Dragon Ball Super Episode 85 review

Thankfully, this episode mixes things up by focusing on the other universes preparing for the the tournament as well, with the majority of the attention on Toppo from Universe 11 and his Pride Troopers.

Like the Hit episodes just prior to this arc, its nice to see some of these weird alien characters daily lives.

Seeing Toppo in a suit and tie as he wanders through the city under stylish noir lighting felt particularly fresh, and the banter between the various Supreme Kais and Gods of Destruction is illuminating.

As it stands, Toppo and his teammates are the heart of the non-Universe 7 combatants. After all, everybody in this situation views Goku as the villain, and the Pride Troopers are honorable defenders of justice.

In any other scenario, these are the kinds of heroes youd like to see win at the end of the day.

Among his team are Dyspo, a cat man who looks to be from a similar species as Beerus, and Jiren, the mysterious man that Toppo has been talking up as even stronger than himself.

Jiren also seems to be that white alien guy who stars in the current opening, just to drive home how big of a deal he is.

If were keeping track of relative strength: Goku and Toppo are on a similar level, and Jiren hovers above both of them. Also interesting are the different ways that the various universes are planning to tackle the tournament.

Fans have been in constant discussion about strategy versus innate power level as the show sticks its neck out for the likes of Krillin, and it turns out that the Supreme Kais are on the same page, with some universes boasting pure strategy (with a glasses-wearing Supreme Kai to really drive home the were the nerd universe message) and others boasting pure strength.

This reminds me about the mystery surrounding Zen-Ohs mortal level assessments a few episodes back, whether thats a reference to basic power levels or if its a combination of multiple factors.

Next weeks episode seems to be the No. 17 recruitment one, and it looks great so far.

This recruitment arc is doing a respectable job keeping things varied between comedy, family moments, smart fighting, and all-out brawls as the characters spar and warm up for the upcoming tournament, but its currently standing on thin ice with me.

There are a lot of factors that prevent me from seeing this time spent as crucial, even from a purely structural point of view rather than a theres only so much time in the day sort of way.

There are a lot of teases and ideas that would strike me as more interesting if they were practiced in the middle of tournament itself, instead of every little thing being prepped ahead of time.

Im imagining a version of this recruitment process where Goku, Gohan, and Beerus just round everyone up in one place, tell them the story, and get it all over with. This one-at-a-time thing feels very artificial.

Coconut Oil, Colon Cancer, Treat Cancer, Benefits Of Coconut Oil - Duration: 3:56.

An alternative treatment for cancer has come to light after various studies have found

that it is able to effectively inhibit colon cancer.

Coconut oil has been touted for a very long time as a natural cure-all and an effective

alternative to pharmaceutical treatments and medication.

Although it has had years of traditional medicinal use and anecdotes to back up its efficacy,

there has been very little scientific research conducted on it.

However, new research has shown that coconut oil is a potential alternative to typical

colon cancer treatment.

According to one study conducted by Adelaide University of Australia, researchers found

that lauric acid, a saturated fat that is one of the main components of coconut oil,

was able to destroy 93% of colon cancer cells that it was tested on over a 48-hour period.

Both in vitro (in a petri dish) and in vivo (in rats) studies have been conducted on the

efficacy of lauric acid on cancer cells or hyperplasia, and each one provided equal results.

These preliminary studies give promising results that warrant further research into how lauric

acid, whether extracted or from whole coconut oil, will affect cancer cells in living humans,

especially since some studies suggest that medium chain fatty acids might increase the

risk of colorectal cancer.

Coconut oil has also been found to have benefits that exceed its cancer-killing properties,

as multiple clinical studies conducted by the American Nutrition Association have shown.

According to the studies, the fats found in coconut oil "can be useful in the curing

and prevention of conditions like diabetes, osteoporosis, viral diseases (mononucleosis,

hepatitis C, herpes etc.), biliary tract diseases, Chron's disease, and cancer."

Many people believe that, despite coconut oil's various beneficial properties, it's

health benefits have been downplayed by big corporations.

According to Ty Bollinger, a proponent of alternative medicine and host of The Truth

About Cancer, food manufacturers had a large part in this.

"In the 1960's, food manufacturers wanted consumers to buy their margarines and hydrogenated

oils," Bollinger writes.

"To do that, they had to 'discredit' the products people had always used in their

homes to prepare their food."

Bollinger goes on to explain how it was, in fact, coconut oil's "replacements" that

were causing all of the health problems that companies were accusing coconut oil of causing.

"It is the very goods the food manufacturers had been pushing on their consumers for thirty

years," Bollinger writes.

"The trans-fats contained in these 'fake foods' were incredibly dangerous to your

entire body.

High fat, high sugar, and high carb diets were put under the microscope and found guilty."

Although coconut oil's health properties are often questioned due to its high-fat content,

the type of fat that it is made up of has led most experts to disregard this sentiment,

and its use as an alternative treatment to cancer is still being studied.

In this event we focused on mock interviewing

so just helping students practice with interview questions.

So it's a little bit of a role play

scenario where we ask them various

different interview questions that they

could really be asked in real interviews

to make sure that they're feeling

comfortable and ready.

Whenever you get a

new job in the military it's pretty much

here's what you're doing and get to work

and you don't have to interview for it

so these kind of skills are definitely

sought after and one to be attained.

With preparing I'm a huge fan of making sure

that you're comfortable with your

responses that you're going to be giving

but not over practicing. Have your

elevator pitch ready to go and also make

sure you have stories that are both

positive and negative in nature that you

have at your disposal that way when

you're asked about different scenarios

you can use those and then also just

making sure you do things the night

before so that you're not rushing around

before an interview. Prepare your outfit

the night before. We threw some fun

questions at them today that really are

a bit hard, so like, "How many tennis balls

can you fit in this room?" You're not

expected to know the right answer to

that but you have to be able to think

logically and show that.

This career transition event is just incredibly

applicable skills that we get to put

practice with live feedback.

When I go into the interview process I'm more

prepared to be successful.

How to Record iPhone/iPad Screen with Quicktime for Free - Duration: 2:07.

Welcome guys.

In this tutorial I will be talking about how you can record your screen on your iPhone

or your iPad.

So the requirements are that you have your iPhone / iPad, also a Mac that has iOS - I

believe it should be Yosemite or higher and then a cable to connect the iPhone to your

computer.

So I have already connected my iPhone to my computer and then you will need to go to Quicktime

player and then go to file and then you can see here "New Movie Recording".

You should go here rather than screen recording, because screen recording will only capture

your computer screen.

Press that and then you will see your iPhone screen.

If it doesn't select that go here to the arrow and select the required device, because it

may by default go to your webcam.

This is particularly useful, because it is surprisingly good and there is very little

lag, when you do this.

So for example if I go let's say to clock, you can see that it moves very smoothly and

very well.

And I believe if you want to go to landscape mode like this, then it will record it like

that as well.

So this is particularly useful if you want - I don't know - capture your gameplay or

make a commentary or what's happening in your iPhone screen.

So simply press record and after you have finished press stop and save the file as.

Hi everyone, I am vocal, guitarist, composer and lyricist for the band the 11th commandment.

I have prepared a speech so I'll be reading a lot because I don't wanna miss something or

just forget something… I probably will.

We have a huge announcement today so I am sure some of you gonna like it.

But first, just let me tell you what led to this.

As some of you know, we were preparing to release our first Full Length album under

name "Food for worms" and this process was really exhausting!

And why is that?

Well, firstly because, of course, of lack of money, I mean we can't pay for a professional studio

they ask for like 3 to 4 times of average pay in this country and that is really easy

to find when you can't even find a job! But back to the topic.

Believe it or not, our first EP and Remastered edition were recorded with no other interface

but behringer guitar link that costs like 10-20 bucks.

Obviously due no phantom power the microphone that was used was dynamic so anyone that understands that

is just facepalming really hard. Addition to that

Guitar used was Ibanez RG420 with v7/v8 passive magnets.. another reason to facepalm.

Regardless in spite of all that we did get good reviews, it's fine, not like we're bitching about it

Now back to the present.

I bought focusrite scarlet 2i2 so now I have phantom power!

cheap one, again, it was called Samson but this time it's a condenser!

And guess what?

That's it!

Let the recording commence!

No professionals, no studios, no one but myself sitting in my chair getting pleasure from

screen radiation!

So here we are, after a year of recording, re-recording, scraping, screaming, growling

and what not, only to realize that our album is out there before it was even released!
