zumba Sentao: This class is centered around a chair. It helps strengthen your core, work on balance, and steps up the cardio in a new and dynamic way. "Zumba Step": All of the Step toning and strengthening for legs and glutes plus all of the Zumba® fitness-party fun. Zumba in the Circuit: This combines Zumba and circuit training. Between dancing your butt off, you'll be doing strength exercises to get an all-around workout. Zumba Kids: For the little ones!

Experiment with different instructors or classes. As with anything, each class or instructor is going to be a bit different. Some classes will be jam-packed, some classes will be shorter or longer than others, and each instructor will have their own unique style. So if you start a class and you're not crazy about it, try another one before you give it up. You could be surprised how much of a difference it makes! And since there are so many different types of Zumba classes, experiment with that, too! If you like Zumba Fitness, try to mix it up on occasion with Zumba Toning or Aqua Zumba. Keeping your body surprised is just as important as surprising your mind!
