In Georgia, you're not even allowed to call yourself a specialist unless you've taken

certification exams which very few people, you can say I focus on this area of law or

that area of law, but very few attorneys have actually taken board certification exams;

I happen to be one who did.

I am board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, the NBOTA.

I took my board certification exams at least fifteen years ago, maybe twenty years ago,

when it was just brand new and nobody did it, and in fact very few people do it now.

So I'm a researcher and I run a wet research lab, which means that we are focused on doing

chemistry and biology.

One area of research focus is developing drug delivery strategies for hard-to-reach areas

of the eye, like the retina.

Diseases such as age-related macular degeneration can impact a patient's quality of life by

reducing their vision.

Patients actually lose their vision from the centre of their vision outwards, so you can

imagine that would impact day-to-day activities greatly.

So we're creating materials that can be used from planted devices to deliver drugs to the

back of the eye.

The idea is that a patient would have the device inserted once and then the drug would

deliver over a long period of time.

Our other focus is looking at having biomolecules in the eye automatically change the release

rate from a device, so that a patient's disease itself will actually control the rate of release

of the drug.

Interocular lenses are a treatment method for cataract patients.

So, cataract patients have their original lens removed and it's replaced with this implantable

device.

In approximately 10% of the cases, within two to four years, secondary cataracts form.

We look at how cells interact with materials that are used in interocular lenses, we look

at this in future so we've got them in the lab to determine what's going on, and then

we use this information to make new materials, to make new surface treatments or materials

that will last a longer time for the patients.

So, the nice thing about Kingston General Hospital and the Human Mobility Research Centre is that

its given us increased opportunities to work with physicians who also work closely with patients,

so it helps us bridge that gap from a bench to a bedside.

We're looking at things from the very beginning, which means we have this great opportunity

to innovate, to make new materials, to help really change and impact health care.

Truck companies are supposed to be professional drivers, and there are a lot of safety rules

and regulations that apply to them because they are on the road so much, for so many

hours, and so many miles, that if they don't follow some very strict rules and guidelines

as far as driving safely, wrecks will occur.

A common thing we look at in every case would be hours of service.

There are very strict rules about how long a driver can drive each day, how long of breaks

he has to take between days, and if a driver is over hours.

The reason that regulation is in place is because after a certain number of hours, for

anyone, fatigue sets in and they become a less safe driver.

Another area where trucking is highly regulated is in maintenance and inspection of trucks

themselves.

Drivers are required before every trip to inspect a number of points on the vehicle

to make sure that the vehicle is safe to drive.

When a truck breaks down, for instance, if it has a tire blowout on the road, an out-of-control

truck on the interstate is a very dangerous thing as compared to an individual's car.

The federal regulation requires truck drivers to not text at all while driving but they're

allowed to use a cell phone as long as they use a hands-free, Bluetooth type device.

The actual federal rule on that issue is, it's a basic safety floor, but it doesn't

necessarily cover all the situations that could result in dangerous driving and injure

people.

This is not the first big jobs announcement Trump has made in the last month and a half.

He also helped secure a deal with SoftBank for 50,000 new US jobs as well as brought

800 carrier jobs back from Mexico and convinced Ford to stay here.

there is no doubt that President Trump absolutely is delivering on his promises.

This is an exciting time to live in America.

Liberals may be all angry and mopey, but when they see how much better things are gonna

get, even they will join the Trump Train!

3 Things You Must Do to Avoid the Popular Trap of Lower Consciousness.

Such heavy times we live in, and so paradoxical, for while we have enormous material prosperity,

light-speed digital connection, and fingertip access to nearly the entire history of human

knowledge, we are strategically divided and frightened, force fed by a propagandized media

and entertainment complex, and under the influence of a cultural sickness that values death above

life.

In a reality such as this, planet earth is too oft viewed as an arena of conflict rather

than a sea of possibility, and in this age, the gravity of lower consciousness is mighty

heavy.

An upward shift in consciousness is the only way for the human race to survive this dilemma.

But the shift is not something that happens once, then is complete forever.

It is more akin to sailing the high seas in a one-man sloop, where constant attention

must be given to the tautness of its sails, or else the vessel sets aimlessly adrift.

Whichever direction the human race chooses to go is always the direct result of the level

of consciousness in which individuals and the collective move from.

If we make decisions and take action when fear, anxiety, scarcity, stress, and anger

are at the helm, then we are certainly doomed.

Should we, however, approach our burgeoning problems with care, creativity and respect

for life, then any righteous outcome is possible.

And likely.

The catch is, though, while we can direct the power of intention to elevate the spirit

and experience first hand the rewards of higher consciousness, the downward pressures of society

tend to draw us into disremembrance, leading to unwitting abdication of our personal power,

and hence spiritual depletion.

In this way we are too easily swept along with the prevailing winds of popular hysteria,

mindlessly indulging in lower frequency mindsets.

Consciousness is eternally dynamic.

Often a mere passing glance at the right idea is enough to rekindle the desire to see the

manifestation of the higher self.

For this, consider the following requisites for avoiding today�s traps of lower consciousness.

1.)

Breakaway From the Popular Narrative and Create Your Own

So much energy is lost in the pursuit of the popular narrative of reality.

They call it current events because the ever-evolving story is intended to carry you, your thoughts,

and your focus away, toward some frivolous destination.

The juicy stream of drama and detail that surfaces in media is formulated to commandeer

your attention and direct it onto the destructive and consumptive qualities of the human experience.

Attention is a most valuable commodity today, too valuable to give away, in fact.

Abandon the mainline script, jump ship, and direct your focus onto the story you are creating

about your own life.

Turn off, tune out and reject that which does not serve you well, and in this way you may

retain ownership of your conscious self, avoiding the pitfalls of the reptilian and hive minds.

2.)

Disengage in Confusion and Conflict for the Pursuit of Clarity

So much of public discourse today is a mindless exercise in chaos, and argumentation has supplanted

thoughtfulness and respectful conversation.

Confusion is the order of the day.

When the waters of the mind are agitated and disturbed by meritless conflict it is impossible

to maintain a course toward the higher self.

Clarity is a prize, and any activities, or non-activities, which serve to narrow your

focus onto the truly important aspects of life, like self-development, are essential

to spiritual growth and happiness.

If it does not directly affect you, let others fight about it if they choose, while you practice

laughter.

3.)

Cultivate Meaning and Mythology in Your Life

What gives purpose to your daily actions?

What is your ruling myth?

Are you following the archetype of the hero, the caregiver, the rebel?

What stirs your heart and kindles your passion?

Do you even know?

So much of the noise in our culture confuses our daily purpose, distracting us from our

personal path, and unless we stay aware of and continually assimilate our experiences

and attitudes, always striving to maintain a genuine reason for our actions, we we sink

along with the mundane into frustration and apathy.

A day lost is like a year lost, you can�t retrieve them again.

Life is much more rich, and happiness comes much more naturally when accept the challenge

of creating purpose for ourselves.

Without myth and meaning in life, we a free-floating in the void, and anything flashy that comes

along will automagically fill the empty space, for better or for worse.

Final Thoughts

Such divisive, brutal, and uncertain times demand that we take ownership of our own hearts

and minds.

When we do this, we naturally experience the joys of higher consciousness, and then, only

then, are we able to be effective in the greater struggle to achieve balance and equity in

our ailing world.

To be a change-maker, you must first and foremost make positive and lasting changes in yourself

I'm interested in understanding the interactions between the cells that line the blood vessels

and the circulating cells of the immune system that flow through them.

So I'm primarily interested in those interactions in the lung and how those interactions can

effect diseases of the lung vasculature like pulmonary arterial hypertension (or PAH).

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a rare disease but it's a fatal one.

It affects primarily women between the ages of 30 and 40.

Natural killer cells are a component of the innate immune system.

Despite their name, natural killer cells are constantly protecting you from viruses, from

cancer.

They identify the cells in your body that are stressed or cancerous or virally infected,

and eliminate them.

One of the papers that we published a little while ago was showing for the first time that

natural killer cells are actually impaired in PAH.

So, in cases of cancer or potentially in pulmonary vascular disease, you can get impairment or

changes in natural killer cell function.

So they're not having that same killing capacity that they probably should, and instead they're

promoting abnormal vascular remodelling in places that they shouldn't.

So right now, we're at the discovery phase.

We're really trying to understand how these fundamental biological processes work and

how they're effectively altered in disease.

Once we have a better understanding of the molecular factors that influence these processes,

we want to apply them to pulmonary vascular disease, the same way that immunotherapies

are now being applied to cancer.

The immediate future is understanding exactly how the immune system and the vascular wall

interact.

Once we have a better understanding of how the process works, and how it can influence

vascular structure, we can start looking to manipulate it in health and disease.

My hope is that over the next five years we're going to start getting into things

where we have translatable projects.

One of the great things about working in the KGH Research Institute is that I get to work

with all these great researchers.

It's an excellent opportunity to do some world-class research in a great environment.

I love being in the laboratory.

There's nothing more satisfying than getting a good result - it's something that you've

discovered that nobody knew before.

How to Insert Pictures in Gmail E-mail - Duration: 9:14.

I'm a good son. Hello Cybersaltines and

Visitors! A Cybersalt client has

stopped using Microsoft Live Mail - which

is a good thing because Microsoft is no

longer supporting it - and has opted to

use Gmail online in a browser. They asked

if I would do a tutorial on how to send

pictures that way. So, mom, this one's for

You.

[Music]

So, to clarify, this tutorial is if you're

using Gmail online. If you have your

Gmail address set up an email program

like Outlook or Thunderbird or one of

the others you would use that program's

method for attaching photos for sending

to other people. But, this is when you're

using Gmail online in a browser. So as

you see, I've already logged into my

Gmail program here and the first step, of

course, is to start a new mail. Click on

compose and then this window opens where

I can type the email to whomever it is

that I'm sending the picture too.

You'll notice down here at the bottom

there's a number of buttons and you'll see

one that has mountains and the Sun on it and

when you mouse over it says "Insert Photo."

So, click on that and then you have a

number of options [SCREECHING STOP]

Hey everybody, sorry to interrupt myself

but when I was doing this recording I

forgot to tell you about two important

buttons.

The first one is this "Inline" button and

if you have this clicked when you're

inserting images in the photos or the

upload option it will include your

pictures in with the text of your email.

If you want to send the pictures as an

attachment then use this button the "As

Attachment" button and using photos or

the upload method it will not put the

pictures in with your text but rather

attached them to your email and then

when the person receives your email they

can click on the icons and download the

pictures directly to their computer.

[SQUEALING START] Then you have a number of options.

First of all, there's this "Photos" tab

here. If you're using Google images or

Google albums or you have your pictures

on a on a Google product many of your

pictures will most likely show up when

you're using this tab. And if you already

have pictures in that folder - say they

automatically uploaded from your cell

phone - then you can just click on them

and then you can insert them using this

button and it will be sent in your email.

the same thing goes if you have albums on

Google pictures. This next option is for

uploading a picture. Now, this is when the

picture is already on your computer

and you want to attach it to the email

that you are sending. You can click

upload. And there's two methods to put

the pictures in here. First, you can

choose the photos to upload by clicking

this button and then you would navigate

on your computer to the folder where

your pictures are, the pictures you want

to send, so, I'm going to scroll down here

and here's the picture I want to send I

click on it and I could click "Open." Now,

before I do that maybe there's some

other pictures I want to send. Maybe I

want to send this one as well so I could

hold the ctrl button on my keyboard and

left click and select that. Maybe I want

to send this picture as well.

So, once I've selected the pictures

I want to send I can then click open and

it will upload this those pictures. Now,

this might take a little while depending

on how fast your internet connection is, but

those pictures will be uploaded and once

they are you can go ahead and continue

to type your message down below or maybe

you've already typed your message and of

course you need a recipient subject and

then you would just click send. Now, I'm

going to select that picture because I

don't want to send it and hit the delete

button - that's not taking it out.

Oh, here we go click it and use remove at

the bottom, remove and remove because I

want to show you, now if I go down to the

picture button again and we go back to

upload you can also drag photos onto

this square. So, let me bring in a folder

that shows some pictures and I can

leave this overlapping right now - I

actually had this on a second screen - and

you can go to where the pictures you

want to drag over are and you can left-click,

drag it into the box and when it highlights then

it will upload and be inserted in your

email. Now, the final method for inserting

is to

put a web address or a URL of

where the pictures are that you want to send

and I'll give you an example of that

right now. When you click on web address, you need

to find the address of a picture that's

online. Now, you don't like it says here

you don't want to be using copyrighted

pictures and send them to people but

suppose there's a picture on a Facebook

page that you want to send to someone who's

not on Facebook. So, for instance we go to my

Facebook page here and here's a picture

of my wife and I on our last cruise this

past summer.

Now, if I right click on that picture

you'll see here it says "Copy Link Address" but

there's nothing that shows

really show

the address of the photo. So, you

what you really want to look for in

the photo that you're trying to send the

URL to is this I'm going to click on

that photo which will show it larger.

Now, when I right click I get this option

"Copy Image Address" and that's the

address that you want in order to paste

it into that spot in the Gmail. Now,

so what I've done is I right

clicked on the picture, I go copy image and

now that's ready to be pasted. Another

option that I could do is I could right

click and open image in a new tab. Now,

these are options in Google Chrome so

maybe you're using a different browser, they may

be worded differently, maybe not even

available, but if I go open image in a

new tab - there's the new tab that opened

right up here - I click on it and now

here's the address of that picture. But,

we don't need this anything after the "?".

So, in that case I would just select and

copy and then I paste that, but of

course as we've seen it's

much easier just to go right click, copy

image address. When we go back to the

email that you're composing

now you can right-click and paste in

there. If you have the correct code

the picture that you want to send will

then be previewed in this image and it

is showing so then you just go insert

and there you go

it's in your picture. Now, it's not

necessarily going to be the size that

you would want to send to someone if you

are saving a picture off of Facebook to

send to someone like that. You could

resize a little bit in this preview here.

In fact, I'm going to use the arrows here

to go full screen and I want people to

see that picture bigger. In fact,

when I click and select it I can say

send it the original size and then it's

huge. But, at least on the other end the

person who is going to get that email is going

to be able to save it and add it to

their computer in a nice big version. But,

maybe you don't want to send that big so

you could go best fit and it kind of

guesses or you can just resize. There's

just some ways to send pictures by

email by Gmail online using the web

address. If that's too fiddly for you -

just as a little extra here - if that's

too fiddly for you

you could always just do this. On the

Facebook page once the image is open

right click and "Save Image As." Now, don't

make the mistake of right clicking on an

image and saving "link as" that's very

different.

Open the picture, look

for "Save Image As" and once you see "Save

Image As" you click that and you will now

save that image onto your computer and

then you can upload it as a photo in the

previous method that we showed. And here

you could actually - instead of having all

these numbers and gobbledygook -

just name this Tim and Susan, save and

it's there to attach. So, there are the

methods that you can use to send a

picture using Gmail online. So, if this

As we birth the New Year 2017, Awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven have set the stage

for a paradigm shift that will allow the masses of Humanity to transcend the negativity that

has been pushed to the surface for purification during the shocking and tumultuous events

that occurred in 2016.

I know that may sound too good to be true, but that is only because we have forgotten

the Truth of who we are and why we are on Earth during this auspicious time.

Please read this entire newsletter with an open heart and mind and ask your I AM Presence

to reveal to you YOUR vitally important part in this facet of the Divine Plan for 2017.

You are powerful beyond your knowing and the time for you to express your Divine Potential

When we make the mistake of judging reality by just looking at outer appearances things

can seem overwhelming and sometimes even hopeless, but nothing could be farther from the Truth.

of us remember that we are multidimensional Beings functioning on many levels of consciousness

Portal of God�s First Cause of Perfection to be opened to full breadth.

This means that now the patterns of perfection for the New Earth are flowing unimpeded into

the mental and emotional strata of this planet.

These patterns reverberate with the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline frequencies of Transfiguring Divine

Love, Oneness, Reverence for ALL Life, Eternal Peace and God�s Infinite Abundance.

But in order for these patterns to tangibly manifest in our daily lives you and I and

the rest of Humanity need to invoke the Light of God to Transmute the surfacing negativity.

Then we must empower the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God by deliberately

focusing on them with our thoughts, feelings, words, actions, memories and beliefs.

The first eleven days of 2017 are providing us with an opportunity that will catapult

the Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her forward in the Light.

This Gift of Light from On High is designed to help not only Awakened Humanity, but Humanity

en masse to be the Open Door for the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

Our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven have affirmed that the greatest need of the

hour for 2017 is for the patterns of perfection from the New Earth that are associated with

Eternal Peace and God�s Infinite Abundance to become a tangible reality for every person

on Earth.

To assist with this urgent need of the hour the Beings of Light have given us an Activity

of Light which I have included in this newsletter.

These selfless Messengers of our Father-Mother God said that they will empower our invocations

a thousand times a thousand fold every time we participate in this Activity of Light.

PLEASE listen to your Heart and be the powerful Peace Commanding Presence and the Open Door

for the Light of God that is your Divine Destiny during this Cosmic Moment.

THE FIRST ELEVEN DAYS OF 2017

According to the Company of Heaven, an unprecedented influx of Light will be anchored on Earth

through the Divinity of every person�s Heart Flame by his or her I AM Presence during the

first eleven days of 2017.

Then each person�s I AM Presence will be able to use this Light to assist with his

or her greatly accelerated transformation throughout the rest of the year.

We were informed by the Beings of Light that this new frequency of Light will be instrumental

in bringing the Truth of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth into the hearts and conscious

minds of the masses of Humanity.

The realization of this Truth will be a critical factor in lifting Humanity out of fear and

completing the purification of the human miscreations that have been pushed to the surface all over

the planet during the events of 2016.

It will also be a life-transforming factor in manifesting the patterns of perfection

for the New Earth associated with Eternal Peace and God�s Infinite Abundance.

Numerically 2017 is a ONE year, 2+0+1+7=10 and 1+0=1.

One is the number that reflects rebirth, transformation and new beginnings.

New Years Day, January 1, 2017, will be 1 (month) 1 (day) 1 (year) = 1-1-1.

Eleven days later, January 11, 2017, will be a 1 (month) 11 (day) 1 (year) = 1-11-1

or 11:11.

Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the

Divine.

11:11 is the sacred geometric coding within Humanity�s DNA that began initiating Humanity�s

Awakening several decades ago.

Many people have been oblivious of this subtle motivator for our Awakening, but with the

new frequency of Light we will receive in January we are being told that will no longer

be the case.

The first step in this Activity of Light is for us to Transmute the surfacing negativity.
