that actually WANT them
but that can also actually AFFORD them.
Right, so given these tools though, there's never been a better time for getting the right
ad in front of the right person.
And as a matter of fact I have used these exact tools to get in front of YOU right now.
So, once we actually get the right people to get your services in front of...
... we're going to hit them with a Facebook news feed ad, like this...
okay, here's an example:
"Hey [demographic area]! Tooth decay, sensitivity, gum pain, and bad breath...
.. are no fun, right?
Great news! You don't have to leave this ailments any longer.
For a limited time we're giving away 50 vouchers for a FREE teeth cleaning!
If you're ready to take control and start living a sensitivity free life, then click below to see
why so many people are raving about [insert doctor name here] and BrighterWhite Village
Dental Office", which is the name I used for the example.
Now it doesn't have to be free, okay.
It could be a $19 or a $21 teeth cleaning, it works the exact same.
Those are kind of 'magic numbers', but I'll explain that in a later video.
Now, below that there will be an image of YOU in your office, okay, doing something
similar to the guy in this stock image.
Now... the reason I don't actually like stock images that much
is because they're so generic and people sort of have filters for that psychologically,
so it just helps a lot more if it's a REAL person inside of YOUR actual office.
So once they click this advertisement, they're then taken to this page.
This is a so called 'video landing page'.
This is a so called 'video landing page'.
It's much more eye catching and engaging than the regular static landing pages,
and of course this logo will be swapped for your partical logo, for your particular office.
So to the right hand side would be your location, and again the background will be
customized and personalized with some kind of video of an activity going on in your office.
So, you know, people actually see that this is a real place where real business happens.
So whilst the prospect is now opted in, they're then taken to this page.
Now this is called a 'Thank You' page...
... and a big big mistake I see a lot of bussiness make here is they'll say
something like "Thank you, we'll call you soon."
Right, but I have here instead:
"Thank you, due to the limited number of spots available, teeth cleanings will be
given on a first call basis.
So call us now to secure your cleaning!"
"Bonus offer: mention us on Facebook and get a FREE x-ray!" or something.
"Call us NOW to lock in this deal."
Now first and foremost, the free X-ray offer is completely variable.
I know that different dentists and differrent offices have different kinds of services.
But that's a completely variable offer and, you know, we can obviously work on that
on a case-by-case bases.
Now secondly, I've created urgency by saying that there's
a limited number of spots available.
And I've given the bonus offer, which now makes the offer irresitable to someone
who's sort of on the fence about this.
And I put that they can only get this offer if they call NOW.
So this saves you a lot of time because you're not constantly chasing around these leads.
And the leads are actually calling you instead.
In other words, your phone WILL ring...
And, you know, one more thing also:
for the people who came to this beautifully designed landing page,
but failed to take action, meaning opt in:
We're gonna hit them with what is called a 'retargeting ad' as well.
Now, retargeting ads are those little ads that follow you around everywhere on the internet.
And here's an example of what that looks like:
"Still want your FREE teeth cleaning with Dr. Blank at BrighterWhite Village Dental Offices?
Redeem this offer now because it's about to expire!
"Call now to have..." you know "tooth decay handled" and "have peace of mind."
With again a picture of you in your office, or something similar.
Now we would also hit them with an array of videos including different tooth care tips
that I already have pre-made myself.
I put a lot of time, effort and energy into that.
So what that does is it constantly keeps your business on top of mind.
So they'll see this every day when they come online.
And in other words this is an EXTREMELY effective strategy,
and by 'extremely effective' I mean...
you will make money.
So in the past I've seen campaigns like this generate as many as
a hundred leads in a single 24-hour period.
So here's my offer:
I don't believe in asking for business, I believe in earning business.
