How Do I Make The Most of My Intuition?

Have you ever walked into a room and known immediately which of the strangers in it you

would like or dislike once you got to know them?

Have you ever ignored the latest health craze or health advice regarding medicine,

diet, or supplementation because it didnt feel right to youand you later found out

that it really wasnt good for your particular body?

Have you ever avoided a place or situation even though logic was telling you not toand

you found out later that it would have been a dangerous or uncomfortable venture for you?

If so, you have made great use of your intuition!

Congratulations for allowing it, acknowledging it, and trusting it.

However, if you are like many gifted, talented, and awakening individuals, you may marvel

at how intuition has served you, but you also wonder why intuition doesnt seem to make

itself known more often, more clearly, or as frequently as you would like.

Intuition or your gut feeling is actually your ability to tune into frequencies: the

frequencies of the people around you, of what you ingest, of your environment, and of an

emotion or scenario.

Some people are innately tuned into a larger spectrum of frequencies, almost like

a radio, and naturally pick up more stations. Those frequencies give them remarkable information

about people, as well as about situations in the past, present, and future.

Despite incredible efforts and progress, science tells us that there are still frequencies

out there that we are not yet capable of identifying, measuring, and understanding.

Therefore, most scientists and other researchers believe that not every human at this very

moment is genetically and environmentally equipped to receive every station or frequency

clearly.

However, we are certainly ALL capable of making the most of our own individual capacities

to tune in. So, here are some ways to appreciate the intuition that you have, develop

your intuition muscle further, and use it to make the most of this human experience.

Step 1: Tuning Into Your Intuition

REMIND yourself that we have been socialized and conditioned to filter and even ignore

our intuition, especially how it is expressed through our bodys sensations.

These sensations actually tell us how we are feeling, what we are needing, what others

around us are experiencing, what the weather may be, and even what the planet and cosmos

may be doing.

STEP BACK and OBSERVE your body as a vessel.

As objectively as possible, simply notice the emotions and physical sensations that

flow in and out of you at various points in your day.

TAKE NOTES so that over time you see more clearly which frequencies your body is truly

picking up, when you pick them up, and how regularly you respond to them.

By taking notes, you will see patterns more clearly and learn how to distinguish what

originates in your own system from that which you are picking up from others or from the

world around you.

You will also be fortifying your bodys library of frequencies to reference

and help you recognize whenever you encounter the same or similar ones in the future.

Step 2: Trusting Your Body and Instincts

Once youve taken notes and taken notice of when and how your system responds, CONFIRM

what RESONATES with YOUnot what works for others or what others tell you should work

for you.

RESPECT and ADDRESS CRAVINGS, especially if you crave a food or spice, a certain environment

(country, city, water, nature, etc.), climate or temperature, sport or activity, hobby,

theory or modality.

There is a reason and/or function for it.

The craving signals something you are missing or needing in order to thrive optimally in

that moment or even long-term.

LISTEN TO and TRUST the signals in your body, and your body will unleash more and more valuable

and understandable information, and do so much more frequently.

Step 3: Flexing Your Intuition Muscle

PRACTICE on OTHERS because it benefits you both!

Ever notice that you feel like a guru when asked to give advice to others, but often

dont seem to take or trust that advice in your own life?

The same sort of second-guessing or over-filtering happens with intuition as well.

So, in order to flex your intuition muscle, practice being someone elses frequency/intuition

guru.

When you MEET someone, TOUCH someones hand, or TALK with someone, NOTICE what you feel

and the thoughts or ideas that dart in and out of your head very quicklyespecially

when those thoughts are random or dont coincide with the setting or with that persons

body language.

At some point either immediately or in the future, ASK that person (appropriately and

sensitively, of course!) about what you were sensing, experiencing, or thinking.

You are likely to find that you were picking up their frequenciestheir thoughts, feelings,

and even future energy.

You will have gotten practice, and they will have gotten a valuable sense of connection.

PAY ATTENTION to the content, timing, and sensations in DREAMS or even ASTRAL TRAVEL.

Dreams or projection/travel are key ways for you to receive and develop intuitive messages,

information, or downloads both from within yourself and from energies or entities

beyond this world.

Step 4: Raising Your Own Frequency Levels to Enhance Intuition

SURROUND YOURSELF or BE IN CONTACT with others of higher frequency.

As athletes know, the most effective way to really improve your own level of performance

is to be around others who are where you hope to be too.

ENGAGE in the activities or IMMERSE yourself in the environments that make you feel best

and in your zone. Whether its in water, nature, watching a movie, reading a

book, working out, etc., spend time in your place of clarity, joy, creativity, and comfort.

VISUALIZE desirable outcomes and even write or map them so that they seem more tangible

and dimensional.

Dwelling in possibility leads to dreams coming true!

TRUST and BE GRATEFUL for the ride.

Your life has been filled with synchronicities, blessings, lessons, and triumphs.

Know that they have served you even in the moments that you questioned them.

KNOW that your purpose and destiny will also unfold perfectly as you keep moving and keep

open

to the greatness of our energetic universe.

Trump Delivers Devastating News To Welfare Leeches Everywhere… The Party Is Over - Duration: 16:34.

Trump Delivers Devastating News To Welfare Leeches Everywhere…

The Party Is Over

In a recent editorial piece, Angry Patriot Movement broke down the history of the Lifelines

program—and how it has come to be the mess it is today.

This is the perfect argument in favor of Trump's efforts to help those who are dependent on

the government find a way to independently support themselves.

Do you agree?

We spend trillions on freeloaders every year, but that looks like it may finally come to

an end… or at least start getting under control.

President Trump is eliminating waste in the Lifeline program, which includes communications.

He's going after the so-called Obamaphones.

(via Breitbart)

The Lifeline program was actually initiated by Reagan and advanced by both George 43 and

Obama.

The original concept was to give those in poverty a means by which to communicate.

In theory, that sounds okay, but like most things run by career politicians, the program

has gotten outrageously out of control.

Trump has set new Federal Communications Commission chairman, Ajit Pai, with getting to the bottom

of the program and making it more efficient.

When people in the system are walking around with $600 iPhones, there is a problem.

Why is this program so abused and how did it get so out of control?

One word…

Obama.

His lack of budgeting and control have never been more obvious than they are in this program.

A budget actually would have been a good start, but there does not seem to be one in place.

That will be Pai's first course of duty to get this under control.

During Obama's terms, the number of people dependent on the government skyrocketed.

They like it that way.

Why cap the support of the government, when such situations keep people voting for Democrats?

To be clear, Director Pai isn't looking to put poor people in a worse spot, "At

the end of the day, my focus has been — and will continue to be so long as I have the

privilege of serving as the Chairman of the FCC — doing everything within the FCC's

power to close the digital divide."

But, that divide does not have to be closed with a high-end phone.

A $25 burner will more than do the job for emergency phone calls.

When there's less fraud in the system, there's more resources for those who truly need the

help.

President Trump's more general aim is in line with this.

He wants to help those who are dependent on the government to find a way to independence.

You see, he sees them not as votes but as people.

Human beings.

Most people, at least normal ones, do not want to live off the government.

But, today, we have more abuse and people that simply have no incentive to do anything

but wait for Uncle Obama to deliver them another check.

Well, guess what?

Uncle Obama doesn't live here anymore!

Ends Their Favorite Freebie

It goes without saying that life for freeloaders was pretty easy under Barack Obama's policies,

but that train just came to a screeching halt.

In fact, the leeches of society are completely pissed after Donald Trump's most recent

move as he just took away a favorite freebie enjoyed by lazy brats nationwide.

There's no arguing that fraud runs rampant in entitlement programs – such as welfare,

food stamps, and a slew of others that the left uses to enslave voters.

However, it seems that with Republicans dominating the House of Representatives and the Senate,

Trump is going to use his time to unclog a few of these taxpayer-dollar drains.

In fact, Ajit Pai, the new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, has most

recently come forward to tell freeloaders that enough is enough.

According to reports, the new appointee is putting the hurt on welfare leeches by taking

aim at one of their favorite freebies – the Obamaphone.

For those unaware, the program basically gives free cell phones to anyone that makes less

than an income amount deemed appropriate by the government.

Created by the Reagan administration in 1985, Lifeline provides subsidized landline phone

service to low-income families.

It was expanded under the George W. Bush administration to add wireless service and popularized by

massive outreach campaigns during President Barack Obama's administration.

[Source: Conservative Tribune]

They say that if you give a mouse a cookie, he'll ask for a glass of milk, and that's

exactly what the freeloaders are doing now.

With their free cell phones in hand, advocates of the program state that they should be given

free Internet access as well – but that's not going to happen.

Obama's Welfare Leeches PISSED After Trump Ends Their Favorite Freebie

Ajit Pai, the new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission

Although Ajit Pai might agree with an expansion of the program, he states that it shouldn't

come at the expense of responsible spending.

In short, he wants to ensure that a cap is placed on the budget and that it's far less

than what Obama put in place.

Currently, the annual budget is set at $2.25 billion – but not for long.

According to a new bill that is now currently in Congress, that number would cut about half

that amount setting the program spending cap at $1.5 billion which means a few of the Obamaphones

out there right now would have to be shut off.

As we all know, the left is shaking in their boots with business minded people running

the country as their fraud and corruption will slowly be exposed.

Worse yet, America will see our politicians for who they are – criminals working to

stuff their own pockets rather than on behalf of We the people.

Of course, Democrats never have a hard time expanding programs like this as it's only

money – yours, not theirs – and ensures that they have voters for the next election

cycle.

However, we'll just have to see how the people like getting something from their government

rather than having to fork over more and more of their hard-earned dollars.

Change is in the air – and boy, does it smell good.

'Welfare Leeches' Are 2016's Version Of '47 Percent Takers.'

What Are The National Implications

Ken Silverstein ,

Contributor

I write about the global energy business.

Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own.

If resurrecting coal is a key component of the Trump campaign, then the presidential

hopeful must explain how to do so -- especially to the "little guy" desperate for work

and now on public assistance.

That is getting harder to do given that a major aide to a West Virginia congressman

has called them "welfare leeches."

welfare leeches

It's similar to the remarks made by the 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney, where

he basically said that half the country creates the national wealth while the other half -- the

47 percent -- are just takers, consuming what the better half has produced.

That killed his campaign.

Will the "leeching" comment have national implications or be confined to the local congressman

who moved to West Virginia right before the 2014 election and won a House seat?

In this case, it applies to an aide on the payroll of Rep. Alex Mooney, R-WV, whose disdain

for government runs so deep that he can barely hide it -- ironic, since the vast majority

of the congressman's working life has been on the public payroll and since a goodly number

of his constituents receive some type of federal assistance.

Here, Fred Joseph, a state Republican official and the leader of Rep. Mooney's Kanawha

County operations made the remark on Twitter TWTR -0.35%.

The context: West Virginia has suffered one of the worst floods in its history, a so-called

thousand-year incident.

A full day-and-a-half after this occurred and when several laid dead, Rep. Mooney jetted

off to Egypt on an all-expenses paid trip where he says he was meeting with troops;

yet, he can't provide any names of those soldiers with whom he had met.

The junket has stirred outrage in West Virginia, highlighting just how out of touch he is with

the constituents he now represents -- people with whom he has no shared existence, and

a reason he is referred to as the "Portrait of a Political Prostitute."

Before 2014, Mooney had never voted, volunteered or paid property taxes in the state of West

Virginia.

Yet, he had previously run for congress from New Hampshire and had filed in 2012 to run

from Maryland for the U.S. House.

What is especially galling is that Mr. Joseph makes about $24,500 as Rep. Mooney's part

time field coordinator, which is more than any welfare or social security recipient from

West Virginia is receiving.

mooney aide

But the ultimate hypocrisy here is that Rep. Mooney is an unadulterated Obama-hater who

now latches on to the whole "War on Coal" drumbeat.

Implicit in that message is that he empathizes with the downtrodden coal miner.

Does he?

No, they don't have coal miners in Maryland.

But just as importantly, West Virginia has one of the highest rates of citizenry receiving

public assistance and Mooney's field coordinator is just a reflection of the congressman's

thinking.

In other words, the congressman sees government as the problem and the multitudes who receive

such help as "welfare and social security leeches."

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, as of May 2016, West Virginia had a 6.2 percent

unemployment rate.

There were 781,000 eligible workers: 732,000 were working while 48,600 were not.

At 17.6 percent, the state has the highest number of working-age people on disability

benefits, says Market Watch, which is above the national average at 10.4 percent.

Why all the economic trouble?

The coal industry there has been a major employer.

But about 30 coal mining companies with operations in Central Appalachia have filed for bankruptcy

since 2012.

In the 1950s, 100,000 miners had jobs.

Today, that figure is 20,000 -- a loss of roughly 10,000 direct and indirect jobs over

two years.

Making things worse, the Appalachian Regional Commission, an economic development arm of

the federal government, says that 93 of the 420 counties in Central Appalachia are economically

challenged.

The region includes Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

And the prospects don't look good, given that coal's share of the electricity market

place has fallen from 50 percent in 2008 to 34 percent today, and probably destined for

30 percent in the coming years.

It's the result of cheaper natural gas, cleaner fuel options and thinning coal seams.

As Hillary Clinton has said, the world is changing all around the dislocated -- that

their old jobs are giving way to new technologies and that those with the chiseled educations

are getting the opportunities.

The displaced need to be retrained, and they certainly should not be considered "welfare

leeches."

mooney trump

When Donald Trump marches through West Virginia, he needs to remember the plight of laid-off

coal miners and to provide a viable way forward for them.

Alex Mooney, meanwhile, should stand down, having disgraced not just his own congressional

district but also every working person in the United States of America.

Welfare Leeches Find Out Food Stamps Have Been Cancelled – Watch Their Reaction!

During Barack Hussein Obama's sham of a presidency, he put millions of Americans on

welfare and allowed them to freeload off hardworking taxpayers.

Now that Donald Trump is in office, however, welfare kings and queens are quickly learning

that their free rides are over.

Watch as these leaches learn they'll actually have to get jobs, just like everyone else!

Welfare recipients in Georgia were upset and on the verge of rioting a couple of years

ago when the state's EBT food stamp system crashed temporarily.

These people literally have no idea what they are going to do without their monthly handout

from the government.

Admittedly, it is tough to find good jobs with which to support a family in President

Obama's economy.

But many of these people haven't even tried to find work and instead rely completely upon

the beneficence of the American taxpayer for their sustenance and survival.

When people only have one option with which to acquire the funds to feed themselves and

their families, they will go to extreme measures if that option is denied to them.

Perhaps it is time to reinstate the old "work for welfare" requirements that were put

in place during the Clinton administration and which have been waived by Obama.

SHARE this story if you think these welfare leaches got what they deserved!Trump Gives

Welfare Leeches The BOOT By Taking One MAJOR Thing Away From Them

Trump has only been in office for a short amount of time but he's already shown that

he knows what is best for this country and has been working tirelessly to make the types

of changes and improvements that will Make America Great Again.

Many of Trump's actions and legislations have caused a great deal of pushback from

the left and Trump's latest move is no different.

In fact, this may have pissed them off more than most things because he is putting an

end to Obama's prized welfare leeches and they are not happy.

It seems that these freeloading welfare leeches are out of luck.

The 8-year long Obama train has finally run out of tracks and Trump's making some much-needed

changes.

The days of stealing the hard-earned taxpayer dollars and sitting on their rears all day

are finally over.

Naturally, there is a lot of outrage by the freeloading left, especially after hearing

the one the one thing Trump is taking away specifically.

Of course it's a little hard to believe that they're complaining so much after Obama

gave them 8-years of taxpayer-funded food, housing, and even a free phone.

That's right, a free phone for anyone who doesn't want to work.

These phones were infamously dubbed the "Obamaphones," and were a trademark of Obama's rampant

overspending and abuse of the welfare budget.

Well, it looks like it's time to say goodbye to the "Obamaphones" that clearly weren't

being used for their nine-to-five jobs, which begs the question, what were they using them

for?

It's probably best just not to think about it and follow Trump and the newly appointed

Ajit Pai lead in cleaning up this massive welfare debacle that Obama has spent 8-years

crafting.

Pai has just been appointed to be the new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission

and is making major plays to trim the fat.

The phone program was first created in the Reagan era to help those looking for jobs

have a way to be reached by potential employers.

At that time it was a tax-funded landline for those looking for work.

Of course Obama flipped this on its head, handing out smartphones to any low-life that

wanted one, with no thought of the cost to the American tax-payers.

This should have only ever been for people actively looking for jobs and should have

been just the basic service required to contact potential employers.

There is no need to give them a smart phone with all the extra features that they are

using for who knows what.

It's just good to see Trump making the right call yet again and rewarding those who work

hard rather than those that sit on their bums all day and enjoy our hard-earned dollars.

The Iron Triangle. Is it Broken? + CHEAT SHEET - Duration: 4:12.

Previously

We looked at the Iron Triangle.

Today I planned to move on to a new subject.

But then a question came in

that really had me scratching my head.

Welcome to Development That Pays

My name is Gary Straughan

And this is the question that spoiled my week

In essence the question is:

"If you want good and cheap

How does making the project longer help?"

RaxDaMan, thank you so much for your question.

Here's the clip I think you were referring to.

"I can do Fast, Good, and Cheap."

"Which TWO would you like?"

Cheap and Fast ... rush the the job and the Quality will suffer

Cheap and Good... is going to take time

Fast and Good - which might mean putting more people on the job -

will push the price up.

We've just seen three pairs of constraints

I confess that when I was putting together last week's episode,

It was this one that didn't sit well with me.

The case where cost and quality/scope are fixed

that didn't sit right with me.

More time means more cost, right?

My first thought was to blame the model.

Cost and time aren't independent.

But then I realised that the Iron Triangle is composed entirely

of parameters that are very INTER-dependent.

If I can't blame the model

I better make sure I'm interpreting it correctly.

We can fix one parameter

We can fix a second parameter

But we can never fix a third.

We're saying is that the third one must be allowed to CHANGE.

Last time I strongly implied the direction of the change.

But change in the opposite direction is also possible.

We'll see an example of that in a moment.

For my next trick I'm going to bring back the decorator.

And introduce a client

They have come to a shared expectation about the quality/scope.

For both parties, quality/scope is fixed.

They're also agree to do the project on

a Fixed Price Basis.

Does that mean the cost is fixed?

Well, it means that the client's cost is fixed.

What about the decorator's costs?

Well, one way or another, the decorator has estimated

the cost for the job.

It's likely to be based on how long it will take

He thinks it will take 5 days - and he prices the job accordingly.

Assuming that he's a sole trader, there are three possible outcomes:

1.

He does the job in 5 days as expected

2. he gets the job gets done in 4 days

3.

He runs into difficulties and the job takes 7 days.

In each case, the costs are different

I think it's true to say that from the decorator's point of view, the quality/scope is fixed

It's the ONLY parameter that's fixed.

In each of the cases we just looked at, cost and time are different

But from the client's point of view, two parameters were fixed:

Quality/scope and Cost

One project, two people, two different views of the Iron Triangle.

The Iron Triangle is just one element of the

How To Replace An Outlet - Duration: 2:42.

Whether cracked, dirty, or clogged with paint, all outlets eventually need to be replaced.

Believe it or not, installing a new outlet is an easy, inexpensive job anyone can do

in about fifteen minutes.

Here's what you'll need for this quick project:

When taking on this DIY task be sure to equip yourself with the proper safety gear.

Throughout the video, we'll alert you regarding when you should and should not use the safety

gear.

STEP 1: Turn off circuit Start by turning off the breaker that controls

the receptacle you'll be working on.

Confirm the power's off with a circuit tester.

STEP 2: Detach receptacle Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the receptacle's

cover screw.

Back out the two screws attaching the receptacle to the electrical box and pull the receptacle

out.

STEP 3: Disconnect receptacle If the receptacle is at the end of a circuit,

you'll see one cable coming into the box with three wires—black, white, and a bare

ground wire—connected to the receptacle.

If the circuit continues, there will be two cables with two black and two white wires.

The grounding wires from the two cables will be joined together with a short piece of bare

wire.

This wire—also called a pigtail—will be connected to the receptacle's green grounding

screw.

Loosen the terminal's screws and detach the wires from the receptacle.

For outlets with quick-connect holes, release the wires with a small flathead screwdriver.

STEP 4: Connect new receptacle Connect the bare grounding wire to the receptacle's

green grounding screw.

Connect white wires to silver terminals and black wires to brass terminals.

If the wires are already hooked, make the connections by placing the wire clockwise

over the screw, then tighten with a screwdriver.

If the wires are not hooked, use a wire stripper to remove about three-fourths of an inch of

insulation from each and needle nose pliers to bend the hooks.

For a smart receptacle, connect the ground wires—linesman pliers will help twist them

together—and secure with a wire nut.

Repeat this process, connecting white wires and black wires.

STEP 5: Attach new receptacle Fold the wires carefully into the electrical

box, then secure the receptacle to the box with screws provided.

Put the cover plate back in place with screws and restore power.

Test the new outlet with your circuit tester.

Your installation is complete!

What is Bootstrapping - 'Good to Know' Business English Lesson - Duration: 4:57.

Alright, English winners. Today we're

going to talk about bootstrapping and

what bootstrapping means. So what is

bootstrapping? You might hear that word a

lot in American English. Basically,

bootstrapping means to create something

completely on your own and build it

from the very beginning with no help. And

this usually means without the help of a

financier, or a bank, or anybody giving

you money. Now there's one idiom about

'pulling oneself up by their own

bootstraps', and that means to come back

from a setback - or to achieve success -

usually on your own. All that being said,

ever since the internet came out, running

an online business has been one of the

easiest ways people bootstrap, because it

doesn't take a lot of manpower to manage

a website and for people to pay you for

services through that website. And so, a

common model for bootstrappers is: first,

they'll use something called 'seed money'. Now

seed money is something you get from

your job, or maybe your savings. You

invest that seed money, and, just like

putting seeds in the ground if you're

growing a garden, you expect that seed

money to grow into more money, and that

happens by buying equipment to do a

certain business, and being very careful

about how you spend the money you save.

Then the next step is... you start to get

some customers. When you get some

customers, they pay you and when they

paying you money, you use that money and

put it back into the business to grow it.

So now your seed money has turned into

customer money, which has grown, and over

time you have built a business and

livelihood for yourself.

After that, you have options. When you have

customers, and a business model that

works, you can do a lot of different

things from there. So here's a little

example: I have a YouTube channel, and

you're watching it right now so, with

this Youtube channel, I bought a

microphone and a camera with what you

would call seed money... and now i put

videos up on Youtube. And on Youtube...

Youtube is owned by Google, right? Google

owns Youtube, and so whenever i get

viewers, Google will pay me money because

Youtube works like this: when people go

to Youtube and they watch videos that

they want to see, people are spending

time in Google's environment. Google

likes that a lot, and so they'll pay me

and other video creators to make videos

people want to see. And now, beyond that , I

can use some of that growth - some of that

return on the seed money that I invested

in a camera - to start doing other things

like putting together courses to help

you with your English, or to start

offering to teach English using private

one-on-one lessons. And now, I start to

have customers and... there! That's a

business. So, that's just one example of

many types of bootstrapping enterprises.

Now do any of these names sound familiar

to you? Ebay, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco... Did

you know they all started out

as bootstrapped businesses? And all you

need to do to have a bootstrapped

business is to start with a small idea -

or a big idea, the point is it's just you -

and you just act very careful about how

you spend your money, and just gradually

grow over time. Before you know it, you

may have a company as big as Microsoft.

Unlikely, but it is possible. And so if

you can get started without a bank loan,

then maybe bootstrapping is the type of

business for you. So that's it for my

video on bootstrapping. If you like this

video, please SUBSCRIBE. Can you think of

How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato - Duration: 23:21.

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) So you say, "Our heart is the most

powerful organic technology we have

access to," How do you know it's heart or

intuition speaking? The heart when

the heart speaks our reasoning is not

involved in the process we are not

reasoning with life but we are feeling

life so we know that we are using our

heart when we are applying resonance and

feel which is our again female energy,

intuition, whatever you want to call it

that kind of gut feeling you know that

we need to learn to trust because

actually at the region of our existence

when we are little child we trust we

trusted it but then we learn not to

trust it anymore through a lot of

programming and stuff but we are we

have to face during our time of growth

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) but well how do we know when we

are using our heart because we are now

feeling through life rather than

reasoning through life so we are

if we make a decision we decide from a

feeling not from our logic there and

we have much more chances to to have a

profound experience of life when we

choose the object of our experience

through feeling rather than through reasoning

because again the reason most of the

time is coming from fear and from the

idea of separation and the idea of

fragmentation so the reasoning always

look at us as a separate and look at

out there out there the feeling look

within to discern and to make a decision

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) Is that the same as the emotions when you

say feeling? I don't think that I make a

discernment using my intuition by

addressing my emotions Is more I'm

addressing my feelings so what I feel

right now about taking a walk how do I

feel about right now eating something

how do I feel right now by deciding to

call a person the emotions I think there

are already there

and they need they are a trigger which

probably is a consequence of what we are

experiencing more than a device to choose

what to do what not to do so I think

probably that's the differentiation

between feeling and emotions so yes you

and there it has to be a also a balance

between the female energy and the male

energy i'm not saying that you shouldn't

at all use your reasoning to make a

choice but I have the feeling that the

ratio should be always the female a

little bit more than the most of a of

the metaphysical experts and scientists

think that there should be a perfectly

balanced I have the feeling that to

really raise go up up up really high in

your frequencies and connect truly to

source the female energy has to be just

a little bit more than the male energy i

have the feeling but I could be wrong in

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) when it comes to creativity in my

personal experience it's definitely all

about female energy I have a support

from the male energy in term of

technique in terms of okay I have to

take a picture I have to know how

to turn on the camera so my mind knows

but if i push this button i turn

the camera on but once those few operational

operation are taking place then it's all

about perceiving reality through my

feeling and tapping into stillness and

and from that stillness gain a deeper

profound appreciation and love with what

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) I am living in the moment and that's

where I captured the picture or and same

thing with music and any other creative

and in every simple in every simple

decision by decision moment by moment we

can operate like that. When someone

has to make a choice for example about

let's say a woman that is in love with

the guy and the guy you

know he's not sure and she's like I

really feel in my heart that I that I

want to be with him and you know this a

lot of times I see that we

say in our heart I feel this and this

and this but it could come also from

emotions that's how I sometimes see I

don't know if that's true but yeah well

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) In the case with you . . . That's why it can be

confusing that's why I asked yeah it's

completely confusing yeah and the reason

why is confusing because we've chosen a

very confusing life because we are

masters and we need really something very

difficult to understand in order to have

fun and really get a kick out of it

otherwise we is going to be too easy so

here we are in this

extremely confusing reality and totally

messed up but so in the example you just

gave me a woman that I'm so ready with

the man but he's not ready then the

question is why did you manifest a man

that is not ready why because if you

really are ready you will manifest a man

that is ready so you probably are saying

that you are ready but there are part of

you that I'm not just ready and that's

why that lack of readiness crystallized

itself into someone that is not ready so

this person is mirroring you is helping

you to figure out first to become

aware that you thought you were ready

but you're not and then figure out what

is it that you're not ready for so that

you have a chance to increase your level

or readiness and as soon you do that

either that person become ready or the

person dissipate and somebody ready

comes into the picture so eventually

it's always a and it's something I'm

still working on learning myself but

still is always a taking responsibility

because again there is nothing out there

is just us and everything is just it's

just a mirror so it comes to us and

we most of the time forget that we are

looking ourselves it's like if you look

at your at your persona in front of the

mirror and then you forgot with your

looking at the mirror you start to

be concerned about these images that you

see there but it's not nice so it's not

good it's not good enough for and and

but you forgot that that's the mirror

that's your image so if you perceive

that as not good enough then it's just a

mirror it's just showing you you so you

have to within yourself yeah it's a very

tough lesson that we need to learn

because you eliminate all the alibis it

eliminates immediately all the excuses

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) and it forces you to own everything in

everything in your life with zero exceptions it all it

forces you to be brutally honest with

yourself and stop you know being nice

and being soft and being you know

chit-chatting with life you stop stop

chit-chatting with life and you go

deeper into the conversation and let the

emotions come out if they have to come

out and let the shit come out that has to

come out and and just jump into the

dance rather than you know yeah you know

and play fool around and fool around

yourself deceive yourself but projecting

this deception so you can attract the

people that you know kind of support

your deception so you can feel better

about yourself so all these are lies and

there's nothing right or wrong so it's

an experience this one too but

eventually you will grow out of this

experience so that you can really go

into life and you can really jump deeply

into the joyfulness

the incredible profound intense journey

rather they constantly avoiding

and go you know just go and see what

happened and yes you get hurt you get

hurt you know so what you get hurt I got

hurt what's the big deal I just got hurt

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) because if I don't get hurt and I

don't also get happy I don't get you

know if I'm constantly trying to protect

myself. Do we get hurt when we don't

follow our hearts? Or when we follow our

hearts we never get hurt? Well okay now

we have to define the heart because the

heart . . . the

commercialization of the heart is not the

real heart there is a sentimentalistic

romantic view of the heart and there is

the real heart so we have to make get a

grip the real clear differentiation

between these two one is the romantic

version of it and the other one is the

and one of the best ways to just look at

nature. Nature's excellent guidance for

us to figure out what is really heart

and what is romance because I don't

think nature is romantic it's incredibly

beautiful incredibly powerful and

incredibly loving but it's not

chit-chatting

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) You know if there is wind there is wind. If there is rain

there is rain. It's not nice rain or

nice wind it's just wind and it's just

rain right so it's not romantically

raining is raining. Well the sun's that

can be romantic no what's that also an

idea that we have? Yeah also the rain can

be romantic. But indulging in that

the idea of romance I think in a way

over impose a projection on the

experience that diminish the impact of

of the of the experience because

romanticism is a filter its way of

filtering ourself from the sometime

harsh experience if you really connect

with the sunset you really profound

reconnect with the sunset, you will not

feel romantically involved because the

experience of the sunsets is so very

much more than that that making it a

romantic view diminished and reduce and

compress the experience and I suspect if

you have to do that is because you are

afraid to really feel the connection

with the sunset and so in order to

create a little bit distance and feel a little bit

more not too intense about it then

you start to romanticize about it

oh nice is so sweet you know look at the

birds that is sweet, you know and there's nothing

wrong with that but you just don't you

don't go deep and is interesting to see

that most of the effort of humanity at

this time is not to go deep and when you

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) would go deep you are addressed are too

intense or too too wild or too serious

sometime or to whatever but it's like

you're always it's always awkward you

know they if you notice when you really

make a strong statement and you express

yourself passionate passionately you

know in a passionate way and you really

believe and you go for something

immediate they tell you oh you have

to come down you know you cannot be so arrogant

who do you think you are you know I just

just you know they try to reduce your

power go back in line and go back to be

the little sheep that is where everything

is nice and cute and sweet right and

that's where because when you are like

that you are not you are not the

expression the full expression of your

self because when you are fully a Human

Being you are fully God and Goddess

because that's what human beings are

they are Go and Goddesses they are

nothing less than that and the system, when I

say The System I can include the mind

whatever artificial co-construct

is there that is limiting your yourself

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) Wants you never

to believe that you have that power It

wants you to actually believe that you're

powerless and you need some some

outsiders to validate you all the time

to make you feel better and to help you

you know so and the romanticism kind

of play that role to make you a

little bit small. God and goddesses don't

romanticize much I don't think so I'm

not an expert in the God and Goddess

idea because I again I don't think there

is outside Gods as we are all Gods and

goddess but when i connect with my inner

god romance doesn't seems to be

there. It is too incredibly

breathtaking for allowing romance to

step in but if I get scared then I can

go two or three steps back and then when

I'm like three or four step back then

i can introduce romance into and create

a romanticized version of

reality where there is a sentimentalistic

love the love that comes from is heavy

its like a need I need . . . you know this oh

I love you . . .

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) God doesn't. . . So many

people are made decisions from that

place you know. Yeah it's an excellent point.

They say yeah but I felt it in my

heart all right? Yeah and they are saying

the truth it's just they are addressing

just the tip of the iceberg not the

whole heart because if they keep going

deeper in the heart they will they will

find themselves intensify the experience

and go really direct and go deeper but

they don't because there is a lot of

concerns there is a fear of being

powerful and fear to be rejected when

you are powerful you know what happen if

i am going to express fully my power

maybe my mother my father will not

understand me they will not love me

anymore my friends will not understand

who I am anymore so I just play play

nice so they can maintain the structure

that support me once you love yourself

(How Do You Know When Your Heart Is Speaking - "Walking the Path" with Marco Missinato) you don't need that structure anymore

and so you can say it doesn't matter if

my friends don't like me I love them and

so if they like me or they don't like

me it's okay . . . it's

okay if they don't like me I don't have

that need of everybody understand me I

don't have the need with everybody like

me if they like me they like me if they

don't they don't it's none of my

business really what we do or we don't

do if I make it my business then we

entered a situation where I have to

manipulate my persona in order to

achieve something so that I can feel

better by myself and so that's a totally

different

journey and it's a journey of a lot of drama

a lot of suffering and it's always not

enough it's not what you have is not

it's never enough it's never enough you

need more you need more because it's not

good enough right

CNN 10 - 2017/03/28 - English Sub - Duration: 10:01.

CARL AZUZ, CNN 10 ANCHOR: Article 50 is story number one on CNN 10 today.

I'm Carl Azuz. It's good to have you watching.

We're talking about the Brexit, the British exit from the European Union.

The E.U. has been around for decades.

It's a political and economic partnership of 28 European Countries.

Last June, Britain's voted 51.9 percent to 48.1 percent to separate from the E.U.,

potentially leaving 27 countries in it.

One major issue in Britain's decision was immigration.

A majority of voters wanted Britain itself, not the E.U., to set British immigration rules.

Another issue was the economy.

Those who wanted to leave felt that Britain could do better business without European Union rules.

Britain was and is deeply divided over the vote.

But the nation's prime minister, Theresa May, has said Brexit means Brexit.

And now, she's just one day away from formally triggering Article 50.

That's part of the European Union agreement.

What Article 50 does is begin the two-year process to separate Britain from the E.U.

Two sides have to agree on the terms of their division.

Why would something like this take so long? One reason is paperwork.

NINA DOS SANTOS, CNN INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENT: At the heart of Europe, five floors down, on five miles of shelving,

thousands upon thousands of containers, row after row of red tape that Brexit supporters want Britain to leave behind.

Here in the archives of the Council of the European Union,

you get an idea of the sheer scale of the paperwork that's involved with being a member of the E.U.

Each of these boxes contains hundreds of legal documents, various texts and policy papers.

And as the U.K. leaves, well, it will have to decide which ones it wants to keep,

and which ones it wants to lose.

But for all the millions of words stored in Brussels, only 255 are needed to start that decision-making process.

The five brief paragraphs of Article 50 provide the blueprint for exiting the European Union.

With everyone watching, both the E.U. and the U.K. are hoping for a speedy harmonious conclusion,

so that the writing at different floors in agreements that will eventually line these shelves can begin.

Nina Dos Santos, CNN, Brussels.

AZUZ: Authorities in northeastern Australia are trying to get a sense of the destruction from Cyclone Debbie.

The system made landfall early on Tuesday.

It was capable of devastating damage and Debbie had gotten stronger as it approached land.

Wind speeds of up to 150 miles per hour, a storm surge,

a rise in the sea level of more than 13 feet was possible.

Thousands of people in the Australian state of Queensland had been ordered to leave their homes.

Police warned that they could not shelter from a storm surge.

Queensland's premier said the cyclone would be nasty,

that it was capable of being as severe as the last major storm to hit the area.

Cyclone Yasi knocked home off their foundations and destroyed farmland back in 2011.

Debbie was also expected to have particularly bad timing.

Our affiliate 7 News said its landfall would coincide with the high tide,

threatening homes anywhere near the coasts.

Schools were closed, emergency workers were deployed to the region as the equivalent of a category 3 hurricane approach.

MYERS: Typhoons are hurricanes, are cyclones.

They are the same thing, just in different oceans.

A lot like a hot cake is a flat jack is a pancake is short stack.

If you are west of the dateline, so west of Hawaii, north of the equator, you're a typhoon.

If you're in the Atlantic or the Pacific, around America, you are a hurricane.

And if you are around the Indian Ocean or in the southern hemisphere, you're a cyclone.

So, it's not out of the question for a hurricane to become a typhoon if it moves over the dateline.

In fact, after crossing the international dateline, Hurricane Genevieve turned into Typhoon Genevieve a few years ago.

AZUZ (voice-over): Ten-second trivia:

Cryptography is the study of what?

Burial grounds, secret writing, cave formations, or subzero temperatures?

Cryptography from which we get the word "encrypt" is the study of secret writing.

AZUZ: Government officials in multiple countries want more access to the technology that encrypts electronic messages.

One reason, Khalid Masood, the 52-year-old terrorist who attacked pedestrians

and a policeman in London in last week was reportedly active on WhatsApp two minutes before the attacks.

WhatsApp is a popular messaging application that uses encryption technology.

Because of that British investigators haven't been able to access what Masood was saying.

They have released details of who he was. Masood was born in Britain under a different name.

He'd been convicted for several violent crimes, starting in 1983,

and Britain's prime minister says Masood had links to violent extremism,

though he was never before accused of terrorism.

Masood spent a couple of years working in Saudi Arabia as an English teacher.

He had no criminal record there.

Investigators are trying to figure out how and when he became radicalized.

The ISIS terrorist group said it was responsible for Wednesday's attack

which killed three pedestrians and a police officer.

But investigators don't think Masood had been communicating directly with ISIS.

They think he was probably inspired by the terrorist group,

gaining access to his messages could give police more information.

But some developers are hesitant to trust governments with the keys.

LAURIE SEGALL, CNNMONEY: Throughout history, coding and decoding messages has fueled wars.

Take World War II. Mathematicians cracked German code created by a machine called Enigma.

UNDENTIFIED MALE: It's the greatest encryption device in history and the Germans use it for all major communications.

SEGALL: Fast forward to Arab Spring, how did protesters organize safely? Many do something called encryption.

But that's also the same way terrorists might work together to plan a major attack.

The whole idea is to make your messages secret.

Encryption jumbles words into random numbers, letters, characters.

The words only decode for the person who's meant to read them.

It's this technique that sparked the debate at the highest levels of government,

because the same tech that helps the good guys also shields the bad.

And that tech is going mainstream.

At the center of it all, this guy.

MOXIE MARLINSPIKE, HACKER: We're out of food, honestly.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And the means to cook it?

MARLINSPIKE: Yes, how does that feel?

SEGALL: His name is Moxie Marlinspike.

It sounds made up because, well, it is.

He's a world renowned hacker and he's obsessed with your privacy.

He won't tell you where he's from or really anything about his past.

But everyone, from secret agents, to whistleblower Edward Snowden,

looks to what he has to say on one topic, encryption.

MARLINSPIKE: If I share photos online with my friends, my intention is to share it with those friends.

It's not to share with like, you know, Twitter the company, or Facebook the company, or the government.

SEGALL: Moxie built an app called Signal, that makes encryption easy to use.

His tech is also used by WhatsApp, the messaging service owned by Facebook.

MARLINSPIKE: It's actually the most popular messenger in the world.

Now, when people communicate with each other, those messages that they send are encrypted,

all the way from their device to the recipient's device.

So, nobody in between can see what they're saying.

SEGALL: It's making it easier than ever to protect yourself and harder for law enforcement to crackdown.

Chris Inglis has spent decades fighting terrorists. He was a deputy director of the NSA.

CHRIS INGLIS, FMR. NSA DEPUTY DIRECTOR: Encryption is one of many ways than an adversary,

whether that's a criminal, a terrorist, a rouge nation,

one of many ways that they might use to hide their activities.

SEGALL: Some in Washington want the ability to access encrypted conversations,

if there's reason to think there's a threat.

Think of it as asking for a key to a locked door.

INGLIS: I don't think you want to stakeout (ph) encryption technology.

But the question is, do we then try to provide some exceptional access to technologies of that sort,

by building a front door under the bright light of the rule of law?

SEGALL: For Inglis, the answer is yes.

But to Moxie, that's just not possible.

MARLINSPIKE: They are not capable of managing those secrets, you know?

Like they're getting hacked every day.

SEGALL: Some folks in Washington want Silicon Valley to build secure solutions.

It doesn't look like Moxie is going to be the guy for that.

He plays by his own of rules and a new era of where tech drives the good, the bad, and in this case, the policy.

MARLINSPIKE: We're at the moment in history

where it's mostly possible for us to sort of ignore the policy discussions that are happening,

instead of like asking people to change the law or to change their surveillance practices or whatever.

We can just do it ourselves.

AZUZ: Ana Peninsula in northwestern Australia, scientists say they've tracked down something big.

What measures five feet nine inches long is believed to be a footprint of a dinosaur.

The record setting fossils reportedly from the food of a sauropod, thankfully, a herbivore.

Researchers estimate this one would have measured more than 17 feet high at its hip.

The University of Queensland says this is one of 21 different dinosaur tracks found in the area.

So, who knows what other finds might be afoot.

The fossils are fueling a lot of interests.

Other research has been done to herbi-fore and you know that here,

you'd hear about any major dinoscovery, whether you sauros online or download our sauropodcast.

Raising Confident Children - Duration: 1:05.

One thing that I've always said is my kids are everything I was unwilling and unable

to be when I was their age and one of the greatest gifts that I've been able to serve

that I've been to for them is to be the space for them to be everything that they

are because to watch them be uninhibited they have no problem speaking in front of an audience

of 200 people.

I used to stress out a year in advance about a public speech I'd have to give in a class

for like one credit, you know, the way they dance even the ones who don't dance they

still move their bodies and I used to secretly dance in my basement to Fame the show Fame,

but I don't want anybody to know because if they knew I was dancing to Fame they all,

you know, would have made fun of me you know so it's like I held up all my desires in

because I was afraid to be made fun of by my family and friends.

Innovation in 60 Seconds: What is the importance of holistic compliance? - Duration: 1:01.

When we're talking about Medicare Set-Aside compliance, it's very important to be approaching

it from a holistic level.

When dealing with Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance or MSP compliance, we're really

looking at three different areas there, we're looking at section 111 reporting, we are looking

at conditional payments, and we're also looking at Medicare Set-Asides.

It's very easy because all of these things pop up in separate portions of the claim life-cycle,

to be very good in one aspect from a compliance perspective and not as good in others, so

really looking at everything holistically, ensuring that from the front to the back of

the claim and within the compliance process that you're looking at all of those components.
